Remember how the lying media threw a conniption fit because Donald Trump said a Mexican judge couldn’t rule impartially on his case?

Well, now we have this.

From Fox News:

An Oregon judge is being investigated after she allegedly helped an illegal immigrant elude ICE agents in January by guiding the man through a private entrance at the courthouse.

Multnomah County Judge Monica Herranz was notified by court staff that ICE agents were waiting outside her courtroom to possibly apprehend Diddier Pacheco Salazar, a 22-year-old Mexican national attending a DUI hearing, U.S. Attorney Billy Willaims said.

Specific details about what happened inside the courtroom next is not clear. But Salazar reportedly somehow managed to leave the room using an employee exit.

“I prepped my client. I said, ‘I don’t know if they’re going to pick you up outside or what, but here’s how to prepare,'” John Schlosser, Salazar’s court appointed lawyertold a local paper. “After the court appearance, I went out in the hallway and sat. My client never came out. I can’t say that I’m surprised he didn’t come out, but I gave him his options, and assume he had to have been escorted out some other way.”

Salazar was arrested two weeks after the incident.

ICE agents decided not to investigate Herranz, who is also on the board of directors of the Oregon Hispanic Bar Association, but Chief Judge Nan Waller is conducting an internal investigation.

They say she helped an illegal alien drunk driver escape, yet they’re not going to punish her. It’s not only Herranz who should be investigated, these ICE agents need to be investigated as well.

We've got the fox guarding the hen house. It's going to take a long time and much effort to thoroughly drain the swamp. But I'm down for it. I will stand behind or beside President Trump wherever he needs to fight these traitors to the Constitution.

This mayhem is expected from Multnomah County in Portland, as well as Salem.  The Gov. Katy Brown refuses to abide by President Trump's orders to gather the illegal immigrants in the state of Oregon, and expects the state to be a full sanctuary state.  She expects all of us citizens to abide by her.  I cannot tolerate this governor.  I have signed a recall petition for her.

Point me in the direction of a recall petition for Governor brown, I'll sign it AND distribute it STATEWIDE!

Violation of the oath ....... drain the swamp !

These Judges think that they are above our laws  DOJ needs to have her ass arrested  and de -bared  so she can never practice the law that she hates ever again !!!.

i am so angry i could chew nails...Arrest this damn bitch and PROSECUTE

What!  A sanctuary judge?

Her new residence should be the Slammer, and lifetime disbarment.

Why investigate ICE, they were doing their JOB, and this "ACTIVIST" judge should be REMOVED and disbarred, PERIOD!

Just one more indication on the corruption within our legal system... This judge should be removed and disbarred... and her plight widely published to deter others from such lawlessness..

Here we go again. The two or more standards of law and justice. When will the cuffs be put on the elites. Is Trump holding off for his Supreme Court pick? This is maddening and needs to be stopped NOW!

I hope everyone realizes how much Trump has to do. He was left with a broken country.

OMG!!! Ruth Bader Ginsburg Voted Best Real-Life Hero At MTV Awards

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Monday was crowned the best real-life hero at the MTV Movie & TV Awards.

The 86-year old judge — whose 2015 biopic The Notorious RBG help cement her as a cultural icon among Liberals — beat out tennis star Serena Williams, WWE wrestler Roman Reigns, and comedian Hannah Gadsby to take him the award.

Though it wasn’t a clean sweep for Ginsburg last night.

The RGB documentary lost the “Best Fight” category for “Ruth Bader Ginsburg vs. Inequality” to “Captain Marvel vs. Minn-Erva.”

The justice was absent from the ceremony in Santa Monica, California.

Last December, Ginsburg had surgery to remove cancerous growths on her left lung. She was released from the hospital in New York four days later and recuperated at home.

Earlier this year, Ginsburg missed three days of arguments, the first time that’s happened since she joined the court in 1993. Still, she was allowed to participate using court briefs and transcripts.

Ginsburg has had two previous bouts with cancer, in 1999 and 10 years later.

Flashback: Ruth Bader Ginsburg: A Pregnant Woman Is Not A ‘Mother’

Celebrated liberal U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg argued in an opinion released Tuesday that a pregnant woman is not a “mother.”

“[A] woman who exercises her constitutionally protected right to terminate a pregnancy is not a ‘mother’,” Ginsburg wrote in a footnote, which in turn responded to another footnote in the 20-page concurring opinion by Justice Clarence Thomas in the Box v. Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky Inc. case.

As Breitbart News’ legal editor Ken Klukowski reported, the case concerned a law signed by then-Governor (now Vice President) Mike Pence of Indiana in 2016, which required that the remains of an aborted fetus (or baby) be disposed of by cremation or burial. The law also prohibited abortion on the basis of sex, race, or disability alone.

The Court upheld the first part of the law, but declined to consider the selective-abortion ban until more appellate courts had ruled on it.

In his lengthy opinion — which delighted pro-life advocates, and distressed pro-choice activists — Thomas wrote that “this law and other laws like it promote a State’s compelling interest in preventing abortion from becoming a tool of modern-day eugenics.” He traced the racist and eugenicist beliefs of Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger, and warned that the Court would one day need to wrestle with abortion as form of racial discrimination.

In a footnote, Thomas attacked Ginsberg’s dissenting opinion, which argued the Court should not have deferred to the legal standard used by the litigants in the lower courts, but should have subjected the Indiana law to a more difficult standard instead, since it impacted “the right of [a] woman” to an abortion.

Ginsburg cited no legal authority for her claim that a pregnant woman is not a “mother.” The claim that a fetus is not a child is central to pro-choice arguments.
