Trust Issues Get Worse for liar-Clinton

Continuing the drip, drip, drip of liar-Hillary Clinton's email scandal, Judicial Watch released 725 pages of State Department documents Monday providing more evidence of pay-to-play at the liar-Clinton Foundation. Judicial Watch says, "In more than a dozen email exchanges, [top liar-Clinton aide Huma] Abedin provided expedited, direct access to liar-Clinton for donors who had contributed from $25,000 to $10 million to the liar-Clinton Foundation. In many instances, liar-Clinton Foundation top executive Doug Band, who worked with the Foundation throughout liar-Hillary Clinton's tenure at State, coordinated closely with Abedin. In Abedin's June deposition to Judicial Watch, she conceded that part of her job at the State Department was taking care of 'liar-Clinton family matters.'" Crown Prince Salman of Bahrain was one of those donors — $32 million to the liar-Clinton Global Initiative won him a personal audience with Her Highness.
A campaign spokesman insisted, "liar-Hillary Clinton never took action as secretary of state because of donations to the liar-Clinton Foundation." If that isn't liar-Clintonesque parsing of language, we don't know what is.
In other liar-Clinton news, the FBI found nearly 15,000 emails beyond the 30,000 liar-Hillary Clinton printed out for the State Department. The Bureau turned those over to State for review, but State initially said it won't release them until — you guess it — after the election. Federal Judge James Boasberg, however, wasn't having that. He ordered State to review the emails by Sept. 22, which could set the stage for an October surprise. liar-Clinton has long said the 30,000 emails she deleted were wedding plans for Chelsea and yoga routines. We'll find out.
Finally, liar-Clinton rolled out an expanded version of a previous excuse: Her predecessor Colin Powell used private email and told her it was fine. Powell fired back that she had been "using [the private email server] for a year before I sent her a memo telling her what I did." Furthermore, he used appropriate systems for classified information, and he kept his personal email for, you know, personal stuff. liar-Clinton exclusively used personal email, including to send and receive classified information.  ~The Patriot Post

Justice Dept. Bails on the Constitution
7JyC7VwaZrdskXk7-k3PaDJ2u7ZQ-6kuyTqfPlk_sUfvBMcg8mn3UXMvn6-UUqGA8XvD4HLaA7nvjxi2cxoJv1fb2_nHhkZxc8k5vou5e9D0AyYRVxLRFg3Wspm67w=s0-d-e1-ft#%3Ca%20rel%3Dnofollow%20href=
On the issue of due process, the Eighth Amendment states, "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted." Now contrast that with a new Justice Department ruling: "Bail practices that incarcerate indigent individuals before trial solely because of their inability to pay for their release violate the Fourteenth Amendment." For background, NBC News says, "The filing came in the case of Maurice Walker of Calhoun, Georgia. He was kept in jail for six nights after police arrested him for the misdemeanor offense of being a pedestrian under the influence. He was told he could not get out of jail unless he paid the fixed bail amount of $160."
As stipulated in the Eighth Amendment, excessive bail is prohibited, and $160 is certainly well within what can be considered reasonable. On the other hand, the case can be made that forcing a callously drunk and destitute individual who is being charged with a misdemeanor to spend a week in confinement seems like a "cruel and unusual punishment." Which gets us to the crux of the issue: The DOJ may have a legitimate argument here. The problem though, as is so often the case, is that Justice has issued a blanket ruling to resolve a relatively isolated problem. That in and of itself creates a bigger problem. As Jazz Shaw points out, "[E]liminating bail entirely for people who claim poverty, even for petty crimes, sounds like more trouble, not less." Like so many other blanket rulings, this makes the system — and the Constitution — even more ripe for abuse.  ~The Patriot Post

{dailycaller.com} ~ Doctors Without Borders had the opportunity to help negotiate the release of American ISIS hostage Kayla Mueller, but left her to be raped and killed by Islamic State leader Abu Bakr Al-Bagdadi... “I don’t think there was a moral responsibility,” Jason Cone, a U.S. Doctors Without Border’s spokesman told ABC News when confronted. “We can’t be in the position of negotiating for people who don’t work for us.” Mueller was a humanitarian activist who worked in Southern Turkey assisting Syrian refugees. She traveled to Aleppo, Syria, for a single day along with her boyfriend to help install some Doctors Without Border’s equipment. She was not part of an official Doctors Without Borders delegation, but was abducted by ISIS from one of the non-profit’s vehicles after departing Aleppo on August 3...

Sen. Marty Block (D-San Diego)
{jewishjournal.com} ~ A bill targeting the Boycott, Divestment and Sanction (BDS) of Israel took a final step towards passage in the California legislature as the state Senate voted 34-1 to approve Assembly Bill 2844 on Aug. 24... The bill faced a long and winding path to approval by the Senate, passing through a number of iterations in an attempt to satisfy concerns about free speech. Whereas other state bills aimed at rebuking the BDS movement may violate First Amendment rights, AB 2844 skirts those concerns, said Sen. Marty Block (D-San Diego), who introduced the bill to the Senate...

{patriottribune.com} ~ Michelle Malkin from The Conservative Review released this video regarding the stupidity the Department of Homeland... Everyone needs to hear what she has to say about Muslim leaders being invited to see the screening processes at airports and then asked to help suggest modifications that are more “culturally sensitive.” If you find this as offensive as we do please share this video far & wide.

Gowdy Has More Questions About liar-Clinton, Her Foundation And Hiding Emails
by Rick Wells

{rickwells.us} ~ Congressman Trey Gowdy joins Martha McCallum on America’s Newsroom for a discussion of the liar-Clinton emails. Even before they start the interview, it is worth noting that at approximately the :33 point of the video, where liar-Clinton is walking across a street waving, she appears to be favoring one or both hips... That’s not what was indicated as problem areas in her doctors questionable declaration of her perfect health. But that isn’t the topic of discussion for Mr. Gowdy, liar-Clinton’s dishonesty, criminality and lack of credibility are what he’s there to address. McCallum sets up their discussion with comments liar-Clinton made when calling in to CNN, telling Anderson Cooper that it’s all smoke and no fire when it comes to her charging admission to the State Department and exchanging bribes to the liar-Clinton Foundation for favorable decisions and actions by her office. Gowdy characterized the offenses of liar-Hillary Clinton as not being smoke, but rather arson and pyromania. He said, “Even listening to her talk about the liar-Clinton Foundation, I couldn’t help but go back and remember the press conference she gave on her emails, Martha, where every single thing she said proved to be false. That’s the interesting thing about credibility and believability, you can’t just keep it in one compartment. When you are a habitual serial liar in this facet of life,  it tends to make people not believe you in other facets of life.”...

Look Who Is Gutting the First Amendment!
by Johanna Markind

{gatestoneinstitute.org} ~ The struggle between free speech and speech codes that are intended to prevent harassment and discrimination appears set to leap from college campuses to law offices around the United States...  On August 8, 2016, the American Bar Association (ABA) approved resolution 109, which curtails freedom of speech. The approved resolution amended its model rule of professional conduct 8.4. It prohibits "conduct that the lawyer knows or reasonably should know is harassment or discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status or socioeconomic status in conduct related to the practice of law."...  https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/8753/aba-first-amendment

{usni.org} ~ Three more U.S. ships were harassed by Iranian patrol boats over three incidents on Wednesday, U.S. 5th Fleet spokesman Cmdr. Bill Urban told USNI News on Thursday... One of the encounters resulted in a U.S. ship firing warning shots at an Iranian patrol boat with a .50 caliber machine gun to ward off a dangerous approach, according to the service. Cyclone-class patrol craft USS Tempest (PC-2) and USS Squall (PC-7) were operating in the northern Persian Gulf when three Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy (IRGCN) came at the pair at high speed, Urban said...  https://news.usni.org/2016/08/25/three-u-s-navy-ships-harassed-iranians-patrol-boats?utm_source=USNI+News&utm_campaign=4e313dbadb-USNI_NEWS_DAILY&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_0dd4a1450b-4e313dbadb-231491269&mc_cid=4e313dbadb&mc_eid=3999f18767

In liar-Hillary’s Deleted Emails
They Found THIS About BENGHAZI
by Rusty

{thepoliticalinsider.com} ~ Private emails about yoga? Wedding plans? Vacation and funeral arrangements? That’s all liar-Hillary Clinton deleted from her secret server, right? After all, she said it, so it has to be true... Here’s what she claimed at a press conference in March of 2015: “In the end, I chose not to keep my personal e-mails – e-mails about planning Chelsea’s wedding or my mother’s funeral arrangements, condolence notes to friends, as well as yoga routines, family vacations, the other things you typically find in inboxes. No one wants their personal e-mails made public, and I think most people understand that and respect that privacy,” said liar-Clinton. Unfortunately for Miss Honesty and Integrity, The Political Insider reported on a new cache of nearly 15,000 emails turned up during an FBI investigation. And unless liar-Hillary was planning Chelsea’s wedding or doing yoga routines in Benghazi, she has some ‘splaining to do...

liar-Hillary Clinton’s Treasonous
Russian Connections

{noisyroom.net} ~ One of the most pressing questions we should be demanding of liar-Hillary Clinton is an explanation of Skolkovo and how she profited from making deals over it... Because it looks suspiciously like she helped fund the Russians to develop cyber technology that could be used against us in a time of war, while profiting from what amounts to treason. In essence, liar-Hillary Clinton has allowed trade secrets and professional Russian espionage within the United States. As I have stated previously, I now believe that whoever wins in this election will bring Russia into the White House. Putin wins no matter what now. In a way, you have to admire the evil machinations that have taken place to make this the case and I’m simply dumbstruck by the utter foolishness of America in allowing it to happen. The Podesta Group has been neck deep in it with the Russians for fun and profit. John Podesta is liar-Clinton’s campaign chair and his brother is the head of The Podesta Group. liar-Hillary’s entanglement with Putin and the Kremlin go far deeper than that. She’s taken huge donations and made deals with our biggest enemy… she’s also covered it up nicely...

Trey Gowdy Exposes The REAL Reason
Why liar-Hillary wasn’t INDICTED
by John Vellsek
Trey-Gowdy.png
{gopthedailydose.com} ~ According to former prosecutor and House Oversight Committee member Trey Gowdy, who has seen the notes taken during an interview conducted by the FBI with liar-Clinton about her private email servers... agents didn’t ask the former Secretary and current Democrat presidential nominee about intent at all. “Remember James Comey said she was not indicted because he didn’t have sufficient evidence on the issue of intent? I didn’t see any questions on the issue of intent. There’s no question she handled them, classified emails negligently or extremely carelessly, he said he didn’t go forward with charges specifically because he didn’t have criminal intent. I didn’t see any questions on that,” Gowdy said on Fox News Thursday morning...  http://gopthedailydose.com/2016/08/26/trey-gowdy-exposes-real-reason-hillary-wasnt-indicted-video/

The 19th Amendment and the 2016 Election

{familysecuritymatters.org} ~ One of my favorite quotations - it underscores why we endure many of the unnecessary political follies of contemporary society. We as a society don't know a lot about our history, and/or don't see the significance of trying to remedy that... Here is a good "history" example - what is the significance of August 26th, 1920? Clearly anyone knowing the answer likely indicates an individual who understands something about the Constitution, how the division of labor between the states and federal government come together concerning amendments, and perhaps a bit about our history as a society. Sadly most people I have asked about the 19th Amendment, if they have any clue at all about the purpose of an Amendment in terms of the Constitution, think it was the law that overturned Prohibition, granting college students the right to play beer pong on campus...

Do facts matter anymore?

{jewishworldreview.com} ~ Amid the rioting in Milwaukee, there is also a clash between two leading lawmen there — Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke and the city of Milwaukee's Chief of Police Edward Flynn. They have very different opinions about how law enforcement should be carried out.

Chief Edward Flynn expresses the view long prevalent among those who emphasize the social "root causes" of crime, such as income disparities and educational disparities, as well as the larger society's neglect of black communities.

Chief Flynn puts less emphasis on aggressive police action and more on community outreach and gun control.

Sheriff David Clarke represents an opposite tradition, in which the job of the police is to enforce the law, as forcefully as necessary, not to make excuses for law-breaking or to ease up on enforcing the law, in hopes that this will mollify rioters. Sheriff Clarke would also like to see law-abiding blacks be armed.

Differences of opinion on law enforcement are sharp and unmistakable — and have been for more than 50 years. However, as the late Daniel Patrick Moynihan used to say, "You're entitled to your own opinion, but you're not entitled to your own facts."

Unfortunately, facts seem to play a remarkably small role in clashes over law enforcement policies. And that too has been true for more than 50 years.

In his memoirs, the Supreme Court's Chief Justice Earl Warren declared that "all of us must assume a share of the responsibility" for rising crime rates in the 1960s because "for decades we have swept under the rug" the slum conditions that breed crime.

But the hard fact is that the murder rate in the country as a whole was going down during those very decades when social problems in the slums were supposedly being neglected.

Homicide rates among black males went down by 18 percent in the 1940s and by 22 percent in the 1950s. It was in the 1960s, when the ideas of Chief Justice Warren and others triumphed, that this long decline in homicide rates among black males reversed and skyrocketed by 89 percent, wiping out all the progress of the previous 20 years.

The same reversal in the country at large saw murder rates by 1974 more than twice as high as in 1960. This was after the murder rate had been cut in half from where it had been in the 1930s.

Ghetto riots, which erupted in the 1960s, were blamed on poverty and discrimination. But what were the facts?

Poverty and discrimination were worse in the South than in the rest of the country. But ghetto riots were not nearly as common in the South.

The most deadly ghetto riot of the 1960s occurred in Detroit, where 43 people were killed — 33 of whom were black. In Detroit at that time, black median family income was 95 percent of white median family income. The unemployment rate among blacks was 3.4 percent and black home ownership was higher in Detroit than in any other major city.

What was different about Detroit was that politicians put the police under orders that restricted their response to riots — and some rioters said "the fuzz is scared." It was black victims who paid the highest price for letting rioters run amuck.

By contrast, Chicago's 1960s mayor Richard Daley came on television to say that he had ordered his police to "shoot to kill" rioters who started fires. There was outrage among the politically correct across the country. But Chicago, with a larger population than Detroit, had no such death rate in riots.

In later years, New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani's aggressive police policies in high-crime neighborhoods cut the murder rate down to a fraction of what it had been before.

But, in England, opposite policies prevailed, with what London's "Daily Telegraph" newspaper referred to as "politically correct policing" that has police acting "more like social workers than upholders of law and order."

Although England had long been regarded as one of the most law-abiding nations on Earth, riots that swept through London, Manchester and other British cities in 2011 were virtually identical to riots in Ferguson, Baltimore and other American cities. Most of the British rioters were white but what they did was the same, right down to setting fire to police cars.

But do facts matter anymore?
