The American Humanist Association (AHA) is about to learn a very important lesson -- folks around Gainesville, Georgia don’t take kindly to out-of-town atheists trying to bully their children.
More than 200 people turned out in defiance of the self-described atheist group early Thursday morning for an impromptu prayer rally in the middle of the Chestatee High School football field.
The previous day, the atheists (acting on behalf of a single, unnamed citizen) sent a letter to school officials demanding that the football coaching staff stop participating in team prayers and that they remove all biblical references and religious messages from team documents.
To best of anyone’s knowledge around Gainesville, no one associated with the football team has a problem with the voluntary prayers. The atheists says that’s beside the point citing the Establishment Clause.
The atheists apparently went undercover to photograph coaches engaged in what they considered to be unseemly and unconstitutional behavior with the teenage football players.
“We have received reports that CHS coaches have joined players in prayer while standing in a circle, hands interlocked,” the atheists breathlessly reported in their letter to the Hall County School District.
Hands interlocked? I can only imagine that atheists across the fruited plain shuddered at such damning evidence.
The atheists also got upset because the team workout schedule included the words “Fortitude 2014, Gal. 6:9” and the cheerleaders wrote a Bible verse on a large banner: “Iron Sharpens Iron, Proverbs 21:17.”
Cleanse the school of religion or prepare to be sued, the atheists warned.
As we say in the Deep South, local residents are preparing to back up and bring it.
“If the atheist group doesn’t like the prayer, tell them to stick their fingers in their ears,” said one caller to radio station WDUN.
The U S Constitution does not support their interpretation of the establishment clause! In fact, the U S Supreme Court has ruled that while the public schools can not indoctrinate their students in any religion, the STUDENTS have a right to exercise their religious beliefs on campus! The U S Constitution clearly declares that the government can not infringe upon the peoples right to worship or practice their religious beliefs! Any and all laws established by this lalwess Federal government are null and void, they are not legally binding upon this nations religious groups! They are merely lawless and baseless laws which are designed to inhibit and restrain the rights of the people to practice their religious beliefs!
These atheists' cry out against those who practice Christianity, but they remain silent when we oft times see rogue religious advocates intermingle the religion of Islam into our government and our society! Perhaps, they are afraid of reprisals from those who practice their radical religious beliefs under Islam! The Christian faith is obviously a greater thorn in their sides and their conscience can not bear the guilt they feel by rejecting Jesus Christ as their Savior! Obamanation is open to the worship of Islam, but he covers every cross of Jesus Christ displayed where ever he speaks! He claims to be a Christian but walks in the spirit of the anti-Christ! Some of us understand the teachings of the Qu'ran, where their false god, Allah, declares that it is perfectly acceptable to deceive your perceived enemies by lying to them, so that his followers can deceive them into thinking that the believer of Islam is peaceable and a friend to them! Then when the servant of Islam has gained their trust, stab them in the back with a blade and kill them for the glory of Allah! This is the doctrine of demons and everyone who serves this false god, Allah, unless he or she repents and accepts Jesus Christ as their Savior, will perish in the eternal fires of hell! Many followers of Islam (Muslims) are dreaming dreams of Jesus Christ, seeing visions of Jesus Christ, and are converting to Christianity! These stories are well documented and reported in many Christian publications today! Understand this fact; Christianity is not a religion, but a "relationship" with our holy Lord and God our Father!
maybe the all prayers should be over the loud speakers.. I know at our local school we would consider it a blessing to have faculty that raised their voices in prayer to almighty God. AND IN THE NAME OF JESUS!!!
For way too long, we have allowed one or two idiots to ruin it for all the other freedom-loving Americans.
If these snakes don't like prayer, they can deal with that on their own. As far as American tradition and cultural hertiage, we will not allow these parasites to damage our country any longer, or dictate terms to We, the People.
Besides, the "seperation of church and state, ONLY refers to a federal or state sponsored, specific religion... The rest of this insane argument is all cow pies and politically-correct vomitus. Don't be fooled people. We were founded on Christian principles, not a particular religion. Don't like it ? Then we'll drive you to the airport and you can "hit the road", Jack !
Hey athiests, keep your nose out of everyone elses business. There happens to be a lot more Christians in this country than there are of you. We will pray anytime, anywhere and with who we want! My advice to you is back off and leave us alone.
ANYONE FROM TENNESSEE HEAR THIS?
Citizens for the Constitution;
14 August 2014
Is it time for history to repeat itself again in Athens, Tennessee?
(Watch the 13 ½ minute mini-movie on the Battle of Athens … which may just be shown again at the public barbeque
at the Athens Regional Park on Sunday, August 17, 2014 from 3:00 to 8:00 pm. If you can’t be there then, you should watch it here now.)
At the Battle of Athens in 1946:
· The 2nd Amendment was put to the test, with lots of shots fired;
· No one was killed;
· No one was charged with any crimes (except one of the corrupt Sheriff’s deputies, who shot a ‘corruption objector’ in the back);
· And corruption in McMinn County politics, courts, and law enforcement was stopped … for a little while.
But it’s back again – in Politics (from the TN Governor on down), in the Courts (from the TN Supreme Court on down), and in Law Enforcement (from the TN Attorney General and the TN FBI on down to the County Sheriff and even to the Cop on the Beat).
History was made in Athens, TN in 1946, and now, 68 years later, it may be made again. It was our Veterans who led the charge to expose the corruption then, and it is a few of our patriotic Veterans who are leading the charge again now.
Your prayers, your presence, and your support will be most appreciated.
In Liberty and In Truth.

SOME FYI ABOUT TENNESSEE:
Invitation to All Who Have Been Victimized by Tennessee Public Corruption

(Aug. 13, 2014) — During a special edition of the Abel Danger radio show on Tuesday, The Post & Email’s editor announced that filmmaker William F. Fain has been retained to film the events surrounding the upcoming sentencing hearing on August 19 for CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.) in Athens, TN.
Fitzpatrick was arrested after attempting to submit a petitionwith criminal evidence to the McMinn County grand jury on March 18 of this year and charged with four crimes, three of which were felonies.
On June 24, he was convicted of two felonies, with one charge having been dismissed by Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood and the other resulting in an acquittal.
On Monday night, a report generated by an investigator tasked with producing a pre-sentencing report stated thatthere was “no victim” in the case brought against Fitzpatrick. The state identified no accuser during the trial, as the original alleged accuser, Jeffrey Cunningham, denied in sworn testimony that he filed any formal complaint against Fitzpatrick.
No police reports were produced before or during the trial, although an “investigative” report written by Calvin Rockholdt appeared in the pre-sentencing report of which neither Fitzpatrick nor his attorney, Van Irion, had been previously made aware.
In 2009, Fitzpatrick discovered that Tennessee grand juries are populated with 12 individuals allegedly chosen lawfully with a foreman who is hand-picked by the judge and can serve as long as the judge desires. Fitzpatrick had attempted to carry out a citizen’s arrest on then-grand jury foreman Gary Pettway on April 1, 2010, but Judge Carroll Ross ordered Fitzpatrick arrested and jailed.
At the arraignment hearing on June 28, 2010, Ross belligerently stated that Pettway would be retained for as long as the court wished. “We’ll keep him here for 50 years if we want,” Ross said, although his statement did not appear in the court transcript.
At the state’s convenience, the grand jury foreman has been referred to both as a juror and as an administrator. State law describes a grand jury as consisting of 13 randomly-selected citizens of the county who are eligible to serve.
While incarcerated in the Monroe County jail in 2011, Fitzpatrick learned that Pettway had attempted to coerce a confession out of an inmate.
In Davidson County, the hand-picking of a grand jury foreman led to the service of a convicted felon, which violates Tennessee code and necessitated the review of approximately 900 cases.
Anyone who has been victimized is invited to a prayer breakfast and barbecue which will be held on Monday, August 18 in support of Fitzpatrick and what is expected to be his last day of freedom in perhaps years. The breakfast will be held at the Cracker Barrel restaurant located at 110 Burkett L. Witt Blvd. in Athens, and the barbecue will be at the Athens Regional Park on State Route 30/Decatur Pike, also in Athens, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The following day, August 19, Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood is scheduled to sentence Fitzpatrick to jail or prison without his having committed a crime.
Fain’s work began in 2008 after he learned of corruption in the Tennessee family courts, about which he produced a film entitled “A Father’s Rights.” During his appearance on Abel Danger on Tuesday, Fain said that corruption in the courts exists everywhere in the country. He asked that several hundred people attend on Monday and Tuesday to show support and to relate their stories on camera if they choose.
Fain and Abel Danger host Lt. Col. Field McConnell expect to create a documentary about the Fitzpatrick story to be marketed through Fain’s multiple connections with major media, Hollywood and corporate entities.
The Post & Email has recently learned of a corruption case in Tipton County in which prospective jurors are allegedto have lied in order serve on the jury with the intent of finding him guilty. In 2007, Mike Parsons had run forcounty executive against Jeff Huffman, whose acquaintance had arrived on Parsons’ property and, unprovoked, shot and killed one of his dogs who did not pose a threat to him. As did Fitzpatrick with Pettway, Parsons attempted to conduct a citizen’s arrest of the shooter, which began a downward spiral of retaliation by sheriff’s deputies, a compromised judge, and malfeasant defense attorneys.
Parsons is now in a state penitentiary in Pikeville, TN, from which he sent The Post & Email a lengthy description of the “politically corrupt cabal” which robbed him of his freedom for the second time. The missive began on May 3, 2014 and ends with its last entry on July 20, 2014.
The Post & Email grants permission for this announcement to be reproduced, printed, distributed, and sent via email to as many people as possible, including both Tennesseans and those living in other states who are concerned about corruption in the courts.
Fain and his crew plan to film Fitzpatrick’s entrance into the McMinn County courthouse on Tuesday morning and the court proceedings, where McConnell said he will stand “shoulder-to-shoulder” with Fitzpatrick and file awrongful death lawsuit against Barack Hussein Obama* by proxy in Fargo, ND simultaneously.

* For the ‘Wrongful Deaths’ of all 3,000+ members of the Military who died due to the unlawful commands of the unlawful and ineligible ‘Commander-In-Chief’!
Good for this town. if these diots want to sue, no Problem. We'll donate to the town to FIGHT.
Thats the sad part. Most towns-states that fall to this pressure haventeven been sued, they gave in b/c the ppl in govt wanted to give in, otherwise, they would have fought. Nothing forbids these kids from praying,k in ANY WAY and these sorry azz Athiest pricks know that. Sadly, they are backed with grants from OUR govt with OUR tax dollars.
Fight them and we will WIN. To every town/ city/ state that has these idiots send their wussie letters, accept their challenge. They DO NOT have as MUCH money as everyone thinks and we can raise just as much.
FIGHT, FIGHT FIGHT. God says FIGHT. If You DONT fight, You will answer to him.
They contact the ACLJ and then the ACLJ sends them a letter... It was already decided and America won against these fools!
These cases have already been won at the Supreme Court and they have every right to pray.. let these fools take it to court... all that would happen is a brief would be filed and these have no case whatsoever! Also, besides praying for them, if these fools get roudy you can have them arrested for disturbing the peace. The ACLJ won them and the school has every right to do it!
I know it does not seem Christian like but I want to get down... send a few to the hospital!
Good for them. We all need to start pushing back.
Go good work. All it seems is that one person decides something "offends" them... and poof it must stop or be gone. A few years ago, in the Houston Military Cemetery the woman in charge, decided that no religious services could be held at grave site. It might "offend" someone walking thru. Finally she got overturned but not before many families grieving period was made worse because of one person's bias. We have rights to. That is what made America great. We were a mixing pot. But now we have groups with an agenda.
