Trump on Putin being a 'killer': 'What do you think — our country's so innocent?'

Image result for clinton body countPresident Trump questioned the innocence of the U.S. because it has "a lot of killers," during an exchange about working with Russia to defeat terrorism abroad.

During a clip of a interview with Fox News' Bill O'Reilly, set to air Sunday before the Super Bowl, Trump was questioned on whether he respects Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"I do respect him but —," Trump started to say.

"Do you? Why?", O'Reilly interrupted.

President Trump sometimes will make judgement errors, as all of us do.

First of all, he agreed to appear on O'Reilly, which is a gross mistake. The only one who has anything to gain from an interview with O'Reilly is never the guest, and in particular a guest such as Donald Trump. O'Reilly thinks (and he said so) that Obama is smart and intelligent, and neither are true, and O'Reilly obviously never thought much of Trump even as a candidate so why would he now. Well, he wouldn't, and doesn't.

So, Mr. Trump, you just made a bad deal by being on his arrogant show. It was a no win proposition for you.

Second, President Trump blew it big time in virtually excusing the murderous thug Putin by stating that America has a lot of Killers, as if that truism pardons Putin. It doesn't have a damn thing to do with anything Putin has done, or will do for that matter.

I hope President Trump will refrain from more bad deals by appearing on O'Reilly and allowing him to goad Trump into making asinine comments such as this.

My view.

I don't disagree with a lot of what you said.

I, for one, don't know why DJT didn't go on Hannity? He always was on his side and I don't remember him ever saying anything bad about him.

O'Reilly admits he is not a conservative, but an Independent and to me is "too politically correct" on many things. Especially, about barrack hussein obama.

It does smack of 0 and his putting America down. Not his best move.

And you are right, O'Reilly is not the show to go on. He should have chosen OANN, Hannity or Dobbs.

Not sure what's happening but I have no issues. I was wondering what happened to you because I have not seen your comments for some time. Glad your back and hope Dee responds to help.
I agreed with everything he said. I rather have Russia as an Ali than an enemy

The old saying, "keep your friends close and your enemies CLOSER", would apply here I think..

I love listening to Lou Dobbs and Sean Hannity, I don't listen to O'Reilly anymore just for that reason, he interrupts everyone and he needs a leason in humility.

this is going to be a long hard fight to get this country back on track...get use to it

the usa has been a nation of killers for 44 years since abortion became legal and included with that is that you can be in the usa illegally , kill americans and be immune from prosecution if you live in a sanctuary city

I chalk this up to Trump's lack of eloquence.  He has often said things in a sloppy way.

Trump isn't a two face glib politician. He says things without sugar coating anything. That's why I voted for him. He'll say what's on his mind.

But non-careful wording allow the weakminded, not to mention the bums & communists to misinterpret his statements.

Florida Sheriff — “I Will Not Enforce Assault Weapons Ban, Neither Will Most Sheriffs”

Dennis Lemma, who is the Sheriff in Central Florida’s Seminole County, told a group of 2nd Amendment activists recently that he would not enforce an assault weapons ban that could soon become Florida law if the “Ban Assault Weapons Now” amendment passes in the Sunshine State.

According to News965, the ban has the following specifications.

The amendment proposed in the state legislature would ban possession of assault weapons, which are defined as “semiautomatic rifles and shotguns capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition at once, either in fixed or detachable magazine, or any other ammunition feeding device.”

Lemma, an ardent supporter of the 2nd Amendment and a first term sheriff who is running for re-election, said this about whether or not he would enforce such a law.

“It’s not only that I wouldn’t, the majority of sheriffs across the state would not do it,” Lemma said in the video. It’s up to the sheriffs what they are willing to enforce.”
