{ explainlife.com } ~ House Intelligence Committee Chairman scumbag/liar-Adam Schiff has been leading the Democrats impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump, and it has completely imploded in recent weeks... Every time the lying little scumbag/liar-Schiff releases new information to the public about the impeachment witch hunt, it further proves they have no case at all. And now is has been revealed that scumbag/liar-Schiff and Democrats intentionally omitted key evidence in transcripts that was favorable to Trump and exonerated him from “quid pro quo” allegations. The Democratic-lead House Intelligence Committee released parts of the transcript from National Security Council official Tim Morrison on Saturday — and they purposely left out key information to harm the president. Breitbart published a report detailing what Democrats omitted: First, the committee withheld the transcript since October 31, only releasing it after the first public hearings began last week. Morrison’s testimony was rumored to be very good for President Donald Trump’s defense — Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) had described Democrats in the room during the closed-door hearing as “sucking lemons” — and Republicans would have made good use of it, had they had the transcript available. But it was not provided... In the interim, Democrats had sole possession of the document. scumbag/liar-Schiff does not allow copies of the transcripts to be released to Republicans, either in paper or electronic form. If they want to read transcripts, they must do so one by one, in the presence of a Democrat committee staffer. Not only is that rule humiliating, but it also allows Democrats to control the flow of information and to prepare their public arguments with no fear of timely Republican rebuttal... In the Morrison case, Democrats released “key excerpts” that highlighted the few facts in his testimony that, they believe, help push the case for impeachment. Chief among these is that Morrison confirmed that he heard U.S. Ambassador to the E.U. Gordon Sondland claim that he told a Ukrainian official, in a private “sidebar” meeting, that aid would be released if the Ukrainian prosecutor general would publicly announce an investigation into Burisma... { foxnews.com } ~ Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., told Fox News Wednesday that Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz's report on allegations of a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA)... warrant abuse during the 2016 election will be released on Dec. 9. During an appearance on "Hannity" Wednesday, host Sean Hannity noted Horowitz will be coming before Graham's committee on Dec. 11 to testify on the matter and went on to ask Graham not to allow a Friday night document "dump" that could muffle the coverage of the news. In response, Graham smiled and nodded. "It'll be December 9th — you'll get the report," the South Carolina lawmaker said."That's locked." Horowitz told congressional lawmakers in an October letter that his investigation and ensuing report were nearing their conclusion. The "lengthy" draft report "concerns sensitive national security and law enforcement matters," Horowitz wrote in the letter, adding that he anticipated "the final report will be released publicly with few redactions." Horowitz noted that he did not anticipate a need to prepare or issue "separate classified and public versions of the report." "After we receive the final classification markings from the Department and the FBI, we will then proceed with our usual process for preparing a final report, including ensuring that appropriate reviews occur for accuracy and comment purposes," Horowitz wrote in the letter. "Once begun, we do not anticipate the time for that review to be lengthy." Graham further broke news on "Hannity" when he confirmed he is sending a letter to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo requesting the transcripts of three phone calls the senator said then-Vice President loose lips liar-Joe Biden had with then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko....

{ timesofisrael.com } ~ In a decision that drastically shakes up Israeli politics amid already ongoing chaos, Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit announced Thursday that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will be charged with criminal wrongdoing... in three separate cases against him, including bribery in the far-reaching Bezeq corruption probe. The decision marks the first time in Israel’s history that a serving prime minister faces criminal charges, casting a heavy shadow over Netanyahu, Israel’s longest-serving prime minister, and his ongoing attempts to remain in power. Netanyahu will be charged with fraud and breach of trust in Cases 1000 and 2000, and bribery, fraud and breach of trust in Case 4000, the state prosecution said in a statement. Mandelblit was set to address the press in his office in the Justice Ministry in Jerusalem at 7:30 p.m. to formally announce the charges. The Justice Ministry also released the full indictment, which is to be filed with the Jerusalem District Court. “The attorney general’s decision on the prime minister was made after a thorough and deep examination of the numerous allegations raised by the prime minister’s lawyers during the four days of the hearing in early October 2019. All allegations were examined in depth as part of a regular work process deployed over many hours in which the State Attorney’s Office submitted in-depth reviews of hundreds of pages, relating to the allegations raised at the hearing,” the state prosecution statement said... Critics of American President Donald J. Trump's announcement that he was withdrawing the US from the Iran nuclear deal last year and imposing a fresh round of sanctions against Tehran have argued that the measures would fail to have the desired effect, and claimed that the ayatollahs would be able to circumvent the sanctions by trading with countries such as China, that remained committed to the nuclear deal. Those arguments have now been decisively proved wrong after Iranians took to the streets in towns and cities in their tens of thousands throughout the country in protest at the regime's decision at the end of last week to raise the price of petrol by 50 percent, as well as rationing the amount drivers could purchase to 60 litres a month without being obliged to pay a higher premium. It is an irony that not even the most devoted supporters of the ayatollahs can ignore that a country such as Iran, that prides itself on being one of the world's largest oil producers, is unable to produce enough fuel to satisfy the needs of its own population. While the requirement to raise fuel prices is deeply embarrassing for the government of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, however, it has not stopped the regime from responding with its characteristic brutality to anti-government protests. There allegedly is a summons for the Burisma head to appear for questioning. Hunter Biden and other Democrats are suspected of being tied to the embezzlement, according to Ukraine MPs who gave a press conference on Wednesday. Ryaboshapka’s predecessors oversaw a series of investigations into Zlochevsky, a multimillionaire former minister of ecology and natural resources. The allegations concern tax violations, money-laundering and licences given to Burisma during the period where Zlochevsky was a minister. Ryaboshapka said Zlochevsky was now suspected of the “theft of government funds on an especially large scale,” but did not provide evidence or details. Ryaboshapka was speaking after being asked about a document from the general prosecutor’s office that was leaked at a separate press conference by three lawmakers earlier on Wednesday. Hong Kong Fights Chinese Tyranny
Lewis Morris: Protests by pro-democracy advocates in Hong Kong have continued to escalate in recent days. Protesters on the street are battling with violent pro-China demonstrators (who are clearly backed by Beijing) as well as militant Hong Kong police, leading to several deaths and hundreds of casualties on both sides in the last week. Strict curfews and strong-arm police tactics have been answered by protesters with flaming arrows, homemade incendiary devices, and sophisticated street actions in what has become round-the-clock unrest on city streets. Communists never were good with uprisings.
Protests began this summer after Beijing’s handpicked Hong Kong administrator Carrie Lam announced a law that would allow China to extradite Hong Kong residents to the Mainland for crimes committed in the autonomous region. The law was rescinded after widespread protests, but Beijing’s continued meddling in Hong Kong’s political and economic affairs has not quelled the protests.
Chinese President Xi Jinping recently stated that the Chinese government would do whatever it deems necessary to bring an end to the violence. Coming from a Chinese leader, this could mean anything, up to and including tanks rolling through the streets of Hong Kong. This not-so-veiled threat has not quelled the unrest.
Hong Kong now faces major disruptions due to the protests and the police response. Stores have shuttered and business has suffered. Rail, road, bridge, and tunnel routes have been blocked by protesters, making it difficult for people to travel to work. Universities have told students not to report for classes, fearing that campuses will become the target of violent clashes between protesters and the police.
When it assumed control over Hong Kong in 1997, China had pledged to adhere to a “one country, two systems” policy for 50 years. Of course, like most things the Chinese government says, that was lie. Beijing worked in subtle ways for years to slowly convert Hong Kong into a province that would answer solely to the communist government’s rule, but things went into overdrive after Xi became president in 2013. Since then, Beijing has chipped away at Hong Kong’s autonomy, inserting puppet officials in public office and tightening restrictions on commerce and free speech.
Beijing finds itself in a tough spot, though. Hong Kong is one of the world’s richest cities and a key economic bridge between Mainland China and the rest of the world. If China meddles too much in autonomous affairs, that could all go away, particularly if the United States, Great Britain, and other nations withdraw trading partnerships with the region.
The U.S. House of Representatives has already passed a bill requiring the secretary of state to review Hong Kong’s record on human rights and democracy annually, giving the president the power to strip the region of trade and customs privileges should it fail to pass muster. The Senate is expected to pass the bill soon, with President Donald Trump’s signature all but assured.
Pro-democracy demonstrators in Hong Kong wave American flags and call upon the support of the United States in their fight against the communists. It is evident after the horrors of the 1989 crackdown on pro-democracy protests in Tiananmen Square that Beijing will stop at nothing to maintain power. The United States must respond with its full support for the brave men and women putting their lives on the line in Hong Kong.
