The same day the President made his comment about AG Harris, First Lady Michelle Obama was telling a Vermont CBS TV affiliate that she was a "single mother."
In a discussion about her family obligations and her work load, Mrs. Obama blundered saying, "Believe me, as a busy single mother--or, I shouldn’t say single, as a busy mother..."
The First Lady may be relieved that good-looking-gate took the pressure off her own, more unusual gaffe.

One major thing that is or is not happening, but may God be thy
judge is whether enough of His people (true believers) in His Son
Jesus Christ are turning away from their idols back to Him these
days.
I have been closely examining my own personal life in light of His
word and have had to make some critical changes in the way I do
life. Turning away from my own desires, offering restitution where
I owed, forgiving those that have done wrong against me long
ago and confessing personal sin more readily and often.
God has been removed from many of our earthly institutions,
schools, court rooms and our daily lives and He makes us this
promise, not to the heathen, but to His own personal beloved
children, who He has chosen from the foundation of the earth.
He says; "If my people, who are called by my name, will
humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from
their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and forgive their
sin and will heal their land.
As you may know from this verse of truth, God is calling "His"
people to a course of repentance, not the party members of the
GOP nor the Tea Party nor the pagan people of this country. His
promise is directed at and for His people, in Christ.
The question is whether God's people are listening, not just hearing
His voice and doing nothing about their lives would you not agree?
Seriously, nothing will get fixed in this country until God is satisfied
that His people are turning back to Him. Nothing!
Three years ago I joined a Christian organization, becoming an
Online Missionary who writes to people who desire to come in
contact with God, but don't know how. There also are those who
say they know God, but want to rededicate their lives to Him
because somewhere along the way in life God was drawing them
back into relationship with Himself after they spent many years
living apart from Him.
These are the people who are turning from their selfish and perverse
lifestyles and telling God they want to live for Him again. God is
so patient and kind toward His own. He will wait and wait for His
people in the United States to turn back to Him. When enough have
turned then we can expect major things to happen in this country.
He will start to expose more and more evil from the leadership and He
will raise up a righteous leader to turn the tide in the way our country
is run. The name of God will again be spoken openly and more
will be saved. Things again in our country will be hopeful again.
But until God's people admit they can't turn things around without
Him, He will continue to allow evil to reign as He is a gentleman
and will not impose Himself on anyone.
If you know anything about biblical history, you will concur with me
that God loves His people so much that He wii go to any measure
to discipline them back to Himself. God punished His people
Israel by sending the most evil and vile Assyrian people against them
in order to punish them for their waywardness. How far will God
go to punish His people who live inside the borders of these
United States? We are witnessing the signs these past 4+ years
with the election & re-election of Barak Hussein Obama.
