{rickwells.us} ~ liar-nObama has laid the seeds of kritocracy in America, the rule by judges, similar to what existed during his reign in his Islamic client state and human importation bank, Somalia... The deep state cells he and his ilk have planted are now continuing their destruction of America by thwarting the ability of our President to govern. Those “so-called” judges, as with Derrick Watson and others earlier this year, are overstepping their authority in direct challenge to the powers of the non-aligned President of the United States in every case in which they disagree politically or ideologically. There is no recognition of or submission to the power of the office of the President.  Instead they make their determinations based upon their liberal opinions being the supreme law of the land and impose the perversion of the few upon the many, forcing open our collective wallets in the process. Under the continuing liar-nObama/liar-Clinton kritocracy, the President is not the chief executive, but merely a figurehead subject to the dictates of the judiciary... https://rickwells.us/judge-transgender-military-ban/

{dailycaller.com} ~ Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort was arraigned early Monday afternoon in federal court for 12 criminal charges... ranging from money laundering to violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act. The charges are the first secured by special counsel Robert Mueller in connection with his investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. Appearing just before 2:00 pm at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia before U.S. Magistrate Judge Deborah Robinson, Manafort pleaded not guilty to all counts of the indictment. He wore a conservative suit and blue tie, sitting stoically throughout except for short exchanges with his lawyer, Kevin Downing. He did not appear to be accompanied by family, was escorted by U.S. Marshals, and spoke only to give his name and swear an oath...  http://dailycaller.com/2017/10/30/bench-slap-manaforts-first-court-appearance-didnt-go-well/?utm_medium=email

{dailycaller.com} ~ An indictment filed by special counsel Robert Mueller Monday incorrectly identifies Ukrainian politician Yulia Tymoshenko... as a former Ukrainian president when she is in fact a former prime minister. The indictment details numerous charges against former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort and his business associate Rick Gates related to lobbying work the pair did for a Russian backed Ukrainian political party. The document makes reference to Tymoshenko in the course of describing Manafort and Gates’ lobbying efforts on behalf of their marquis client, former Ukrainian President Victor Yanukovych. Mueller’s investigators allege the pair lobbied members of congress in defense of Yanukovych’s jailing of Tymoshenko, his then political opponent...  http://dailycaller.com/2017/10/30/mueller-makes-key-error-in-manafort-indictment/?utm_medium=email

FEDERAL JUDGES & OTHER NINCOMPOOPS
by Burt Prelutsky

I know that Donald Trump is doing everything in his power to repeal and replace as many of liar-nObama’s judicial appointments as he can, but it’s not happening fast enough to suit me.

The question we should all be asking is how it is that judges whose opinions keep being reversed should be allowed to keep their jobs. One can disagree with some of the decisions being made by the Supreme Court, but those nine justices are generally accepted as the final authority where the Constitution is concerned. So, how is it that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, whose decisions are reversed 80% of the time by their nine superiors -- whether those nine people were appointed by Democrats or Republicans -- hasn’t been disbanded on grounds of judicial incompetence?

In what other field can you be wrong eight out of 10 times and not lose your job? Even in baseball, where playing defense is important, if your batting average is .200, you will soon be back home selling life insurance or aluminum siding.

Or take those federal judges who keep trying to nullify Trump’s travel bans, ignoring the fact that he has the same constitutional authority that allowed Eisenhower, Carter, liar-nObama and other former presidents, to limit immigration for national security reasons. Where do these guys in black robes, sitting in places like Hawaii and Washington, get off using nothing other than their partisan bias to limit the powers of the president?

● A friend sent me a three-minute video of Hurricane Maria hitting San Juan, Puerto Rico. The power of the winds was breathtaking, but the message I came away with is that the destruction would have been limited to some uprooted trees and several totaled vehicles if, one, the island people would stop constructing homes out of wood and stucco the high-rises made of steel and concrete weren’t even buffeted by the winds; and, two, if people had remained in solidly-built homes for the duration of the storm, there would have been few, if any, casualties.

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw people in the street being blown about like leaves. Because hurricanes, unlike earthquakes, give plenty of warning about their intentions, one can only assume that those remaining outdoors were sacrificing themselves in Mother Nature’s never-ending attempt to thin the human herd, or looked forward to bragging to their friends about their death-defying exploits.

● Of the five ex-presidents who showed up on the same stage recently, the only one who is making any sense these days is, oddly enough, Jimmy Carter. He opined that he thought liar-nObama had said some good things early on, but that he proved to be a major disappointment. Of course, Carter also admitted he had voted for Bernie Sanders. But as Joe E. Brown said to Jack Lemmon at the conclusion of “Some Like It Hot,” nobody’s perfect.

● Proving that when it comes to foolishness, party affiliation isn’t always the determining factor, we have had more nonsense spewed by George W. Bush in the past couple of weeks about Trump than we heard him direct at liar-nObama during the prior eight years.

On the other hand, in any such competition, you can always count on Nancy Pulosi to hold up her end. Even though she has led the House Democrats to four consecutive losing elections, she insists she must remain their leader because she’s a woman, and that if she were replaced, it would constitute sexism.

Well, for one thing, the Democrats are the idiots who keep telling us that sex is a matter of opinion, not biology. So, there’s nothing to prevent scum-Adam Schiff (D, CA), to name a likely replacement, from running against her and insisting he is in fact a woman.

But, even a sane person might wonder how it would constitute sexism if the same people who elected her to a leadership position, and who have kept electing her through the years, finally decided she was no longer up to the job.

We have all seen similar lunacies when black college football and basketball coaches are fired and then sue the very people who hired them in the first place, accusing them of racism, pretending that their losing record had nothing to do with their dismissal.

● Further proof that party affiliation often has little to do with madness is provided by Secretary of State Rex Tillerson. In the clown’s latest attempt to sound statesmanlike, he said there was room in the Afghan government for “moderate members of the Taliban.”

I wonder how it is that Tillerson, whose only qualification for the job is that he looks like Central Casting’s idea of a Secretary of State, possesses the magical ability to distinguish between moderate and extreme when it comes to terrorists.

● But, as is often the case, along with the bad news, there was a glimmer of sunshine provided by RINO-Jeff Flake (R, AZ) -- who has spent his time in the Senate living up to his last name -- when he announced he wouldn’t be seeking re-election next year.

As is typical of these ignoramuses, he couldn’t simply disappear. He had to first announce that his withdrawal is because Trump’s rhetoric has divided the nation. He failed to mention that Chuck clown-Schumer, often in tandem with RINOs like RINO-Flake, has done everything in his power to prevent Trump from moving his agenda through the Senate.

I also don’t recall Sen. RINO-Flake ever calling President liar-nObama on the carpet for dividing America by playing identity politics.

Is it just possible that RINO-Flake’s decision to cut short his tenure in the Senate was caused by Trump’s promise to campaign for RINO-Flake’s opponent in next year’s Arizona primary? That someone will very likely be either Kelli Ward, who ran and lost to RINO-John McCain, or possibly Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Either one of them or a sack of potatoes, for that matter, would make a better senator than RINO-Flake or RINO-McCain.

● I was as shocked as everyone else when I learned that Bill O’Reilly, who had already cost Fox News several million dollars in sexual harassment suits, had paid longtime Fox legal authority Lis Wiesel $32 million to settle a recent lawsuit that accused him of a laundry list of unsavory acts.

But a bigger shock came when O’Reilly insisted that he made the secret out-of-court settlement because he wanted to spare his kids the torment of seeing their father defending himself in what could prove to be a very long court case.

Coming from someone who used to brag that “The spin stops here!” my first reaction was to snort my disbelief. After which, I felt my head begin spinning like a top.

For openers, O’Reilly didn’t seem too concerned about the tender psyches of his two children, Madeleine, 19, and Spencer, 15, both of whom had testified they wanted to remain in the sole custody of their mother, the former Maureen McPhilmy, when O’Reilly engaged in a well-publicized custody battle back in 2015.

Perhaps the fact that young Madeleine reported seeing their father, who is 6’5” and approximately 250 pounds, drag his wife, the mother of his two children, down the staircase by her neck, cost him his chance at maintaining joint custody.

And since O’Reilly apparently didn’t learn his lesson from those earlier sexual harassment suits, even I, who waged an ultimately successful custody battle of my own 35 years ago, would have ruled against him.

Frankly, if I were his kids, I suspect I would have preferred it if he’d fought Wiesel in court instead of simply handing over $32 million of our future inheritance.
