For liar-Pelosi's Impeachment Democrats,
It's All about the Disruption
By Sally Zelikovsky
{ americanthinker.com } ~ Years ago I attended an intimate gathering with Speaker backstabber-John Boehner when he was fundraising for the NRCC. While we all knew what appeal and strengths the Democrats had, I asked him... What did he identify as their Achilles’ Heel and what were his plans to exploit those vulnerabilities in order to win back Democrat seats. He was flabbergasted; he’d never been asked that and hadn’t given it any thought. As stunned as the remaining guests were with my query, I was even more stunned this had never been given any thought, for, how can you take on a political enemy and not have any inkling as to the vulnerabilities of the party in order to effectively craft a strategy to engage and defeat it? It’s relatively easy to pinpoint and have a plan of attack for an individual candidate’s shortcomings. Their records are exposed, often exalted. They are ubiquitous talking about themselves for months, sometimes years on end. As invincible as they portray themselves, their deficiencies are usually on full display and there are any number that can be exploited. commie-Bernie Sanders – an angry communist sympathizer with great appeal to Zoomers who think capitalism has failed; Pete Buttigieg – a novice mayor who talks a big storm about equality but has let his South Bend minority community down; Liz dinky/liar-Warren – an opportunist who will use her minority status as Native American or woman to get ahead, as opposed to any discernible accomplishments. loose lips liar-Joe Biden—need I elaborate? With oppo research, Republicans can fashion a campaign strategy around any of these qualities and neuter an opponent. But identifying a chink in a political foe’s armor when they seem to be omnipotent, is a lot harder when that foe is an entity, like a political party, as opposed to a visibly flawed human being. I am not talking about targeting the individuals in a party. I’m talking about disrupting and maybe even destroying the party itself—remember scumbag/liar-nObama saying at one point they were going to destroy the GOP? Those qualities are often tangible, but needn’t be. Just as a person can lack ingenuity or imagination, be arrogant, predictable or overconfident, so can a party. Those qualities can be enhanced by military strength, political power, control over the population or its institutions...

{ jpost.com } ~ The Israel Air Force’s second squadron of F-35i Adir stealth fighter jets will be officially inaugurated on Thursday at Nevatim Airbase in the country’s south... The ceremony will be attended by senior air force commanders, including Commander Maj.-Gen. Amikam Norkin, as well as officials from Lockheed Martin.  The 116th squadron, nicknamed Lions of the South, will join the 140th Golden Eagle squadron. Several planes from the 140th squadron will be transferred to the 116th squadron until additional F-35i land in Israel. The Israeli air force currently has 20 F-35i Adir aircraft, and is expected to receive a total of 50 planes to make two full squadrons by 2024. Of the remaining 30 planes, a total of six planes are expected to land in Israel this year, including the IAF’s experimental F-35i, which will act as a test plane for the country’s planned modifications. The two squadrons making up the Adir Division in the IAF used to fly the F-16 Netz fighter jet, which was decommissioned in 2015. “We chose to integrate the new aircraft into a squadron with a long-lasting legacy instead of establishing a new one,” Lt. Col. N. was quoted by the IAF as saying in April. “The 116th Squadron has existed for many years, and the Adir is the fifth type of aircraft operated by the squadron.” Built by Lockheed Martin, the jets have an extremely low radar signature, allowing the jet to operate undetected deep inside enemy territory, as well as evade advanced missile defense systems like the S-300 and S-400 missile defense systems, which have been deployed in countries such as Syria...   https://www.jpost.com/Israel-News/Second-IAF-F-35-squadron-to-be-inaugurated-614345

{ explainlife.com } ~ Senate Republicans have, once again, betrayed President Donald Trump and sided with the Democrats on a key issue... And this time it will make Americans less safe, as former Vice-Presidential candidate Sen. scumbag-Tim Kaine says he has enough Republican support to pass his war powers resolution. scumbag-Kaine, who ran with scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton in 2016, said that he had at least four Republicans who were signing on to his legislation to limit the president’s powers. “In conversations with Republican colleagues, especially after the briefing last week, they were discouraged that the attitude that was being communicated to us was that Congress was an annoyance,” he said. “After that, they came to me and we have been able to make some amendments,” he said. Sen. rino-Collins of Maine confirmed that she is one of the four Republicans who stabbed President Trump in the back in a statement to the Washington Post. “Congress cannot be sidelined on these important decisions,” she said. rino-Collins said, “only the legislative branch may declare war or commit our armed forces to a sustained military conflict with Iran.” Really? Congress has not declared war since 1942 when the United States entered World War II, and since then there have been many military actions in Vietnam, Korea, The Persian Gulf and others where no declaration of war has existed. Suddenly when President Trump does something to protect the lives of American soldiers, we need to stop him and have him come to Congress before a military strike?Where was this fury from Democrats when former President scumbag/liar-nObama hit the Middle East with 20,000 bombs and countless drone strikes, some of which led to regime change in Libya? The other defectors were Sens. “rino-Todd Young of Indiana, rino-Mike Lee of Utah and rino-Rand Paul of Kentucky,” The New York Times reported. It is likely that judging by history we could safely assume that Sens. rino-Mitt Romney and rino-Lisa Murkowski would also join the chorus of traitors. It is a wonder how rino-Murkowski, who appears to side with Democrats on everything, is even still funded by the RNC and campaigning as a Republican...

Iran's secret underground 'missile city' unveiled

By LEON SVERDLOV
{ jpost.com } ~ The Iranian Tansim news agency released images of the Islamic Republic's underground "missile cities,"... which hold hundreds of missiles and solid-fuel rockets ready-to-fire under five levels of concrete, Radio Farda reported on Tuesday.  According to Radio Farda, Tansim also reported that two out of the 15 missiles that were fired at Ain al-Assad airbase in Iraq and the Erbil airport in Iraqi Kurdistan targeting US troops fell on the republic's territory. Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps Airspace Force Commander Ali Hajizadeh claimed that Iran's missile depots were scattered around various parts of the country and are held in bunkers hidden 500 meters (1640 feet) underground in the state's mountains. The IRGC has claimed for the past six years that it has built three underground "missile cities," showing tunnels packed with solid-fuel rockets, as well as mid-range ballistic missiles.  The recent conflict between the US and Iran in Iraq that was sparked by the assassination of IRGC Quds Force Commander Qasem Soleimani led to a rise in tensions across the Middle East, with many fearing further developments that may lead the region into war. Following last week's ballistic missile attack, Iranian generals warned that "a tsunami will sweep away all US bases." Iranian state TV said that "Iran has 80 million inhabitants," announcing that "based on the Iranian population, we want to raise $80 million as a reward for those who get close to the head of US President Donald Trump." The unveiling of the republic's underground missile depot came after France, Britain and Germany formally triggered the dispute mechanism in Iran's nuclear deal on Tuesday, formally accusing Iran of violating the agreement...   https://www.jpost.com/Middle-East/Irans-secret-underground-missile-city-unveiled-614201

{ gatestoneinstitute.org } ~ For many years, the Palestinian Authority (PA) and other Palestinian parties have been reporting on a daily basis about Palestinians who are arrested by the Israeli authorities in the West Bank and east Jerusalem... These Palestinians are arrested on suspicion of involvement in anti-Israel security offences. There is nothing unusual about these arrests, which have been taking place for decades and are even publicly announced by the Israeli authorities. While Israel apprehends Palestinians suspected of involvement in various anti-Israel activities, including terrorism, many other Palestinians are being arrested on almost a daily basis by the PA security forces in the West Bank and Hamas in the Gaza Strip. These arrests, however, are infrequently publicized by the PA and Hamas. Palestinians learn about the arrests by the PA and Hamas from social media postings or non-Palestinian news websites. The PA and Hamas do not like to talk about the Palestinians targeted by their security forces in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Why? Most of these Palestinians are arrested for their political affiliation and opinions, and not for violating the law or involvement in violence and terrorism. Palestinian human rights organization and activists describe the detention of these Palestinians as "political arrests." That means that the Palestinians are being arrested by the PA and Hamas only for "politically motivated" reasons. A recent report by the Human Rights Institutions Association (HRIA) revealed that in the past three months, the PA security forces have stepped up politically motivated arrests in the West Bank. The group noted that the arrests came despite PA President Mahmoud Abbas's initiative to hold new Palestinian general elections. "Most of the political arrests that took place in the last three months of 2019 targeted political activists who participated in public political activities, including demonstrations," HRIA said in its report...   https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/15455/europe-palestinians-agenda

U.S. military buries press release that
would announce killing of Al Qaeda
in the Indian Subcontinent’s emir
by Bill Roggio
{ fdd.org } ~ The U.S. Department of Defense suppressed a press release that would have announced the death of Asim Umar, the emir of Al Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent... because it “would complicate future negotiations with the Taliban,” military officials have told FDD’s Long War Journal. The U.S. military killed Umar in the Taliban stronghold of Musa Qala in Helmand province, Afghanistan on Sept. 23, 2019. Umar was killed just two weeks after President Donald Trump canceled a possible deal between the U.S. and the Taliban. As part of that accord, the U.S. was willing to accept the Taliban’s supposed counterterrorism assurances. The Sept. 23 raid exposed the ongoing ties between the Taliban and al Qaeda’s branch in South Asia. Among the 17 people killed was Haji Mahmood, the Taliban’s military commander for the neighboring district of Naw Zad, which is also controlled by the Taliban. Zalmay Khalilzad, the U.S. Special Representative for Afghanistan Reconciliation, has claimed throughout “peace” negotiations that the Taliban would sever ties with al Qaeda. But Umar’s presence with the Taliban cast further doubt Khalilzad’s claim that the Taliban is truly willing to split with its longtime battlefield allies. Umar was not the only al Qaeda operative killed in the raid. Raihan, Umar’s courier to Zawahiri; Faizani, the AQIS chief for Helmand and an ‘explosives expert;’ and Madani, Faizani’s deputy, also perished during the raid, which including intense airstrikes that killed more than a dozen civilians. Umar’s wife was identified as one of six Pakistani women detained during the operation. Fourteen other “terrorists” were also captured, according to Afghanistan’s National Directorate of Security...   https://www.fdd.org/analysis/2020/01/15/u-s-military-buries-press-release-that-would-announce-killing-of-al-qaeda-in-the-indian-subcontinents-emir/

Attorney General William Barr is expected to confirm that as many as 20 Saudi military students are being deported from the United States. Their expulsion comes in the wake of increased vetting following the December shooting at Pensacola Naval Air Station.

Just over 10 years ago, 14 people were killed at Fort Hood. That attack wasn’t perpetrated by a foreign student. Virtually everyone knew that Nidal Hasan was more loyal to Islam than he was to America.

But military bureaucrats passed the buck because Hasan was playing the race card and the Islamophobia card. Sadly, too many military leaders were more afraid of jeopardizing their own careers than protecting our soldiers.

Ten years have passed since the atrocity at Fort Hood, and the problems of political correctness have only compounded during most of that time. Don’t forget the Bergdahl trade, in which Barack scumbag/liar-nObama traded five Taliban leaders for a deserter.

Fast forward to December 6, 2019. While the FBI was using its vast intelligence capabilities to monitor the Trump campaign and wiretap various aides, several Saudi military students were visiting jihadist websites and sharing extremist materials, and apparently no one was monitoring them!

When Donald Trump suggested that we didn’t know enough about what was going on within radical Islam and should pause immigration from nations known to be hotbeds of jihadism, the roof caved in on him. Politicians from both parties condemned him.

I wish I saw that kind of outrage after three American personnel were murdered, not in Afghanistan, not in Iraq, but in their own country because a jihadist managed to get a gun where they were not permitted to have one.

It is impossible to come up with a better example of how political correctness multiplied during the scumbag/liar-nObama years has put us in jeopardy. Thank God we are beginning to rein it in under President Donald Trump, Attorney General William Barr, and Secretary of Defense Mark Esper.

Iran’s Unbelievably Bad, Terrible Week

It all began at approximately 5:00 PM EST on Thursday, January 2nd, when a drone took out Gen. Qassem Soleimani because the Iranians still hadn’t figured out who Donald Trump was.

In retaliation, Iran fired 15 missiles at Iraqi bases on January 8th trying to kill U.S. soldiers. They missed. Iran does have good missiles because a few hours later we discovered that it is very capable of shooting down civilian airlines with 176 passengers on board. Iran’s leaders spent the next 48 hours lying about the incident, but they eventually had to admit that they did shoot down the plane.

Then Iran’s only Olympic medalist defected, saying she could no longer tolerate the regime’s oppression and that she was tired of wearing the hijab. I’m still waiting for press releases from American feminist organizations praising this brave woman, but I’m not holding my breath.

Thousands of Iranian students soon took to the streets. Were they chanting “Death to Israel”? No. “Death to America”? No. They were chanting “Death to the dictator” and “Death to liars” in protest of the ayatollah’s regime.

Then the regime was hit by another American super weapon — a Donald Trump tweet in Farsi expressing America’s solidarity with the Iranian people who seek freedom. It quickly became the most liked Persian tweet in history.

We’ve seen Trump tweets destroy the careers of professional politicians. We’ll see what effect his tweet has on the mullahs of Iran.

The Left’s Spin Machine

Once the left decides what its talking points will be, within 24 hours virtually every progressive leader begins using the same arguments. It is extraordinary to watch, and we saw it last week with the left’s response to events in Iran.

But it is even more disturbing and not because “Democrat Central” ordered it. What concerns me is that the left is echoing the mullahs of Iran.

After the president took out Soleimani, Iran said he was a national hero, that his death was an act of war, and that the Iranian nation was united against America.

Within hours, various Democrat presidential candidates, politicians and left-wing commentators were saying, “Soleimani was a beloved hero.” They called his death “an act of war” and suggested that Trump only succeeded in uniting Iranians against us.

Then the Ukrainian airliner was shot down. Iran is caught in a lie when the regime eventually admits that it was responsible. But the mullahs insist that Trump is ultimately responsible because they wouldn’t have shot down the airliner without the strike on Soleimani.

Incredibly, Pete Buttigieg and others parrot Tehran by blaming Trump for the downing of the airliner.

It’s not just the coordinated spin. It’s also what the left isn’t saying that is so revealing. I’ve not heard one liberal commentator or politician express support for the Iranian Olympic defector.

And the same media that gave such glowing coverage to Soleimani’s funeral barely covers the growing discontent among Iranian youth when they chant “Death to the dictator!"

It’s odd that so many progressives, who are eager to attack faith in America, are unwilling to take a stand against the ayatollah and his theocratic regime. They seem more committed to attacking the president than they are to attacking America’s enemies.

When Iran interferes in the 2020 election, as it surely will, guess which side Tehran will be on.

Meanwhile, Back in the Swamp…

Speaker liar-Nancy Pelosi is expected to send the articles of impeachment against President Trump to the Senate in the next day or so, kicking off a trial that could last several weeks. Needless to say, that dynamic is creating some strange optics.

Not only does the president have Iran on the ropes, he’s benefiting from a booming economy and will likely get a major new trade deal through Congress soon.

Overseas, protestors in Hong Kong are marching with U.S. flags and posters of Trump as Superman. In Taiwan, there are celebrations as the nation’s anti-communist China president was just reelected by a landslide. In Britain, there is a resurgence of populist conservatism.

As Steve Bannon so aptly put it, President Trump bucked the established order, which was to appease China, appease Iran, and undercut U.S. workers.

In short, this president has a tremendous record of accomplishment for which I and many other conservatives are deeply grateful. In fact, I was pleased to join scores of conservative leaders in sending a letter to the White House thanking the president for what he has accomplished for our country.  You can read our letter here.   ~The Patriot Post
