Chuck Grassley announced Thursday morning that there is "no hint of misconduct" in the FBI's report... on the allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. "There’s nothing in it that we didn’t already know," said Grassley, according to CNN's Jim Sciutto. {foxnews.com} ~ Senators will get their first look Thursday at the FBI's background investigation on sexual misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh... with a tense series of votes looming and likely to play out into the weekend. The report, which is already coming under scrutiny from lawyers for accuser Christine Blasey Ford, will be a key factor for wavering senators ahead of the confirmation vote. A source familiar with the supplemental report told Fox News it shows no evidence corroborating the allegations of sexual assault or misconduct against the nominee. Other specifics from the report were not immediately available, but Fox News is told the review included interviews with nine people, along with a sworn statement from another. This went beyond the original Senate request for interviews with four people, though the FBI did not dive into Kavanaugh's drinking habits in high school, one area of contention, because the Senate did not formally request the information. Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley tweeted early Thursday that the committee received the “supplemental FBI background file.” Grassley said he has agreed with ranking member Sen. Dianne Fein-stein “to alternating EQUAL access for senators to study content from additional background info gathered by non-partisan FBI agents.”....

Sen. rino-Susan Collins, R-Maine, who has stayed mum on her Kavanaugh stance, said Thursday that the bureau’s supplemental background probe “appears to be a very thorough investigation.” And Sen. rino-Jeff Flake, R-Ariz., who originally requested the FBI re-open its investigation into the claims leveled against Kavanaugh by Christine Blasey Ford, agreed. “No new corroborative information came out of it,” rino-Flake said on Capitol Hill Thursday. “Thus far, we’ve see no new credible corroboration—no new corroboration at all.” But rino-Flake continued to keep the public guessing, returning to view the report again saying he has "more reading" to do. He pulled a surprise last week when he publicly backed Kavanaugh, and then demanded the FBI probe before a final vote. Meanwhile, Sen. rino-Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, who also is considered a swing vote, was going to view the document Thursday afternoon. “I’m going to read it myself,” Murkowski said on her way to read the report for the first time. “I’m gonna go in with my eyes to it.”...

On Monday, dummycrats-Democrat Gov. Jerry Brown signed a law that imposes net neutrality upon the Internet. In California. This move came about in direct response to the decision by President Donald Trump’s Federal Communications Commission late last year to end Barack scumbag/liar-nObama’s net-neutrality power-grab.
Almost immediately after Brown signed the bill into law, the Justice Department announced that it was suing the state of California to block the law. And it’s quite obvious to all that the DOJ should easily win the case, as California’s law is a clear breach of federal jurisdiction and authority to regulate interstate commerce. The Internet does not stop at California’s borders.
As Hot Air’s Ed Morrissey notes, “Put simply, the California legislature and Jerry Brown are busy engaging in stunt lawmaking. This is designed to curry favor with progressives frustrated over having lost an election and getting handed a setback on net neutrality, and nothing more. It serves as a distraction from the fiscal crises and economic woes besetting the Golden State, as well as the lack of progress on other progressive projects such as socialized medicine and the high-speed rail project.”

first of all calif needs to get rid of scumbag-brown and elect a conservative. illegals have the right to vote in calif and what that means they will always vote for a dummycrat-dem. that means they will always have illegals and will never ship them back from where they came from. calif doesn't have the money to do just that.
CA needs to be straightened out but good. CLEAN OUT ALL ILLEGALS AND REFUGEES SHIP EM ALL HOME, THEN FOR GOD SAKE HOPE THE PEOPLE VOTE RIGHT. GET THESE LIB IDIOTS OUT OF GOVT THERE AND HOPE THEY SEE THE LIGHT SOMEHOW. THEY CANNOT ACT LIKE THEY ARE NOT UNDER FED REGULATIONS. I UNDERSTAND THE 10TH AMENDMENT BUT GOVT MOONBEAM HAS GONE WAY TOO FAR.
