In March 2018 the FBI presented notes taken by agents Pientka and Strzok, now they say they made a ‘mistake’.For almost two years the DOJ misidentified, misattributed, and never corrected that the authors of the Flynn interview notes were actually reversed. All of the notes attributed to FBI Agent Peter Strzok actually were taken by FBI Agent Joseph Pientka, and vice-versa: What kind of f**kery is this? The DOJ never confirmed the authorship of the FBI notes that are central to the FD-302, upon which the entire prosecution claim of Flynn lying to investigators is based? …Seriously? The entire FBI case against Flynn; meaning the central element that he lied to FBI investigators he didn’t; is predicated on the FD-302 interview reports generated by the two FBI agents; later discovered to have been edited, shaped and approved by Andrew McCabe…. And for almost two years the entire outline of their documented evidence has been misattributed? C’mon man. This is sketchy as heck. Obviously what triggered this re-review of the notes was a smart sur-surreply from the defense that highlighted how Peter Strzoks notes were far too neat, organized and well constructed to have been written during an actual interview...

I filed that suit this summer with the help of the public interest law firm the Southeastern Legal Foundation. Just three weeks before Burisma’s overture to State, Ukrainian authorities raided the home of the oligarch who owned the gas firm and employed Hunter Biden, a signal the long-running corruption probe was escalating in the middle of the U.S. presidential election. Hunter Biden’s name, in fact, was specifically invoked by the Burisma representative as a reason the State Department should help, according to a series of email exchanges among U.S. officials trying to arrange the meeting. The subject line for the email exchanges read simply “Burisma.” “Per our conversation, Karen Tramontano of Blue Star Strategies requested a meeting to discuss with U/S Novelli USG remarks alleging Burisma Ukrainian energy company of corruption,” a Feb. 24, 2016, email between State officials read. “She noted that two high profile U.S. citizens are affiliated with the company including Hunter Biden as a board member. “Tramontano would like to talk with U/S Novelli about getting a better understanding of how the U.S. came to the determination that the company is corrupt,” the email added. “According to Tramontano there is no evidence of corruption, has been no hearing or process, and evidence to the contrary has not been considered.” The question now is: Did any of those contacts prompt further action or have anything to do with loose lips liar-Joe Biden’s conduct in Ukraine in March 2016 when he forced Shokin’s firing?...

Brown, in a column in the San Francisco Chronicle, said that the House’s vote last Thursday to approve the impeachment inquiry process “solidified” President Trump’s “hold on power,” noting that all GOP representatives voted against the measure. He also said the Democrats’ effort resulted in “Mission Unaccomplished.” “There were zero GOP defections, meaning we have zero drama heading into the public phase of impeachment,” Brown wrote. “Everyone is pretty much in the same lanes they’ve been in since the Russian-collusion investigation, the obstruction of justice investigation and every other investigation.” The former mayor argued that most of the narrative surrounding the impeachment inquiry is already public, giving “people little reason to be glued to their screens” during upcoming public testimony. President Trump and top Republicans have criticized House Democrats, especially House Intelligence Committee Chairman scumbag-Adam Schiff, over the closed-door impeachment process. During a Sunday interview on Fox News Sunday, Wallace noted that much of the 2014 and 2015 House Benghazi hearings were conducted behind closed doors and that no Republicans were upset with that process. He pressed Conway to justify acceptance of a closed-door process for the Benghazi investigation but not for the impeachment hearings. “Why is it OK for Republicans, when they are in charge, to conduct hearings, depositions, interviews behind closed doors, but it's unacceptable for Democrats?” Wallace asked. Conway responded by highlighting the seriousness of impeaching a president, but Wallace pushed back, noting that four Americans died in the Benghazi attacks.“Wouldn’t you say that’s pretty important? Wouldn’t you say Benghazi was pretty important?” Wallace questioned. "So, why is it OK for Republicans to do it?" “The president of the United States has no due process right — he's had no due process rights afforded to him in this whole process,” Conway argued, later adding, “This is not the way that our rule of law, our system of justice, should work for the president or for anyone else.”The Benghazi hearings were an investigation into the State Department’s response to a 2012 attack on the American embassy in Benghazi, Libya, which left four Americans dead, including Ambassador Chris Stevens. scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton was secretary of state at the time of the attack.

liar-Pelosi's Empty Warning to Her PartyNate Jackson: House Speaker liar-Nancy Pelosi has a message for Democrats: Rein in the unbridled run to the left. However, much like Barack scumbag/liar-nObama’s hypocritical lecture on “cancel culture,” liar-Pelosi’s message rings hollow because of her sizable role in Democrats’ dramatic leftward shift.
“What works in San Francisco does not necessarily work in Michigan,” the San Francisco Democrat said. liar-Pelosi offered a rebuttal to “progressives” like commie-Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth dinky/liar-Warren hawking socialist policies, saying, “As a left-wing San Francisco liberal I can say to these people: ‘What are you thinking?’” She insists many in her party are “unhappy with me for not being a socialist.”
“Remember November,” she added. “You must win the Electoral College.”
A few thoughts. First, liar-Pelosi is the (arguably reluctant) leader of the impeachment coup attempt, a charade she attempted to legitimize with the veneer of guiding process rules — passed on a party-line vote. Impeaching a duly elected president over what amounts to general derangement over his victory is about as left-wing as it gets.
Second, liar-Pelosi perhaps realizes that Medicare for All isn’t popular with the overall American electorate, but she rammed scumbag/liar-nObamaCare through Congress on a party-line vote a decade ago. As we have long argued, scumbag/liar-nObamaCare was designed as a beachhead for single-payer government healthcare. That it took only a few years before Democrat presidential candidates were pushing for single-payer is, to the far Left, a feature of scumbag/liar-nObamaCare, not a bug. liar-Pelosi cannot claim ignorance of that strategy, however restrained she publicly claims to be.
The same goes for climate change. liar-Pelosi may deride “the green dream, or whatever they call it,” but her party insists “the science is settled” that humans are destroying the planet and drastic measures are needed.
Third, was her comment about the Electoral College what Leftmedia types would call a “dog whistle”? In other words, Democrats have been grumbling loudly about — and seeking to subvert — the Electoral College ever since Donald Trump lost the popular vote but won the presidency, as did George W. Bush in 2000. liar-Pelosi just gave them a subtle reminder of their frustrations.
Finally, if Democrats wish to be the center-left party, perhaps their leader shouldn’t be a self-described San Francisco liberal. liar-Pelosi may be more power broker than political ideologue, but she’s no moderate. Indeed, she is a big reason why her party has charged as hard and fast as possible toward socialism, so forgive us if we take the lectures on moderation with a big grain of salt. ~The Patriot Post
