Republican's at it again... attempting to sneak through a General Amnesty Bill

Caught: GOP Traitor Sneaks Through Amnesty Bill Letting Anyone into the US If I've said it once, I've said it a million times. The GOP truly thinks they can get away with pushing amnesty through because they don't believe you're paying attention. The major amnesty bills were just the beginning. Conservatives like you raised your voices and forced the Republicans to vote down all of the amnesty bills that Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell brought to a vote. The establishment knows they can't win in the light of day, so now they're pushing amnesty in the shadows. As you know, Congress is in the middle of what is known as Appropriations Season. This is when committees and sub-committees decide what will be in the spending bills that come to the floor in September. Yesterday, while debating the Homeland Security spending bill, the Democrats introduced an amendment. They wanted to expand the United States' asylum policies to help more migrants get into the country. Currently, in order to get asylum at the Southern Border, a migrant has to prove that they are being specifically targeted in their home country, usually as a means of political or religious persecution. The Democrat amendment -- written by Rep. David Price (D-NC) -- would expand this to also grant asylum for victims of gang violence and domestic abuse. This would open the border wide up. Instead of only granting asylum to people who are being persecuted for their faiths or political beliefs, the Democrat plan would give amnesty to any migrant who claims their spouse beats them. No proof or evidence required. If this bill passes, every single illegal alien and migrant would have a path to be able to stay in the US! Don't let the establishment get away with this! Tell Congress right now that you will remove anyone who allows this insane amnesty provision to be passed into law! I have tremendous sympathy for real victims of domestic violence. But that doesn't qualify someone for entry into the United States and this plan is so broad, there is no telling how many illegal aliens would try to abuse it. Already, migrants are showing up to the US border with scripts telling them how to game the system. If this new Democrat plan, all someone would have to do is tell Border Patrol that their husband/wife hit them, and they'd be welcomed in. Want to know what is even more pathetic? A Republican committee just approved this resolution! That's right, unless we rise up and stop it, this Democrat amendment will be included in the next spending bill. The House Appropriations Homeland Security Subcommittee held the vote. Rep. Kevin Yoder (R-KS) -- shown above -- chairs the subcommittee and allowed the Democrat amendment to receive a vote. But instead of actually counting the yeas and nays, Yoder held a voice vote. This is important. Under a voice vote, the committee members basically shout out their votes. It is then up to the chair to decide which side has more support, based upon nothing but listening to Congressmen yelling "yea" and "nay." In a voice vote, there are no recorded vote tallies. Republicans often use this tactic to pass liberal bills out of committee without forcing GOPers to have to go on the record. It's nothing but cowardice. ( It is more than cowardice... it is deceit for the American Citizens and taxpayers who must pony up to support the invading hordes of illegal migrants entering the US without any screening, medical or criminal... it is treason as we are under attack by the Communist International who sees America as responsible for the poverty in the world.. added not part of the article..) We have no idea which Republicans in the subcommittee voted for this monstrosity, but Yoder felt that the votes were there, so he passed it through. This plan would open up the floodgates to make it even easier for illegal aliens and migrants to enter the US, and the GOP didn't even record the vote. They think they can get away with this. They think they can vote to open up the illegal immigration flood gates without consequence. You MUST prove them wrong! Send your instant message to Congress and threaten to remove any Congressman or Senator who allows this insane asylum amendment to pass! Luckily, this is still in the subcommittee level. The next step will be a hearing in the full House Appropriations Committee, and then onto the House floor for a full vote. We are already hearing that Democrats are going to be pushing a similar amendment in the Senate. If this passes, the country will be lost. There would be no need for illegal immigration. Migrants would just be able to show up at the border and claim spousal abuse or that there was a gang in their neighborhood. That's all they would need to say to be allowed into the US. I warned you that the GOP was working on a behind the scenes amnesty surrender. This is it. It is not to late to stop this, but we need to act right now! Kill this amnesty plan before it is too late! Tell Congress right now that you will remove anyone who allows this insane amnesty provision to be passed into law! It's time to fight,

-"There is absolutely no way for US authorities to verify if an asylum seeker was actually the victim of gang or domestic violence.

What this law does is open the US and US borders to anyone who claims to be a victim of gang-domestic violence.

There are over 500 million people today living in Latin America.

Many of these countries are violent and domestic violence is rampant."

Newt Gingrich Tells Tucker Why Republicans Refuse To Stop Democrats On Immigration — ‘They Lose Their Nerve’

Newt Gingrich on Thursday criticized Republican politicians who “lose their nerve” when it comes to taking a strong stand on immigration.

Speaking to Fox News host Tucker Carlson directly after an opening segment during which the Fox News host brought up Democratic efforts to “pack the electorate” by filling it with Democratic-leaning immigrants, Gingrich noted that Democrats would have a “harder time winning an election with law-abiding Americans.”

“The more people they can bring in who don’t know American history and don’t understand the Constitution and are not part of our traditional values, the better off their chances are,” said the former House speaker. “I think that’s why every single Democratic senator co-sponsored Senator Feinstein’s open border bill which would literally have opened the border to virtually everybody in the world to come to America.”

After mentioning how House Republicans are even now “trying to undo the attorney general’s efforts to tighten the border,” Tucker asked: “Why don’t Republicans on the hill understand the threat that these policies pose to the country and to them?” (RELATED: Tucker Says Dems Support Open Borders For ‘Reliable New V...

“I frankly don’t get it,” Gingrich responded, noting that the majority of Americans are actually with the GOP on many facets of the issue. “Yet Republicans often behave as though they represent a minority interest when in fact even most people who are here as immigrants would like to see law abiding country that is physically safe.”

“The Republican Party won’t exist as a national party at this rate fairly soon,” said Carlson. “A lot of members I know on the hill can do math pretty well but they don’t understand that calculation.”

“Well, I think somehow they lose their nerve,” said Gingrich, citing the “constant” drum beat of the media as a primary factor.

The former House speaker then gave Tucker’s viewers a history lesson on former President Ronald Reagan’s 1986 amnesty bill.

“I can tell you I even voted in 1986 for the Simpson-Mazzoli Act which did have amnesty which promised us control of the border,” said Gingrich. “Reagan signed it reluctantly and wrote in his memoir, his diary, that the only reason he did was to get control of the border. The Congress broke its word. We had ten times as many people come in under amnesty as we were told, 3 million instead of 300,000, and then President Reagan did not get the things he was promised, which were a work permit system and control of the border. Ever since I have been very skeptical.”

“There’s a large part of the national elite that for some reasons loves immigration of any kind and dislikes controlling the border under any circumstance, and routinely smears people,” he added.

I disagree with Newt... I believe that these Republicans are in fact SOCIALIST or Fascist/feudal lords, running as members of the GOP... However, they in fact, agree with open borders and universal citizenship ...  keeping with the Communist Manifesto and its promise of universal government and a new world order where a few are privileged and the rest of us live as peons.  Those who are not outright socialist are hardcore fascist looking to reimpose a peon/feudal system; whereby, the elite become the new age aristocracy, living under a separate set of laws, while the bulk of America is relegated to a peon status.

The GOP is seriously infected with defectors from the Democrat Party, Constitutional Law, and conservative values... they feign conservative values to be elected and then follow socialist or fascist/feudal doctrines.  Trump needs to call them out regularly by NAME and location... So, the people can rally to support challengers in the PRIMARIES... we must eliminate these traitors in the primaries.

It want do them any good to pass legislation, if they do not open up the door to amend the current Immigration Laws. They will not do that, it would bring in all the 50 states.

Hank...

We don't need to amend our current immigration law... as amended during the Reagan Administration... we need to enforce the current laws before we begin adding new laws.

If anything,  we need to have DHS strengthen the regulations affecting the penalties assigned for violating various parts of the current Immigration and Naturalization Act... By using their regulatory authority, they can mandate jail time for various US Citizens who aid and abet illegal alien trafficking.

Ronald we know, but what state did this take place in and how many people voted?

Tif...

This Vote took place inThe House Appropriations Homeland Security Subcommittee... This Committee, led by Republicans, held the vote which advanced the Amendment.  No  State Legislature was involved.  Please pay attention...  read the article posted.

In addition, Kat provided a list of the members on the Committee above...  See: http://teapartyorg.ning.com/xn/detail/4301673:Comment:4667020

You pay attention Mr. Nelson, which state of the United States did the vote take place at.

 Does California come close???

Never mind Mr. Nelson, I will bring the blog on line.

Come on Mr. Nelson, what state did this vote take place in? Tif asked you something.

Its a good blog Ronald, but its clustered, nothing is broke down, so I looked it up, it started in Oct 2017, its called, "Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act " : https://www.google.com/search?q=Fairness+for+High-Skilled+Immigrant...

Now, is it not true Trump has the right to approve this, or veto it? Then of course, is it Constitutional Correct?

TEA PARTY -> Lois Lerner Case Explodes:
IRS Docs Link McCain’s Office To Tea Party Attacks

Since announcing his brain cancer was terminal, Arizon Sen. John McCain has continued to make headlines, but not due to his medical status. Instead, it has been one controversy after another revolving around him, and now one more had been added to the list.

This one is based in his dislike not for Ted Cruz or Rand Paul, but of the tea party.

McCain has never really endeared himself to conservatives, and he made his feeling public about the tea party movement at a breakfast hosted by the Christian Science Monitor in 2015, according to a Yahoo report.

“I think also — I probably shouldn’t say this — but some of (the tea party) appeals to the bad angels of our nature rather than the better angels of our nature,” McCain said.

This attitude ties into the latest scandal swirling around McCain.

One of a number of scandals that plagued President Barack Obama and his administration involved the IRS targeting tea party groups after 2010. It seemed that their tax-exempt status requests were denied or delayed due to intense political partisanship in the agency.

In May 2013, The Washington Post reported that the IRS’s exempt-organizations division director Lois Lerner “let slip” the week prior “that low-level IRS staffers had focused extra scrutiny on conservative groups with words such as ‘tea party’ or ‘patriot’ in their names.”

In addition, “internal reviews have shown that Lerner knew about the targeting in 2011 — but neither Congress nor the public knew until (2013).” Despite this, Lerner was never prosecuted and was allowed to retire with her taxpayer-funded pension intact.

This did not change, even after House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Kevin Brady, a Texas Republican, and Tax Policy Subcommittee Chairman Peter Roskam, an Illinois Republican, wrote a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions. In it, they begged him to reopen a probe into the matter, according to Jay Sekulow, chief council for the American Center for Law and Justice, writing in a commentary for Fox News.

When President Donald Trump was sworn into office, some held out hope that the perceived injustices from Obama’s tenure would somehow be made right. However, in September 2017, Trump’s administration had already preemptively declined to pursue criminal charges against Lerner “based on the available evidence,” according to Fox News.

But more has since been uncovered about the scandal. Government watchdog group Judicial Watch has obtained and released “internal IRS documents, including material revealing that Sen. John McCain’s former staff director and chief counsel on the Senate Homeland Security Permanent Subcommittee, Henry Kerner, urged top IRS officials, including then-director of exempt organizations Lois Lerner, to “audit so many that it becomes financially ruinous.”

Judicial Watch dd0e

JW President @TomFitton: Much of what you know about the IRS scandal is thanks to JW... Our new docs show the scandal is bipartisan in nature. A McCain staffer suggested Lois Lerner audit all of the 501(c)(4) groups in a way that'd be financially ruinous.

Meeting notes from April 30, 2013, involving Kerner, Lerner, “and other high-ranking IRS officials” were obtained by JW. With the meeting taking place only 10 days before the IRS scandal exploded into the public view, they are particularly incriminating against Kerner and Lerner:

“Henry Kerner asked how to get to the abuse of organizations claiming section 501 (c)(4) but designed to be primarily political. Lois Lerner said the system works, but not in real time.”

“Henry Kerner noted that these organizations don’t disclose donors. Lois Lerner said that if they don’t meet the requirements, we can come in and revoke, but it doesn’t happen timely.”

“Nan Marks said if the concern is that organizations engaging in this activity don’t disclose donors, then the system doesn’t work. Henry Kerner said that maybe the solution is to audit so many that it is financially ruinous. Nikole noted that we have budget constraints.”

“Elise Bean suggested using the list of organizations that made independent expenditures. Lois Lerner said that it is her job to oversee it all, not just political campaign activity.”

Thus far, there is no evidence that McCain knew about or directed Kerner to take such action. It is plausible that Kerner, knowing of McCain’s dislike of the tea party, opted to be a proactive and loyal staffer by urging the IRS to take action against the groups.

But McCain’s personality does little to keep him far removed from the scandal and tongues are wagging with speculation as to his involvement. Regardless, McCain’s frosty relationship with President Donald Trump has not made the Arizona senator many fans among Trump supporters.

New suspicions about him betraying the tea party won’t help matters at all.

OMG

Chelsea Handler Says Fox Doesn’t Work With
Black People, Obviously Doesn’t Watch Network

Humor is supposed to be based on truth. After all, the reason we laugh at a joke or scenario is because it triggers a feeling of recognition about reality, especially if it’s presented in an unexpected way.

It doesn’t look like “comedian” Chelsea Handler has a very firm grasp on truth or reality, however.

After a production error during a Fox News broadcast was called out by users on Twitter, the raunchy and sex-obsessed Handler tried to bash the network … but ended up showing off her ignorance instead.

“Fox News honored Aretha Franklin by using a graphic that contained a photo of Patti LaBelle,” the comedian and television host posted on Twitter Thursday evening.

That part was true enough: Fox admitted that they made a mistake on a background slide during a tribute to the late soul singer, and accidentally showed a faded photo of LaBelle. The main image still showed Franklin, who passed away on Thursday in Detroit.

Broadcast television is complex, which you would think Handler understands after being involved in TV for many years. Honest mistakes happen on every network. But no: In Handler’s alternate reality, the only explanation for the mistake was racism.

“It’s probably hard for anyone who works at Fox News to tell black people apart because they’ve never worked with any,” she declared.

Chelsea Handler  @chelseahandler

Fox News honored Aretha Franklin by using a graphic that contained a photo of Patti LaBelle. It’s probably hard for anyone who works at Fox News to tell black people apart because they’ve never worked with any.

Was she trying to be bitter or funny? It was hard to tell, but either way, that statement shows just how isolated the Hollywood left is from reality.

If she really believes that Fox has “never worked with any” black people, maybe she should try an experiment: Actually watch the channel for a minute.

She would probably tune in to the face of Harris Faulkner, the enthusiastic and Emmy-winning host of “Outnumbered,” which airs every single weekday.

Or, maybe she could get a clue from Deneen Borelli, another well-known face of Fox News for nearly a decade. How about the venerable Juan Williams, co-host of “The Five” and a “Fox News Sunday” regular for over 20 years?

Nah. They apparently don’t count, because Handler would rather live in an alternate reality of ignorance than admit she was the one making racial assumptions.

We’re not finished! Moving on to frequent guest contributors to Fox News, how about Candace Owens? Brandon Tatum? Ben Carson? Larry Elder? All of these smart individuals are familiar faces at Fox, and all are — look closely! — African American.

That’s saying nothing of the behind-the-scenes staff at Fox, a good number of whom are of course black. In fact, it’s completely possible the photo mix-up was accidentally made by a black employee. Handler openly assumed the race of the staff members who made the error, while knowing nothing.

Once again, the left has tipped their hand and revealed just how elitist and out of touch they are.

Handler has likely never turned on Fox News in her life, yet she thinks she’s an expert on it. She eagerly diminishes and waves away the contributions of black Americans to one of the most popular news stations in the nation, while lecturing others about race.

This type of attitude implies that only “liberal approved” black voices count. If they don’t parrot a 43-year-old white comedian’s politics, they’re invisible to her.

That arrogant view, and not an honest editing mistake, is perhaps the real outrage here … and it’s exactly why so many black voters are walking away from the left.
