U.S. Postal Service Announces Giant Ammo Purchase

Post Office joins other federal agencies stockpiling over two billion rounds of ammo

The U.S. Postal Service is currently seeking companies that can provide “assorted small arms ammunition” in the near future.

On Jan. 31, the USPS Supplies and Services Purchasing Office posted a notice on theFederal Business Opportunities websiteasking contractors to register with USPS as potential ammunition suppliers for a variety of cartridges.

“The United States Postal Service intends to solicit proposals for assorted small arms ammunition,” the notice reads, which also mentioned a deadline of Feb. 10.

The Post Office published the notice just two days after Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) announced his proposal to remove a federal gun ban that prevents lawful concealed carry holders from carrying handguns inside post offices across the country.

Ironically the Postal Service isn’t the first non-law enforcement agency seeking firearms and ammunition.

Since 2001, the U.S. Dept. of Education has been building a massive arsenal through purchases orchestrated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.

The Education Dept. has spent over $80,000 so far on Glock pistols and over $17,000 on Remington shotguns.

Back in July, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration also purchased 72,000 rounds of .40 Smith & Wesson, following a 2012 purchase for 46,000 rounds of .40 S&W jacketed hollow point by the National Weather Service.

NOAA spokesperson Scott Smullen responded to concerns over the weather service purchase by stating that it was meant for the NOAA Fisheries Office of Law Enforcement for its bi-annual “target qualifications and training.”

That seems excessive considering that JHP ammunition is typically several times more expensive than practice rounds, which can usually be found in equivalent power loadings and thus offer similar recoil characteristics as duty rounds.

Including mass purchases by the Dept. of Homeland Security, non-military federal agencies combined have purchased an estimated amount of over two billion rounds of ammunition in the past two years.

Additionally, the U.S. Army bought almost 600,000 Soviet AK-47 magazines last fall, enough to hold nearly 18,000,000 rounds of 7.62x39mm ammo which is not standard-issue for either the U.S. military or even NATO.

It would take a Lockheed Martin C-5 Galaxy, one of the largest cargo aircraft in the world, two trips to haul that many magazines.

A month prior, the army purchased nearly 3,000,000 rounds of 7.62x39mm ammo, a huge amount but still only 1/6th of what the magazines purchased can hold in total.

The Feds have also spent millions on riot control measures in addition to the ammo acquisitions.

Earlier this month, Homeland Security spent over $58 million on hiring security details for just two Social Security offices in Maryland.

DHS also spent $80 million on armed guards to protect government buildings in New York and sought even more guards for federal facilities in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

While the government gears up for civil unrest and stockpiles ammo without limit, private gun owners on the other hand are finding ammunition shelves empty at gun stores across America,including shortages of once-common cartridges such as .22 Long Rifle.

Vice President Biden prepares to submit presidential  task force strict gun control measures to Obama

There is a sickening aroma in the air that is beginning to permeate the very soul of independent freedom embracing Americans. It began to originate long before the shooting at Aurora, Colorado, or recently in Newtown, Connecticut. Its rancid fragrance seeps into the fabric of the U.S. Constitution and is emitted by the control terrorists who manipulate the facts and perceptions of Americans who watch the news. These purveyors of stricter gun control measures seek to erode your defenses so that in your weakened state you will accept their sweet smelling tyranny.

The nation that was represented as a symbolic shining city on a hill that President Ronald Reagan spoke about over 30 years ago is now becoming a broken mud hole of shattered dreams. America’s morning that has dawned over the nation is now bearing witness to the shredding of constitutional protections which have safe guarded families since the infancy of the republic. Obama has given the order to Vice President Biden: full steam ahead to obliterate gun rights in your town. You and your family are the targets and what will you do?

The reaction by gun owners and even prospective gun owners to Obama’s desperate executive order zeal is to hurry up and buy up all the potential guns and now legal weapons. The worry is that these legal weapons might be taken by edict or by force by the government. That may be a logical solution, but it is only a temporary one.

Once Obama’s federal government has quenched its thirst on stripping away gun rights, it will not hesitate to take the next step to criminalize actual possession of legally held banned weapons!

Then what will you do?

What is the response to a government that embraces tyrannical rule over the constitutional guarantees and protections contained within the U.S. Constitution?

What are you, the father, the mother, the son or the daughter prepared to do when, the government official, acting on direct orders from a new commission set up by President Obama to confiscate your guns, comes to your home’s door?

Where are the defenders of the U.S. Constitution who are elected in Congress? Are you absolutely certain they will not give in, and knuckle under Obama’s determination which is aided by the mainstream media talking heads?

Remember these are the same talking heads that avoided Obama’s dismissive behavior in not enforcing congressional legislation. This is the same mainstream media that buried the White House Benghazi murder cover up as if it never happened. Think about your choices when seeking to rely upon the once independent fourth estate, which has been rendered a useless patsy for the Obama administration.

Do you really believe that once your guns are banned, and the weapons that were grandfathered in and off limits from government seizure, will not be taken in the second round of gun control legislation?

“A Georgia judge has refused a demand from Barack Obama to quash a subpoena to appear at a series of administration hearings Jan. 26 at which residents of the state are challenging, as allowed under a state law, his name on the 2012 presidential ballot.

WND reported this week when Obama outlined a defense strategy for a number of state-level challenges to his candidacy in 2012 which argue that states have nothing to do with the eligibility of presidential candidates.

“Presidential electors and Congress, not the state of Georgia, hold the constitutional responsibility for determining the qualifications of presidential candidates,” Obama’s lawyer argued in a motion to quash a subpoena for him to appear at the hearings in Atlanta Jan. 26.

“The election of President Obama by the presidential electors, confirmed by Congress, makes the documents and testimony sought by plaintiff irrelevant,” the lawyer said.

Judge Michael M. Malihi, however, took a different view.

“Defendant argues that ‘if enforced, [the subpoena] requires him to interrupt duties as president of the United States’ to attend a hearing in Atlanta, Georgia. However, defendant fails to provide any legal authority to support his motion to quash the subpoena to attend,” he wrote in his order, released today.

“Defendant’s motion suggests that no president should be compelled to attend a court hearing. This may be correct. But defendant has failed to enlighten the court with any legal authority,” the judge continued.

“Specifically, defendant has failed to cite to any legal authority evidencing why his attendance is ‘unreasonable or oppressive, or that the testimony … [is] irrelevant, immaterial, or cumulative and unnecessary to a party’s preparation or presentation at the hearing, or that basic fairness dictates that the subpoena should not be enforced.’”

Hearings have been scheduled for three separate complaints raised against Obama’s candidacy. They all are raised by Georgia residents who are challenging Obama’s name on the 2012 ballot for various reasons, which they are allowed to do under state law.

It is states, usually through the office of secretary of state, that run elections, not the federal government. The national election is simply a compilation of the results of the individual elections within states.

The schedule for the hearings was set by Malihi of the Georgia state Office of State Administrative Hearings. In Georgia, a state law requires “every candidate for federal” office who is certified by the state executive committees of a political party or who files a notice of candidacy “shall meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.”

State law also grants the secretary of state and any “elector who is eligible to vote for a candidate” in the state the authority to raise a challenge to a candidate’s qualifications, the judge determined.

Three different plaintiffs’ groups are lined up for separate hearings, including one represented by California attorney Orly Taitz. She had the judge sign a subpoena for Obama’s testimony, and Michael Jablonski, Obama’s attorney for the cases, argued that he should be exempted.

“Make no mistake about it. This is the beginning of Watergate Two or ObamaForgeryGate. I believe this is the second time in the U.S. history a sitting president is ordered to comply with a subpoena, and produce documents, which might eventually bring criminal charges to the president and a number of high-ranking individuals,” Taitz said.

She told WND that it’s been 40 years since any court issued such a ruling concerning a president.

Separately, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona told WND he also had gotten a subpoena to be at the hearings in Georgia. He said the goal apparently is to ask him about his Cold Case Posse investigation of Obama’s eligiblity, but he said since the investigation remains open, he wouldn’t be able to say much about it.

Citizens bringing the complaints include David Farrar, Leah Lax, Cody Judy, Thomas Malaren and Laurie Roth, represented by Taitz; David Weldon represented by attorney Van R. Irion of Liberty Legal Foundation; and Carl Swensson and Kevin Richard Powell, represented by J. Mark Hatfield.

Hatfield also had filed with the court a “Notice to Produce” asking for Obama’s documents and records.

He wants one of the two original certified copies of Obama’s  long-form birth certificate.

Also, required are medical, religious administrative and other records about Obama’s birth; passports, applications and related records; college and university applications; bar association applications and materials; details on the citizenship of Obama’s father and other documents.

Taitz had filed an opposition to the motion to quash, taking Obama directly to task over what many consider an important constitutional question – the eligibility of a presidential candidate.

“It is noteworthy, that [the quash request] comes on the heels of his extended 17 day Hawaiian vacation, which cost U.S. taxpayers 4 million dollars. Mr. Obama has earned a dubious distinction as a Vacationer in Chief, Tourist in Chief, Partier in Chief and a Golfer in Chief due to his endless vacations, parties and rounds of golf. Considering … it is not too much to ask for Mr. Obama to show up once at a hearing and present his original identification records, which were not seen by anyone in the country yet,” she argued.

Obama’s attorney, Jablonski, also had argued that the state should mind its own business.

“The sovereignty of the state of Georgia does not extend beyond the limits of the State. … Since the sovereignty of the state does not extend beyond its territorial limits, an administrative subpoena has no effect,” the filing argues.

Taitz’s supporters joined a discussion on her website, where she also solicits support for the expenses of the battles she’s confronting, judging that Obama is on the defensive.

“What a joke. He claims to be too busy performing the duties of the president of the United States. How many days of vacation has he taken? How many rounds of golf? If he is too busy to provide the documents that provide the basis for meeting the requirements of the office, then perhaps he better sit out the next four years,” said one.

Wrote another, “The election of President Obama by the presidential electors, confirmed by Congress, makes the documents and testimony sought by plaintiff irrelevant. … This is complete utter nonsense!”

In fact, a presidential elector in California brought a lawsuit challenging Obama’s eligibility at the time of the 2008 election and was told the dispute was not yet ripe because the inauguration hadn’t taken place. The courts later ruled that the elector lost his “standing” to bring the lawsuit after the inauguration.

Irion said his argument is that the Founders clearly considered a “natural born citizen,” as the Constitution requires of a president and no one else, to be the offspring of two citizen parents. Since Obama himself has written in his books that his father, Barack Obama Sr. was a Kenyan, and thus subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom, Irion argues that Obama is disqualified under any circumstances based on his own testimony.

Those who argue against his birth in the United States note that numerous experts have given testimony and sworn statements that they believe Obama’s Hawaiian birth documentation to be fraudulent.

It is that concern that also has prompted Arpaio to turn over an investigation of that issue to his Cold Case Posse. Its investigative report is expected to be released in the next few weeks.

The Georgia hearing apparently will be the first time among dozens of so-far unsuccessful lawsuits brought over Obama’s eligibility issue that evidence will be heard in a court. Other cases all have been dismissed over issues such as standing, without a presentation of the evidence.

There are similar challenges to Obama’s 2012 candidacy being raised before state election or other commissions in Tennessee, Arizona, Illinois, New Hampshire and other states.

Top constitutional expert Herb Titus contends that a “natural born citizen”  is born of parents who are citizens. That argument also is supported by a 19^th-century U.S. Supreme Court decision, Minor v. Happersett in 1875. The case includes one of very few references in the nation’s archives that addresses the definition of “natural-born citizen.”

That case states:

The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.

An extensive analysis of the issue was conducted by Titus, who has taught constitutional law, common law and other subjects for 30 years at five different American Bar Association-approved law schools. He also was the founding dean of the College of Law at Regent University, a trial attorney and special assistant U.S. attorney in the Department of Justice.

“‘Natural born citizen’ in relation to the office of president, and whether someone is eligible, was in the Constitution from the very beginning,” he said. “Another way of putting it; there is a law of the nature of citizenship. If you are a natural born citizen, you are a citizen according to the law of nature, not according to any positive statement in a Constitution or in a statute, but because of the very nature of your birth and the very nature of nations.”

If you “go back and look at what the law of nature would be or would require … that’s precisely what a natural born citizen is …. is one who is born to a father and mother each of whom is a citizen of the U.S. or whatever other country,” he said.

“Now what we’ve learned from the Hawaii birth certificate is that Mr. Obama’s father was not a citizen of the United States. His mother was, but he doesn’t qualify as a natural born citizen for the office of president.”

Welcome to the new normal: Large-scale black mob violence is busting out in Philadelphia, Chicago, Utica, Jacksonville, St. Louis, Wilmington (Delaware), Greenville (South Carolina), Grand Rapids, Peoria, Springfield (Ohio), Newark, Boston and Brooklyn.

All in the last three weeks.

Police say they are baffled. Others say it is a regular meteorological event: “Large crowds and fights are not uncommon in the city in the warm weather,” said the ABC affiliate in Philadelphia.

The latest example of the new normal took place Tuesday in Philadelphia: 200 black people on the streets of the downtown financial district: fighting, vandalizing, rampaging, refusing to disperse, tossing bottles at police. It began at 4 p.m. and took police 90 minutes to restore order.

At the epicenter of the violence, an employee of Wendy’s said no one was surprised.

“It usually happens when the weather breaks,” Lakia Garrick told the local Fox affiliate. “They come in here and go crazy. It was really expected.”

Fourteen black people were arrested and charged with misdemeanors.

The riot came less than a month after the political and media establishment of Philadelphia rose up in outrage at an article in Philadelphia Magazine called “Being White in Philly.”

The article documented how racial violence was an every day fact of life in the City of Brotherly Love; and how most white people were afraid to talk about it because they were afraid of being called a racist.

Or as the Philadelphia Inquirer put it: The article was seen as “dwelling on negative experiences that whites had with blacks that often fit into racial stereotypes.”

Mayor Nutter asked the city’s Human Relations Commission to investigate the author and the magazine.

Perhaps they could call Brandon Jones as a witness. Temple University hired Jones to get to the bottom of these large scale violent events in Philadelphia two years ago. He explained the widespread black mob violence in the area to Diverse Issues in Higher Education: “He understands the high energy level of youths and the need ‘to blow off some steam.’”

Meanwhile, the television stations in Philadelphia are being extra vigilant to ban from their message boards any Philadelphia Magazine-style comments attributing the violence to race. That is why George says his comments were removed from the ABC news site:

“I am honored that the uneducated censor that monitors this board removed my previous post. Since when is it against ‘Posting Policy’ to request people not jump to conclusions when there is a large fight in the city? Tsk Tsk, honesty certainly is not anything you are acquainted with. You must be a Philly School graduate. Anyway, I grew up in the city & there were MANY HOT days & nights and we NEVER started or were involved in fights with 200 people or 10 people. I imagine in the words of Michael Vick, ‘It is a cultural thing’.”

Glenn noticed the same thing: “They wiped out pretty much the whole first wave of comments. No grace for stating the obvious.”

The rest of the country has been busy as well.

In St. Louis, 65 hours earlier, police responded to reports of a mob of 100 to 200 black people fighting and shooting guns at Leclede’s Landing, near the famous arch. Police refused to release an incident report on the violence, other than to say they thought it was a flash mob.

One man was shot. He was also the only one arrested after police found marijuana in his clothing at the hospital.

Kevin McBryan told KSDK TV news that racial violence in St. Louis is not hard to document: “I witnessed ‘flash mobs’ running thru VP fairs sucker punching white people on 3 different occasions.”

The VP Fair is an annual St. Louis celebration held in the same area commemorating the “Veiled Prophet.”

This practice is version of racial violence often called the Knockout Game and many say it originated in St. Louis. A local judge recently said that one person alone was responsible for more than 300 cases of the Knockout Game.

These racial attacks, and more than 500 others in 90 cities around the country, are documented in book “White Girl Bleed a Lot: The return of racial violence and how the media ignore it.”

A few hours earlier in Utica, N.Y., more than 100 black people were having a “riot.”

Officers described the scene as “very chaotic with numerous fights breaking out,” said the local NBC affiliate.

“Police say they were greatly outnumbered.” Six black people were arrested.

And a few hours before that, police had to fire pepper spray at “groups of people fighting in the East Bluff, just minutes before a double shooting in South Peoria left one person dead.” All of the people were black.

No one was arrested.

And a few hours before that in Jacksonville, Fla., a mob of at least 15 black people attacked a man walking home from the grocery story. Two Good Samaritans who came to his assistance saved him from further harm as the mob scattered at their approach.

First Coast News was the only local media outlet to report the attack. Several residents of Jacksonville wondered about the news blackout:

“Have heard nothing about it here,” said one reader replying to a WND account of the mob violence. “I will ask the TV channels and the newspaper: What gives?”

In Greenville, S.C., a few days before that, a group of 20- 30 black people rampaged through downtown, assaulting, vandalizing and robbing in at least three separate incidents. One on video.

Just a few days before that, in Wilmington, Del., a mob of more than 100 black people were fighting in the streets. One person was shot, police described the action as a “large fight” and no one seemed alarmed or thought it was anything out of the ordinary.

A few days before that, in a suburb of Newark, N.J., police reported the latest in a series of violent robberies targeting Hispanic day laborers. NJ.com reported a man had “been robbed by a group of six African-American males.”

In Chicago, one week before that, 500 black people rampaged through the upscale shopping district known as the Magnificent Mile. They destroyed property, assaulted at least one police officer, sent one other person to the hospital with injuries.

Local media referred to members of the violent mob as “mischievous teens.” And Chicago Sun-Times columnist Mary Mitchell suggested the rioters should lose their Facebook pages as punishment.

Chicago Alderman Emma Mitts told the Chicago Sun-Times that we are way past that:

“They’re taking over the streets. They’re taking over the restaurants,” Mitts told the Sun Times. Mitts said it’s not only happening in downtown but also in other Chicago neighborhoods. “They dance all over the street [and] in the restaurants, and they’re stopping traffic.”

Mitts and other aldermen want to make sure the parents get counseling.

In the Boston area, two weeks before that, a group of 15 to 30 black people surrounded a bus at 1:15 a.m. and attacked the driver. “It is unclear what prompted the assault,” dutifully reported Metro.us.

Police arrested one suspect after receiving a tip that he was bragging about his exploits on Twitter, said the Boston Globe. “My hands hurt from last night,” he said in a Tweet. His lawyer said although that may have been his account, there was no proof her client was the one who sent it out.

Prosecutors say he was part of “more than a dozen people who charged onto the bus and began assaulting the driver, while another group attacked him through the bus window,” said the Globe.

The night before that, in New York, demonstrations protesting a police shooting turned violent. Dozens of black people looted a Brooklyn drug store, on video, during a protest on police violence.

And did I mention the “large fights” in Louisiana, South Carolina, Ohio, and, again, New Jersey? All this month?

More and more local news sites are allowing fewer and fewer comments from readers about the racial violence. Some shut down the comments altogether when the topic is race. Others purge comments frequently.

But where the topic is discussed, the race of the offenders is often discussed. Most people want to know why. In Philadelphia, Ron Bockman suggested a better headline for the CBS story: “Correct headline, Large Disturbance Of Black Teens Gathers In Center City Philadelphia.”

Others say anyone who notices is a racist.

Post Script: And Wednesday of this week, two hours after this story was written, in Springfield, Ohio, 50 black people fought police with aluminum baseball bats at 4 p.m. Three people were arrested and charged with rioting.

Wyoming State Boundary Changed By EPA

Michael Bastasch at the Daily Caller News Foundation reported Wednesday the story of the residents of Riverton, Wyoming:

"...One day they were Wyomingans, the next they were members of the Wind River tribes — after the Environmental Protection Agency declared the town part of the Wind River Indian Reservation, undoing a 1905 law passed by Congress and angering state officials..."

Bastasch reports that, while the federal Environmental Protection Agency has "unilaterally" changed the boundaries of the state of Wyoming, Wyoming Governor Matt Mead has informed the EPA that he will not honor its decision related to the boundary of the state and the Wind River Reservation.

According to a statement issued by the Wyoming Governor's office:

"...Three days after signing the decision the regional administrator of the EPA told Wyoming the EPA was granting the Northern Arapaho and Eastern Shoshone Tribes application for Treatment as a State. Treatment as a State gives Tribes access to grant funding for air quality monitoring, but the EPA decision also purports to re-interpret a 1905 Congressional Act and in doing so expand the boundaries of the Wind River Reservation..."

Last month the EPA effectively changed the boundaries of the reservation by using as reference a 2011 finding by the Interior Department that a law passed in 1905, which in effect opened the Riverton area and "one million more acres to homesteading" by "non-Indians," did not diminish the reservation.

That means, essentially that land that has been considered since 1905, specifically  an area referenced as Fremont County and the city of Riverton, Wyoming, to be under local jurisdiction, is instead, Indian Country.  Among other things, because the ruling makes the area part of the Wind River Indian Reservation, the city and its surrounding areas are subject now, not to local laws, but to federal law, including law enforcement (police) and other laws.

On January 6 of this year the Wyoming Attorney General, Peter K. Michael, petitioned the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for "...Reconsideration and Stay of Approval of Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapho Tribes' Application for Treatment as a State..." stating that the "...legal opinion offered in support of EPA's decision depends on a shost of faulty factual and legal conclusions..."

It said further that:

"...The legal opinion offered in support of EPA's decision presents a selective history of the Wind River Reservation more akin to advocacy for a predetermined outcome than to the objective analysis required for this complicated issue.  The plan language of the 1905 Act of Congress, the 1891 and 1904 treaties, the legislative history and other contemporaneous historical evidence, decisions of the United States Supreme Court in analogous cases, and he State's pervasive exercise of civil and criminal jurisdiction over the territory in dispute for more than one hundred years--especially when coupled with the disavowal of federal jurisdiction and the absence of tribal jurisdiction--demonstrate conclusively that EPA's reservation boundary determination is wrong..."
"...EPA not only reached the wrong conclusion, but the agency also employed a fundamentally unfair and skewed process, to the detriment of the State and its citizens, in pursuit of its predetermined objective..."

Governor Mead said in a statement:

"...I understand that the Northern Arapaho and Eastern Shoshone Tribes have a different opinion about the Wind River Reservation Boundary. My deep concern is about an administrative agency of the federal government altering a state’s boundary and going against over 100 years of history and law. This should be a concern to all citizens because, if the EPA can unilaterally take land away from a state, where will it stop...?"

Bastasch reports that "State courts have heard at least two cases on the boundary in the last three decades — one 1980s Wyoming Supreme Court case found that Riverton was part of the reservation, and another state high court case in 2008, which found that the town was in Wyoming...The only problem is that the state court decisions don’t set a solid precedent, since neither case involves both tribes living on the reservation, nor the state and the federal government all at once, Howell... [lobbyist for the Northern Arapaho tribe] ... told the Star-Tribune."  See Bastasch's Report HERE... 

Once again, an agency of the Obama Administration over-extends its reach, and takes actions that are Unconstitutional, bypassing Congress and the Courts, while using as pawns U.S. Citizens of two factions to create a conflict in order to advance its political agenda.

If House Speaker John Boehner wants to level the debt negotiating playing field he should ask Congress to verify whether President Obama is a tax fraud?  Last fall President Obama challenged Mitt Romney to come clean and release his tax returns so voters would know whether he paid his fair share.  Randall Sorensen, CPA is asking President Obama to come clean regarding the filing of his 1990 tax return when he signed a six-figure contract book deal with Poseidon Press. Failure to do so would be a violation of Title 26-Internal Revenue Code.

Tea Party members will question my sanity for alleging that President Obama committed a felony via tax evasion.  My decision is simple…   if President Obama wants 310 million Americans to follow mandated federal law then President Obama needs to prove to Americans that he has ALWAYS been in compliance with the US Tax Code as required by every citizen of the United States.    

Tom Draper reported in GQ Magazine’s November 2009 issue (www.gq.com) that President Obama signed a six-figure contract with Poseidon Press on November 28, 1990.  The exact amount was reported as $150,000 by Christopher Andersen in his book Barack and Michelle: Portrait of an American Marriage.  According to Jack Cahill, Barack Obama was advanced $75,000 for the book.  It’s not unusual in the publishing business to receive one-third to one-half of the contract value upfront. However, a $75,000 advance would have required a recent law school graduate strapped with heavy student debt to pay the IRS $25,000 four and ½ months later.  I have been a CPA for 33 years and I’m Certified in Financial Forensics. In 1988 I was hired by the Arizona House of Representative in the Senate Impeachment Trial of Governor Evan Mecham.  My forensic analysis of an improper $80,000 loan from a political fund to a private car dealership justified the Impeachment of Governor Mecham. 

Last fall I reviewed the tax returns of both presidential candidates.  During my analysis of President Obama’s 2001 Individual Tax Return, I found 10 math errors.  All of the errors were simple arithmetic errors that would have been prevented with a computerized program such as Turbo Tax. 

President Obama’s 2001 tax return wasn’t signed by a paid preparer and it would appear the tax return was prepared by President or Ms. Obama.  I determined that the Obamas prepared three drafts of their 2001 tax return.  The first draft calculated an income tax liability of $79,000.  This would have required taxable income of $271,000.  In contrast, President Obama’s website shows 2001 taxable income of $250,000.   President Obama ended up paying income tax on $21,000 of phantom income that resulted in sending Uncle Sam an extra +$7,300.  I think Republicans and Democrats will unanimously agree that President Obama is one of the greatest orators of our time.  The same can’t be said regarding President Obama’s skill as a tax preparer!

Based on the fact that President Obama used bits and pieces from three different 2001 tax drafts, made 10 errors, overpaid his taxes by $7,300 by claiming $21,000 of phantom income, it would appear that President Obama lacked the accounting skills to competently prepare his tax return.  If President Obama wasn’t proficient at preparing his taxes in 2001 it’s not a stretch to assume that he wouldn’t have been proficient in 1990.

I believe President Obama’s has a massive skeleton in his tax closet as it relates to the mishandling of the est. $75,000 book advance from Poseidon Press in November of 1990.  I have determined only three tax scenarios exist: 1) filed correctly and paid the IRS $25,000, 2) reported income as passive, failed to pay social security taxes and owes the IRS $41,000 or 3) failed to properly report the income and currently owes the US Treasury in excess of $123,000. Barack Obama was flush with cash at the end of 1990.  However over the next 1 ½ years he failed miserably to deliver a completed manuscript to Poseidon Press in June of 1992.  Tom Draper reported that Obama had other things on his mind, namely the impending October 3^rd marriage to Michelle. Writer Christopher Anderson wrote “when Barack informed them that he had spent the money and that he and his wife were still chipping away at their massive student loan debt – the publisher agreed not to press the issue”.  Draper wrote that Poseidon terminated Obama’s contract on October 20, 1992.

In January of 2007, Barack Obama engaged in some skeleton housekeeping. According to the Somerville News, Barack Obama shelled out $375 to pay 15 parking tickets accumulated at Harvard in the late 80’s. The majority of Americans abide by parking restrictions and if we’re unlucky enough to receive a ticket we stuff money in an envelope and mail it within days. This wasn’t the case for Barack Obama.  He waited nearly 20 years before deciding to settle his delinquent ticket balance. The apparent reason was his decision to enter the presidential campaign two months later.  Why didn’t Obama come clean earlier after banking millions in book royalties in 2005/06?  

Could Barack Obama have decided to clean up any tax obligations from 1990?  Absolutely….  but highly unlikely for the following reasons:  First, failure to file and pay income taxes would be admitting to the commission of a felony.  Second, the original $25,000 tax balance had grown to over +$100,000 with interest and penalties. Third and probably a game changer, is the consequences surrounding an ethics violation for failing to accurately complete his United States Senate Financial Disclosure Report.  Senator Obama would have been required to list the outstanding tax liability on his 2005 report.  Failure to do so is a violation of 5 U.S.C. app. 4 § 104, and 18 U.S.C. § 1001. The fine for filing a false report is up to $50,000 be imprisoned for up to one year.  If discovered this would have probably ended his candidacy before it got started. 

People have grown tired of the manner in which President Obama talks down to his peers. Former President Ronald Reagan could be tough but according to a Marine friend who served in the White House, he had a heart of gold.  If President Obama is able to mandate 310 million Americans to follow the US Tax Code, then I want proof that President Obama complied with the US Tax Code his entire life. The IRS cuts no one slack.  The manner in which the IRS aggressively pursues tax evaders should be the same….   even for Presidents. I informed Senator Cruz, Senator Grassley, Congressman Boehner, Congressman Issa and Congressman Gowdy how in 1 minute they can verify whether President Obama committed a felony.  If President Obama wants people to buy into Obamacare then he needs to show 310 million Americans that he has ALWAYS been in compliance with the US Tax Code.  What is wrong with Congress checking the integrity of our President?  Especially if it can be done in 1 minute!

One of the Obama administration mantras, repeated by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, is that a military rescue of our trapped Benghazi mission could not have been mounted in time to make a difference, a bizarre claim since at the beginning of the first of two attacks no one could have known when the terrorist attack would end or how long the survivors could hold on.

The longest war America has ever fought is the Dirty War, and it is not over. It has lasted 30 years so far and claimed more than 25 million victims. It has cost almost as many lives as the Vietnam War. It determined the result of last year’s congressional election.

Yet the American news media do not want to talk about the Dirty War, which remains between the lines and unreported. In fact, to even suggest that the war exists is to be discredited. So let’s start suggesting, immediately.

No matter how crime figures are massaged by those who want to acknowledge or dispute the existence of a Dirty War, there is nothing ambiguous about what the official statistics portray: for the past 30 years a large segment of black America has waged a war of violent retribution against white America.

And the problem is getting worse, not better. In the past 20 years, violent crime has increased more than four times faster than the population. Young blacks (under 18) are more violent than previous generations and are 12 times more likely to be arrested for murder than young whites.

Nearly all the following figures, which speak for themselves, have not been reported in America:

• According to the latest US Department of Justice survey of crime victims, more than 6.6 million violent crimes (murder, rape, assault and robbery) are committed in the US each year, of which about 20 per cent, or 1.3 million, are inter-racial crimes.

• Most victims of race crime—about 90 per cent—are white, according to the survey ”Highlights from 20 Years of Surveying Crime Victims”, published in 1993.

• Almost 1 million white Americans were murdered, robbed, assaulted or raped by black Americans in 1992, compared with about 132,000 blacks who were murdered, robbed, assaulted or raped by whites, according to the same survey.

• Blacks thus committed 7.5 times more violent inter-racial crimes than whites even though the black population is only one-seventh the size of the white population. When these figures are adjusted on a per capita basis, they reveal an extraordinary disparity: blacks are committing more than 50 times the number of violent racial crimes of whites.

• According to the latest annual report on murder by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, most inter-racial murders involve black assailants and white victims, with blacks murdering whites at 18 times the rate that whites murder blacks.

These breathtaking disparities began to emerge in the mid-1960’s, when there was a sharp increase in black crime against whites, an upsurge which, not coincidentally, corresponds exactly with the beginning of the modern civil rights movement.

Over time, the cumulative effect has been staggering. Justice Department and FBI statistics indicate that between 1964 and 1994 more than 25 million violent inter-racial crimes were committed, overwhelmingly involving black offenders and white victims, and more than 45,000 people were killed in inter-racial murders. By comparisons 58,000 Americans died in Vietnam, and 34,000 were killed in the Korean war.

When non-violent crimes (burglary, larceny, car theft and personal theft) are included, the cumulative totals become prodigious. The Bureau of Justice Statistics says 27 million non-violent crimes were committed in the US in 1992, and the survey found that 31 per cent of the robberies involved black offenders and white victims (while only 2 per cent in the reverse).

When all the crime figures are calculated, it appears that black Americans have committed at least 170 million crimes against white Americans in the past 30 years. It is the great defining disaster of American life and American ideals since World War II.

All these are facts, yet by simply writing this story, by assembling the facts in this way, I would be deemed a racist by the American news media. It prefers to maintain a paternalistic double-standard in its coverage of black America, a lower standard.

   Obama uses Executive Orders to Strip Gun Owners of

            legal Constitutional Gun  Weapons Rights

Where do you draw the line in the sand in defense of your life, your family and your community? What happens when the President of the United States, determines that it is illegal for you to use the very guns which are constitutionally protected because he issues an executive order against ownership? What alternative are you left with, and who can you turn to?

Your weapons which are constitutionally protected may need a local sheriff who will stand against the federal tidal wave of unconstitutional White House directives to protect gun rights!

States and local sheriffs in several jurisdictions are leading a resurgent awakening in the nation in protecting the gun rights of citizens from being quashed by federal edicts. In fact, some of these states which are considering legislation to criminalize efforts of federal employees that attempt to enforce gun control executive orders. Some of these states considering legislation action include Alabama, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina, Texas, and Wyoming, among others.

Reaction to the proposed legislative edicts by President Obama for a reinstated sticker assault-weapons ban and a 10-round limit on magazines is raising concerns by local law enforcement officials. According to CNS News, Oregon, Linn County Sheriff Tim Mueller has already told Vice President Biden in a letter, that he will not enforce any recommended gun laws he deemed unconstitutional.

Another sheriff has joined the growing effort to prevent the assault on legal law abiding citizen’s Second Amendment rights in the state of Kentucky. According to Breitbart, Sheriff Denny Peyman of Jackson County, Kentucky stated recently, “My office will not comply with any federal action which violates the United States Constitution or the Kentucky Constitution which I swore uphold."

A state legislative leader in Texas is tackling this gun control overreach by the Obama administration and gun control advocates. Rep. Steve Toth (R) is planning legislative action to make it illegal for the state of Texas to enforce any federal laws that restrict the constitutional rights of its citizens to own semi-automatic firearms or the size of gun magazines.

Is this not the legal obligation of all local sheriffs and state legislative officials to uphold the dictates of the U.S. Constitution as well as their own state constitution? Is this not their oath of office? In fact, it makes perfect sense that every county, parish and borough in America has a sheriff or law enforcement officials who has taken such an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution.

OK, everyone who hates obama, and I'm convinced that's around 75% of the population, wants him out but the so-called republicans are divided, right? Some like me think a third party is the way to go, others want to stick with what I call the Titanic of politics, the GOP.

Someone tell me why this wouldn't work to bring the conservative thinking people together:

The establishment republicans run their candidate as usual. The New Tea Party, or something like it runs a truly conservative candidate, ala Col. Allen West, or Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachman, or Dr. Ben Carson the neurosurgeon. 

Here's the catch. *The stated policy of the conservative party is that they will run as hard as they can to win over America. All true conservatives like me will be able to vote for someone who hasn't been selected by the likes of Boehner and Rove. The GOP can run their typical unelectable candidate, Dole, McCain, Romney. Two weeks before the election if the conservative party isn't in contention based on a mutually agreed upon polling service, they pledge to swing their votes over to the Republicans and withdraw their candidate! That way, no votes end up going to supporting the likes of this hunk of garbage we have in there now and all of us can unite behind one candidate while still voting our conscience.

Now, if that sounds too unreasonable, or if you can't get on board with that, we are truly doomed because right now the left is rolling over us and the Constitution like a bull dozer.

We need something bold. Why not this? If you agree that it's worth a try, please spread it around. I'm so sick of liberalism and it's tentacles, not to mention islam while I'm at it. Liberalism is at the heart of the vast majority of our decline!

The agents, working for the only state-level program to confiscate illegal firearms from owners, targeted people who’d once legally purchased firearms and lost the right after being convicted of violent crimes, committed to mental institutions or hit with restraining orders.

Wearing bulletproof vests and carrying 40-caliber Glock pistols, nine California Justice Department agents assembled outside a ranch-style house in a suburb east of Los Angeles. They were looking for a gun owner who’d recently spent two days in a mental hospital.

Special Agent Supervisor John Marsh who coordinates the operations around California, said: “We’re not contacting anybody who can legally own a gun. The only people we’re contacting are people who are prohibited from owning guns.”

They knocked on the door and asked to come in. About 45 minutes later, they came away peacefully with three firearms.

California is the only state that tracks and disarms people with legally registered guns who have lost the right to own them, according to Attorney General Kamala Harris. Almost 20,000 gun owners in the state are prohibited from possessing firearms, including convicted felons, those under a domestic violence restraining order or deemed mentally unstable.

“What do we do about the guns that are already in the hands of persons who, by law, are considered too dangerous to possess them?” Harris said in a letter to Vice President Joe Biden after a Connecticut school shooting in December left 26 dead. She recommended that Biden, heading a White House review of gun policy, consider California as a national model.

As many as 200,000 people nationwide may no longer be qualified to own firearms, according to Garen Wintemute, director of the Violence Prevention Research Program at the University of California, Davis. Other states may lack confiscation programs because they don’t track purchases as closely as California, which requires most weapons sales go through a licensed dealer and be reported.

“Very, very few states have an archive of firearm owners like we have,” said Wintemute, who helped set up the program.

Funding Increase

Harris, a 48-year-old Democrat, has asked California lawmakers to more than double the number of agents from the current 33. They seized about 2,000 weapons last year. Agents also took 117,000 rounds of ammunition and 11,000 high-capacity magazines, according to state data.

“We’re not contacting anybody who can legally own a gun,” said John Marsh, a supervising agent who coordinates the sometimes-contentious seizures. “I got called the Antichrist the other day. Every conspiracy theory you’ve heard of, take that times 10.”

The no-gun list is compiled by cross-referencing files on almost 1 million handgun and assault-weapon owners with databases of new criminal records and involuntary mental-health commitments. About 15 to 20 names are added each day, according to the attorney general’s office.

Probable Cause

Merely being in a database of registered gun owners and having a “disqualifying event,” such as a felony conviction or restraining order, isn’t sufficient evidence for a search warrant, Marsh said March 5 during raids in San Bernardino County. So the agents often must talk their way into a residence to look for weapons, he said.

At a house in Fontana, agents were looking for a gun owner with a criminal history of a sex offense, pimping, according to the attorney general’s office. Marsh said that while the woman appeared to be home, they got no answer at the door. Without a warrant, the agents couldn’t enter and had to leave empty- handed.

They had better luck in nearby Upland, where they seized three guns from the home of Lynette Phillips, 48, who’d been hospitalized for mental illness, and her husband, David. One gun was registered to her, two to him.

“The prohibited person can’t have access to a firearm,” regardless of who the registered owner is, said Michelle Gregory, a spokeswoman for the attorney general’s office.

Involuntarily Held

In an interview as agents inventoried the guns, Lynette Phillips said that while she’d been held involuntarily in a mental hospital in December, the nurse who admitted her had exaggerated the magnitude of her condition.

Todd Smith, chief executive officer of Aurora Charter Oak Hospital in Covina, where documents provided by Phillips show she was treated, didn’t respond to telephone and e-mail requests for comment on the circumstances of the treatment.

Phillips said her husband used the guns for recreation. She didn’t blame the attorney general’s agents for taking the guns based on the information they had, she said.

“I do feel I have every right to purchase a gun,” Phillips said. “I’m not a threat. We’re law-abiding citizens.”

No one was arrested. Most seized weapons are destroyed, Gregory said.

“It’s not unusual to not arrest a mental-health person because every county in the state handles those particular cases differently,” Gregory said by e-mail. “Unless there’s an extenuating need to arrest them on the spot, we refer the case” to the local district attorney’s office, she said.

A retired United States Army colonel expects as many as 30 million like-minded individuals will descend on Washington, DC this week and demand that President Barack Obama and other members of his administration be booted from office.

Those are just some of the demands that Col. Harry Riley, founder of “Operation American Spring,” said he’ll ask the Obama administration to adhere to when militia members and patriots of all sorts arrive in the nation’s capital on Friday and begin demonstrating against a government the group considers to be in violation of the principles established by the founders of the country.

American Student Punished for Refusing to Recite Mexican Pledge

A Texas high school student has filed a federal lawsuit against her school and her teachers after she was punished for refusing to salute and recite the Mexican pledge of allegiance.

The Thomas More Law Center filed the suit on behalf of Brenda Brinsdon alleging the McAllen Independent School District violated the 15-year-old girl’s constitutional rights when she was forced to recite the Mexican pledge and sing the Mexican national anthem.

Brinsdon, who is the daughter of a Mexican immigrant and an American father, refused. She believed it was un-American to pledge a loyalty oath to another country.

Ironically, the school district has a policy that prohibits a school from compelling students to recite the American Pledge of Allegiance.

The district also has a written policy that excuses students from reciting text from the Declaration of Independence if the student “as determined by the district, has a conscientious objection to the recitation.”

“There is a sad trend in public schools across our nation to undermine American patriotism,” said Richard Thompson president of the Thomas More Law Center. “But it’s encouraging to see students like Brenda stand up for America despite pressure from school officials.”

The TMLC told Fox News the district ignored its own rules when Brinsdon refused to recite the pledge of a foreign country.

What’s most troubling is the different treatment for someone wanting to opt out of reciting the American Pledge of Allegiance compared to someone as a matter of conscience wants to opt out of reciting the Mexican pledge,” spokesman Erin Mersino told Fox News.

A spokesman for the McAllen Independent School District told Fox News they had not seen a copy of the lawsuit.

The recitation of the Mexican pledge and the singing of the Mexican national anthem was part of a 2011 Spanish class assignment at Achieve Early College High School.  The teacher, Reyna Santos, required all her students to participate in the lesson.

When Brinsdon refused to back down – she was punished, the lawsuit alleges. She was given an alternative assignment on the Independence of Mexico. The teacher gave her a failing grade – and then required the student to sit in class over a period of several days to listen to other students recite the Mexican pledge.

The lawsuit states Brinsdon offered to recite the American pledge in Spanish but the teacher refused her request.

“It’s astonishing that this Texas school would deny Brenda her right of conscience and free speech not to pledge allegiance to a foreign country,” said Thompson. “Too many Americans – including those of Mexican descent – have suffered and died protecting our nation.”

And while she is fluent in Spanish and English and is proud of her Mexican heritage, Brinsdon is a “true-blooded American,” Mersino added.

Mersino said it was especially troubling to watch video of students in the class standing up, extending their arms straight out, palms down and reciting the pledge of a foreign country.

“It’s disturbing – it truly was troubling,” she said.

It’s a sensational twist to the scandal plaguing the embattled New York
congressman. This new woman is middle-aged  and from Nevada.

"I gave him my number and he called me from his office and we proceeded to
talk dirty for at least 30 minutes.

messages originated from a Facebook
account he used regularly until November 24, last year and recently
abadoned. (A source close to Weiner verfied that he used that page.)

Since, he's redirected his legion of 44,144
supporters to a second and 'official' Facebook
presence, specifically designed for public figures.

But Weiner's previous page remains online and lists much of Weiner's
biographical information, including that he attended Brooklyn Technical High
School and is married to Huma Abedin, one of Hillary Clinton's top aides.

Weiner's office did not answer Star's request for comment regarding whether
the Democrat sent the messages or whether he was again the victim of the hacker,
as he's previously claimed.

Senator McCain himself should have been the very first person to make this observation and acted upon it, yet that has never happened. Senator McCain edited himself out of the equation by his own inaction and silence. He can never be a "president".

“(Aug. 17, 2012) — Fred Brownbill of The Save America Foundation claims that 80 countries have signed a criminal complaint against Barack Hussein Obama and filed it in the World Court.  Brownbill states that the complaint is one of four matters which will cause Obama to resign.

The Post & Email interviewed the founder of the Save America Foundation, John Chambers, on May 10 of last year.  Brownbill does not mention “if” Obama will resign, but rather, “when.”  However, we could find no substantiation for the criminal complaint claim at this time.

Brownbill’s piece is reposted at The White Hats Report without attribution.  Who are the “White Hat Reporters?”

Brownbill believes that Obama is seeking a nation which will give him sanctuary and states that the Save America Foundation “has the answer” as to when Obama leaves and for what reason.  Brownbill compares Obama’s current situation to that of the Watergate investigation which prompted President Richard M. Nixon to resign the presidency on August 8, 1974.  Some members of Congress believe that the Fast & Furious gunwalking scandal rises to or exceeds the level of malfeasance in Watergate and will yield the same results.

Two years ago, some citizens were calling for Obama to resign, predicting that calls for his birth records and college records would break through the mainstream media blockade imposed on anyone who asked for information on the secretive man who had gained access to the White House.

Fox News Pundit Sean Hannity is now asking Obama to release his college transcripts following Donald Trump’s demand that Obama do so last month.  Four years ago, Obama’s background was not discussed, including questions about his birthplace and life story.

Despite reports that Joe Biden will be removed from the ticket and replaced with New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, the White House has stated that is not the case.  Brownbill believes that Hillary Clinton will ultimately replace Biden and possibly even Obama.  The rumor about Cuomo began in July of last year.

Biden is known for his tactlessness in public situations.

Several others have predicted that Obama will not be on the ballot in November, despite his aggressive campaigning.  When he is not campaigning, the White House schedule lists meetings he is allegedly attending which are closed to the press or simply “No public schedule.”

While Obama’s campaign manager has stated that Romney’s release of “five years” of tax returns would satisfy them, Obama continues to hide behind a birth certificate deemed fraudulent by an official law enforcement investigation, a Connecticut-issued social security number, a Selective Service registration card also labeled fraudulent, unrevealed school, medical and university records and transcripts, withheld documents on the Fast & Furious operation, and unanswered complaints for treason on the part of several thousand citizens.

One U.S. representative wants Congress to vote to repeal everything Obama has signed during his four years in the White House.  In early 2009, the same congressman had mailed to this writer copies of alleged birth announcements from two Hawaii newspapers as “proof” that he claimed he had found of Obama’s birth in Hawaii and alleged constitutional eligibility to serve.

The Daily Pen, which appears to have inside information about Barack Hussein Obama and began its reporting in January 2009, contends that the birth announcements do not prove that Obama is a “natural born Citizen” because they were not “medically verified as occurring at a Hawaiian hospital.”

Obama’s actions have been described as “bizarre.”  A journalist embedded with Obama during his return flight to the U.S. from Portugal reported that Obama had joked about stopping to see socialist dictator Hugo Chavez before returning home.  Earlier this year, Obama was late in appearing for a campaign event in California.  A psychotherapist questioned Obama’s “odd mannerisms” two years ago, and foreign heads of state reportedly saw him as “detached from reality.”

What is the reality of Obama’s identity?  Is his name “Barack Hussein Obama II,” or has he hidden that, also?  If he has another identity, will its discovery usher in a new, more devastating Watergate?

Does Obama have an identity crisis?  Writer Edward Klein says that Obama “doesn’t know who he is.”

This letter is addressed to every Socialist, Communist Progressive in the Obama Administration and across my United States of America.

Let me open with the BS of Political correctness, also referred to as civility.

Civility refers to being courteous or polite, whether in word or deed.

The opposite of civility is discourteousness, discourtesy, impoliteness, incivility, rudeness, surliness, ungraciousness.

Being civil does NOT mean I have to be dishonest and say or do something I do NOT feel or believe in.

Telling someone they are pretty when they are ugly as a mud fence is a bold face lie. Telling my child they are the best player in the universe when they fall over their own two feet are also just bold faced lies.  This is considered being NICE but dishonest.  I do not believe in this sort of false behavior. Nor will I participate in it, whether this joke of an administration likes it or not.

I would highly recommend YOUR SIDE practice what you are constantly preaching to the TRUE AMERICANS out here in the real AMERICA you are working hard to destroy.  You all need to practice what you preach or shut the hell up! 

Were I to be open and honest with my feelings of those with Socialist, Communist or Progressive leanings, note I am NOT including the word Democrat, I would invite you to take your Utopian, equal this or that, share everything under the sun selves and find another country to invade then rule.  Take that narcissistic, half white fool sitting in MY White House with you…. PLEASE!

George Soros and his buddy Maurice Strong have more than enough money to start their own government where everyone is a union member, drives anything other than an oil based product container, pays taxes for each breath in AND out, walks around like a Monsanto genetically altered ZOMBIE, shoot I almost said person but that would be a flat lie, a zombie has pretty much a flat affect.

To the seated House and Senate, may I remind you your seat is offered to you by OUR votes not your looks.  Republicans, Democrats and Independents all need to remember your JOBS.  You are to represent the best interests of your people ALL SIDES of the population you represent.  Taxation without representation is NOT an option.  Remember these golden words:  We voted you in, we will vote you out.

To the DOJ, are you kidding me?  You are all crooks, each and every one of you, you should all be wearing pink underwear and living in tent city, for as long as we could keep you there.  Your sense of justice is to CYA and to hell with the rest of us.  None of us with 25% of functioning grey matter believe our borders are even 2% secure.  What the hell, get an American ID and you’re off to the races, who cares about the citizen who had their ID STOLEN.

Trot out the Health and Human Services….Please, I take responsibility for my own actions and so do most people I hang and work with.  Go figure, 64 and able to make my own decisions, let’s see first amendment rights: Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  I am alive on GOD’s time not ANY governments.  If I want a hamburger, I have the right.  If I want an ice cream cone with two scoops, I have the right.  If I want to skip my multi-vit for today, I have the right.  If I choose to NOT have mammogram, colonoscopy, pap smear or any other procedure, either internal or external, that is not harmful to the general population, I have that right too.  Stay out of my body, my bedroom, my church, my freedom of choice.  Stay out of my grocery cart, my children’s education path, and most of all, the wallet in my purse.

Planned Parenthood AKA Abortion Mill.  If the Pro-Choice groups feel so strongly about a female’s choice, then feel free to fund this entity by private funding and STOP using one cent of MY tax monies to fund something I morally, ethically and from this female’s view totally disagree with.  NOW, from a Christian view, I do NOT want to stand before my Creator and have to defend a single penny of support to kill fetuses.  Again, tax distribution without my choice and totally against my will.  I also feel the Pro-Choice supporters should explain who the founder of Planned Parenthood really is and her drive behind it.  Imagine how the Black population would feel if they knew the TRUTH about Margaret Sanger/Democrat.  Democrat women SHOULD know…..

Margaret Sanger: Communist & Nurse. She founded this program to eradicate the BLACKS in the USA.  What the hell is wrong with you fools, you vote to support the eradication of your own race?  Catholics: White, brown, black, green or purple, same thing, well now the Communist controlled US Government and Muslim raised leaders want to control your faith-based beliefs.  What is WRONG with the people like me allowing for a women’s freedom of choice and upholding her own first amendment rights but NOT being forced to participate with MY tax money.  STOP FORCING ME TO PARTICIPATE IN SOMETHING I VEHEMETLY OPPOSE.  You are trouncing on MY first amendment rights!

John McCain, you are a traitor in my eyes.  I voted for you because you were the lessor of two evils.  I see you as a RIGHT Progressive and feel you are maxed out in Government because you have the backbone of a SPINELESS jelly fish.  I am NOT your friend and neither are most of the idiots on the left you chum around with.  Shame on you, you were a POA, glad you lived but” MY FRIEND”, you are not the only one who was a POA yesterday, today and tomorrow.  Pull up your huevos and stand up for the country you swore to defend and protect.  Political correctness has NO place in politics, have you not yet learned this?  Our country is being systematically dismantled and you still call the enemy a friend?  Time for you to go, and any minions (Flake) being groomed to take your place go right along with you.

Entertainment elite:  Have all of you whiney Liberal Left Progressives forgotten how you started your ascent to richness?  I have YET to hear a startup story of anyone of you that did not have to start from scratch, how you had to reach the heights you did by anything but hard work and perseverance yet you support the “bale out” theory of those in office today.  Are your brains fried from too much partying?  Why is the way you started out not good enough for others that wish to aspire, in their own chosen professions?  Offering a hand UP vs a hand OUT should be the choice.  To respect and push towards success any person, myself included, has to have a vested personal interest in their success.  Oprah, Bill, Melinda, Warren, Robert, Jane, Paul and all you other elites, need to pull your heads out of the darkness and into the light of promoting a person’s self-worth and drive to succeed, instead of pushing for re-distribution yet one more time.  I think all of you should be boycotted in your respective trades and crafts for sleeping with the enemy.  I also think that you could write a check to the IRS under the gift program if you want more taxes from the rich…hint, check your own bank accounts.  I am not at ALL financially secure, but I do NOT think any of you fat cats owe me a single dime or money you earned on your own.  So PLEASE take care of your own conscious and leave other wealthy folks to decide what they want to do with their own earned monies.  Please feel free to refer to paragraphs 8 & 9 and stop trouncing on others rights.  If you do not like America, feel free to leave, again watch that door behind you.
