Khamenei: There Will Not Be
Any War With the U.S.

by jpost.com:  Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said on Tuesday Tehran does not seek war with the United States despite mounting tensions... between the two arch-enemies over Iranian nuclear capabilities and its missile program. In comments to senior officials carried by state television, Khamenei also reiterated that the Islamic Republic would not negotiate with the United States on another nuclear deal.  "There won't be any war. The Iranian nation has chosen the path of resistance," Khamenei was cited as saying by the state media. "We don't seek a war, and they don't either. They know it’s not in their interests." President Donald Trump withdrew the United States a year ago from a 2015 nuclear deal between Iran and global powers under which Tehran curbed its uranium enrichment capacity, a potential pathway to a nuclear bomb, and won sanctions relief in return. Since then, Trump has ratcheted up sanctions on Iran, seeking to reduce its lifeblood oil exports to zero, to push Tehran into fresh negotiations on a broader arms control deal, targeting in part the Iranian ballistic missile program. "Such negotiations are a poison," Khamenei said. Earlier on Tuesday, Hesameddin Ashena, an advisor to Iranian President Hassan Rouhani wrote in a Tweet addressing US President Donald Trump, "You wanted a better deal with Iran. Looks like you are going to get a war instead. Good luck in 2020!"...

Over 1 Million Muslims in Chinese
Concentration Camps – Most
Muslim Govts Quiet

cnsnews.com } ~ Although more than one million Muslim Uighurs have been imprisoned in “reeducation” camps in Communist China over the last several years, the equivalent of 21st century concentration camps... most Islamic governments are not saying much in terms of protest. For comparison, the United States has been very vocal against the persecution. According to the U.S. State Department, “more than one million Uighurs, ethnic Kazakhs, and members of other Muslim minority groups have been detained in Chinese government … internment camps since April 2017.”The Islamic Republic of Iran, predominantly Shia, has said nothing about the imprisonment of the Uighers, who are predominantly Sunni. In a tweet in September, U.S. Secretary of State  Mike Pompeo said, .@khamenei_ir [Ali Khamenei] fancies himself the leader of the Islamic world, but his regime has been totally silent as China—the top buyer of #Iran’s oil—has persecuted and detained hundreds of thousands of its Muslim citizens. رژیم_ریاکار#" The Monarch of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed Bin Salman, actually defended the use of concentration camps. He currently is serving as the deputy prime minister of Saudi Arabia. “China has the right to carry out anti-terrorism and de-extremisation work for its national security,” he said, as reported in The Telegraph. He made these remarks on Chinese state television while in the Communist regime to sign trade deals. The country with the largest Muslim population, Indonesia, has said little about the concentration camps, where Uighurs are “reeducated” to conform their religious beliefs to Chinese socialism/communism. As Foreign Policy reported, "The government of Indonesia has also remained conspicuously reserved, even in the face of China unveiling plans to ‘Sinicize Islam.’ Vice President Jusuf Kalla has asserted that Jakarta has no intention to interfere with Beijing’s treatment of Muslims in China. China is Indonesia’s largest trading partner, with figures from the Indonesian Ministry of Trade showing that two-way trade jumped 25 percent to $66 billion during the first 11 months of 2018."...

Rep. Jim Jordan: ‘Democrats
are Trying to Obstruct Justice’

by libertyplanet.com:  To get at just how corrupt the Democratic Party has become, let’s entertain a little analogy... Imagine that you and a handful of your co-workers are up for promotion to team manager. You have been a former team manager’s assistant, and believe you have a right to be the next chief manager. So you rig the office team recommendation system so that no good reviews of the other candidates make their way to the head branch boss. In this way, you are able to eliminate all of the competition except one. Your one remaining opponent — Shmonald Shrump — is a dynamo on the sales floor. He has silly hair and a wild private life. Based on this information, you decide that you can probably find something incriminating on him if you had the right equipment. So, you utilize the office team collaboration software suite to get a bunch of passwords and other private info on your opponent. Then, using what you’ve learned, you go to the sub-head manager and use the information you obtained to get even more private info on your opponent. Still dissatisfied, you hire a private eye to find incriminating intel on Shrump. That private eye hires a local dirty ex-cop to write a phony police report on your opponent. In the end, you use all your time trying to cheat and fail to run an actual campaign. Inevitably, your opponent wins- and using his new authority, hires some tech nerds to discover your sneaky peeping. Sound familiar. Here’s Fox News with more on the real obstruction of justice story.

Cyberterrorists – they're real
and they're extremely tech savvy

onenewsnow.com } ~ A researcher of cyberterrorism and online terrorism reveals that terrorists who were once believed to be lagging behind technologically... have been using modern communication systems for quite some time to propagandize worldwide audiences and incite others to attack. In one recent example, ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi reemerged for the first time since 2014 in a video that was heavily circulated online. One of the world's most wanted and reclusive terrorists, al-Baghdadi used the video – in part – to announce the group's  participation in the execution of the recent attacks in Sri Lanka. Dr. Gabriel Weimann is a senior researcher at the  International Institute for Counter-Terrorism in Israel. According to Weimann, a few short decades ago many experts assumed "Third World people" were neither equipped nor sophisticated enough to conduct terrorist activities using the internet for this type of activity. But the researcher and author of Terrorism in Cyberspace: The Next Generation, tells OneNewsNow "online jihad" continues to be a growing threat and can currently be separated into four developmental stages. The first stage emerged in the late 1990s and relied solely on the use of websites. These were "quite primitive" and generally written in one language, according to Weimann. The highly recognized terrorist organization, al-Qaeda, has had an online presence since 1998. Other groups with websites at the time, says Weimann, included Hamas, Hezbollah, the Tamil Tigers, and a number of others. According to Weimann, "terrorists realized simplistic websites were not enough," as they only allowed for "one-way communication." They wanted "interaction," he continues, and they wanted the ability to "talk" to their audiences and to exchange messages. The researcher explains that led to the second stage, where terrorists began using interactive platforms like chatrooms and forums in addition to websites about 15 years ago. Then not only could the terrorists simply post material for others to view, Weimann says they could also interact with people interested in the organization, helping those on the terror side to identify potential recruits. Social media launched the third stage – and Weimann says they quickly learned how to apply and use each them to benefit their cause. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms are all being used by terrorist organizations today... Social media needs to clean house.

commie-Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez:
If You Believed Me You’re Stupid

lidblog.com } ~ Oh Great! People went out and got 15-year balloon mortgages because commie-Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said the world was going to end in twelve years if we don’t fix the climate... and now she says it was all a joke! On January 22nd commie-AOC Said:  “Millennials and Gen Z and all these folks that come after us are looking up, and we’re like, ‘The world is going to end in 12 years if we don’t address climate change, and your biggest issue is how are we gonna pay for it? It’s almost five months years later, and now she claims she was just kidding. On Mother’s Day, May 12th commie-AOC tweeted out an attempt to walk back her end of the world claim: This is a technique of the GOP, to take dry humor + sarcasm literally and “fact check” it. Like the “world ending in 12 years” thing, you’d have to have the social intelligence of a sea sponge to think it’s literal. But the GOP is basically Dwight from The Office so who knows.Firstly commie-AOC made the claim to a liberal audience. She made the remark during an interview with writer Ta-Nehisi Coates at the MLK Now event in New York City celebrating the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. The audience believed she was serious and commie-AOC  got applause after she said it. commie-Ocasio-Cortez wasn’t using sarcasm. Heck, based on her track record it’s surprising she knew what the word sarcasm meant. Maybe someone had to explain the meaning of the word sarcasm to her before she wrote the tweet...   https://lidblog.com/aoc-believe/

The Long-Running Trade War With China

Thomas Gallatin:  While much of the mainstream media wring their collective hands over President Donald Trump “igniting a trade war” by raising new tariffs against $200 billion in Chinese goods, the reality is the U.S. has been in a long-running economic war with Beijing. The only difference is that Trump has decided to lead the U.S. on the offensive.

As Mark Alexander notes, “In the three-decades-old trade cold war with Red China, Donald Trump is the first president to exercise the political courage to fight back.” He notes further, “One BIG advantage they have is the relentless Leftmedia opposition to Trump. Thus, the Chinese are able to target tariff countermeasures to do the most political damage to Republicans with the support of the Demo/MSM.”

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) praised Trump’s actions, stating, “This is the first administration ever, in certainly modern history, that’s actually taken these guys on.” Even Senate Minority Leader Chuck scumbag-Schumer (D-NY) agreed with the president, arguing, “We have to be strong with [China]. … We ought to hang tough.”

Predictably, China has responded in a tit-for-tat manner by raising tariffs on an additional $60 billion in various U.S. imports, effective June 1. In other words, it doesn’t look like either side will back down anytime soon. Even so, Beijing is feeling more of the immediate economic pressure — its economy continues to slow as various companies look to relocate their manufacturing outside of China.

Hopefully, Trump’s actions will press China into ending its abusive trade practices and in turn usher in a fair and balanced trade agreement between the world’s two largest economies.  ~The Patriot Post
