Iran Violates Nuclear Deal's
Enrichment Limitations

{ frontpagemag.com } ~ The Iranian regime is boasting that it has broken through the uranium enrichment level stipulated in the scumbag/liar-nObama administration’s disastrous nuclear deal... known formally as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). A New York Times article on Monday referenced a claim by a spokesman for Iran’s atomic energy agency “that the country had surpassed a limit of 3.67 percent uranium enrichment and was prepared to go further.” ISNA, an Iranian news outlet, quoted the same spokesman as saying that Iran had already exceeded 4.5 percent and that “increasing number of centrifuges and enriching uranium to 20 percent are options for Iran’s third step in reducing its commitments to the nuclear deal.” It is only a short technical step from the 20 percent level to the nuclear weapons-grade level of 90 percent, according to nuclear nonproliferation experts. The speed with which Iran is moving to reverse its uranium enrichment commitments exposes the fatal flaw of the sunset clauses in the JCPOA. All that the JCPOA did was to kick the enrichment can down the road for a few years until the sunset clauses kick in, while Iran remained free to continue developing more advanced centrifuges, ballistic missiles designed to carry nuclear warheads, and explosive devices. The Iranian regime says that its breaches of the uranium stockpiling limits and enrichment levels are in response to the crippling economic sanctions that the Trump administration has imposed on Iran following President Trump’s decision last year to withdraw the United States from the JCPOA. Iran is trying to apply pressure on the parties remaining in the JCPOA – particularly the United Kingdom, France and Germany – to find effective ways around the U.S. sanctions. The Europeans have tried to set up an end-run around the U.S. sanctions based on a bartering mechanism, but have made little progress. This has prompted Iran to set deadlines by which the Europeans must satisfy Iran’s demands or face Iran’s further incremental violations of the JCPOA. So far, the European nations are taking a wait-and-see attitude, holding back for now from re-imposing their previously lifted sanctions through the “snapback” provisions of the JCPOA. The Trump administration shows no signs of relenting on its “maximum pressure” policy. Nor should it. Depriving Iran’s rulers of revenue, particularly through the sanctions imposed on its oil exports, means much less money they have available to conduct research and development into more advanced centrifuges, missile development and testing, explosive devices, and integration of nuclear warheads with missiles designed to deliver nuclear weapons, not to mention its funding of terrorists. Iran has been playing a shell game with its nuclear weapons program for years. Before Hassan Rouhani became Iran’s president, he had served as its chief nuclear negotiator with several European countries. He boasted in 2004 how Iran had managed to lull the Europeans with whom he was negotiating into a sense of calm while Iran significantly increased its centrifuge production capacity. “When we wanted to negotiate with the Europeans last year, we had something like 150 centrifuges,” Rouhani said back then, “but today we have about 500 centrifuges that are ready and operational. We could increase that number to 1,000. We would not have any problems, should we decide to do so. We have made good progress in this area.” Now, having mastered centrifuge production and the uranium enrichment process, there is little doubt, based on its past history, that Iran has been playing its shell game once again. While lulling the international community with the JCPOA’s seemingly peaceful resolution of the nuclear issue, Iran is able to move forward with its development and testing of a nuclear explosive device and of technology enabling the integration of a nuclear warhead into a missile delivery vehicle capable of safe re-entry. We know from the final assessment report of past nuclear-related activities conducted by Iran, released by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on December 2, 2015, that Iran had in the past worked on the development of a nuclear explosive device, including modeling and calculations related to nuclear explosive configurations. Iran refused to divulge any information regarding its modeling activities, claiming that it was none of the IAEA’s business. The IAEA also reported that some work had occurred producing components and mock up parts for engineering of a Shahab-3 Iran’s medium-range ballistic missile re-entry vehicle for a nuclear warhead... https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/274247/iran-violates-nuclear-deals-enrichment-limitations-joseph-klein

Greenblatt rejects Palestinian accusations

{ jpost.com } ~ Jason Greenblatt, US President Donald Trump's envoy to the Middle East, pushed back on Monday against criticism... regarding his participation at the inaugural ceremony of the "Pilgrimage Road" at the City of David tunnels. "US Ambassador David Friedman and I got criticized so heavily for attending this event," he said in a speech at the Christians United For Israel (CUFI) conference in Washington. Greenblatt said that among the top critics was Saab Erekat, the Palestinian Authority’s chief negotiator, “pretending as they often do, that this tunnel was mythical; that it was fake. "We were accused of Judaizing the city," he continued. "We will not tolerate that kind of language. I know that's been tolerated before, but under President Trump, we will push back every single time. You cannot possibly build peace without a foundation of truth. And for somebody to suggest that this tunnel is not the truth, they need to be corrected.” He called on the crowd of Evangelical Christians to “stand up to this garbage, this nonsense,” and said that the attacks are not grounded. “Let's push back – and no longer should we tolerate their myths and their falsification of history,” Greenblatt said. Speaking about the prospects of the “Deal of the Century,” Greenblatt admitted that, “We might reach a glass ceiling for a while if we don't succeed at this peace effort. Because I think there will be a point in time where the countries in the region want to take a breather, and then we'll see what happens. And then maybe in another year or five, we'll see some more progress."...

{ godfatherpolitics.com } ~ A high school principal in Palm Beach County, Florida, raised eyebrows when he was heard saying that he does not think that the Germans murdered 6 million Jews during the Holocaust in WWII... The fact came to light after a parent asked Spanish River High Principal William Latson how his school is teaching kids about World War Two history, according to the Palm Beach Post. The mother asked what the school is doing to teach about the Holocaust, and in reply, Latson insisted that the school does not push Holocaust history because “not everyone has the same belief” that it ever happened. In reply to the question, Latson said information on the Holocaust is “not forced upon individuals as we all have the same rights but not all the same beliefs.”The mother was shocked that Latson seemed to be saying that the Holocaust was a “belief” and not a fact. Thinking Latson simply had expressed himself poorly, she wrote back, asking him to clarify his comments. “The Holocaust is a factual, historical event,” she wrote. “It is not a right or a belief.” The woman expected Latson to clarify that he was not saying the Holocaust didn’t happen. But she was shocked when he said just the opposite: “Not everyone believes the Holocaust happened,” he wrote, according to email records obtained by The Palm Beach Post through a public records request. “And you have your thoughts, but we are a public school, and not all of our parents have the same beliefs.” He went on to say that as an educator, he had “the role to be politically neutral but support all groups in the school.” “I can’t say the Holocaust is a factual, historical event because I am not in a position to do so as a school district employee,” Latson wrote... Then he should leave his position of teaching.

How Socialism Works: — A Primer

{ spectator.org } ~ For the millennial generation and those on campus, your campus professors have taught you that injustice is endemic in America and that you do not deserve the benefits of the college education that the homeless do not enjoy... You feel bad and guilty that you got to attend college, that your parents and you have lived more comfortably than have your liberal Democrat parents’ servants and housekeepers, gardeners and pool cleaners, and the custodians who clean your dormitories. You feel guilty that ‘The Rich” have billions of dollars while others reside on the streets, in the subways, or at freeway exits. You feel guilty that you enjoy American citizenship while others born outside are denied. That you have access to campus healthcare while others do not. That Betsy Ross sewed a flag for you when you can’t even sew a button. Despite what you have been taught, conservatives also care deeply about the poor, the orphaned, the widowed, the oppressed. For us, rather than virtue-signaling our concern or taking money from others to fabricate half-baked responses, we recognize that there is but one certain road out of poverty for able-bodied people: the road of accepting personal responsibility for one’s situation and engaging in self-help. When you give someone a welfare handout and food stamps, you help them until the cash soon runs out. But when you create conditions that enable such people to obtain employment and to work gainfully, you help them and their future generations for life, even as you imbue them with dignity. On its face, socialism sounds so fair, especially in its latest iteration, the “Green New Deal”: To each according to his or her need — and why not? Equality of results. Equality of incomes. As a bonus, an end to climate change and cows farting. Let us briefly look more closely. United States corporations, driven by profit-greed and by knowing that their profits will increase by giving consumers exactly what people actually want, have undertaken greatly to reduce fossil-fuel emissions and reliance on dirty energy. By contrast, no amount of rules imposed on American energy production can or will impact energy production outside this country, such as in high-polluting China and India. India is home to thirteen of the world’s twenty most-polluted cities, and it pollutes even more than China does. More than one million people die prematurely every year because of India’s increasingly dirty air quality. Thus, in 2017 the United States reduced its carbon emissions by 0.5 percent in a year that our economy grew by 3 percent, as shale oil and gas transitioned us away from coal to cleaner energy. Imagine how much more we could reduce if people would only stop exhaling carbon dioxide! Meanwhile, China produces 28 percent of the world’s carbon emissions. And India is the world’s third largest carbon emitter, having increased its emissions by 93 million metric tons in 2017 — an increase more than twice the amount of emissions that the United States reduced. In other words, no regulating of American energy production will impact the greater worldwide impact of carbon emissions, but if we stifle our cleaner energy production here by enacting restrictive laws, we simply force people to purchase more energy from overseas sources who produce theirs in filth...

Number of infiltrators leaving Israel surges
xrdmsP_oR8ADNmZA01RReqRUr5r58VgOPR_DOCXWtPLl9zBrm5tTXbqUPHSzLdkmSiUqPd3K3XQt9eakSI_J-BTQvWZtBmxq=s0-d-e1-ft#%3Ca%20rel%3Dnofollow%20href=?profile=RESIZE_710x
by israelnationalnews.com ~ New statistics presented by the Israeli government to the Supreme Court show that there has been a significant increase in the number of infiltrators leaving Israel... after the Deposit Law took effect, Israel Hayom reported. The statistics were presented as part of an appeal to force the State to cancel the Deposit Law. The law aims to end the flow of cash via remittances from the infiltrators to their families abroad, thereby reducing the gain from remaining illegally in Israel. According to Israel Hayom, since Israel began enforcing the law in May 2017, there has been nearly a sevenfold increase in the number of infiltrators redeeming their money when they leave Israel. In 2017, 12 infiltrators redeemed their money each month, while in 2018, the number jumped to 52 infiltrators per month. In the first half of 2019, 82 infiltrators left Israel each month, for a 57% rise since 2018. According to the statistics, 1,135 infiltrators redeemed their money, which totaled 12,800,576 NIS ($3,592,226), or approximately 11,500 NIS ($3,227) per infiltrator. The average deposit, including the employer's share, was 2,446 NIS ($686) per month. A total of 300 million NIS ($8,4190,500) has been deposited so far. The statistics also show that the success comes despite the fact that the law is only partially enforced: Deposits were made for only 17,000 of the 34,000 infiltrators, and most employers make the deposits for only a few months. Regular and consistent deposits beginning in May 2017 were only made for 68 infiltrators. Israel Hayom quoted Yonatan Jakubowicz, Executive Director of the Israel Immigration Policy Center, who initiated the bill: "These statistics prove that the law is achieving its goal, and that the more time passes and the more the money adds up, we see an even more significant number of those leaving. After we closed the Holot detention center, the law became even more important, since it became the only tool to remove infiltrators from Israel. In addition, one-third of Eritrea's gross national income comes from the money sent by expatriates around the world, and a total of 300 million NIS ($8,4190,500) collected in the fund may well bring about a change in the Eritrean government's policy. The government must invest all the resources necessary in order to enforce the law."...  http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/265719

Politically Correct Discrimination

{tommclaughlin.blogspot.com} ~ At exclusive colleges and universities in 2016, conservative students held satirical “Affirmative Action Bake Sales” to spotlight discrimination against whites applying for admission. Cookies were sold to Native Americans for 25¢ whereas blacks were charged 75¢, Latinos $1.00, Asians $1.50, and whites $2.00. Women of any race got 25¢ off. SAT scores required for admission to those elite schools also varied according to race and pretty much correlated to the prices of cookies. Asians needed higher SATs. So did whites. Lower scores were accepted for minorities and women.

Young Americans for Freedom hoped to initiate civil discussion of Affirmative Action policies at the University of Texas and there was some, but things went downhill and the event ended in violence according to campusreform.org. Opponents shouted epithets like Nazi! You deserve to be punched! Others yelled “Get the f*** out!” Still others tried to steal the cookies and overturned the table on which the cookies were displayed.

Last weekend, SkyNews reported on an event in Detroit along the same lines, but it wasn’t satirical like the event at the University of Texas. It was serious: “The organisers of the AfroFuture Fest, set for 3-4 August, are charging lower rates for tickets bought by ‘people of colour’ than for ‘non-people of colour.” Early bird tickets for ‘POC were $10 and $20 for ‘Non-POC.’”
skynews-poc-nonpoc-afrofuture_4711901.jpg
In the FAQ section of their web site, they explained: "Why do we have POC (people of colour) and Non-POC (white people) tickets? I'm glad you asked! Equality means treating everyone the same. Equity is insuring (sic) everyone has what they need to be successful. Our ticket structure was built to insure (sic) that the most marginalised communities (people of colour) are provided with an equitable chance at enjoying events in their own community (black Detroit).”
Unknown.jpeg
In response, one entertainer has withdrawn from AfroFuture Fest: “Tiny Jag, a biracial rapper based in Detroit, has quit the event and insisted AfroFuure Fest removed her name from all promotional material… ‘I was immediately enraged just because I am biracial… It seems almost like it has spite, and unfortunately with spite comes hate…’ she said.”
maxresdefault-2.jpg
Good for her, but it would have been better if she’d quit on principle alone and not because she’s “biracial.” Most of us are multiracial — or multiethnic at least — as more and more people learn when they get results their DNA analysis after paying $50-$100. It’s way past time to put all race-based quotas in our rear-view mirror and affirm that there’s really only one race — the human race.
Screen%2BShot%2B2019-07-09%2Bat%2B9.41.49%2BAM.png
The word “discriminate” used to be neutral, meaning “distinguish”; “discern”; or “differentiate.” It described an ability to detect finer differences between similar things. It had at least one positive connotation when used to describe someone with nuanced taste in art, in food, or in human character. Then in the 1950s and 60s it developed a strongly negative connotation when describing racist attitudes — referring primarily to some white people averse to other races. In that context it was often employed as part of the phrase: “discriminate against.”
democratic-debate-2-20.jpg
Forced, race-based, school busing is back in the news after some 2020 Democrats put their fingers up into the political winds. California Senator lowlife-Kamala Harris scored points against front-runner and former Vice President loose lips liar-Joe Biden in their first debate when she criticized loose lips liar-Biden’s sponsorship of an anti-busing bill while he was a US Senator from Delaware back in the 1970s. There actually were conservative Democrats in those days, and not a few of them either. They opposed racial segregation in schools when black students were denied admission, but could not support forced busing when imposed by a federal judge and left-wing Democrats because some schools were majority black.
314326_orig.jpg
In the 1960s, former Democrat Congresswoman Louise Day Hicks opposed any plan to bus Boston first graders across town and pointed out that schools in Boston’s Chinatown were majority Chinese, in the North End they were majority Italian, and in South Boston or Charlestown where my family comes from they were majority Irish. These were neighborhood schools and people wanted their kids to attend school in their own neighborhood. It wasn’t about race until the US government under Federal Judge Arthur Garrity made it so by forcing six-year-olds to be bused past the school on their block and sent across town because of their skin color.
0619_protest-1000x648.jpg
The federal government’s forced busing plan was based on racial discrimination pure and simple. Then-Senator loose lips liar-Joe Biden was right to oppose it, but he’s backtracking now and that’s no surprise. loose lips liar-Biden has demonstrated over forty years that he goes where the wind blows. California Senator lowlife-Kamala Harris resurrected that highly-charged busing issue because she would do anything to peel away support from the front-running loose lips liar-Biden.
2khgvs.jpg
loose lips liar-Biden is an old, white guy and she’s a younger black woman. In today’s Democrat Party, racial and sexual identity politics come right after abortion on its list of most important issues.
