Americans with our inherited ‘inalienable’ God-given rights and freedoms appears to be moving to a lower level.
‘Face it’! An American electorate majority has ‘voted’ to turn the USA, our Constitution, and our earlier ‘inalienable’ ‘God-given’ freedoms ‘upside-down’; and away as passed down from our earlier generation(s).
America is living under a ‘lawless’ government of elected and appointed individuals who, themselves, decide whether to ‘obey, enforce, or ignore’ our Constitution and our laws, as they please.
America made a ‘far-left turn’ in 1963 as the SCOTUS verdict in ABINGTON SCHOOL DIST. v. SCHEMPP removed the Holy Bible from our ‘public schools’. Since that judgment, several generations have failed to hear, study, and/or pass along to later generations the ‘Word of God’. As time passed, I perceived a vision for America to return our nation to the dreams of our Founding Fathers and our US Constitution based on Christian values.
During this same time frame, most regular individuals who practice ‘Christianity’ in their ‘houses of worship’, were spending their money being entertained in professional sports, amphitheaters, movies, and other forms of entertainment, while the ‘lead superstars and movie stars’ themselves, were returning their disproportionate proceeds and take-home revenues to ‘left-wing’ political candidates of election(s) and other ‘radical’ political ideals; representing opposite opinions as these same paying customers usually uphold.
‘Left-wing’ political ‘movers and shakers’ may have won on ‘Liberal’ social, fiscal, and National Security issues; perhaps, forever while many wonder…. How could it have happened? How did it happen? What went wrong? Was I, or am I part of the problem, or am I a solution?
Is it ‘too late’ to return to the dreams of our Founding Fathers and our US Constitution based on Christian values? Most probably yes; however, nothing is impossible under God’s decree.
Each of us must review our own life and evaluate as to what, how, where, and when we assisted in damaging our Constitution based on Christian values, and our ‘inalienable’ God-given rights and freedoms. On the differing side, did any of us assist in reinforcing our Constitution based on Christian values, and our nation?
Ronald Reagan said, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same.”
Have we, as good ‘God-fearing’ Christians fought for, protected, and handed down our freedoms to the next generation(s)? History will reveal the answer(s) to others.

Thank you for appreciating my court filing. And yes, I hope that my efforts encourage and equip others to stand up for our constitutions and our unalienable rights. You know what? I can tell by my interaction with these government employees that I have them very flustered. They don't know what to do with me. Yet, if the judge rules in my favor, it throws their whole program into question and chaos... what? With so many unlawful citations sent to others who post flyers and ads on craigslist? Will it open the door for others to get their fines back? It is a huge mess... but the government employees have dug their own hole. I didn't do anything, except uphold and defend our state and federal constitutions. The only way they can win the argument is to throw those constitutions out the window in front of everybody and God!

Russ -Absolutely love your filing; please, keep us advised of follow-up actions. You are absolutely correct, in your assertions and allegations. More people should do this. None of us are licensed, learned attorneys and, oftentimes, do have to speak for ourselves. The Clerks of the Courts, sometimes, need to be reminded that it is WE THE PEOPLE who pay their salaries, therefore they are "obliged" to assist US when we request that assistance.

1. I, Russ Hinds, am a taxpaying citizen whose forefathers established a constitutional republic with the intent of maintaining liberty, justice, and freedom for all citizens--We the Peoples’ freedom from being harassed, assaulted, or interfered with in pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness. Our state and federal constitutions, which our forefathers wrote and ratified by a vote of “We the People,” were written to constrain the public servants (government employees) to the powers clearly granted them by those constitutions and to prevent the establishment of a tyrannical government imposing its own unconstitutional will upon “We the People.”
A. My father swore an oath to support and defend our constitution(s) against all enemies foreign and domestic upon entering military service. He risked his life defending our countrymen, including neighbors employed by the government. He did not risk his life defending our nation and constitution in order that government employees could unconstitutionally mail intimidating $1500.00 citations to “We the People” for publishing a list of their skills in an effort to serve their neighbors. My father risked his life in order to protect freedom to publish and freedom of speech under the First Amendment of our Bill of Rights.
B. Three of my sons swore an oath to support and defend our constitution(s) against all enemies foreign and domestic upon entering military service. They risked their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan in defense of their beloved country and fellow citizens, including neighbors employed by “We the peoples’” government. They did not risk their lives defending our nation and our constitution(s) in order that government employees could unconstitutionally mail intimidating $1500.00 citations to “We the People” for publishing a list of their skills in an effort to find a job. My sons risked their lives in order to protect freedom to publish and freedom of speech
Under the first Amendment of our Bill of Rights.
C. I, Russ Hinds, am not about to ignore the sacrifices of my father, sons, and fellow citizens who have fought to support and defend our constitutions against all enemies foreign and domestic. Too many of my neighbors have lost sons, daughters, fathers, and mothers in defense of our liberty, our constitution(s), and our nation. While I have not served in the military, I will also defend our liberty and constitutions against all enemies foreign and domestic, even defend them against misguided government employees who disregard their own oaths of office. It is not my role to figure out how government employees fail to uphold liberty and our constitutions, and it is not my role to educate government employees about our “Supreme Law of the Land.” However, this case has brought to my attention that too many government employees are not up to speed on our civic duty to support and defend our constitution(s) with liberty and justice for all.
Many government employees and elected legislators like to affirm “the rule of law” in their efforts to administer the law. Let us not overlook “the rule of the Supreme Law of the Land,” our U.S. Constitution and Bill of rights, which governs the public servants of We the People. Actions performed by government employees which are outside of constitutional authority are unlawful under the Supreme Law of the land. Too many government employees incorrectly place statutes and regulations above the Supreme Law of the Land.
We are all neighbors and citizens of the same nation, the U.S.A, who have placed ourselves under the rule of “the Supreme Law of the Land.” The Washington State Constitution declares the U.S. Constitution to be the “Supreme Law of the Land,” therefore I, Russ Hinds, cannot “lawfully” be fined $1500.00 for publishing a list of my skills in an effort to serve my neighbors under the Supreme Law of the Land. Clearly, the statutes referenced in the citations are repugnant to the Supreme Law of the Land.
2. Confusion, contradiction, and chaos: While the Supreme Law of the Land is clear, simple, and concise, many public servants are confused as to their constitutional role serving the public. Example: I asked the Clerk of the Superior Court for a simple and “typical” itinerary of the process required to move my PETITION FOR REVIEW through the Superior Court. I received a response from the clerk which stated: “We do not have an attorney on staff to answer any legal questions. In the Superior Court, without legal representation, you are acting on your own behalf, “pro se”. There is not an itinerary or instructions on how to file your appeal. When pro’se, you are responsible for doing all the research and work needed to execute your appeal.”
I did not ask any legal questions, I asked for “a typical itinerary of future steps that I and we must take in order to resolve this dispute/APPEAL. I need to know what I need to do as my PETITION proceeds through the Superior Court of the State of Washington for Spokane County.” Government employees should not keep secret “how” the process of adjudicating my APPEAL moves forward. We the People need to know “how” to defend ourselves against out of control government employees.
I STILL NEED TO BE INFORMED OF WHAT THE SUPERIOR COURT PROCEDURES ARE IN ORDER TO FULFILL MY PART OF THE APPEAL! Smart aleck statements like“We do not have an attorney on staff to answer any legal questions” when I didn’t ask any “legal questions” is unprofessional, unneighborly, and offensive. My access to justice requires that I know at least a basic outline of the appeal process that is ahead of me. The clerk could have at least directed me to a document or book that records typical Superior Court for Spokane County procedures. I want to do all that I am required to do in order to get the government employees off my back. I do not want “a technicality” to pop up which concocts an excuse for government employees to ignore my appeal and continue to harass and threaten me with $1500.00 fines and “other legal action” as stated in the citations.
Please be aware of the fact that the government schools I attended did not inform me of court procedures, requirements, and options. Neither did the government schools I attended inform me of the thousands of pages of statutes and regulations, which are secondary to the Supreme Law of the Land. I was taught about our state and federal constitutions, though. I did pay close attention to that part of my education believing that I have “certain unalienable rights” which are “endowed by my Creator.” My freedom and liberty come from my Creator, not from government employees, and my liberty and property are protected by the Supreme Law of the Land. (How’s that for a good deal?)
There need not be any confusion, contradiction, or chaos surrounding my unalienable right to publish a list of my skills in an effort to serve my neighbors. Also, there need not be any confusion, contradiction, or chaos surrounding my unalienable right to bear arms, my unalienable right to be secure in my “persons, houses, papers, and effects,” my unalienable right to “equal protection under the law,” and my unalienable right to “due process of law” which includes my unalienable right to defend myself and question my accusers before a jury of my good neighbors.
Let’s keep things simple, logical, easy, and according to the Supreme Law of the Land, please.
3. Regarding the clerk’s statement, “When pro’se, you are responsible for doing all the research and work needed to execute your appeal,” let us remember that I did not start this fight. I was happily and peacefully minding my own business attempting to serve my neighbors and meet new friends. It is government employees who started this fight by cowardly mailing me two citations totaling $1500.00 for publishing a list of my skills.
For 17 months, government employees have been trying to convince me that I am a bad neighbor who deserves to pay the state of Washington $1500.00 for publishing a truthful list of my maintenance and repair skills seeking to serve my neighbors. Any man placed in my shoes with common sense and common decency would uncomfortably experience the long term stress of hucksters, shysters, and bullies attempting to con him into handing over his wallet for almost a year and a half without the benefit of a speedy trial by a jury of good neighbors. Now the Clerk of the Superior Court wants to inform me that I am “responsible for doing all the research and work needed to execute your appeal.”
WHEN ARE THE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES REQUIRED TO DO ALL THE RESEARCH AND WORK REQUIRED TO PROVE ME GUILTY OF A CRIME BEFORE A JURY OF MY GOOD NEIGHBORS? Why do government employees want to bog me down with all this nonsense and responsibility while they get paid to sit back and do nothing but issue revenue tickets through the mail? Don’t I have a constitutionally protected right to be left alone to pursue life, liberty, and happiness while serving my family, friends, and neighbors?
4. I AM A DEFENDANT, NOT AN AGRIEVED PARTY filing a COMPLAINT against your so-called “defendant,” the WA ST DEPT LABOR AND INDUSTRIES. Inspectors Phillip Jordan and Michael Thrams filed a COMPLAINT against me by issuing me two citations through the mail… It flat out amazes me how quickly constitutionally ignorant government employees can turn justice upside down and backwards.
I repeat, “I did not start this fight.” Phillip Jordan and Michael Thrams started this fight. They are correctly the “aggrieved,” the complainant, the plaintiff, and the petitioner. I am defending myself against their “complaint,” their petition, and their citations. They are not defending themselves against me because I have not done anything to them or issued them any citations! No confusion is needed! I AM DEFENDING MYSELF AGAINST OUT OF CONTROL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WHO ARE EITHER IGNORANT OF OUR STATE AND FEDERAL CONSTITUTIONS OR COMPLETELY HAPPY AND WILLING TO IGNORE OUR STATE AND FEDERAL CONSTITUTIONS!
Nothing like spitting on the graves of men who have died in defense of our liberty, our justice, and our constitutions, huh? Nothing like spitting on our current veterans of foreign wars…
5. What a shame. Literally, a shame. …I am cowardly mailed citations without the courtesy of a face to face conversation and presentation of credentials. And now, for me it becomes like pulling teeth in order to defend myself. I didn’t know Americans could act this way toward each other. Neighbor against neighbor. Government against We the People. Conflict, provocation, apathy, ignorance… does anyone in government care about our nation and our constitutions anymore? No wonder government employees need metal detectors and bullet proof glass in government buildings. Can’t do your job right constrained by our constitutions and according to liberty and justice for all? If that is the case, government employees are surely going to cause anger and much angst among the public whom you are supposed to be serving under the constraints of our constitution(s) with liberty and justice for all.

Isn’t it about time that the government employees have that epiphany? About time some of them pull their head out of their ass?
Isn’t it about time that the American people wake up to the fact that hucksters, shysters, and bullies have been conning them for 50 years in order to grow government and build a control grid with computer files on every individual?
We cannot force any teacher to teach anything from the Bible, but any teacher should have the freedom of speech to speak it. We have heard our Grand Mothers teach principles that came from the Bible but given to us in their own words.
One of our problems is that the ACLU, upon hearing a complaint, sends the school a complaint and suggests legal actions. The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of supporting the morals of the Word of God, but the ACLU will not inform the school that the complaint has no legal grounds! They want our schools to be fully secular and the Liberal media, we have seen, refuse to tell why we have these school shootings in our time and blame an inanimate object instead. We cannot suggest in any way that this is not an out and out lie. It is a cover up on the failure of the Liberal agenda in our public schools.
No matter how any one of us feels, we DO need to "take responsibility" and stand, together, shoulder-to-shoulder, against whatever comes our way! That is IF we wish to return this once great nation, to its standing in the world and preserve it for our children, grand children and generations to come. Along the way, WE and we alone, have to "re-educate" our own, in the Constitutional, God-fearing American way; take the time to "teach them" what it really means!
Take a second to estimate the hard-core size of of the enemy we face? I believe it to be less than
half a million. The top government bureaucracy, the union officials, the media leaders and tier elements of the Democrat Party make half of the the half million hard core. Identifying the other
half ( 250,000 ) would be a good project. Just think less than half million are attempting to rule
a nation of 315 million.
A MATER OF TRUST...was always the assumed posture of most Americans,Who WORKED HARD FOLLOWING their survival noses and not paying attention ..Who could have thought that this slow creep from the left would take over this republic?They have worked for years first in the class rooms capturing our teaching profession .By infiltrating our colleges in the 60ts .Who can argue that?Then the answer is to replace these professors that teach left wing classes is it not remove them from our collages and institutions of learning. Replace the unions that are breaking every community's back with great pay for teachers and no retirement system,So raise salary's up to a level that they can save there own retirement.Take back our City's and towns with a refusal to add ANY Ny retirement that the people themselves would not put away FOR THEMSELVES. AN THAT WOULD ONLY TAKE PLACE WHEN THE city and town has balanced their budgets,a PERCENTAGE OF THE surplus,That could be set in advance. Also ,so that in order to refuse any mandated programs from the feds one would have to have a balanced budget. That would be up to a vote of the people in that community whether to take on more debt or not! Sorry Washington we cannot afford your costly program!Go away..if e did this in every community we would re-take our country..Lots more to think about but let us get back to where we should be before we trusted our federal Government!Some years back and rebuild our schools community's,and faith based programs to help those in need.Not pay for cellphones That I can't afford,for myself as a hand out for those who have no skin in the game!I 'am done paying for them! Many of you understand that I have very strong views on what type of leadership we have in Washington today, Republican and Democrat. Washington sits in the District of Columbia, which in fact is not a part of the 50 states and it needs to be drained like the cease pool that it is.
Washington is a mess and made up of criminals running our country. If you ran a business like Washington is conducting business you would be placed in jail for money laundering, embezzlement, fraud, and running a Ponzi scam just to name a few. While many other administrations have had numerous amounts of problems that should not be excused and they should be re-examined for criminal activity, this administration is a complete farce.
The President has never been nor is leader. Everything he does is upside or opposite of leadership. His past is full of secrets that he hides from you, he spends millions of dollars to keep his college transcripts and real birth certificate hidden from you but yet he cry’s foul when Mitt Romeny did not come forward with his tax returns. If you want to understand what a communist is, study it. It sits perfectly with our current President. He believes and continues to place man against man on the color of their skin, their wealth and things that people have. He pretends that he cares about you and everything that he is doing is for you…He attempts to make America look like a terrible country with a bad past.. Here is a news flash for you. Most of our forefathers did not even live in this country many of us are second or third generation immigrants. The President has done everything possible to stir up the race debate, he sends out his little mouth pieces to talk about how racist you are…This will continue to be used until you say STOP, I am not going to allow you to make such statements. The ironic thing with this whole concept is that white Democrats had been the biggest slave owners and today so many black people stand by their side? People do not even understand the history of Democrats and what they did to blacks. The President, like all other communist leaders use race as a tool, look at Hitler, ask yourselves do I want to be a part of that?
The President is using the teachings of radical communist leaders, he has written and verbally stated this in his book; Dreams of my Father. He does this because he had learned at an early age how to control people rather than giving freedom, this is what evil does. He uses made up crises and invents straw men that do not exists. He pretends he is out their fighting this imaginary enemy that is going to harm us. Look at what he has done since in office; every month plays with the unemployment numbers but yet they do not tell you the real unemployment may be as high as 25 million, talks about all the new jobs that are creating but fails to state most are part time positions, food stamps and other government confiscation of wealth has almost double on his watch, tells you that your taxes will not go up and yet in January you see from your paycheck that was a lie, has allowed all the bankers to walk free from the fraud they committed with the mortgage scandal, is printing money like it is water then tells you there is no real inflation, continues to use the false flag of terrorism to attack other countries and create unrest, had allowed the attack and killing of our military and civilian personal in Benghazi while his top people had been watching this in real time at the White House, has gone to the American people and the World and lied about the attack in Benghazi being from a “Movie”, goes on National TV and lies to the public that a decrease in 2% spending is going to have a painful effect on all Americans, runs automatic weapons in to Mexico to the drug cartels and lies about it and covers it up with Executive Privilege, and he continues to sign unconstitutional Executive Orders that hold no water to them at all…
We has a Nation are much better than this and we as a Nation should not and will not tolerate such corruption. Time is changing, people are waking up.
