{ americanthinker.com } ~ It’s time for the charade to end and for a GOP congressman to end it. We all know who he is and we all know House Impeachment -- er -- Intelligence Committee scumbag/liar-Adam “Shifty” Schiff knows who he is... He and or his staff met with him long before the ICIG received any complaint, likely colluding with him and coaching him as they tinkered together his error-filled complaint. Yet, despite courageous and ferocious cross-examination by GOP representatives of scumbag/liar-Schiff’s parade of hearsay witnesses, one name goes unspoken, with scumbag/liar-Schiff successfully intimidating the GOP based on another scumbag/liar-Schiff lie – that his individual is a true whistleblower whose identity is protected by law. (that's not true) His name, as I and others have written on these pages, is Eric Ciaramella. He is the accuser that President Trump has been denied his due process right to confront. He is intimately connected with another deep state agent, DNC operative Alexandra Chalupa, a key fact witness deeply involved in the coup being hidden by scumbag/liar-Schiff. He is the CIA operative or mole detailed to the White House as a scumbag/commie-John Brennan plant who is not a genuine whistleblower and, despite what scumbag/liar-Schiff says, is not entitled to anonymity under the whistleblower law or by the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) statutes. Yet the likes of ranking member Devin Nunes, R- Calif., were intimidated by scumbag/liar-Schiff into frustrated submission: Nunes asked (Lt. Col.) Vindman during Tuesday’s hearing if he discussed the July 25 phone call “with anyone outside the White House” and added, “if so, with whom?” Vindman confirmed that he spoke to two individuals who were not in the White House but said they were “cleared U.S. government officials, with appropriate need to know.” He named one of the individuals -- Department of State Deputy Assistant Secretary George Kent -- but oddly refused to name the other, describing him or her as an “individual in the intelligence community.” “What -- as you know, the intelligence community has 17 different agencies. What agency was this individual from?” Nunes asked, prompting scumbag/liar-Schiff to interrupt and express his desire to “protect the whistleblower.” “I want to make sure that there’s no effort to out the whistleblower through the use of these proceedings,” scumbag/liar-Schiff stated. Vindman essentially acknowledged he was one of the sources for the whistleblower’s hearsay. The exchange continued with Nunes pressing Vindman to be more specific and asking why he could not name the specific intelligence agency the alleged whistleblower was at before the Intelligence Committee, whereupon scumbag/liar-Schiff laid down his version of the law....

But blinded by their rage, they will do it in spite of the damage that their actions have done and are doing to our country... Sometime soon, House Democrats will impeach Donald J. Trump, the man elected by the people, to be our President and to lead our country. That is a sad realization for those Americans who love the United States of America and who appreciate what President Trump has accomplished in spite of ceaseless and continuous Democrat obstructions raised to oppose all his efforts to fulfill his promises to the people of America. Just think what Americans might have been able to accomplish in the last three years if Democrats had cooperated with President Trump rather than oppose him at every turn. In the beginning, those who believe firmly that it is they who have the position, the intelligence, and the right to govern America as they please, i.e. , the professional political class and the members of the unelected bureaucracy, must have snickered and smirked at the thought of Trump’s absurd announcement. Trump for President. What a joke that was! What a ridiculous candidate! However, the snickers and smirks soon gave way to grave concern. This man could be a problem. He was not beguilingly schmoozing the electorate with the typical politician’s platitudes. In fact, he had a different message, and he was talking to a different group of people. He was not talking to the “elite” in order to give them the usual assurances that they should relax because he just wanted to be elected and that he did not intend to change anything. Also, he was talking to the people rather than to the elite ruling class. Even worse, he was telling the people that he did indeed intend to do things differently. He wanted to make changes in our economic and political system so that the people could have a better life. He even said that he wanted to make “America great again.” The ruling class must have shuddered at such a frightening thought. This America was the one that they had created, and they were sure that they knew what was right for us, the deplorables. They did not want any changes. Carlos Rojas, a protester with the Cosecha Movement, a group aimed at ending the deportation of illegal immigrants, had a particularly notable interaction with the former VP.“Why should Latinos trust you?” Rojas asked. loose lips liar-Biden responded that he was proud to have served with scumbag/liar-nObama but that he would do more to help asylum seekers. “This is a president who came along with the DACA program, no one had done that. ex-FBI official facing FISA criminal investigation

{ washingtonexaminer.com } ~ The FBI lawyer under criminal investigation for allegedly falsifying a document related to the surveillance of a Trump campaign adviser expressed negative opinions of President Trump in messages to colleagues... Kevin Clinesmith, who was part of special counsel Robert Mueller's team, has been identified as the attorney who could face a criminal charge as part of U.S. Attorney John Durham's expansive criminal inquiry into the origins of the Russia investigation, according to the New York Times. As part of the Justice Department watchdog's now-completed investigation into alleged surveillance abuses, Clinesmith was found to have altered an email that was used by officials as they prepared an application renewal to present before the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to obtain a warrant to electronically surveil Carter Page, a onetime foreign policy adviser for the Trump campaign. Clinesmith was an attorney with the FBI’s National Security and Cyber Law Branch and worked under FBI General Counsel James Baker and Deputy General Counsel Trisha Anderson. He had worked on the scumbag/liar-Clinton email investigation as well as the Trump-Russia probe. Clinesmith was present in the FBI's meeting with Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos in February 2017 in Chicago, Papadopoulos told lawmakers in 2018. An Australian diplomat's tip about Papadopoulos claiming the Russians had damaging information about scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton effectively prompted the FBI's counterintelligence investigation into the Trump campaign, called Crossfire Hurricane, in July 2016. Horowitz's investigators found Clinesmith falsely asserted he had documentation to back up a claim while in talks with the Justice Department about the factual basis for a FISA warrant application renewal. He then took an email from an official from another agency that contained multiple factual assertions, added material of his own, and gave it to a fellow FBI official who was preparing an affidavit for the Page case. Eagerly anticipated by Trump's allies, Howoritz's report is expected to be released to the public on Dec. 9, the inspector general announced this week. They believe it will reveal an effort to undermine Trump's 2016 campaign in which the FBI misled the FISA court in its reliance on an unverified dossier compiled by British ex-spy Christopher Steele, whose research about Trump and his associates was partially funded by scumbag/liar-Clinton's 2016 campaign and the Democratic National Committee through the Perkins Coie law firm and Fusion GPS....

There’s a shooting war going on today between Ukrainians and Russians. Ukraine doesn’t technically rely on US aid, lethal or otherwise, because they make so many of their own weapons. A temporary delay of US aid would have made no difference to Ukraine’s day-to-day defenses in terms of weapons at their disposal. The reason Russia says it invaded Ukraine is not the real reason Russia invaded Ukraine. Foreign aid to Ukraine should be conditional and come with expectations. Testimony a 'Bombshell' Dud
Thomas Gallatin: “I think today’s testimony is among the most significant evidence to date,” proclaimed House Intelligence Committee Chairman scumbag/liar-Adam Schiff (D-CA) at the midpoint break of U.S. Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland’s testimony. “We now can see the veneer has been torn away,” he added. And what was this bombshell “evidence” that Schiff insists confirms that President Donald Trump is guilty of an impeachable offense? Sondland’s opening statement, in which he asks, “Was there a quid pro quo? The answer is yes.”
That is what sent scumbag/liar-Schiff spiking the football. However, following the break it became clear that Sondland’s “bombshell” was in fact a dud. “Did the president ever tell you personally about any preconditions for anything?” Republican counsel Stephen Castor asked Sondland. “No,” Sondland answered. Castor drilled down further, asking how Sondland knew Trump and his personal attorney Rudy Giuliani were engaged in a quid pro quo. Sondland responded that he “assumed” it and that it was “no secret.”
Sondland claimed, “Mr. Giuliani’s requests were a quid pro quo for arranging a White House visit for President Zelensky.” However, under further questioning, Sondland admitted that he was never directly told by anyone that Trump had tied conditions of investigating the loose lips liar-Bidens with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelelnsky’s desired visit with Trump; rather Sondland “presumed” this was the case. Sondland also believed that “in the absence of any credible explanation” for the military aid being withheld, it was due to the fact that Ukraine had not made any public announcement of an investigation into Burisma and Ukraine’s own 2016 election meddling.
Ohio Republican Jim Jordan blasted Sondland for omitting in his opening statement what he had previously testified to in his earlier closed-door hearing — that Trump had explicitly answered his question on Ukraine, “I want nothing. I want no quid pro quo. I just want Zelensky to do the right thing and do what he ran on.”
Overall, it was another day where nothing new was learned. However, scumbag/liar-Schiff finally got what he wanted — a witness explicitly testifying that there was a “quid pro quo.” Expect the Democrats to be writing up articles of impeachment soon. ~The Patriot Post
