Exclusive: Jack Cashill revisits eye-popping anomalies concerning Romney ballots

Retired Pittsburgh-area manufacturer Bill Been stumbled into what may prove to be the most significant presidential vote fraud scandal since, at least, 1960.

Although Been did not buy into the myth of the missing millions of Republican voters for Mitt Romney in 2012, he was troubled by the Romney shortfall in at least three Pennsylvania counties: Philadelphia, the suburban Philadelphia county of Delaware, and the Pittsburgh-area county, Allegheny.

In fact, Romney outperformed John McCain’s 2008 numbers in virtually every state, including Pennsylvania, but in these three counties, he received 35,000 fewer votes than McCain had in 2008.

A mathematician by training, Been set out to understand the localized Romney shortfall in Allegheny County. There was an obvious binary nature to the problem: either fewer Republicans voted in 2012 than in 2008 or the official Allegheny County Voter History failed to record all the votes of those who did.

To solve this problem, Been planned to ask those Republicans who voted in the 2008 presidential election but did not seem to have voted in 2012 whether they actually voted or not. More than 24,000 people fell into this category.

To test the thesis, Been ran a preliminary phone survey in the Gibsonia area. Of the 21 people he reached who fit this description, 18 of them (or their spouses) claimed the person in question did, in fact, vote for Romney in 2012.

The phone survey, although unreliable in itself, showed Been that further testing was warranted. To enhance reliability, he would need to walk the test door-to-door and have respondents sign a notarized affidavit swearing their response to be accurate. The affidavit read as follows, “I, __________, who currently resides in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, do affirm that I voted in the General Election held on November 6, 2012.”

Been took the survey to 179 households. 130 of the targeted voters were not at home or no longer at that location. Of those remaining, 38 were willing to answer the question of whether they voted in 2012. Of these, 13 said they had not voted and 25 said they had voted in the 2012 election.

When combined with the phone surveys, 49 voters were identified as having voted, none of whom were listed as having voted in 2012 on the Bureau of Elections CD. Of the 49, 22 were willing to sign an affidavit testifying to the effect that they had voted in 2012. Several expressed disbelief that their votes may not have been counted.

Although Been’s sample is too small to project with any accuracy, it is possible that as many as half of the 24,000 missing voters in Allegheny County actually did vote in 2012.

Is it within reason to question whether election officials simply chose not to record thousands of Republican votes? If the numbers in Philadelphia are any indication, the answer is yes. A week after the 2012 election, for instance, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported that in 59 inner-city voting divisions, Mitt Romney received no votes.

“These are the kind of numbers that send Republicans into paroxysms of voter-fraud angst,” reported the Inquirer glibly. Well, yes they do. When Barack Obama outscores Romney by a combined 19,605 to zero votes cast in these 59 districts, the stench of fraud is surely in the air. Fidel Castro never did this well. That said, not a single major media outlet followed up on the Philadelphia story.

They should have. According to Roper, Romney received 6 percent of the black vote nationwide. If those numbers held in Philadelphia, and there is no reason to believe they would not have, nearly 1,200 of these Philadelphia voters would have voted for Romney.

If only 14 people voted in those districts, the odds would have favored Romney’s receiving at least one vote. If 80 people had voted, Romney would have had a better than 99 percent chance of receiving at least one of those votes. With nearly 20,000 voters, the odds of Romney being completely shut out are beyond any reasonable calculation.

This is a story the media should have hopped on. They did not. Instead, they have left the research to enterprising individuals like Bill Been. Knowing nothing, the media smugly question the motives of anyone, presidential candidates especially, who points out the obvious.

I was on the telephone with my mom the whole election night -- until about 11:30 my time; 9:30 her time.

That was when, ALL OF A SUDDEN, HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF VOTES CAME IN FOR OVOMIT THAT COULD NOT BE TRACKED BECAUSE THEY FLOODED THE SYSTEM.

To this day, and to the best of my knowledge, these votes STILL have not been accounted for as to where they came from.  THE VERY SAME THING happened in Indiana, when Richard Murdock was ahead of the crooked Congressman Donnelly, and again, ALL OF A SUDDEN, thousands of unaccounted for votes came in which gave Donnelly the Senate Seat formerly occupied by equally crooked Dick Lugar.

My mom and I were BOTH quite confused by this -- UNTIL IT HAPPENED AGAIN WHEN TERRY MACAULIFFE WAS ELECTED GOVERNOR OF VIRGINIA.  The very same thing happened, also late into the vote counting, and it JUST HAPPENED to be enough to defeat Ken Cuccinelli, who WOULD have won had the GOP NOT WITHDRAWN ALL MONIES RAISED FOR TELEVISION ADVERTISING.

This year, I will be watching very closely.

I've been wondering if the military votes are going to be counted this time.

There is more than enough laws on the books to punish democrat behavior such as outlined in the above article.  May I suggest that bringing back public hangings and pay per view executions of guilty corrupt politicians as a source of revenue to help fight voter fraud.

North Korean style works quite well or perhaps we could utilize the style that China has, a bullet to the back of the head.  It's cheap and effective form of population control, which could curb the growth of the largess of government employment.

AMEN.  A few public executions would be a GREAT deterrent for criminal politicians.  You're right....seems to be VERY effective in NK.

Funny you should mention that.

I'm putting this picture under my pillow tonight....maybe the tooth fairy can make my dream come true---

Is this a "triple tap"?

It would not take three if done with a 50 cal ! I often wonder why this Nazis is still breathing ? A Jew that turned on his own people sending thousands to death camps in the late thirties and early forties .

I completely support this. Hangings are immediate, decisive and cheap.

And sends a very clear, visual message that's hard to erase from your memory...

My suggestion to everyone going to the polls is after you've cast your vote, make sure the machine didn't change it.  This has already happened to someone I know in Arlington, TX.  She said she voted for Trump, but the machine changed to Clinton.  She then reported it and was told that had been happening a lot.  I mailed in my ballot shortly after I received it, but apparently if you go in person to vote early, they have machines set up to accommodate.  In Tucson, we hole punch our ballots, so I'm not familiar with the machines she was talking about.  I do know, however, that George Soros supplies voting machines to 16 states and I'm assuming Texas must be one of them.

The poll watchers need to keep records of all this fraud and bring it up to the FEC at the conclusion of the election even as Trump will win! This needs to be fixed for all future elections. This is supposed to be a country in which the government works for us. Not the other way around.

ALERT ALERT

WTH -> Rosie O’Donnell Claims There Are ‘Over 100,000’ Concentration Camps In America

Actress and left-wing activist Rosie O’Donnell made the stunning claim that there are more than 100,000 concentration camps in states across the country, holding unaccompanied minors who illegally enter the U.S.

Appearing Monday on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live After Show,” Rosie O’Donnell was asked about the role she’s playing in Lights for Liberty, a rally being held July 12th to demand and end to what host Andy Cohan called “detention camps.”

“Yeah, the concentration camps, even though there’s lots of controversy about the word. But actually, legitimate scholars who study genocide say, yes, these are, in fact, the criteria for concentration camps, they meet them. There are over 100,000 camps in nearly every state,” O’Donnell said, failing to cite the scholars she mentioned. “There’s between 10,000 and 13,000 children, that could fill Radio City Music Hall twice. That’s how many children unaccompanied alone in these camps.”

O’Donnell, of course, was echoing fellow far-left figures like New York freshman Congressman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who has spent the last several weeks comparing the oft-overcrowded Border Patrol facilities currently holding thousands of unaccompanied minors who illegally entered the country with adults to contraction camps like the ones that executed Jews during the Holocaust. Indeed, that comparison was roundly rejected on Monday by the United States Holocaust Museum.

“The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum unequivocally rejects efforts to create analogies between the Holocaust and other events, whether historical or contemporary,” the organization said. “That position has repeatedly and unambiguously been made clear in the Museum’s official statement on the matter – a statement that is reiterated and reaffirmed now.”

It is worth noting that the policy of separating children from adults and holding them in separate facilities was expanded by Barack Obama. It was his administration that separated thousands of children from their parents as a way to deter illegal immigration.

Rosie O’Donnell Backs Elizabeth Warren’s 2020 Bid — ‘She Knows How to Handle That Baby in the White House’

Rosie O’Donnell said she is supporting Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) in the 2020 Democratic presidential primary.

O’Donnell said, “Warren is my choice.”

She added, “We need a leader. We need a leader, and she’s been leading. Every time she opens her mouth, she gets more respect. Because she has plans for everything, she knows what she’s doing. And I think she knows how to handle that baby in the White House.”
