Eric Holder Smears Boy Scouts As Homophobic Bigots…

In remarks for delivery to a gay rights organization, Lambda Legal, Holder said with the repeal of the military's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy, "courageous lesbian, gay, and bisexual individuals routinely put their lives on the line" in the armed services.

POLL: Are the mainstream media and the Democrats pushing race and gay issues to deflect from Obama's scandals and failures as President?

"If these men and women are fit for military service, then surely they are fit to mentor, to teach, and to serve as role models for the leaders of future generations."

Holder said the Boy Scouts of America is "an iconic American institution." But he said its policy is "a relic of an age of prejudice and insufficient understanding.

OK , ERIC , WHY DONT YOU JUST TELL US WHAT YOUR WIFE ALREADY KNOWS ABOUT YOU ? YOU LITTLE FAIRY MAN , YOU ! LEAVE US ALONE WITH YOUR CRAP !

The sad part is if he and OBama had just joined and served in the Boy Scouts , they would have turned into fine young men and qualified leaders instead of the disappointing Godless men they have both become . The Boy Scouts have developed some of the finest gentleman serving this country in every stripe of life. To label Holder a twisted little twit is to elevate his status .

So true Robert...so very true.

If Obama did what? It is his administration and it supports radical gay agenda!

"Eric the Red" needs to move on with his life. Get him out of public office.

He should have been fired when Fast & Furious came to light, but thankfully for him, his boyfriend saved his rear end (pun intended).

WOW...darn good one American...I loved it man.

Holder is a "Jerk". His time is coming. When "We The People" take contol of the Senate his sorry ass will be impeached. And if we are lucky enough he will then be arrested for "Treason", tried, convicted and executed.

Dale, I wish I had the confidence that even if we have the Senate changes will be made. I am not convinced that the Republican leadership want any changes. Tyranny has taken over.
If we control both houses, and then the POTUS is still not impeached - then what do we do?

WE ARE A GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE BY THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE AND WE THE PEOPLE MUST RISE UP AGAINST THE ENSUING TYRANNY AND VANQUISH IT WE MUST CUT OFF IT'S HEAD! WE MUST KILL IT!

"HOLDER AND HIS KIND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT {mentally awake and morally straight} MEAN.

Boy Scout Oath or Promise

On my honor, I will do my best
To do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law;
To help other people at all times;
To keep myself physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight.

Note that the Boy Scout Oath has traditionally been considered to have three promises. Those three promises are delineated by the semicolons in the Oath, which divide it into three clauses. The three promises of the Scout Oath are, therefore:

Duty to God and country,
Duty to other people, and
Duty to self
DUTY TO GOD AND COUNTRY: Your family and religious leaders teach you to know and serve God. By following these teachings, you do your duty to God.

Men and women of the past worked to make America great, and many gave their lives for their country. By being a good family member and a good citizen, by working for your country's good and obeying its laws, you do your duty to your country. Obeying the Scout Law means living by its 12 points.

DUTY TO OTHER PEOPLE: Many people need help. A cheery smile and a helping hand make life easier for others. By doing a Good Turn daily and helping when you're needed, you prove yourself a Scout and do your part to make this a better world.

DUTY TO SELF: Keeping yourself physically strong means taking care of your body. Eat the right foods and build your strength. Staying mentally awake means learn all you can, be curious, and ask questions. Being morally straight means to live your life with honesty, to be clean in your speech and actions, and to be a person of strong character.

Boy Scout Law

A Scout is:

Trustworthy,
Loyal,
Helpful,
Friendly,
Courteous,
Kind,
Obedient,
Cheerful,
Thrifty,
Brave,
Clean,
and Reverent.

THESE PROMISES HAVE NO MEANING TO THE MISCREANTS IN WASHINGTON!"

The Boy Scouts of America is in the business of raising moral and honorable men and leaders.  Very rarely will you find an Eagle scout in prison or doing illegal drugs.  The three parts of the Scout Oath have stood the test of time since Baden Powell founded the Boy Scouts.  Too bad the people in Washington could not live by the Scout Oath and the Scout Law.  Oh,  one democrat did have something to say to support the ideas of Scouting and that is "Ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country".  John F. Kennedy

Horrible: Democrats Set The Constitution On Fire With Fraudulent Impeachment

House Democrats unveiled two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump on Tuesday morning after an investigation that violated fundamental provisions of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The investigation of the president began with the complaint of a so-called “whistleblower” who turned out to be a rogue Central Intelligence Agency employee, protected by a lawyer who had called for a “coup” against Trump in early 2017.

Democrats first demanded that the “whistleblower” be allowed to testify. But after House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) was found to have lied about his committee’s contact with the “whistleblower,” and after details of the “whistleblower’s” bias began to leak, Democrats reversed course. In violation of the President Trump’s Sixth Amendment right to confront his accuser, Democrats refused to allow the “whistleblower” to testify. They argue the president’s procedural rights, even if they existed, would not apply until he was tried in the Senate — but they also invented a fraudulent “right to anonymity” that, they hope, might conceal the whistleblower even then.

Schiff began the “impeachment inquiry” in secret, behind the closed doors of the Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) in the basement of the U.S. Capitol, even though none of the testimony was deemed classified. Few members of Congress were allowed access. Schiff allowed selective bits of testimony to leak to friendly media, while withholding transcripts of testimony.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), having allowed the secret process to unfold, legitimized it with a party-line vote authorizing the inquiry. The House resolution denied President Trump the procedural rights enjoyed by Presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton, and denied the minority party the traditional right to object to witnesses called by the majority.

Rather than the House Judiciary Committee, which traditionally handles impeachment, Pelosi also deputized the House Intelligence Committee to conduct fact-finding; the Judiciary Committee was turned into a rubber stamp. Schiff held a few public hearings, but often failed to release transcripts containing exculpatory evidence until after they had passed.

In the course of the Intelligence Committee’s investigation, Schiff quietly spied on the telephone records of his Republican counterpart, Ranking Member Devin Nunes (R-CA). He also snooped on the phone records of a journalist, John Solomon; and on the phone records of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, acting as President Trump’s personal lawyer.

Schiff’s eavesdropping violated both the First Amendment right to press freedom and the Sixth Amendment right to counsel. Yet he proceeded undeterred by constitutional rights, publishing the phone logs in his committee’s report without warning, confirmation, or explanation, alleging that Nunes and the others were part of a conspiracy to assist the president’s allegedly impeachable conduct. When Republicans on the Judiciary Committee asked the Intelligence Committee’s majority counsel, Daniel Goldman, to explain the phone logs, he refused to answer,

Ironically, Schiff had done exactly what Democrats accuse Trump of doing: abused his power to dig up dirt on political opponents, then obstructed a congressional investigation into his party’s and his committee’s misconduct.

Democrats’ articles of impeachment include one for the dubious charge of “abuse of power,” which is not mentioned in the Constitution; and one for “obstruction of Congress,” which in this case is an abuse of power in itself.

Alexander Hamilton, writing about impeachment in Federalist 65, warned that “there will always be the greatest danger that the decision will be regulated more by the comparative strength of parties, than by the real demonstrations of innocence or guilt.” Democrats have fulfilled Hamilton’s worst fears.

The Trump impeachment will soon replace the 1868 impeachment of President Andrew Johnson — which the House Judiciary Committee staff actually cited as a positive precedent — as the worst in American history.

In service of their “coup,” Democrats have trampled the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The Republic has never been in greater danger.

You don't get to interrupt me
