How does a people with state ( & privately )-sponsored racist terrorism so recent in its collective experience give a pass to attempted lynchings like the one Ralph Weems IV of West Point, Mississippi, recently endured?

and it's past time our pro-crime activists shout, march and protest about those among us who target people because of their skin color, instead of ritually blaming others.
