DOJ Hits Back Against scumbag liar-Nadler’s
dirty cop-Mueller Report Subpoena with
Force: ‘Premature and Unnecessary’
by C. Douglas Golden } ~ “Premature and unnecessary” describes a lot of reactions to the dirty cop-Mueller report. At least for the Department of Justice, however... it describes a subpoena for the full version of the document issued by House Judiciary Committee Chairman scumbag liar-Jerrold Nadler almost immediately after the release of the redacted version. On Friday, the New York Democrat subpoenaed Attorney General William Barr to appear before the committee by May 1 with “the complete and unredacted version of the report submitted … by Special Counsel dirty cop-Robert Mueller.” “I am open to working with the Department to reach a reasonable accommodation for access to these materials, however I cannot accept any proposal which leaves most of Congress in the dark, as they grapple with their duties of legislation, oversight and constitutional accountability,” swcumbag liar-Nadler said in a statement. “My Committee needs and is entitled to the full version of the report and the underlying evidence consistent with past practice. The redactions appear to be significant. We have so far seen none of the actual evidence that the Special Counsel developed to make this case. “Even the redacted version of the report outlines serious instances of wrongdoing by President Trump and his closest associates. It now falls to Congress to determine the full scope of that alleged misconduct and to decide what steps we must take going forward.”The Department of Justice immediately pushed back on the request. “In the interest of transparency, the Attorney General released the Special Counsel’s ‘confidential report’ with only minimal redactions,” DOJ spokeswoman Kerri Kupec said in a statement, according to CNN.“The Department of Justice has also made arrangements for Chairman scumbag liar-Nadler and other Congressional leaders to review the report with even fewer redactions. In light of this, Congressman scumbag liar-Nadler’s subpoena is premature and unnecessary. The Department will continue to work with Congress to accommodate its legitimate requests consistent with the law and long-recognized executive branch interests.”...
Brit Hume Says scumbag-Adam Schiff
is Spouting Nonsense
by David Krayden } ~ Fox News senior correspondent Brit Hume called out California Democratic Rep. scumbag-Adam Schiff for suggesting special counsel dirty cop-Robert Mueller’s report released Thursday... failed to exonerate President Donald Trump. scumbag-Schiff said, “If the special counsel … had found evidence exonerating the president, he would have said so. He did not. He left that issue to the Congress of the United States, and we will need to consider it.” Those who suggested that the president colluded with the Russians before the release of the report now appear to be focusing on unsubstantiated obstruction of justice charges. This focus is based on an inconclusive line in dirty cop-Meuller’s report, which says investigators were “unable to reach” a judgment that Trump “clearly did not commit obstruction of justice: If we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the president clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, however, we are unable to reach that judgment. The evidence we obtained about the president’s actions and intent presents difficult issues that prevent us from conclusively determining that no criminal conduct occurred. The report’s emphatic conclusion that the Trump campaign did not conspire with Russian forces during the 2016 election prompted the president to remark that it was “a good day.” scumbag-Schiff, who has long maintained he has “evidence” of Russian collusion has also criticized Attorney General William Barr for suggesting the FBI was spying on the Trump campaign...
Ignore Medicare for All Advocates’ Claims on
Life Expectancy in US. Here Are the Facts
by Robert Moffit } ~ Ponder this: If self-styled “progressives” in Congress impose total government control over health care, will ordinary Americans enjoy a longer life span?... Sen. commie-Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., chief sponsor of the Senate “Medicare for All” bill (S. 1804), often reminds us that the United States spends roughly twice as much per capita on health care as most other economically advanced countries, but American life expectancy is lower than that of almost all these high-income nations. Reps. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., and Debbie Dingell, D-Mich., lead sponsors of the House’s Medicare for All bill (H.R. 1384) say, “The quality of our health care is much worse than that of other industrialized countries. The life expectancy in the U.S. is lower than other nations, while our infant mortality is much higher.” These are misleading generalizations. In fact, American medical outcomes for the most serious conditions—for example, lower mortality from heart attacks and strokes, as well as survival rates from a variety of cancers—are generally superior to those of other advanced countries. The liberal Left continue to push their radical agenda against American values. America’s high level of investment in advanced medical technologies, including innovative drug therapies, has improved medical outcomes and has directly contributed to longer life expectancy among our senior citizens. According to the “Economic Report of the President,” issued in March...
House Republicans leave border tour shocked
to learn immigrant children being
recycled by smugglers
by Anna Giaritelli } ~ Congressional Republicans who toured part of the southern border this week saw firsthand the number of families and children arriving. But the House lawmakers were shocked at the idea that smugglers recycle children across the border... “I think the entire delegation was shocked,” said Luke Ball, press secretary for Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla. The   Washington Examiner was riding along with Reps. John Joyce of Pennsylvania, Pete Stauber of Minnesota, Dusty Johnson of South Dakota, Andy Biggs of Arizona, and Gaetz Tuesday night when officials leading the tour pointed to a group of more than 40 people who had just crossed through the Colorado River south of the Morelos Dam and surrendered to Border Patrol agents less than a quarter-mile into the U.S. “Right now, they’re getting their biographical information: name, first name, last name, date of birth, nationality. Right now, they may ask them where they’re going — how many people, if it was a family unit, were they by themselves, were they minors?” an agent, who spoke on background, told the group of lawmakers. “Every one has a kid, at least one. Every one has a kid,” one congressman reacted at the scene. A Border Patrol agent speaking to lawmakers said agents in the Yuma sector, which has seen the third-highest family apprehensions of all nine sectors this year, said some children are being sent back to Central America after making it to the U.S. The agent said children are being “rented out.” “They know that’s their ticket in,” one lawmaker said...
Red Flag Gun Laws Are a Page Out
of Dystopian Science Fiction Novels
by Jon Miltimore } ~ Red flag gun laws are suddenly popular in America. Colorado recently became the fifteenth state to pass such a law... The law, the tenth such passed since the Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Florida, will allow authorities to seize the private property—firearms—of someone deemed a risk to himself or others after successfully petitioning a court. Nearly a dozen sheriffs have said they will refuse to enforce the law, which they say is unconstitutional, even if it means going to jail. Divining what is legal and what is not is no simple task in this era of constitutional penumbras, yet there is no question that red flag gun laws turn due process on its head. In fact, one might say that red flag laws walk dangerously close to an infamous idea in sci-fi literature: pre-crime. Many readers have probably heard of pre-crime, a theme explored in the hit 2002 Minority Report. The movie, which starred Tom Cruise and was directed by Steven Spielberg, shows us a world in which murder doesn’t exist because authorities have figured out a way to prevent such crimes before they happen. The film is based on a 1956 novel written by Philip K. Dick, the same author whose literary works inspired such films as Blade Runner, The Man in the High Castle, and  Total Recall. If there’s a central theme running through Dick’s work, it’s the idea that the future will increasingly find individual autonomy under threat from creeping authoritarianism and omnipresent technology...
Google's Blatant Bias
Arnold Ahlert:  In a revelation that should surprise no one, internal documents show that Google manually manipulates its search results. “Two official policies dubbed the ‘misrepresentation policy’ and the ‘good neighbor policy’ inform the company’s ‘XPA news blacklist,’ which is maintained by Google’s Trust & Safety team,” the Daily Caller reports.

The information obtained from the policy documents is damning. Google’s Trust & Safety team “will be in charge of updating the blacklist as when there is a demand,” and a “deceptive_news domain blacklist is going to be used by many search features to filter problematic sites that violate the good neighbor and misrepresentation policies.” That blacklist will “bar the sites from surfacing in any Search feature or news product. It will not cause a demotion in the organic search results or de-index them altogether.”

In other words, sites that offend the sensibilities of Google’s tech team will not be completely removed from the “ten blue links” portion of search results. But other search features, such as “top news,” “videos,” or various sidebars that are often returned as part of search results, will be censored.

One of the documents states that it was “approved by gomes@, nayak@, haahr@ as of 8/13/2018.” Ben Gomes heads Google’s search team and reports directly to CEO Sundar Pichai. Pandu Nayak is a Google Fellow. Paul Haahr is a software engineer whose company bio states that he is involved in “fringe ranking: not showing fake news, hate speech, conspiracy theories, or science/medical/history denial unless we’re sure that’s what the user wants.”

All of the above seemingly contradicts sworn testimony given by Pichai at a meeting of the House Judiciary Committee last December. “I lead this company without political bias and work to ensure that our products continue to operate that way,” Pichai said in his opening statement. “To do otherwise would go against our core principles and our business interests.”

At the same meeting, Rep. scumbag liar-Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) outlined the core “principles” of the Democrat Party. “Before we delve into these questions, I must first dispense with a completely illegitimate issue, which is the fantasy, dreamed up by some conservatives, that Google and other online platforms have an anti-conservative bias,” he asserted. “As I have said repeatedly, no credible evidence supports this right-wing conspiracy theory.”

Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) apparently didn’t get the proverbial memo. She asked Pichai why searching for the word “idiot” returned a photo of President Donald Trump. Pichai remained adamant, answering, “This is working at scale. We don’t manually intervene on any particular search result.”

Rep. Lamar Smith (R-TX) was even more direct. “Conservative individuals and organizations have had their pro-Trump content tagged as ‘hate speech,’ or had their content reduced in search results,” he stated, citing studies that showed such bias.

Pichai insisted all the studies were flawed. “We found issues with the methodology and the sample sizes and so on, but let me step back and say providing users high-quality and trusted information is sacrosanct to us.”

PJ Media’s study was anecdotal, but troubling nonetheless. A search for “Trump” using the “News” tab prioritized left-leaning news sites, with no right-leaning site making it to the first page of results. Moreover, in the first 100 results, left-leaning sites comprised 96% of the total returns.

Yet a far more extensive study of 1,200 URLs was conducted by San Francisco SEO company Can I Rank. Researchers looked at high-ranking Google sites that included politically charged keywords such as “gun control, ” “abortion,” and “Black Lives Matter.” Despite Pichai’s assertions, they discovered that “top search results were almost 40% more likely to contain pages with a ‘Left’ or ‘Far Left’ slant than they were pages from the right.” In fact, the website reported, “16% of political keywords contained no right-leaning pages at all within the first page of results.”

Another study conducted by Harvard-trained psychologist Dr. Robert Epstein revealsthat Google’s “autocomplete” function, which finishes a word or phrase one is presumed to be completing, engendered few negative search queries for scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton, when compared with commie-Bernie Sanders, Trump, and other GOP primary candidates. Epstein believed such bias could have accounted for the shift of approximately 2.6 million votes toward scumbag/liar-Clinton.

In another op-ed column, Epstein illuminated eight other of Google blacklists he is aware of: Google Maps, YouTube, Google accounts (Gmail, Google Docs, Google+, YouTube, Google Wallet, and others), Google News, Google AdWords, Google AdSens, Google’s search engine, and its quarantine list. “You may disagree, but in my view Google’s blacklisting practices put the company into the role of thuggish internet cop — a role that was never authorized by any government, nonprofit organization or industry association,” he concludes.

An internal discussion thread leaked to Breitbart News also speaks to this thuggery. “The term ‘abortion’ was added to a ‘blacklist’ file for ‘controversial YouTube queries,’ which contains a list of search terms that the company considers sensitive,” the website explains. “According to the leak, these include some of these search terms related to: abortion, abortions, the Irish abortion referendum, Democratic Congresswoman Maxine Waters, and anti-gun activist David Hogg.”

Google’s “sensitivity” isn’t just Internet-related. Earlier this year, it formed a new advisory council on Artificial Intelligence (AI). Heritage Foundation president and conservative Kay Coles James was invited to join. That was an affront to 2,500 Google employees who signed a “Googlers Against Transphobia and Hate” petition seeking James’s ouster, describing her appointment as a “weaponization of the language of diversity.”

“But the Google employees didn’t just attempt to remove me; they greeted the news of my appointment to the council with name-calling and character assassination,” James herself explained. “They called me anti-immigrant and anti-LGBTQ and a bigot. That was an odd one, because I’m a 69-year-old black woman who grew up fighting segregation.”

It didn’t matter. In a shameful display of cowardice, Google ousted James … and disbanded the board.

Columnist Jeffery Lord, who writes for the American Spectator — a 52-year-old mainstream conservative magazine banned by Google — spells out the company’s real agenda. Google is “a high-tech giant run by and for would-be left-wing tech totalitarians,” he writes.

Unfortunately, taking on Google and other equally biased tech titans is problematic. As private companies they can do what they want. Moreover, since Pichai is an elitist “in crowd” member, his chances of being held accountable for lying to Congress are virtually nil.

What to do? Columnist Roger Simon proposes  government deregulation. “Legislation could be passed forbidding social media from keeping anybody out, censoring anybody, excepting a very few people such as child pornographers, already against the law,” he writes.

Keeping people out? How about dealing people in? Like copyright protections, Congress should pass a law requiring tech giants to compensate Americans for using their personal data. That data, which Google and other tech giants currently get for free, generate multibillion-dollar revenue streams. Revenue streams that have made them the most powerful and influential entities in the history of man.

That contemptible status quo must be forcefully challenged — while it’s still possible.  ~The Patriot Post

Deep State Treason:  Former State Dept. Official Under Trump Tells China To Quit Negotiating Until Trump Is Removed In 2020

Deep state traitors no longer hide their deep hatred for the American people —

Mrs. Susan Thornton, the former acting assistant secretary of state in the Trump administration, told her Beijing audience to stop negotiating until President Trump is removed from office in 2020.

Until July 2018, she was Acting Assistant Secretary for East Asian and Pacific Affairs at the Department of State and led East Asia policy making amid crises with North Korea, escalating trade tensions with China, and a fast-changing international environment.

The Conservative Treehouse and The South China Morning News reported:

A former official in the Trump administration has said that China can weather the storm brought by the trade war with the United States but might have to “keep steady, keep their heads down and wait” for change in the White House.

Susan Thornton, former acting assistant secretary of state to US President Donald Trump, told a gathering in Shanghai on Wednesday that she hoped a trade deal between the US and China could be concluded by next month.

But the reality was that it would “take a while” for China and the US to talk about cooperation again, Thornton, who in 20 years rose to become the US State Department’s chief negotiator for East Asia and Pacific affairs, told the South China Morning Post.

“I want to be optimistic,” said Thornton, whose 27-year career in Washington ended in July. “I tell all our foreign counterparts they should keep steady, keep their heads down and wait. [They should] try to not let anything change dramatically.”

“If this sceptical attitude towards talking diplomacy continues in this administration, you might have to wait till another administration,” Thornton said at an event held by National Committee of US-China relations and Shanghai’s American Chamber.
