Jamal Khashoggi’s Body Discovered in Garden, Turkey IRATE

{flagandcross.com} ~ While there is no argument that the Middle East has long been in the midst of modern turmoil... the death of Jamal Khashoggi could further imperil the region.  Khashoggi, a journalist with a knack for annoying the Saudi royal family with his reporting, has been killed in a horrific and gruesome manner within the Saudi consulate in Turkey weeks ago. The Saudi government has been reacting with a number of conflicting stories about what happened to Khashoggi, and were caught attempting to use a body double to hoax Khashoggi leaving the consulate for the purpose of throwing off investigators. The nature of the United States’ relationship with Saudi Arabia makes the Khashoggi case a particularly difficult one for US President Donald Trump to comment on, at least, diplomatically.In Turkey, however, the likely discovery of Khashoggi’s remains has politicians a bit more animated.  Body parts belonging to murdered journalist Jamal Khashoggi have been found, according to two Sky sources. The sources have told Sky News the writer had been “cut up” and his face “disfigured”.One source also suggested Mr Khashoggi’s remains were discovered in the garden of the Saudi consul general’s home – situated around 500 metres away from the consulate...

Election 2018: Is the ‘Wave’ Turning Red?

{spectator.org} ~ As a mob of thousands of migrants made their way north from Honduras toward the U.S. border last week... events in a closely-watched congressional race took an important turn.  Politico  reported that dummycrats-Democrats had pulled resources out of their campaign against Republican Rep. Will Hurd in the 23rd District of Texas. If their national leadership has ceded TX23 — one of the most competitive districts in the country — dummycrats-Democrats’ chance of a Nov. 6 “blue wave” is now in serious doubt. The connection between the American midterm election and the northbound caravan of Honduran migrants is probably not a coincidence, although liberals in the media will scream “conspiracy theory” at any Republican who points this out. If your cynical hunch is that the latest “refugee” crisis has been manufactured by the Left as an election-year propaganda effort, however, you’re not alone. A Google search for the terms “scumbag-Soros + Honduras + caravan” turned up nearly 300,000 results Friday. You don’t have to be paranoid to suspect that billionaire scumbag-George Soros is paying the bills whenever you see any allegedly spontaneous “grassroots” activism on behalf of dummycrats-Democrats. When a left-wing activist was arrested last week for assaulting the female campaign manager for Nevada GOP gubernatorial candidate Adam Laxalt, it turned out the suspect was on the payroll of American Bridge 21st Century, an organization funded by — you guessed, didn’t you? — scumbag-George Soros. Without regard to whether the Honduran migrant caravan is another scumbag-Soros-funded project, the timing would seem to indicate it was organized with the aim of impacting the midterm elections. The caravan began heading north just as dummycrats-Democrats were raising alarms about a lack of interest among Hispanic voters. A drumbeat of headlines conveyed the sense of panic: “dummycrats-Dems struggle to mobilize Latino voters for midterms” (The Hill, Oct. 11), “‘We’ve got a Latino problem’: dummycrats-Dems fret midterm turnout in key House districts” (Politico, Oct. 13), “dummycrats-Democrats have a Latino problem. Can they fix it in time?” (NBC News, Oct. 14), “dummycrats-Democrats need Latino voters — but fret too many will skip the midterms” (CNN, Oct. 15). The belief that Hispanic voters are, or should be, an ironclad constituency for dummycrats-Democrats, and that they will automatically endorse an open-borders agenda, is one of those identity-politics calculations that lead dummycrats-Democrats to assume they are on “the right side of history.” All that is necessary to guarantee dummycrats-Democrat control of the U.S. government, according to this “social justice” mentality, is to mobilize a coalition of ethnic minorities, women and homosexuals against the waning Republican power of old white men. That formula didn’t work so well for scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton in 2016, and dummycrats-Democrats’ decision to double-down on identity politics in the 2018 midterms might produce a similar debacle, as the race in TX23 illustrates. The Republican incumbent there scarcely fits the stereotype of a right-winger. Will Hurd is the only black member of the Texas GOP congressional delegation, a former CIA officer who has held the seat since 2014. The largely rural district, which stretches all the way from the suburbs of San Antonio in the east to El Paso in the west, is majority Hispanic and the congressional seat has changed hands five times between Republicans and dummycrats-Democrats since the 1990s. Trump Slashes Aid to Central America Amid Migrant Crisis

{dailycaller.com} ~ President Donald Trump announced in a Monday tweet that he will spearhead efforts to cut off or reduce foreign aid to Central American countries... for failure to stop a caravan of their citizens bound for the U.S.  Trump’s threat should come as no surprise to Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador, as he warned repeatedly on Twitter of this impending consequence in previous weeks. The three countries combined draw nearly 600 million dollars in U.S. foreign aid, according to USAID.  The caravan has swelled to nearly 5,000 people as it entered Mexico via Guatemala. The majority of the caravan consists of Central Americans who wish to gain entry to the U.S. by claiming asylum upon arrival and have not crossed into Mexico.  Trump is now castigating the Mexican government for its own apparent failure or unwillingness to stop the U.S.-bound caravan. The president has  declared a “national emergency” and said he will alert the U.S. Border Patrol and military. The Crown Prince Is a Total Fraud

{spectator.org} ~ After spending the last two weeks lying about Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi — claiming that he left the consulate in Istanbul — Riyadh is lying again... He died, the regime now insists, in a fist fight. The royal family left unexplained the arrival and sudden departure of a 15-man squad including a forensics specialist carrying a bone saw. More important, where is the body, if Khashoggi’s death was accidental? Some apologists for the House of Saud have been trashing him. Religious broadcaster Pat Robertson even abandoned the pretense of Christian principles in citing the employment value of selling arms to the Saudis. Blaming the murder victim is ludicrous: I met him more than once and he was a complicated figure, with connections to the royal family and past friendliness toward political Islam. However, he leaned in a liberal direction and pushed for greater freedom in a region that desperately needs to overthrow Islamic fundamentalists and licentious princes alike. Freedom House only rates one Arab nation, Tunisia, as free, and three others as partly free. The rest are unfree — Saudi Arabia ostentatiously so. Khashoggi went into exile because the supposedly reforming crown prince punished even modest dissent. Khashoggi died because he dared criticize a regime which continues to oppress its own people, suppress the slightest hint of political and religious liberty, destabilize the Middle East, promote radical Islamism around the world, including in America, and underwrite violent jihadists in Syria and elsewhere. Saudi Arabia is everything that it accuses Iran of being. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s misrule is harming American interests. While running for office President Donald Trump appeared to see the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia plain. There certainly were no shared values. He called the Saudis “bullies, cowards.” National interests occasionally overlapped, but candidate Trump realized that the KSA demonstrated an unfortunate warmth toward violent Islamists. {washingtontimes.com} ~Actor and conservative commentator Ben Stein said Saturday that the protesters who berated Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell at a Louisville restaurant the night before... are “becoming like the brownshirts in the early days of the Nazi Party.” Mr. McConnell and his wife, Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao, were confronted at the Havana Rumba restaurant by at least two hecklers who reportedly stole the couple’s leftover food off their table and threw it outside. It was one of many similar incidents involving Republican politicians being heckled in public in recent months. Mr. McConnell was recently heckled by protesters at Reagan National Airport near Washington. Mr. Stein, a lawyer and economist who is also Jewish, told TMZ at Politicon in Los Angeles that leftist protesters are wading into fascistic territory. “Disgusting mob rule,” he said. “Antifa is becoming like the brownshirts in the early days of the Nazi Party. Very, very disgusting, shocking behavior — stunningly horrible. “I consider it violent — to go to somebody while he’s having a meal, and take the meal away from him and throw it away — I consider that as close to violence as I want to get,” he continued. “dummycrats-Democracy in action is voting, it’s not violence, it’s not taking people’s food away from them and throwing it away. Scandal-Free? Hardly. Networks Bury dummycrats-Dem Vice

by Jordan Candler:  As we reported earlier this week, the recently released film “Gosnell: The Untold Story of America’s Most Prolific Serial Killer” is being deliberately underreported. In a column discussing the censorship of the film, media watchdogs L. Brent Bozell and Tim Graham agree on the reason: “The networks simply do not want to tell the truth aboutabortion.”

             Sadly, such sanitizing and protectionism go far beyond “Gosnell.” Whether it’s glossing over the atrocities of abortion or refusing to report on current scandals implicating high-profile dummycrats-Democrats, the media’s problem with concealing unflattering dummycrats-Democrat amoralism is systemic. In fact, NewsBusters recently chronicled six instances of dummycrats-Democrat scandals being ignored by media behemoths ABC, CBS, and NBC. These indecencies include:
               Texas Senate candidate socialist-Beto O'Rourke, who falsely claimed to have not fled from a DUI crash two decades ago. The networks allotted the fib zero time.
               Sen. scumbag-Robert Menendez (NJ), whom the Senate Ethics Committee formally vilified in April for his having made a deal with a donor in which gifts were swapped for promotional support. A mere 49 seconds were devoted to the committee’s admonishment.
               Sen. scumbag-Claire McCaskill (MO), whose husband has profited $11 million-plus via “a business that buys up tax credits awarded to Missouri affordable housing developers and sells them to high-income entities seeking tax relief,” according to The Washington Free Beacon. ABC, CBS, and NBC have yet to mention it.
               lowlife-Jackson Costco, an ex-staffer of Rep. scumbag-Sheila Jackson Lee, who doxxed Republicans for their support of Supreme Court nominee-turned-Justice Brett Kavanaugh. The incident has received zero coverage.
               Colorado gubernatorial candidate scumbag-Jared Polis, who shoved an ex-female employee. Neither of the networks have reported on the situation.
               dummycrats-DNC Deputy Chair Rep. scumbag-Keith Ellison (MN), who is alleged to have been violent towards his ex-girlfriend. Given scumbag-Ellison’s stature, this is a major allegation, yet a measly three minutes and 47 seconds have been devoted to it.
               And there’s plenty of other material the media could but probably won’t cover. For example, CBS’s local Dallas affiliate reports, “Four women are facing felony charges, accused of being part of what Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office called an organized voter fraud ring in Fort Worth.” Unsurprisingly, “The indictments show several of the ballots in question were for  dummycrats-Democratic candidates.”
               Farther north, “The Minnesota dummycrats-Democratic Party has suspended a spokesman for calling for violence against Republicans even as two GOP candidates have been assaulted in suspected politically motivated attacks,” according to The Washington Free Beacon. The spokesman stated that leftists would “bring [=Republicans to the guillotine.”
               Meanwhile, The Daily Wire says, “Law enforcement officials arrested a dummycrats-Democratic operative on Tuesday for attacking the female Republican campaign manager for Nevada GOP gubernatorial nominee Adam Laxalt, the second time this year that the operative has been arrested for allegedly physically attacking Republican women.”
               For a Leftmedia that feasts on faux scandals, there’s no shortage of legitimate scandals to keep it happy if whistleblowing is truly what it’s pursuing. But the press would prefer to keep it a partisan affair. As Investor’s Business Daily writes, “In contrast, even minor scandals that involve no-name Republicans typically receive lavish coverage from these networks. … The obvious explanation is that they want to portray Republicans as corrupt, and dummycrats-Democrats pure as the driven snow. So they play up stories that fit this narrative, and ignore those that don’t. The worst form of media bias isn’t how they cover a story, but what they choose to cover in the first place.” Exactly.
