Leading House Dem calls out worthless-Omar
and worthless-Tlaib amid Trump attack for
furthering anti-Semitism with 'vile' cartoon
By Sam Dorman
foxnews.com } ~ House Judiciary Chairman scumbag liar-Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., called out members of both parties on Thursday, claiming they helped further anti-Semitism in the nation's "political dialogue."... "The growing anti-Semitism in our political dialogue is repugnant," scumbag liar-Nadler said. He pointed to Trump's comments about "disloyalty" in Jews who voted for Democrats, as well as a cartoon forwarded by two progressive congresswomen already in the news for a failed attempt to enter Israel. "The Carlos Latuff cartoon forwarded by @RepRashida and @Ilhan  can surely be read for its vile underlying message," scumbag liar-Nadler tweeted. Both Reps. worthless-Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., and worthless-Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich.,  shared a cartoon from an artist who came in second in Iran's International Holocaust Cartoon contest. The cartoon displayed a Star of David in the center and appeared to show Trump trying to silence worthless-Omar. It also showed worthless-Tlaib with what appeared to be Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's hand over her mouth. Netanyahu's government had banned worthless-Omar and worthless-Tlaib from entering Israel, citing the congresswomen's itinerary as evidence they wanted to promote a boycott against the country. The itinerary named their destination "Palestine" rather than Israel — and the group that planned their trip has also expressed support for terrorism against the nation. It's unclear how the two will respond to scumbag liar-Nadler but, if history is any judge, they won't be afraid of taking on a leading Democrat...  https://www.foxnews.com/politics/nadler-omar-tlaib-cartoon-anti-semitism

commie-Bernie Sanders Threatens to Use SEC
to Arrest Oil Execs, Shut Down Energy
Industry, and Wipe Out Pensions

frontpagemag.com } ~ Also known as, "commie-Bernie Sanders makes compelling argument for eliminating SEC, entire Federal government and banning wannbe Communist dictators from running for public office."... Senator commie-Sanders unveiled his Green New Deal which tops commie-Ocasio Cortez for sheer insanity and fascism. Here's commie-Bernie threatening to use the SEC to wipe out the entire economy. Prosecute and sue the fossil fuel industry for the damage it has caused. When it was revealed in 2015 that the fossil fuel industry knew their actions were contributing to climate change decades ago, commie-Bernie sent a letter to then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch asking her to open a federal investigation to find out whether the industry violated the law. President commie-Bernie Sanders will ensure that his Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission investigate these companies and bring suits — both criminal and civil — for any wrongdoing, The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will jointly develop an economy-wide survey of climate risks. To create this report, the SEC will require corporations to audit and report their climate risks. The EPA will use the information to target the worst climate risks through economy-wide regulations. Pressure financial institutions, universities, insurance corporations, and large institutional investors still invested in or insuring fossil fuels to transition those investments to clean energy bonds through executive action. When we are in the White House, we will establish new financial rules through the SEC and other regulatory agencies to pressure hedge funds, the insurance industry, and other large investors currently invested in fossil fuels to divest or pay for clean energy investments through clean energy bonds. Using the SEC to force financial institutions to divest from profitable industries and invest in politically correct industries. And, for federal workers, their pension funds will be raided to funnel money to lefties in the fake energy industry. Divest federal pensions from fossil fuels. Federal employees’ pensions are currently invested in fossil fuels. That puts their pensions at risk. The federal government must protect and grow those pension funds by instead investing in the clean energy economy. "Protect". A comie-Bernie victory would mean kissing both your pension and reliable power goodbye.

Trump White House Shrugs
Off New Tariffs Imposed by China

cnsnews.com } ~ China's official state-run news agency Xinhua reported on Friday that China will impose additional tariffs on $75 billion worth of U.S. imports... in reaction to recently announced tariff hikes on Chinese goods. That includes 25 percent tariffs on American-made vehicles and auto parts starting in mid-December, as well as an extra 5 percent on soybean imports and an extra 10 percent on imports of U.S. pork. It's not a surprise, White House Trade Adviser Peter Navarro told Fox News on Friday: "The Chinese side had clearly signaled to us in multiple fora that they would retaliate in some way. The problem, Sandra, they have is we have a far more bullets in our gun than they do. I mean, they sell us close to $6 billion worth of exports and ours is a little over 100 billion." In fact, Navarro said he doesn't call this a "trade war." "This is not a trade war. A trade war is when two countries are fighting over lowering their tariffs. What we're fighting about with China is to have them stop stealing our intellectual property, taking our technology, dumping products into our markets, manipulating their currency and having their state-owned enterprises run rampant around the world with massive subsidies." Navarro noted that the U.S. has had tariffs in place for over a year, and "we know that China is bearing the burden of those tariffs by having to cut their prices, cut the value of their currency. They're seeing their supply chain hemorrhage out of China -- coming back here, going to Vietnam and other places, and we have absolutely seen no impact on consumers. So the people in this country -- Capitol Hill -- they're behind President Donald J. Trump with his tough stand on China." Even American farmers, who are bearing the brunt of the tariff pain, "will not be hurt," Navarro said. "We have a large program to make farmers whole, and we're using some of the money that we're collecting in tariffs and it goes right to the farm belt."...  https://www.cnsnews.com/news/article/susan-jones/trump-white-house-shrugs-new-tariffs-imposed-china

North Korea Marches Ahead with

frontpagemag.com } ~ Evidently, the punishing sanctions imposed on North Korea, as well as President Trump’s personal relationship with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un, are not slowing down... North Korea’s continuing march to becoming a full-scale nuclear-armed state. Not only has North Korea continued to test launch ballistic missiles, albeit with a short-range reach. According to a report of a new upcoming Japanese white paper, North Korea has managed to miniaturize nuclear warheads that are small enough to fit on ballistic missiles. Japan’s defense officials have described North Korea’s apparent success as a “serious and imminent threat.” The United States and South Korea have sounded similar alarms. Indeed, a confidential U.S. intelligence report back in 2017, which was leaked and reviewed by The Washington Post, said that the intelligence community "assesses North Korea has produced nuclear weapons for ballistic missile delivery, to include delivery by ICBM-class missiles." Tensions have been rising since President Trump’s last meeting with Kim in June. “We haven’t gotten back to the table as quickly as we would have hoped, but we’ve been pretty clear all along, we know there’ll be bumps along the way,” Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said on Tuesday. He expressed displeasure with the North Korean regime’s launching of short-range missiles, which threaten U.S. allies in the region and violates UN Security Council resolutions. “I wish that they would not,” he said. Referring to UN sanctions targeting key North Korean imports and exports, Secretary Pompeo added, “These are a global sanctions regime, and we hope Chairman Kim will come to the table and get a better outcome. It’ll be better for the North Korean people, it’ll be better for the world.” Kim does not appear to be listening too attentively. He was not happy with the scaled down joint U.S.-South Korean military exercises that have just ended. While these exercises consisted mostly of computer simulations, North Korea claims that President Trump has breached his alleged promise to suspend the exercises altogether. "This is an open denial and an outright challenge to the historic DPRK-U.S. joint statement in which commitments were made to establish new DPRK-U.S. relations and build lasting and durable peace-keeping mechanism on the Korean Peninsula," the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) said last week, using the acronym for the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. It added that the joint military exercises "are not favorable for building mutual trust and can entail countermeasures by the DPRK" and "may render tense the situation on the Korean Peninsula again. The right answer for removing all the potential and direct threats posed to the security of our state is the constant development of powerful physical means and their deployment for an actual war. The U.S. should keep in mind that our repeated warnings are not hot air."...  https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/274706/north-korea-marches-ahead-advanced-nuclear-weapons-joseph-klein

Iranian Militias Oddly Quiet
After Suspected Israeli Air Strikes

israeltoday.co.il } ~ It shouldn’t come as a surprise. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman warned numerous times that Israel would not allow Iran to take steps... that jeopardize the Jewish state’s security, no matter where those activities were taking place. It is by now no secret that Israel has carried out dozens of bombing missions against warehouses and convoys bringing game-changing weapons from Iran to the Lebanese terror militia Hezbollah. Most of those strikes occurred in war-torn Syria. But now the situation is escalating. According to Arab media, at least three aerial attacks against Iranian targets have been carried out on Iraqi soil in recent weeks. The bombings destroyed caches of missiles being held by the Iran-affiliated Shiite militia Al-Hashd al-Sha’bi (Popular Mobilization Forces), presumably earmarked for later delivery to Hezbollah. Needless to say, Israel is widely suspected of carrying out these air strikes, in coordination with the Americans. Accurate intelligence provided by US forces, combined with the use of Israel’s new F-35 aircraft would certainly result in the kind of success these attacks have seen.  Arab social media has featured dozens of video clips documenting these air strikes, some of which occurred not far from Baghdad. Officially, Israel maintains ambiguity on the topic, but in recent days, Netanyahu has strongly hinted as the Jewish state’s involvement. The Iraqi government, too, has refrained from singling out Israel, instead attributing the explosions to fires that broke out in these particular warehouses. To admit that Israel had successfully bombed targets in its territory would open up Baghdad either to crushing shame, or accusations that it was collaborating with the Zionists. Most interesting is that the Shiite militias themselves have remained largely mum on the matter. For years, they have been threatening to conquer Israel and liberate “Palestine.” But now that Israel has demonstrated the ability and willingness to effortlessly strike them on their own turf, they dare not respond and admit such weakness. Because it turns out the only real threat these groups pose is to the makeshift Israeli flags they love to burn...

Culture Beat:  The Pew Research Center recently released a new survey that finds the majority of Republicans view higher education negatively. Pew further found “that only half of American adults think college and universities are having a positive effect on the way things are going in the country these days.” The survey’s results seem to confirm a poll from Gallup last year finding that Americans’ “confidence in higher education dropped 57% to 48%” from 2015 to 2018, with the greatest drop coming from Republicans.

There are a number of factors that explain Americans’ increasing negativity toward higher education, though what once held strong bipartisan support has clearly fallen on harder times. One of the most obvious contributing factors to this increased negativity is the fact that the vast majority of university and college professors lean strongly to the Left. Higher education is increasingly perceived as a domain ruled by hard-leftist ideologues, where conservatives and their views and routinely derided as backwards and unwelcome, if not banned all together.

Secondly, there’s the factor of skyrocketing costs. This is a problem that even has Democrats expressing some negativity toward the value of higher education. For Republicans, the real question becomes one of practicality: Why send your child to an institution steeped in leftist dogma while at the same time incurring a tremendous about of debt in the process?

Finally, jobs. In the past, a college degree was almost a guarantee for landing higher paying, white-collar jobs. Today, that is no longer the case. Students incur massive amounts of debt for degrees in fields that offer little in the way of lucrative opportunities, while at the same time technical schools offering specialized work training can land a student on their feet, without the debt and often an immediate job. Indeed, given all these factors, it’s little wonder that so many Americans are souring on the Ivory Tower.  ~The Patriot Post
