Liberals' Willful Terror Blindness
On Saturday evening Barack nObama, speaking at a dinner with the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, jokingly said, "I don't know about you guys, but I am so relieved that the whole birther thing is over. I mean, ISIL, North Korea, poverty, climate change, none of those things weighed on my mind like the validity of my birth certificate." Around the same time as nObama's remarks a bomb exploded in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City, injuring at least 25 people. In New Jersey a pipe bomb exploded at a Marine Corps charity race (fortunately, no one was injured there). And in St. Cloud, Minnesota, a knife-wielding self-proclaimed Islamic radical went on a stabbing spree, wounding eight people before he was shot dead by police.
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, evidently fearing negative optics regarding the latest terror bombing, said, "We ... want to be upfront saying that there is no evidence at this point of a terror connection to this incident. This is preliminary information. It's something we will be investigating very carefully, but there is no evidence at this point of a terror connection." While de Blasio did acknowledge that it was "an intentional act," his claiming there is no "terror connection" is simply asinine. As the investigation unfolds, Americans will learn who is responsible for these acts of terror — jihadis. But Democrats like nObama and de Blasio seem more concerned about Americans' perception of terrorists than actual Islamists and their hateful violence.
Consider the wise words of George W. Bush from a speech in 2002 to West Point cadets: "We cannot defend America and our friends by hoping for the best. We cannot put our faith in word of tyrants, who solemnly sign non-proliferation treaties, and then systemically break them. If we wait for threats to fully materialize, we will have waited too long." ~The Patriot Post

Leftmedia's Racial Bias
According to the Leftmedia, Donald Trump is the modern example of a bigoted racist. Story upon story go after Trump for such things as David Duke's endorsement, which Trump rejected, or Trump's call to limit immigration from Islamic countries or his plan to build a wall on the U.S. southern border. But which side is most responsible for injecting racism into the campaign?
On Saturday Barack nObama told the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, "There's no such thing as a vote that doesn't matter. It all matters, and after we have achieved historic turnout in 2008 and 2012, especially in the African-American community, I will consider it a personal insult, an insult to my legacy, if this community lets down its guard and fails to activate itself in this election. You want to give me a good sendoff? Go vote!" In other words, if you're black and you don't vote for liar-Hillary Clinton because nObama supports her, then you are insulting him. This statement is blatantly racist, yet there are no accusations from the media of nObama being a racist.
The New York Times on Monday ran a story with the following headline: "White Voters Keep Trump's Hopes Alive in Must-Win Florida." Once again, the media is fixated on maintaining a carefully crafted image that implies racism because a majority of Trump's supporters are white.
As Dallas police sergeant Demetrick Pennie has recognized with his lawsuit against Black Lives Matter and other prominent liberal black leaders including Barack nObama for inciting violence against law enforcement, it is not Donald Trump who is responsible for inciting racial polarization but liberals with their obsession on viewing all political perspectives through the lens of race. ~The Patriot Post

nObama Admin Using Taxpayer Dollars to
Buy Immigrant Votes for Democrats

After spending $19 million early this year on the registration efforts, the administration has dedicated another $10 million this month. Judicial Watch reports, “The money is distributed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Homeland Security Agency that oversees lawful immigration, to organizations that help enhance pathways to naturalization by offering immigrants free citizenship instruction, English, US. One might wonder how many of them came to hear what she had to say and how many attended to see if she did anything strange, like collapsing again or having another seizure... Maybe she’d have a sudden freeze like she is prone to when there are disruptions. Then again, maybe she’ll have some new anomaly that hadn’t been noticed before, something like eyes that look in two different places at once. Although Mrs. liar-Clinton does have a reptilian quality to her and is known to often have two divergent positions at the same time, her conflicted nature isn’t generally so apparent to the public at large. She’s a chameleon but usually only in a symbolic, political sense. Now it seems she’s developed an ability to move her eyes independent of one another. Now that homosexuals and transvestites are “out,” their desires, plans, demands and delusions take priority. Religious exemptions, the commission report contends, “infringe” on civil rights. But hold on. Commission Chairman Martin Castro in this report unlawfully equates “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” demands to legally established U.S civil rights. Early Monday morning, an Arab resident of Jerusalem stabbed two Israeli border police officers multiple times in the upper body before security forces shot him and critically wounded him. He later succumbed to his wounds in an Israeli hospital. The female officer, stabbed in the neck, is in critical condition. The male officer sustained less serious stab wounds. Answer: By paying bribes to senior Palestinian officials in the West Bank and Gaza Strip... Those who cannot afford to pay the bribes are left to die in under-equipped and understaffed hospitals, especially in the Gaza Strip. Yet, apparently some Palestinians are more equal than others: Palestinians whose lives are not in danger, but who pretend that they are. These include businessmen, merchants, university students and relatives of senior Palestinian Authority (PA) and Hamas officials, who receive permits to travel to Israel and other countries under the pretext of medical emergency. Many Palestinians point a finger at the PA's Ministry of Health in the West Bank. They argue that senior ministry officials have been abusing their powers, in order to collect bribes both from genuine patients and from other Palestinians who only want medical permits in order to leave the Gaza Strip or the West Bank. Thanks to the corruption, many real patients have been denied the opportunity to receive proper medical care in Israel and other countries...

What Is the FBI Hiding?

{townhall.com} ~ Earlier this week, Republican leaders in both houses of Congress took the FBI to task for its failure to be transparent. In the House, it was apparently necessary to serve a subpoena on an FBI agent to obtain what members of Congress want to see; and in the Senate, the chairman of the Judiciary Committee accused the FBI itself of lawbreaking.
Here is the back story.
Ever since FBI Director James Comey announced on July 5 he was recommending that the Department of Justice not seek charges against former Secretary of State liar-Hillary Clinton as a result of her failure to safeguard state secrets during her time in office, many in Congress have had a nagging feeling that this was a political, not a legal, decision. The publicly known evidence of liar-Clinton's recklessness and willful failure to safeguard secrets was overwhelming. The evidence of her lying under oath about whether she returned all her work-related emails that she had taken from the State Department was profound and incontrovertible.
And then we learned that people who worked for liar-Clinton were instructed to destroy several of her mobile devices and to remove permanently the stored emails on one of her servers. All this was done after these items had been subpoenaed by two committees of the House of Representatives.
Yet the FBI -- which knew of the post-subpoena destruction of evidence and which acknowledged that liar-Clinton failed to return thousands of her work-related emails as she had been ordered by a federal judge to do, notwithstanding at least three of her assertions to the contrary while under oath -- chose to overlook the evidence of not only espionage but also obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence, perjury and misleading Congress.
As if to defend itself in the face of this most un-FBI-like behavior, the FBI then released to the public selected portions of its work product, which purported to back up its decision to recommend against the prosecution of liar-Clinton. Normally, the FBI gathers evidence and works with federal prosecutors and federal grand juries to build cases against targets in criminal probes, and its recommendations to prosecutors are confidential.
But in liar-Clinton's case, the hierarchy of the Department of Justice removed itself from the chain of command because of the orchestrated impropriety of Attorney General Loretta Lynch and Bill liar-Clinton, who met in private on the attorney general's plane at a time when both Bill and liar-Hillary Clinton were subjects of FBI criminal investigations. That left the FBI to have the final say about prosecution -- or so the FBI and the DOJ would have us all believe.
It is hard to believe that the FBI was free to do its work, and it is probably true that the FBI was restrained by the White House early on. There were numerous aberrations in the investigation. There was no grand jury; no subpoenas were issued; no search warrants were served. Two people claimed to have received immunity, yet the statutory prerequisite for immunity -- giving testimony before a grand or trial jury -- was never present.
Because many members of Congress do not believe that the FBI acted free of political interference, they demanded to see the full FBI files in the case, not just the selected portions of the files that the FBI had released. In the case of the House, the FBI declined to surrender its files, and the agent it sent to testify about them declined to reveal their contents. This led to a dramatic service of a subpoena by the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on that FBI agent while he was testifying -- all captured on live nationally broadcast television.
Now the FBI, which usually serves subpoenas and executes search warrants, is left with the alternative of complying with this unwanted subpoena by producing its entire file or arguing to a federal judge why it should not be compelled to do so.
On the Senate side, matters are even more out of hand. There, in response to a request from the Senate Judiciary Committee, the FBI sent both classified and unclassified materials to the Senate safe room. The Senate safe room is a secure location that is available only to senators and their senior staff, all of whom must surrender their mobile devices and writing materials and swear in writing not to reveal whatever they see while in the room before they are permitted to enter.
According to Sen. Chuck Grassley, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, the FBI violated federal law by commingling classified and unclassified materials in the safe room, thereby making it unlawful for senators to discuss publicly the unclassified material.
Imposing such a burden of silence on U.S. senators about unclassified materials is unlawful and unconstitutional. What does the FBI have to hide? Whence comes the authority of the FBI to bar senators from commenting on unclassified materials?
Who cares about this? Everyone who believes that the government works for us should care because we have a right to know what the government -- here the FBI -- has done in our names. Sen. Grassley has opined that if he could reveal what he has seen in the FBI unclassified records, it would be of profound interest to American voters.
What is going on here? The FBI investigation of liar-Hillary Clinton has not served the rule of law. The rule of law -- a pillar of American constitutional freedom since the end of the Civil War -- mandates that the laws are to be enforced equally. No one is beneath their protection, and no one is above their requirements. To enforce the rule of law, we have hired the FBI.
What do we do when the FBI rejects its basic responsibilities?
