In keeping with his hierarchy of administrative importance, his flooding of Americans with non-white parasitic foreigners is paramount. It was hands down the worst moment of his presidency and that’s saying something... nObama has no strategy in the Middle East unless you count supporting Iran and not attacking ISIS. He’s quite willing to let Russia, France or anyone else go after them as long as it is not us. This is not how you fight a war. Any real military leader will tell you that. Walid Phares gets it. He is a National Defense University professor and teaches Global Strategies there. Phares is a longtime commentator on Fox News. He is an analyst on issues in the Middle East and no one is better at it. I have long admired him. Jon Scott, the cohost at Fox News said, “Walid, why can’t we take these people out? In a new development, we have just learned from Judicial Watch that Hilly Clinton was characterized by her Muslim-connected aide, Huma Abedin, as being “very confused” about the world leaders she was supposed to be communicating with as secretary of state. Illustrating that point, on Tuesday, during House Judiciary Committee hearings into the many shortcomings of the blatantly political Department of Justice, Attorney General Loretta Lynch was given a letter signed by 44 Congressmen. The letter, asking for a special prosecutor to be named to investigate the espionage activities of Hilly Clinton, was dated October 28th. It’s a good thing Rep Ron DeSantis (R-FL), chose to deliver it personally, handing it to Lynch from his seat in the hearing room; three weeks is long enough without getting the USPS involved. The signatories recognize political foot-dragging when they see it; they’ve been trying to extract this information for years and more than a couple of them have themselves engaged in the practice from time to time. But they now claim to have had enough. They think it’s time for a change and a Special Counsel. True to comedian Evan Sayet's masterful prediction that leftists will inevitably side with "wrong over right, evil over good, and the behaviors that lead to failure over those that lead to success" at every moral junction, they have been targeting religion relentlessly since Friday. On Saturday, as mourners gathered outside the Bataclan in Paris – the same venue as the terrorist attacks – an unknown French musician set up a piano painted with a giant peace sign and began singing John Lennon's "Imagine," which should be actually titled "Imagine All the Stupid People," considering the song's call for the elimination of countries, possessions - and all religion. Except that it wasn't Christians - or for that matter, Buddhists, Hindus, or even Wiccans - whose ideology drove them to slaughter nearly 130 people last weekend in Paris. .

They made compliance with their request easy by including a chart, enabling them to simply fill in the blank with the needed information. The individuals were charged with offenses such as providing material support to a terrorist organization, conspiracy, attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction, conspiring to supply manpower to ISIS and threatening a law enforcement officer. They originated, not surprisingly, in terrorist sponsoring nations such as Somalia, Sudan, Uzbekistan, Bosnia, Saudi Arabia and Syria. Many had become naturalized US citizens. The Senators sought rather mundane and easily reportable information such as their “Date of Initial Entry or Admission to U.S.,” “If Applicable Immigration Status at Time of Initial Entry or Admission,” the “Current Immigration Status of Parents If Parents Are Citizens,” and whether or not their US citizenship is due to being “Natural-Born or Naturalized.” http://rickwells.us/archives/22416.

The Democrats addressed the U.S. response to terrorism in their debate Saturday night. On the campaign trail in Iowa and New Hampshire, the various Republican candidates had their say too. But unlike the impact of most events on the contest, the real question today isn't who won the news cycle. None of them did though arguably, some of them lost it by saying things that will come back to haunt them later on.

More to the point, we need to wonder whether even after these horrors, candidates without any grasp of the issues will continue to garner substantial support. So perhaps rather than point out what the candidates should be saying today, we need to take a moment to understand what the war Islamists are waging against us is not about. After 9/11 most Americans understood that they could no longer sit back and wait while the enemy came to them. As much as that struggle was mismanaged at times and that democracies lack the patience for generational struggles, the same lesson applies today.

Chest-beating here is as useless as the meaningless talk about the importance of diplomacy coming from the left. Nor should those candidates who think this war can be won on the cheap without committing major resources be allowed to get away talking tough. Next year we will either elect a president who knows we're at war or we won't and it isn't hard to see which of them understand that.
