'Lost her way': Trump says liar-Pelosi has been
'taken over by the radical Left'
by Tim Pearce
{ washingtonexaminer.com } ~ President Trump denied reports that he tried to stave off House Speaker liar-Nancy Pelosi's impeachment announcement and asserted that her power has been subsumed by the "radical Left."... Trump gave a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday at the United Nations in New York. Both presidents denied allegations that Trump attempted to withhold military aid to Ukraine to force the country to investigate former Vice President loose lips liar-Joe Biden. "No, she's lost her way," Trump said, responding to a question regarding whether he tried to strike a deal on impeachment with liar-Pelosi. "She's been taken over by the radical Left. She may be radical Left herself, but she really has lost her way," Trump continued. "I spoke to her about guns yesterday. She didn’t even know what I was talking about." Trump later went on to say the Democratic Party as a whole has been hijacked by the "radical Left."  "They've been taken over by a radical group of people, and Nancy liar-Pelosi, as far as I'm concerned, unfortunately, she’s no longer the speaker of the House." Trump's assertion echoes that of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, who said in a press release that "Speaker liar-Pelosi’s much-publicized efforts to restrain her far-left conference have finally crumbled."   https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/trump-nancy-pelosi-is-no-longer-the-speaker-of-the-house

{ jpost.com } ~ Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been given the chance to form a government for the sixth time on Wednesday... after succeeding in his five terms in office but not having the opportunity to do so following the April election. President Reuven Rivlin formally gave Netanyahu four weeks to form the government, after a meeting at the President’s Residence with Blue and White leader Benny Gantz failed to bring about a breakthrough. The deadline will be October 24. “Netanyahu had the best chance to form a government,” Rivlin said in a speech alongside the prime minister. A Channel 12 poll broadcast Wednesday night found that the public prefers Netanyahu go first in a rotation with Gantz. But to avoid another election, a majority of respondents would like to see Likud replace Netanyahu with another candidate. The survey of 700 respondents representing a statistical sample of the population was taken by pollster Camille Fuchs. The margin of error was 4%. Rivlin said he gave the mandate to Netanyahu, because he received 55 recommendations from MKs, compared to Gantz’s 54. He called upon parties to stop disqualifying each other and lamented that a unity government was not formed. In his speech, Rivlin revealed that he had offered the possibility of passing a law enabling a prime minister to suspend himself while under indictment and have a vice prime minister take over until the prime minister is cleared. Such a bill could have enabled Gantz to run the country following a potential Netanyahu indictment. But Gantz rejected the idea. Netanyahu already has a bloc of 55 MKs from his Likud Party and his allies in Yamina, Shas and United Torah Judaism. He would need Yisrael Beytenu, Labor-Gesher or Blue and White to join in order to form a government. All have repeatedly refused to do so. “My inability to form a government is slightly less than that of Gantz,” Netanyahu said in accepting the mandate...   https://www.jpost.com/Israel-Elections/Rivlin-meeting-with-Netanyahu-Gantz-602868
Castro’s Torture of American POWs in Vietnam

{ frontpagemag.com } ~ The death of communist tyrant Fidel Castro has yielded much-deserved coverage of the monstrous nature of his tyrannical rule... What has gone virtually unreported, however, is the direct and instrumental role Castro played in the torture and murder of American POWs in Vietnam during the Vietnam War. The story of Castro’s atrocities against American soldiers in this conflict is rarely ever told, least of all by our mainstream media. During the Vietnam War, Castro sent a gang of his henchmen to run the “Cuban Program” at the Cu Loc POW camp in Hanoi, which became known as “the Zoo.” As Stuart Rochester and Frederick Kiley have documented in their book Honor Bound in a chapter entitled “The Zoo, 1967–1969: The Cuban Program and Other Atrocities,” one of the primary objectives of this “program” was to determine how much physical and psychological agony a human being could withstand. Castro selected American POWs as his guinea pigs. A Cuban nicknamed “Fidel,” the main torturer at the Zoo, initiated his own personal reign of terror. He was  described in documents based on POW debriefings as “a professional who was trained in psychology and prison control in Russia or Europe.” Among Fidel’s torture techniques were beatings and whippings over every part of his victims’ bodies, without remission. Former POW John Hubbell describes the horrifying ordeal of Lt. Col. Earl Cobeil, an F-105 pilot, as Fidel forced him into the cell of fellow POW Col. Jack Bomar: The man [Cobeil] could barely walk; he shuffled slowly, painfully. His clothes were torn to shreds. He was bleeding everywhere, terribly swollen, and a dirty, yellowish black and purple from head to toe. The man’s head was down; he made no attempt to look at anyone. . . . He stood unmoving, his head down. Fidel smashed a fist into the man’s face, driving him against the wall. Then he was brought to the center of the room and made to get down onto his knees. Screaming in rage, Fidel took a length of black rubber hose from a guard and lashed it as hard as he could into the man’s face. The prisoner did not react; he did not cry out or even blink an eye. His failure to react seemed to fuel Fidel’s rage and again he whipped the rubber hose across the man’s face. . . . Again and again and again, a dozen times, Fidel smashed the man’s face with the hose. Not once did the fearsome abuse elicit the slightest response from the prisoner. . . . His body was ripped and torn everywhere; hell cuffs appeared almost to have severed the wrists, strap marks still wound around the arms all the way to the shoulders, slivers of bamboo were embedded in the bloodied shins and there were what appeared to be tread marks from the hose across the chest, back, and legs. Earl Cobeil died as a result of Fidel’s torture...

Trump says he didn't threaten military aid
to Ukraine while decrying corruption
By MORGAN CHALFANT and BRETT SAMUELS
{ thehill.com } ~ President Trump on Monday said that he did not threaten to withhold military aid if Ukraine did not investigate Democratic presidential candidate loose lips liar-Joe Biden and his family... "I did not make a statement that you have to do this or I’m not going to give you aid," Trump told reporters on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). "I wouldn't do that. With that being said, what I want is I want — you know, we’re giving a lot of money away to Ukraine and other places. You want to see a country that's going to be not corrupt," Trump continued. Trump later said it would “probably” have been appropriate if he did put pressure on Ukraine but again insisted that he didn’t. "I put no pressure on them whatsoever. I could have. I think it would probably, possibly have been OK if I did. But I didn’t. I didn’t put any pressure on them whatsoever," Trump continued. Trump has faced mounting scrutiny in the wake of reports that he pressured Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on a July 25 phone call to investigate loose lips liar-Biden’s son, Hunter loose lips liar-Biden, over allegations of corruption. Democrats and other critics have raised the possibility that there was a quid pro quo involved in the effort. The call came at a time when the Trump administration had delayed military aid to Ukraine. The administration released the $250 million in aid earlier this month after the delay was met with bipartisan concerns on Capitol Hill...

Implications of the Trump/Ukraine Timeline

Thomas Gallatin:  As the news churns around a July 25th phone call President Donald Trump made to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky while withholding a promised $391 million in military aid to Ukraine, Democrats and their Leftmedia echo chamber claim Trump was engaged a quid pro quo to get dirt on loose lips liar-Joe Biden. Of course, that is fodder for yet more of their perpetual impeachment rhetoric, which they have been shouting since Trump’s election. The of the boy who cried wolf comes to mind.

So, do Democrats actually have a legitimate case this time, or is this just another hoax? In an effort to lay out the facts, and in order to avoid falling into the endless speculation game, what follows is a timeline of the events in question.

What came first — Trump’s phone call with Zelensky, or the decision by the Trump administration to withhold the $391 million in military aid to Ukraine? Answer: The decision to withhold military aid came first — more than a week before Trump’s July 25th phone call with Zelensky.

What motivated the Trump administration to withhold the military aid? Answer: According to the White House, the primary concern was corruption within the Ukrainian government. Furthermore, the Washington Examiner reports that the Trump administration wanted time to determine whether the newly elected Zelensky was pro-West or pro-Russia. On Sept. 2, Vice President Mike Pence met Zelenksy, and the following day he said, “As President Trump had me make clear, we have great concerns about issues of corruption.”

When were the funds released and what were the circumstances surrounding their release? Answer: The administration released the aid on Sept. 12 as lawmakers led by Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) threatened legislation to force Trump to release the aid. Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) was also on board with scumbag-Durbin, stating, “We support Ukraine. Period. End of discussion.” While that effort was bipartisan, it was Democrat led. Why were Democrats so keen on making sure these funds were given to Ukraine? That’s not yet clear.

Then last week the news broke that a “whistleblower” had contacted the inspector general of the intelligence community to file a complaint over a phone call in which Trump was alleged to have made a problematic “promise” to a foreign leader. It has since been learned that this “whistleblower” came by the information secondhand, though the circumstances surrounding how this individual acquired the information are not yet known.

This morning, Trump noted that in addition to concerns about corruption, his administration withheld funds in part because other European nations weren’t contributing enough. “I’d withhold again and I’ll continue to withhold until such time as Europe and other nations contribute to Ukraine because they’re not doing it,” he said.

Clearly, there are many questions that need to be answered, and Trump, who has explicitly denied having engaged in any quid pro quo with Zelensky, might do well to preemptively release the transcript of the call in question. Should Trump’s description of the conversation be accurate, it would certainly take a lot of wind out of the Democrats’ impeachment hysteria — even if House Speaker liar-Nancy Pelosi is strategically floating the idea. But Demo operatives have likely already seen the conversation transcript and think they can spin it up in order to divert attention from loose lips liar-Joe Biden’s “Ukraine problem.”

Central to the Demos’ claim is that Trump was using his office to undermine loose loip liar-Biden’s campaign. But, why would Trump demand that Zelensky dig up dirt on loose lips liar-Biden when all the dirt on both loose lips liar-Joe and Hunter loose lips liar-Biden was already public? It would seem that concern over corruption would be a more likely Trump motive. Could the newly elected Ukrainian president’s government be trusted to take $400 million in aid and allocate it to the Ukrainian military, or would it be siphoned off into the overseas bank accounts of various corrupt Ukrainian government officials?   ~The Patriot Post
