Dershowitz - Trump Should Go
on Offense, Challenge Mueller's Power

{ rickwells.us } ~ Alan Dershowitz says Robert Mueller has the “ultimate card in his hand, the subpoena card,”... but it doesn’t leave President Trump without options, one of which being to challenge any subpoena Mueller might direct at the President in court. Dershowitz says, “He can go to the federal district court, the court of appeals, the United States Supreme Court. He can argue, A – that you can’t subpoena a President in a criminal case in front of a grand jury, he’d probably lose that broad issue. He can then argue that you can’t ask a President why he engaged in acts that are authorized under Article Two of the Constitution, he may well win that argument.” “And then he might argue,” says Dershowitz, “that you can’t ask him questions that go beyond the scope of the special counsel’s authority, namely to my business dealings before he became President of the United States, and he may win or he may lose that, it’s unclear. But I think he’d be in a better position challenging this legally than sitting down with the special counsel and answering that list of forty-some-odd questions that are so open-ended, so vague, and so general.”...   https://rickwells.us/dersowitz-trump-challenge-mueller/.

{ theconservativetreehouse.com } ~ It was originally reported on April 30th, 2018, that Kim Jong-un had moved three U.S. nationals w/ South Korean ancestry... from labor camps to Pyongyang where they were undergoing medical treatment, rehabilitation and rest in advance of a plan to be released. Those initial reports are now being confirmed by alternate media sources. The original report from inside the DPRK stated they were “reportedly being prepared to be released to US authorities either prior to or on the day of the US-North Korea summit”; and the captives were being debriefed “coached” or “indoctrinated” to tell authorities their human rights were not violated during their stay in the DPRK. Kim Dong Chul, Kim Sang Duk, Kim Hak Soon are the names of the three hostages being released...

{ conservativeinstitute.org } ~ “The world is a fine place and worth the fighting for and I hate very much to leave it,” rino-McCain writes... quoting Ernest Hemingway’s  For Whom The Bell Tolls. But rino-McCain doesn’t have any complaints about his life. Having fought in a war, experienced “amazing” things, and carved out a legacy as a famous senator, his life has been “quite a ride.” “I hate to leave it. But I don’t have a complaint. Not one. It’s been quite a ride. I’ve known great passions, seen amazing wonders, fought in a war, and helped make a peace. I made a small place for myself in the story of America and the history of my times.” The wistful tone of that passage echoes through rino-McCain’s reflections on the imminent end of his Senate career. He took his cancer diagnosis in July to be an “ungentle persuasion” that his Senate career had reached its final term. “This is my last term,” rino-McCain says in an excerpt...

{ founderscode.com } ~ The charges, filed by prosecutors for the Justice Department’s National Security Division... are the first to come in Minnesota since Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced a broad crackdown on government leaks last year. A two-page felony information, a charging document that typically signals an imminent guilty plea, outlines two counts filed against Terry James Albury of unlawfully disclosing and retaining national defense information. Albury is accused of sharing a document on assessing confidential human sources — otherwise referred to as informants — and a document “relating to threats posed by certain individuals from a particular Middle Eastern country” with a reporter for a national media organization. The second count charged against Albury alleged that he failed to turn over a document “relating to the use of an online platform for recruitment by a specific terrorist group” last year. 1.Findings of Misconduct by an FBI Special Agent for Contacting Witnesses for an Improper Purpose, Divulging Law Enforcement Sensitive Information to Unauthorized Individuals, Providing Misleading Testimony, Providing False Information to the OIG, Mishandling Classified Information, and Misusing Government Devices and his Position, all sounds like a common condition within the FBI, right? 2.A former Minneapolis FBI agent who sought to expose what he called “systemic biases” within the bureau has been charged after allegedly leaking secret documents to a national news reporter, according to federal criminal charges filed in Minnesota this week. The charges, filed by prosecutors for the Justice Department’s National Security Division, are the first to come in Minnesota since Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced a broad crackdown on government leaks last year.A two-page felony information, a charging document that typically signals an imminent guilty plea, outlines two counts filed against Terry James Albury of unlawfully disclosing and retaining national defense information...   https://founderscode.com/fbi-cmon-director-wray-explain-this/

{ lifezette.com } ~ President Donald Trump threatened in a Wednesday tweet to use “the powers granted to the presidency”... to intervene on behalf of congressional lawmakers seeking thousands of subpoenaed documents from the Department of Justice (DOJ). Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence have long sought DOJ documents on the investigation into 2016 Democratic presidential nominee liar-Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server to conduct official business as secretary of state from 2009 to 2013. The lawmakers also asked DOJ to turn over documents on the investigation of allegations of collusion between officials with Trump’s 2016 campaign and individuals with links to the Russian government in an effort to defeat liar-Clinton...   https://www.lifezette.com/polizette/trump-threatens-to-get-involved-if-doj-keeps-hiding-docs/?utm_medium=email

Gov't Lost Track of 1,475 Illegal Alien Children

WP6Xy9qyyVptp3mvkw534ud2RKGGLoUheZYDYP_PyTS3HZrJZzTJU0oOtshz5HE7y7YV_zKel4vH21x3Ux0Ro9ckSOFOvBH5rujlosgvaFmvNfhjai9mm9KiWQYbPndOqxIRaVwTh3IIONee9IAZRtuYf7932CnBobdCzV7E0qg=s0-d-e1-ft#%3Ca%20rel%3Dnofollow%20href=?width=450by Political Editors:  Back in 2014, a surge of unaccompanied illegal alien minors crossed the U.S. southern border and turned themselves into the Border Patrol. These illegal aliens were said to have been fleeing violence in Central America. After being taken to detention centers, these children were released into the custody of adults within the U.S. Fast forward four short years later and we find out that the government has lost track of 1,475 of these illegal alien childrens.
Here is one of the problems that is often not mentioned by those who oppose strict enforcement of our immigration laws. Controlling the flow of immigrants into the nation allows for the government to better ensure that those who enter aren’t engaged in criminal activity and also helps prevent new immigrants from being taken advantage of by nefarious individuals.

What’s especially concerning about the government losing track of these 1,475 children is the status of their well being. It is known that illegal alien children are especially susceptible to becoming victims of human trafficking, often because they are reticent to go to the police due to their immigration status. In light of this problem, Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH) has called on the Department of Homeland Security to come up with a way of improving monitoring the status of illegal alien children. Portman states, “These kids, regardless of their immigration status, deserve to be treated properly, not abused or trafficked. This is all about accountability.” That’s something in short supply in government at most any level.   ~The Patriot Post
