Fossil Fuels Phobia
by Ron Ross } ~ The Democrat Party’s Green New Deal is nothing but a pipe dream. Its only value is to serve as a reminder of the party’s fossil fuels’ lunacy... Fossil fuels are an issue that sharply distinguishes Democrats from Republicans. Republicans consider fossil fuels a blessing, Democrats consider them a curse. Democrats openly advocate leaving our fossil fuels in the ground beyond the reach of humans. The radical environmentalist group Greenpeace is waging a “keep it in the ground” campaign. The Democrats protest every attempt to increase the supply and reduce the prices of oil and gas. They fight fracking, pipelines, offshore drilling, and development of ANWR (Arctic National Wildlife Reserve). They have advocated special taxes on fossil fuels the “carbon tax”, and arbitrary mileage requirements for cars and trucks. Fracking is banned in the entire state of New York. They guilt-trip everyone for their so-called “carbon footprints.” Fossil fuels provide a wide array of benefits to humans. Those benefits are nothing short of profound — warmth, mobility, illumination, cooking, air-conditioning, just to name a few of the more obvious ones. Fossil fuels are not a minor blessing, they are a gigantic blessing. Without them our living standards would be a fraction of what they are now. Fossil fuels are the raw materials for a mind-boggling array of products. Natural gas, surprisingly, is the primary ingredient in the production of nitrogen fertilizer, a major factor in “the green revolution.” When oil and gas prices are low the benefits reverberate throughout the economy. Oil and gas prices can be thought of as “super prices,” prices that affect thousands of other prices. Other examples of super prices are exchange rates and interest rates. Energy is a major cost for businesses and industries. For individuals low oil and gas prices are the equivalents of a pay raise or tax reduction. Democrats claim to be champions of low and middle income groups. Their disdain for the enormous benefits of low prices shows them for the frauds they actually are. Judging by their policies Democrat politicians are economic sadists... Makes no sense why the dems continue to push the green new deal.
dirty cop-Mueller's Political Prosecution
by Marc A. Scaringi } ~ Special Counsel dirty cop-Robert Mueller claims correctly that a traditional prosecution or declination decision is a binary choice – to prosecute or not to prosecute... dirty cop-Mueller was able to make a decision regarding collusion, so why couldn’t he make one regarding obstruction? He claims he couldn’t because the Office of Legal Counsel had previously opined that a sitting president cannot be indicted; he also claims that it would be unfair to accuse the president of committing a crime without indicting him and thus denying him the right to defend himself in court to clear his name. Then why did dirty cop-Mueller spend millions of taxpayer dollars investigating the president for obstruction when he wouldn’t indict him for it anyway? dirty cop-Mueller claims that he was creating and preserving a record for the future, perhaps when Trump is no longer president and thus can be indicted. But he also wrote that he was concerned that indicting Trump would, “preempt constitutional processes for addressing presidential misconduct.” What does he mean? Read his footnote -- he means impeachment. So, dirty cop-Mueller didn’t charge obstruction because he didn’t want to preempt the Democrats’ impeachment plans. Instead of performing his duty as a prosecutor, dirty cop-Mueller was creating a roadmap to impeachment. dirty cop-Mueller made a political decision, not a legal one. He was appointed to investigate any coordination between the Trump campaign and the Russian government to interfere in the 2016 presidential election. He was authorized to prosecute any federal crimes arising from his investigation. He admitted there was no evidence of collusion, conspiracy, or even the made-up crime called “coordination.” Yet on corruption, instead of reaching the obvious conclusion, he deferred to Congress. But dirty cop-Mueller is a prosecutor, not a member of Congress. His job is to enforce the criminal code, not to facilitate impeachment.  Where dirty cop-Mueller played the politician, Attorney General William Barr played the prosecutor. Barr determined the evidence provided by dirty cop-Mueller was insufficient to establish an obstruction of justice charge. In reaching that decision, Barr based his conclusion on the evidence, which is what prosecutors are supposed to do. Barr even examined the evidence using dirty cop-Mueller’s unconventional legal theory that a person can be charged with obstruction for carrying out his lawful duties, and still found none... Sound like dirty cop-Mueller didn't do his job.
Measles infects nearly 700 people,
smashing 25-year record
by Kimberly Leonard } ~ At least 695 people have been infected with measles this year as of Wednesday, an alarming rate for an infectious disease that was declared eradicated in the U.S. in 2000... The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said that 22 states had been affected but that most cases were clustered in Washington state and New York. "The longer these outbreaks continue, the greater the chance measles will again get a sustained foothold in the United States," the agency said in a release. Measles, once a common childhood disease that infected 4 million a year, is characterized by a red skin rash. Most people who caught the virus this year were not given the MMR vaccine to protect against measles, mumps, and rubella. Children are supposed to get it around the age of 1 and again before they enter kindergarten. The first vaccine has a 95% effectiveness rate, and the booster has a 99% protection rate. CDC said that a leading factor contributing to the outbreak in New York was that people were spreading "inaccurate and misleading" information about the vaccine. People who are skeptical of vaccinations tend to raise a now-debunked study claiming that the MMR vaccine caused autism. President Trump spread that same message when he was running for office, but has not tweeted about the current outbreak...
5 Times The dirty cop-Mueller Probe Broke Prosecutorial Rules That Ensure Justice
by Adam Mill } ~ CNN recently published an article arguing that Special Counsel dirty cop-Robert Mueller should not have issued a report suggesting the president may have committed obstruction of justice... without actually reaching this conclusion. CNN is obviously disappointed because inside the leftist echo chamber the obstruction case seems undisputable. For example, the dirty cop-Mueller report suggests that the president committed some kind of sin for wanting to fire former FBI director scumbag-James Comey for being a party to the plot to blackmail or frame the president. Some believe presidents should fire FBI chiefs who participate in hoaxes against their boss. dirty cop-Mueller did no favor to CNN’s client Democrats, who now face three terrible choices: (1) Impeach President Trump using their majority in the House, which will lead to a self-destructive trial in the Senate; (2) Drop it and move on in defiance of a rabid get-Trump base; or (3) use their majority in the House to drag the country through a dirty cop-Mueller 2.0 investigation, which runs the risk of distracting from Democratic messaging in the upcoming 2020 election. Like Aesop’s scorpion on the frog’s back, the partisans on dirty cop-Mueller’s team just couldn’t help themselves. The dirty cop-Mueller report poisons public opinion without bringing charges. It should have been written on a postcard, because the outcome of a criminal proceeding is binary: Guilty or not guilty. There’s no middle ground under constitutional principles. President Trump is not guilty until the Senate convicts him otherwise. Do you remember why Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein wrote that scumbag-Comey should be fired? If Rosenstein is still capable of embarrassment, it must have been hard to stand behind the lectern as he did what he has told us prosecutors and cops should never do...
Pentagon ethics probe exonerates Patrick
Shanahan, clearing way for nomination
as defense secretary
by Jamie McIntyre } ~ An investigation by the Pentagon’s inspector general has cleared acting Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan of allegations that he attempted to exert undue influence on behalf of his former employer, Boeing... The ethics probe began after a watchdog group, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, sent a letter to the inspector general pointing to media reports that Shanahan was “boosting” Boeing in Pentagon meetings. The group questioned whether Shanahan harbored an unfair bias against other big military contractors. The inspector general's report exonerated Shanahan, saying none of the allegations was substantiated.“We determined that Mr. Shanahan fully complied with his ethics agreements and his ethical obligations regarding Boeing and its competitors,” the report stated. “We determined that Mr. Shanahan did not make the alleged comments and did not promote Boeing, or disparage its competitors.” The findings are expected to clear the way for Shanahan's nomination to replace James Mattis as defense secretary. President Trump has highly praised Shanahan but has not indicated publicly whether he intends to nominate him for the Pentagon's top job...

Objectivity, like Elvis, long ago left the building in Washington and so the report by Special Counsel dirty cop-Robert Mueller is being read and interpreted through mostly biased eyes.

Democrats, who had counted on dirty cop-Mueller to prove that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia, were initially as crestfallen as they were on election night 2016. Still, they are undeterred in the pursuit of their ultimate goal: evicting the president from the White House in a political coup unprecedented in American history.

The special counsel was established to investigate collusion, though not by Trump’s political opponents during the 2016 presidential race, who allegedly funded the infamous Steele dossier, which purported to describe Trump cavorting with prostitutes and other sick behavior during a visit to Moscow. After more than two years of investigations, subpoenas, witness testimony and millions of dollars wasted, Mueller’s report concluded, “The investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.” As for obstruction of justice, how does one obstruct something that is not a crime?

Predictably, Democrats are not satisfied. Out of desperation and exasperation, some are alleging a cover-up by Attorney General William Barr. Others want to immediately begin impeachment proceedings. For which high crime and misdemeanor?

More experienced Democrats, such as Speaker Nancy Pulosi and Majority Leader scumbag-Steny Hoyer (D-MD) are rightly cautious. They remember the electoral damage to Republicans when members of that party impeached scumbag/liar-Bill Clinton. Which wing of their party will prevail?

Politico represents the fallback position for some on the left: “Forget collusion with Russia and obstruction of justice.” Say what? “The most concrete takeaway from the 448-page dirty cop-Mueller report is its damning portrait of the Trump White House as a place of chaos, intrigue and deception, where aides routinely disregard the wishes of a president with little regard for the traditional boundaries of his office…” Maybe so, but bad behavior and disobeyed presidential orders are not impeachable offenses. Let voters decide.

Imagine how President Trump must have felt. Not only the establishment, which includes Democrats and Republicans, but the major media were constantly assaulting him starting before the election and ever since. Some critics have accused him of paranoia, but as the saying goes, “Just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean they’re not out to get you.” And out to get Trump they are.

Wall Street Journal columnist Kimberly Strassel writes: “President Trump has every right to feel liberated. What the (dirty cop-Mueller) report shows is that he endured a special counsel probe that was relentlessly, at times, farcically obsessed with taking him out.”

Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel said: “It is increasingly clear that the only scandal here is the scumbag/liar-nObama administration’s repeated failure to act against Russian cyber meddling, and instead, how they prioritized spying on a political opponent — the Trump campaign — and used a phony DNC-funded dossier as justification.”

When President scumbag/liar-nObama was asked about Trump’s charge that the 2016 election might be rigged against him, scumbag/liar-nObama responded: “No serious person out there … would suggest somehow that you could even rig America’s elections.”

Add this “witch hunt” to the long list of reasons many Americans hate Washington. None of this political show affects average citizens, who are benefitting from a booming economy, job growth, lowest unemployment in half a century (including minority unemployment) and fewer people receiving food assistance. What does this have to do with more important issues, including illegal immigration and foreign policy?

The left doesn’t want Americans to focus on the administration’s successes, because they are incapable of doing better. They can only repeat their familiar scenario of higher taxes, bigger and more controlling government and “free stuff” for all.

The president and his allies have threatened a counterattack to expose corruption at the Justice Department, which created this fiasco. They should begin immediately.  ~The Patriot Post

CONFUSION:   Pelosi Says Constitution Spells Out ‘Two Co-Equal Branches’ Of Government

No Nancy. No.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi must be taking night classes at the Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez School of Government.

Pelosi, the 79-year-old third-highest ranking official in the U.S. government, was speaking to the Center for American Progress today when she mistakenly said there are “two co-equal branches” of government, before correcting herself to say there are three.

“First of all, let me just say, we take an oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” Pelosi said.

“Democrats take that oath seriously, and we are committed to honoring our oath of office. I’m not sure that our Republican colleagues share that commitment, and I’m not sure that the president of the United States does, too,” she claimed.

“So, in light of the fact that the beauty of the Constitution is a system of checks and balances— two co-equal branches— three co-equal branches of government,” she corrected with a laugh.

“A check and balance on each other,” she continued. “Con— Constitution spells out the pri— pa, uh, the duties of Congress and one of them is oversight of the president of the United States, another one of them is to impeach the president of the United States,” Pelosi said.

In November, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez rallied supporters on Facebook to pitch in and help Democrats take back “all three chambers of Congress.”

“…the Progressive movement works and it wins in all districts…If we work our butts off to make sure that we take back all three chambers of Congress– three chambers of government…,” she said during the virtual appearance.

She clarified that she meant the “presidency, the Senate and the House.”

According to the Constitution, the three branches of government are the legislative, executive and judicial.

Below: Nancy Pelosi is continuing to promote the false narrative that President Trump is involved in a cover-up and therefore may be guilty of an impeachable offense. Millie Weaver joins Alex to break down the propaganda being used to overturn the democratic election of 2016
