Bill Barr Flips Top scumbag/liar-nObama
Official – He’s Fully Cooperating
by Martin Walsh
{ explainlife.com } ~ Attorney General William Barr has been very busy lately getting to the bottom of the scumbag/liar-nObama administration spying on the Trump campaign and trying to prevent Trump from winning the 2016 election... There have been several major developments in recent weeks, and now we have just learned that a former top scumbag/liar-nObama official has agreed to cooperate with Barr’s investigation. As noted by One America News Network host Jack Posobiec, former FBI general counsel James Baker is working with Barr and assisting in his probe. Barr is investigating the origins of the Mueller investigation to determine if there was wrongdoing by the scumbag/liar-nObama administration. Baker is important to this whole investigation because he was the one who initially leaked the information that led to the probe against then-National Security Adviser Michael Flynn. The former FBI general counsel had leaked information to the Washington Post, which ran the story at the behest of former Director of National Intelligence scumbag-James Clapper. Baker played a big role in the FBI going after Flynn and kicking off the phony Russia probe — so the fact that he’s cooperating with the DOJ is a very big deal. Below is a video from One America News Network detailing the explosive developments...
scumbag-Clapper’s Nuremberg Defense
{ spectator.org } ~ Last week, Attorney General William Barr’s investigation into the illegal FBI–CIA spy operation against President Trump’s 2016 campaign was formally shifted to a criminal investigation... The means the investigative team, under the direction of John Durham, U.S. Attorney for Connecticut, can subpoena witnesses, convene grand juries, and obtain indictments. One of the principal perpetrators, former FBI director scumbag-James Comey, insists he’s not worried at all. He and his co-conspirators have undoubtedly talked often and coordinated their stories. All voice communications, emails, text messages, and other communications have been erased or otherwise destroyed to the extent they can be. From a variety of reports we know that despite President Trump’s order that all federal agencies cooperate with the Durham investigation, the CIA is stonewalling and trying to deny Durham access to documents, electronically stored information, and probably witnesses. The CIA’s conduct is not surprising. CIA Director Gina Haspel is the protégé of scumbag/liar-nObama’s CIA director, scumbag/commie-John Brennan. Her interest is more in protecting scumbag/commie-Brennan and other current and former CIA people than in obeying the president’s order. As I wrote in June, Haspel was CIA station chief in London when the “Crossfire Hurricane” investigation into Trump and his campaign operated from there. She had to have known and approved of the op, and she must have taken an active part in it. She’s a major problem that Trump doesn’t recognize. But some of the principal perps, such as scumbag-James Clapper, scumbag/liar-nObama’s director of national intelligence, are not descendants of Wernher von Braun. They will want to retract statements they’ve made to their media pals, such as the one scumbag-Clapper made to CNN three weeks ago. On October 7, scumbag-Clapper made it clear that he was following scumbag/liar-nObama’s orders in conducting the spy op on Trump and his campaign. Asked if he was concerned that Durham’s investigation would uncover wrongdoing by intelligence officials such as himself, scumbag-Clapper offered a response that is worth quoting at length: The message I’m getting from all this is, apparently what we were supposed to have done was to ignore the Russian interference, ignore the Russian meddling and the threat that it poses to us, and oh, by the way, blown off what the then commander in chief, President scumbag/liar-nObama, told us to do, which was to assemble all the reporting that we could that we had available to us and put it in one report that the president could pass on to the Congress and to the next administration. And while we’re at it, declassify as much as we possibly could to make it public, and that’s what we did. Clearly, unmistakably, scumbag-Clapper said that he and the other intelligence officials — meaning at least scumbag-Comey and scumbag/commie-Brennan — were following scumbag/liar-nObama’s orders to spy on the Trump campaign and probably Trump himself. The only possible basis for those orders was the “Steele dossier,” the opposition research document bought and paid for by the scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton campaign. scumbag-Clapper, scumbag-Comey, or scumbag/commie-Brennan — or any combination of the three — used it as the basis to get orders from scumbag/liar-nObama to conduct the operation. In all probability, they coordinated with scumbag/liar-nObama and kept him posted on the spy op through his national security adviser, liar-Susan Rice, who is another probable target for Durham’s investigation. Her conversations with scumbag/liar-nObama — on which she and scumbag/liar-nObama will claim executive privilege — would prove very enlightening if he can get her testimony about them...
Barr defends Durham probe, rips
scumbag-Comey FBI for ‘failure of leadership’
By Jake Gibson and Ronn Blitzer
{ foxnews.com } ~ Attorney General Bill Barr, in an interview with Fox News, defended the independence and integrity of the politically contentious probe being led by U.S. Attorney John Durham into the handling of the Russia investigation... while taking a swipe at scumbag-James Comey’s past leadership of the FBI. Fox News reported last week that the probe into the 2016 origins of the Russia meddling case has escalated from a review to a criminal investigation, a development that spurred Democratic claims that the department was becoming a tool for President Trump’s “political revenge.” Barr, speaking Monday to Fox News on the sidelines of a law enforcement event in Chicago, rejected Democrats’ claims he is acting as Trump’s personal lawyer. "That's completely wrong and there is no basis for it, and I act on behalf of the United States," Barr said. The attorney general said that while he’s assisting in connecting Durham with countries that could have valuable information, Durham is running the show. “He is in charge of the investigation, I’m not doing the investigation,” Barr said, while describing Durham, the U.S. attorney for Connecticut, as “thorough and fair” and saying he’s making progress. Further, Barr took an implicit swipe at scumbag-Comey as he maintained current FBI Director Christopher Wray is cooperating. “I do want to say that one of the reasons Mr. Durham is able to make the kind of progress he’s making is because Director Wray and his team at the FBI have just been outstanding in support and responsiveness given to Mr. Durham,” Barr said. “As you know, I’ve said previously that I felt there was a failure of leadership at the bureau in 2016 and part of 2017, but since Director Wray and his team have taken over there’s been a world of change. I think that he is restoring the steady professionalism that’s been a hallmark of the FBI. I really appreciate his leadership there.” When it was first reported that Durham’s investigation had evolved into a criminal probe, Democrats claimed the DOJ was essentially being weaponized against Trump’s political opponents...
New Iran threat: Drones
targeting Americans in Mideast
by wnd.com ~ A senior Iranian official is threatening to destroy U.S. military bases throughout the Middle East as well as the nation of Israel... "America has 36 bases in the region. The closest one is in Bahrain, and the farthest is in Diego Garcia Island in the Indian Ocean. Our drones are online and are tracking every change in the forces in America's military bases," said Mojtaba Zonnour, the chairman of the Iranian parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Committee."We have registration fire on the majority of enemy forces in the region. If they shoot, they will be hit. When Ayatollah Khamenei says that the days of hit-and-run are over, he is not speaking out of emotion or excitement. His words are backed up by what has already been done."  According to the Middle East Media Research Institute, Zonnour said in a recent interview on Iranian television that Iran employs a strategy "of deterrence and asymmetric warfare that renders its enemies' strengths ineffective by exploiting their weaknesses." "What does this mean? It means making our enemy's strengths ineffective or less effective – taking advantage of their weaknesses," Zonnour explained. "We have focused and worked on these things. The regime has created deterrence. "If Israel or America make a mistake, Israel won't live for longer than 20 or 30 minutes. We have thought about all these things."The television interviewer asked: "There were reports that Foreign Minister Zarif is writing a memoir in a question-and-answer format. Do you confirm that? Apparently, he said that the JCPOA failed because... One of the reasons he mentioned for the failure of the JCPOA is a missile that had 'Israel must be destroyed' written on it. Have you heard about this?" Zonnour responded: "I have also heard this, but even if this is true, we have dozens of answers for it. The fact that we exist today and that we have a position and make demands about why the JCPOA is not being implemented, and our president travels honorably throughout the world... This is all thanks to our defensive deterrence and those missiles that have 'Death to Israel' written on them."   https://www.wnd.com/2019/10/new-iran-threat-drones-targeting-americans-mideast/?utm_source=Email&utm_medium=wnd&utm_campaign=breaking&utm_content=breaking
Govt. Caught Enabling Illegal Immigration?
by judicialwatch.org ~ In the next few months the U.S. government will spend $125 million to provide illegal immigrant minors, known as Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) with a multitude of services in the private sector... including medical care, special housing arrangements for delinquent, pregnant and gang-affiliated teens as well as long-term counseling. A division of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) known as the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) will pay nonprofits, local governments, small businesses, school districts and other assorted entities to take care of the illegal alien minors once they’re released from federal government custody. The handsomely funded ORR claims to provide new populations with the opportunity to achieve their full potential in the United States. “Our programs provide people in need with critical resources to assist them in becoming integrated members of American society,” according to its website. This month the agency announced three major grants dedicated to minors who entered the country illegally, the largest for $55 million, followed by a $50 million allotment and another for $20 million. The taxpayer dollars will buy an assortment of benefits and individualized services that cater to the UAC’s needs. For instance, taxpayer-funded residential accommodations will feature a heightened level of supervision for children with delinquent behaviors, including gang involvement, serious behavioral problems, and/or who present a low to moderate flight risk, according to one of the grant announcements. Long-term foster care funded by Uncle Sam will also be catered to “pregnant/parenting teens and/or UACs who are especially vulnerable or with other needs.” The government will provide “residential care services” until the UAC is released from ORR custody, turns 18 or gets deported. Even when the UAC is released to relatives in the U.S., the government will pay to have them monitored if ORR considers them to be “at risk” or “display special needs.” Of interesting note is that the agency admits that it may release children to sponsors that present a “safety risk to the UAC,” in which case it will, of course, monitor the situation...  https://www.judicialwatch.org/corruption-chronicles/u-s-spends-millions-to-give-delinquent-gangbanger-pregnant-illegal-immigrant-minors-special-care/
Public Pensions: An Economic Time Bomb
by Joshua Rauh
{ prageru.com } ~ Who cares about public pension liability? Well, you should – after all... it’s the reason entire cities and even states are facing bankruptcy. Joshua Rauh, professor of finance at Stanford and Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution, paints a startling picture of just how broken the public pension system really is, and what will happen if we continue to ignore it.  https://www.prageru.com/video/public-pensions-an-economic-time-bomb/
The Partisan Nature of the Democrats'
Impeachment Inquiry Will Backfire

After dozens of House Republicans demanded access to a secure facility in the Capitol on Wednesday where House Intelligence Committee Chairman scumbag-Adam Schiff, D-Calif., was preparing to depose a Pentagon official, Democrats expressed outrage at the breach of protocol. “They’re doing this because this is what the guilty do,” said Rep. scumbag-Eric Swalwell, D-Calif. “Innocent people cooperate with investigations. Innocent people follow the rules of the House.”

Well, people engaged in impartial investigations aimed at finding the truth don’t violate every precedent and standard of due process set during previous presidential impeachments.

Contrast today’s partisan inquiry with the Nixon impeachment. As American Enterprise Institute President Robert Doar has pointed out, the Nixon inquiry was a model of bipartisan cooperation. The Democratic chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Rep. Peter Rodino (N.J.), assembled a unified staff (including Doar’s father, John, a Republican whom Rodino appointed as special counsel). The full House voted on authorizing the inquiry. The minority was given joint subpoena power. The president’s counsel was allowed to be present during depositions, given access to all of the documents and materials presented to the committee, allowed to cross-examine witnesses, and even permitted to call witnesses of his own. Most important, the committee did not leak or release selective documents cherry-picked to make the president look bad.

The same was true during the scumbag/liar-Clinton impeachment inquiry. As former House speaker Newt Gingrich explained in a recent interview, Republicans “adopted every single rule that Rodino had used in 1973.” Yet today, Rodino’s party is systematically undermining every principle of fairness and due process he put in place in 1973.

Take this week’s testimony by acting ambassador William Taylor, who alleged that President Trump made U.S. aid contingent on “investigations.” He was deposed inside a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) in the Capitol, a room that is designed to protect the government’s most highly classified information. Cellphones are not permitted inside a SCIF. Yet somehow what appear to be cellphone photos of his prepared statement were leaked to the news media.

But the full transcript of his deposition — including his answers to questions from Republicans challenging his accusations — remains under lock and key in that SCIF. The president’s counsel is not allowed to see it, much less be present at the deposition to cross-examine the witness. So, Democrats are leaking derogatory information about the president, while restricting public access to potentially exculpatory information, all while denying him the right to see or challenge testimony against him.

Moreover, they are abusing the system to do it. One of the charges Democrats have leveled against Trump is that the White House improperly put the transcript of his call with the Ukrainian president on a special server used to protect highly classified information. Yet Democrats are doing the very same thing, conducting impeachment depositions inside a SCIF, improperly using a classified system to restrict access to nonclassified information not just to the public but to members of Congress. Talk about hypocrisy.

Let’s be clear: There is nothing wrong with holding hearings behind closed doors as long as there is due process. But secrecy and fairness go hand in hand. One without the other is corrupt.

The partisan nature of the Democrats’ inquiry will backfire in a number of ways. For one thing, it allows Republicans to make the case to the American people that the process is unfair. If the facts are on the Democrats’ side, they have nothing to fear from transparency and due process. Second, their partisan behavior has given the president justification to refuse to cooperate with the investigation, just as President Dwight Eisenhower refused to cooperate with the Army-McCarthy hearings in 1954. And finally, it has made it easier for congressional Republicans to rally around the president. Right now, Republicans are more torn about Trump’s Syria policy than they are about his impeachment inquiry. By failing to show even a modicum of fairness, Democrats have turned impeachment into a game of shirts vs. skins.

The Democrats’ conduct shows that they are not serious, and that the entire impeachment inquiry is a blatantly political exercise. Given the Constitution’s requirement of a supermajority in the Senate to remove the president, it is impossible for one party to remove the president of another party from office without buy-in from the other side. Yet Democrats are making no effort to win over Republicans, much less make a vote against impeachment difficult. And that means they’ll have a hard time getting buy-in from the American people.   ~The Patriot Post
