Trump Calling Democrats' Bluff, Will Reportedly
Slap liar-Pelosi with Ultimatum

{ westernjournal.com } ~ President Donald Trump says he plans to send a formal letter to liar-Nancy Pelosi issuing an ultimatum on impeachment, NPR reported Friday... The letter will reportedly call the Democrats’ bluff, hinting the president would not assist with their impeachment crusade unless they meet his one condition. If lawmakers want an impeachment investigation, they should vote on it. According to Axios, Trump plans to insist that the entire House vote on the impeachment inquiry or he will not comply with any of Congress’ demands. This demand would force Democrats to go on the record either for or against the inquiry — a dangerous and difficult choice for anyone on the left as the party  struggles to decide what the impeachment inquiry should cover. Although an impeachment investigation does not need a vote to be conducted, the flimsy grounds on which it was started and the seemingly partisan manner in which it’s being continued is problematic. Trump says he isn’t alone in thinking the Democrats’ impeachment inquiry process is wrong, NPR reported. “The lawyers say they’ve never seen anything so unfair,” he said. “The lawyers say they’ve never seen anything so unjust.” With this demand, Democrats can’t afford to be lukewarm about impeachment any longer. Either they go on the record as wanting this to continue based on the shaky evidence, or they give it up. The move would also put Republicans in favor of an investigation on the spot, forcing them to make a choice. The whistleblower report on which most of the impeachment talks have been based has been increasingly exposed as a partisan attack on the rightfully-elected president. Recent revelations that the person who filed the complaint coordinated with anti-Trump Rep. scumbag-Adam Schiff pose a damning problem for the integrity of the inquiry as a whole. The impeachment obsession has possessed Washington, D.C., making out nation’s leaders even more ineffective than they usually are. This shouldn’t come as a surprise, however. Democrats have been angling for damning dirt on Trump since before he was elected. Now that he’s in the White House, they have seemingly made it their mission to give him the boot before the 2020 election. But a vote could very well put these men and women at odds with some in their own party urging caution and restraint with the impeachment process, possibly sending the Ukraine scandal to an early grave thanks to infighting.   https://www.westernjournal.com/trump-calls-pelosi-bluff/?utm_source=Email&utm_medium=newsletter-CT&utm_campaign=dailypm&utm_content=conservative-tribune

{ dailysignal.com } ~ President Donald Trump is making an ambitious move to build on a string of regulatory relief actions that “protect and improve” Medicare, the federal health care program... that serves approximately 60 million senior and disabled persons. The president’s executive order, issued Thursday, is yet another step following a roadmap that’s leading to better choices and lower costs for Medicare recipients and helping taxpayers by reducing federal spending. The order is primarily directed to the Health and Human Services Department, instructing the agency to undertake more administrative and regulatory measures to secure these policy goals. Specifically, the president acted to provide Medicare beneficiaries with more “diverse and affordable” health plan choices in the Medicare Advantage program, Medicare’s system of competing private plans. Because of the order, health plans will have new regulatory flexibility to respond to customer demands for innovative benefit designs and to incorporate telehealth, which lets patients see their doctor using tools like internet video calls. The order would also authorize several other changes improving the practice environment for doctors and helping seniors. The envisioned rule changes would also help relieve doctors and other medical professionals who are wrestling with growing paperwork burdens. If finalized, the rule would additionally “reduce barriers” for seniors who wish to use “medical savings accounts,” and thus pay for medical care more easily. Importantly, Section 3 of the order envisions a rule change in the provision of Medicare Advantage supplemental benefits that would “allow Medicare beneficiaries to share more directly in the savings of the program,” including “cash or monetary rebates” that would encourage seniors to seek and secure “high value” care...

{ lidblog.com } ~ This sounds rather audacious and pointed, actually.  On Tuesday, a somewhat mysterious announcement circulated in Washington that the State Department’s inspector general, Steve Linick... had asked to brief members of Congress on an “urgent” matter and that he would be doing so in a session on Wednesday, 2 October. The timing appeared to link IG Linick’s request to House Democrats’ demand for documents  from Mike Pompeo, and interviews with State Department officials, on his dealings with Ukraine.  The Democrats are seeking the materials from Pompeo on the theory that the intelligence community “whistleblower” has identified improprieties that justify the impeachment of President Trump. Steve Linick was appointed by scumbag/liar-nObama in 2013, and, in fact, took over as IG after a long hiatus in which there was no formally appointed IG for the State Department. The hiatus covered scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton’s entire tenure as secretary of state. That gaping vacancy had troubled Ted Cruz, who finally got scumbag/liar-nObama to fill it by holding up Senate confirmations until action was taken, and a State Department IG was installed. Linick has had a comparatively low-profile presence, registering little impact, for example, on the Benghazi investigations.  At different times in 2018 and 2019, however most recently in August, he made some waves in Congress by reporting out allegations that Trump appointees in the State Department were marginalizing and even mistreating career foreign service officials whose sympathies lay more with the political bent of the scumbag/liar-nObama years. So when Linick requested the urgent briefing on Capitol Hill, Democrats and media outlets were anticipating something similar. No one actually seemed to know what Linick would be bringing on Wednesday. But given his most recent history, the Left – as highlighted by Amber Athey for the Daily Caller – expected a replay of the earlier statements about “marginalization” of officials; i.e., something that would showcase Trump, Pompeo, and others in a bad light. It was left to Maryland Democrat Jamie Raskin to speak to the media about it afterward.  He had little to say, other than suggesting that Linick’s material “raises more questions than it answers,” and confirming that “it had nothing to do with President Donald Trump.”...   https://lidblog.com/state-dept-ig/

{ explainlife.com } ~ House Speaker liar-Nancy Pelosi recently announced that the Democratic-controlled House of Representatives will officially begin an impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump over a phone call... he had with Ukrainian President Zelensky back in July. While liar-Pelosi initially appeared confident in her impeachment push, she may soon be out of a job if her political stunt backfires like most believe it will. And Trump took to Twitter on Thursday afternoon to drop a bombshell about a “new” Speaker of the House.“Leader McCarthy, we look forward to you soon becoming Speaker of the House. The Do Nothing Dems don’t have a chance!” Trump wrote. The president’s tweet was in response to House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy tweeting a screenshot of a letter he sent to liar-Pelosi, where he demanded that she halt her baseless impeachment inquiry into Trump. “I’ve written to Speaker liar-Pelosi to halt the impeachment inquiry until we can receive public answers to the following questions. Given the enormity of the question at hand—impeaching a duly elected president—the American public deserves fairness and transparency,” McCarthy wrote in his tweet. Democrats are trying to remove Trump from office over a phone call he had with Zelensky over the summer. Since announcing they opened an impeachment inquiry, things have gone from bad to worse for Democrats. The Republican National Committee and Trump campaign raised a combined $15 million just days after liar-Pelosi’s impeachment announcement. The White House released a 5-page transcript of the call, which does not mention anything about “quid pro quo” or the U.S. withholding aid to Ukraine if they did not investigate loose lips liar-Biden. The Office of Intelligence Community Inspector General found that the “whistleblower” had a “political bias” in favor of one of Trump’s rivals in the 2020 presidential election. Consider that: the whistleblower filed a complaint about a call that they never heard, and Democrats want Trump impeached over a call that they also never heard...  https://explainlife.com/huge-trump-drops-bombshell-about-new-speaker-of-the-house-16917/?utm_source=Explainlife.com%20Newsletter&utm_medium=email

Democrats Exploring Ways
to Arrest Trump Cabinet Members

by gellerreport.com ~ Speaking to her constituents at a town hall in her hometown of Detriot, worthless-Tlaib said Democrats are puzzled about how to arrest Cabinet secretaries... telling voters in a video captured by America Rising PAC that they could be taken into custody if Congress votes to hold them in contempt. “This is the first time we’ve ever had a situation like this,” said worthless-Tlaib. “So they’re trying to figure out, no joke, is it the D.C. police that goes and gets them? We don’t know. Where do we hold them?” House Democrats are in “uncharted territory” and “trying to tread carefully,” the Michigan Democrat went on. “I will tell them they can hold all those people right here in Detroit,” she quipped “We’ll take care of them and make sure they show up to the committee hearings.” worthless-Tlaib’s comments came after Secretary of State Mike Pompeo wrote a blistering letter to Congress in which he declared that House Democrats are attempting to “intimidate” and “bully” State Department officials with subpoenas seeking their testimony. Further, the chairmen of the House Foreign Affairs, Intelligence, and Oversight committees have set an October 4th deadline for Pompeo to produce documents related to their investigation of President Trump’s interactions with Ukraine. The investigations are part of a formal impeachment inquiry sparked by a partisan CIA officer, who in a so-called “whistleblower” complaint, alleged the president pressured Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate Hunter loose lips liar-Biden, the son of former Vice President and 2020 White House contender loose lips liar-Joe Biden. Both presidents have denied any pressure was applied to probe into the loose lips liar-Biden family, and the White House, in a nod to transparency, has released a transcript of their July 25th call...  https://gellerreport.com/2019/10/jihad-rep-rashida-tlaib-democrats-exploring-ways-to-arrest-trump-cabinet-members.html/

What is Sharia Law?
Adulterers.png
by George Brahm and Tara Macarthur
{answeringmuslims.com} ~ The issue that we will be discussing today is sharia law and its effects on society. So as an introduction, what exactly is sharia law and what are the sources from which it is derived? Sharia is the Arabic word for “pathway” and it refers to the laws of Islam. These laws are found, first of all, in the Quran, which is the book that Muhammad claimed that God had given him. For matters not mentioned in the Quran, sharia is derived from the hadeeth, which are the traditions about Muhammad’s life and teaching. For matters not mentioned in the hadeeth, more laws are derived from what the early Muslim scholars understood by analogy or from common sense.

And for listeners who are unfamiliar with these terms, how do the Quran and the hadeeth differ in terms of their authority? Are all Muslims obligated to follow both these sets of texts? The Quran is Islam’s holy book. Muslims believe it is Allah’s direct word to the human race. The hadeeth are the traditions about Muhammad’s life and teaching. They are not Allah’s word at all; they are just human memories of Muhammad’s words. This means that the Quran is the first authority for every Muslim. It can never be disputed or updated because Allah knows best. However, if Muslims want to know about a topic that is not mentioned in the Quran, their second source of wisdom is the hadeeth. It is assumed that Muhammad knew better than any other person what Allah wanted. All Muslims are obliged to follow both the Quran and the hadeeth. If they don’t have time to read them, they ask their leaders to read on their behalf. The Muslim leaders issue a ruling, called a fatwa, to explain Allah’s will in a given situation. A small number of modern Muslims reject the hadeeth and claim to follow the Quran only; but mainstream Muslims consider this position heretical.

We’ve all heard about the threats of various radical groups that aim at establishing a worldwide sharia state. Is this desire for a worldwide sharia state restricted merely to these radical groups, or is it desired by a broader group of Muslims? Why? It isn’t just the radicals. It was Muhammad himself who said: “I have been sent as a mercy for all the world. I have been commanded to fight against people until they testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is Allah’s Messenger.” (1)  So the radicals did not invent this idea. Since Muhammad was supposed to speak the words of Allah, you would logically expect all Muslims to obey Allah by fighting everyone until the whole human population has agreed to a worldwide sharia state. In practice, this is not the case. Only a minority of Muslims want a sharia state. A British survey found in 2008 that 40% of British Muslim university students would support having sharia law in the U.K. (2)  That means that 60% do not want it, although the survey did not ask them why not. The number of Muslims who truly support sharia becomes even smaller when we realise that many of them do not understand what sharia really means. The same survey found that only 3% of the British Muslim students were in favour of killing apostates. That means that 37% of the students both wanted sharia and disagreed with its teachings. So it’s possible that many of those British Muslims did not understand sharia but knew that it was something that Muslims are supposed to want...

Mark Alexander and Nate Jackson:  “The Democratic head of the House Intelligence Committee, Representative scumbag-Adam B. Schiff of California, learned about the outlines of a C.I.A. officer’s concerns that President [Donald] Trump had abused his power days before the officer filed a whistle-blower complaint,”  reports The New York Times in a blockbuster story that undermines what little credibility scumba-Schiff had left.

scumbag-Schiff and his PR team at the Times are building his defense in this matter around the assertion that the congressman never met with the whistleblower. scumbag-Schiff asserted numerous times before Wednesday that he did not know about the complaint before the inspector general of the intelligence community (IGIC) notified his committee. He asserted on Sept. 17, when news of the complaint first surfaced, “We have not spoken directly with the whistleblower.” And according to scumbag-Schiff’s intelligence committee spokesman, “At no point did the committee review or receive the complaint in advance.”

Those smokescreen denials sound quite similar to the claims of the whistleblower’s attorney, Mark Zaid: “I can unequivocally state that neither any member of the legal team nor the whistleblower has ever met or spoken with Congressman scumbag-Schiff about this matter.”

Thanks to the Times, however, we now know this is a lie. And by scumbag-Schiff’s spokesperson’s own admission, the congressman’s office referred the whistleblower to the IGIC. The Times adds, “It also explains how Mr. scumbag-Schiff knew to press for the complaint when the Trump administration initially blocked lawmakers from seeing it.”

President Trump isn’t buying scumbag-Schiff’s defense. “He knew long before and helped write it, too,” Trump said. “It’s a scam.” That, of course, prompted the Times to offer a tut-tutting “fact check” dutifully echoing scumbag-Schiff’s talking points: “There is no evidence that Mr. scumbag-Schiff [helped write the complaint], and his spokesman said he saw no part of the complaint before it was filed.”

Again, those denials are as carefully scripted as the complaint itself. Of course the whistleblower didn’t meet directly with scumbag-Schiff or his committee. They use cutouts, as they are known in the intelligence community — individuals who convey information between the whistleblower and scumbag-Schiff in order to provide him “plausible deniability.” Except it’s not so plausible.

scumbag-Schiff didn’t personally have those conversations or literally help write the complaint. But the idea that scumbag-Schiff didn’t know exactly what was in the complaint is preposterous. His staff received “outlines” of the complaint before referring the whistleblower to the ICIG. In other words, they knew what would be in the complaint. After all, scumbag-Schiff needed time to write his B-movie skit about the president’s phone call — a deceitful show for which House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy has signed a resolution seeking to censure scumbag-Schiff.

“This is a hoax,” Trump rightly concluded. “This is just a continuation of what has been playing out since my election.” And, he insists, scumbag-Schiff “should be forced to resign from Congress.”

Given that the Times studiously avoids the issue of timing — that scumbag-Schiff had a month and a half to coordinate the rollout of a complaint filed on Aug. 12 — all of this now leads to another serious question: Is there a connection between scumbag-Schiff and the altered CIA reporting form?   ~The Patriot Post
