retirement (5)

National Director Dee Retirement

Dear Dee,

I felt the need to write when I read your post that you are retiring. You have bravely kept me informed of things that all Americans should know and be ready to act upon. We are living through an extremely dangerous time in the life of our country and you have consistently DONE SOMETHING about it! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! We owe you a debt that can only be repaid by continuing the fight against the lies and misinformation being spewed out by subversive and seditious powers.

The day after the November 2016 election, I felt very strange. It took me a day or two to figure out what it was, then I realized that the knot that had been constantly tightening at my core for the previous 7 or 8 years had disappeared! What I was feeling was relief that America was turning the tide on this long take over by creeping socialist/communist ideology. It was amazing! I was ecstatic that the awakening looked to be happening and growing strong.

But very soon, as we saw the crazy violence in the streets and the traitorous acceptance and encouragement of this criminal behavior by elected officials from the left, the knot returned. If anything, it has tightened more quickly as the left has gotten more purulent and poisonous in their thinly veiled communistic rhetoric and attacks. The intentional lies and conspiracies to destroy the right are beyond anything I have seen in my lifetime.

How can America have come to this? For, what, 60 years we fought against the scourge of communism. Now our children are being funneled into and  boondoggled by colleges that we pay millions to in order for these powers to brainwash our future! We PAY them to convert our children into screaming misguided activists in the streets!

We MUST keep fighting this madness! I am not sure how you have managed to get the information you have shared over the years, but I hope the flow continues! Please pass on your techniques to me or someone so that we can remain open eyed in this war! For war it is!

Today is the first day of my retirement from the military. Today is less a day of reflection for me than it is a day of joyous anticipation of the future. I keep only the flag set from my deployment and one other award in my office at home as I do not equate future events with past accomplishments; rather the past and my retirement from it are but steppingstones into what the Lord will have me do next.

But rather than focus on the various service that I have done and my accomplishments etc., let’s focus today upon the other members of our military. When I say things like brave men and women, heroes, patriots, fellow soldiers, I am not just using axioms. To no man is the word brother of more import or meaning than to a person who serves in the military of the greatest country on the face of God’s creation.

To my fellow soldiers, from all the years of my service, I thank you. I thank you for sacrifices that you have made to ensure that this country remains free from tyranny and oppression. I thank you for those times when you have stood outside in torrential rain, or blizzards, or blowing sand, and remained vigilant at your post. I thank you and admire you for the willingness to maintain a value system that is sometimes scoffed by the world. I sympathize with you each and every time you go to a military school or go online for more “mandatory training”. I’m there with you, my brothers and sisters, and feel your pain when you sit through yet another death by PowerPoint presentation that you have seen countless times before. I am there by your side, my comrades, when you’re told at first formation that today is a DAT day. I am there with you as you sit in the “corral” and start guzzling coffee, water, juice, anything that will help you “donate” for the drug test so that you can get on with the business of the day (having been the collector, I will miss that the least!). I am right there with you, each and every one of you, as you sit in front of the desk of the admin NCO (personal pun there) and have to – yet again – provide all your personal information so that your paperwork is up-to-date. I am even with you, and know from experience, when you stand in front of the first sergeant or the commander’s desk and await the fall of the hammer.

And I am also there with you in your pride, pride when you hear your name being called out for a promotion or an award. I am there, as are all the previous members of the military, as you solemnly salute the flag while taps is being played. I am with you as you proudly stand, even when in ‘civies’, and salute the flag each and every time you hear the national anthem being played. I am with you, my fellow soldiers, as you quietly mourn every time you see a coffin draped with the flag of the United States of America. I feel, as you do, that twinge when each rifle shot cracks through the air during a 21 gun salute for a fallen Soldier.

I consider myself not lucky nor do I consider myself fortunate; rather I consider myself blessed to have been offered the opportunity to serve alongside the greatest citizens of the greatest country in the world. Even though my name is known, at present, by many soldiers - over time, those who know me will also retire or leave the service and eventually the memory of me will be nothing more than a name on an old pay roster or report, and maybe a fading photograph somewhere in some seldom viewed archive. But those things matter not.

Loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, personal courage - more than just values, these things are foundational to ensuring that our Constitution, our civil liberties, and our freedoms remain. Know this, my brothers and sisters in service, that I will always consider you family. I will live my life, post military, upholding not only the Army values but also values that will embody what this country was founded upon. I will remain vigilant, as an American citizen, to ensure that your sacrifices and your service do not go unperceived or discerned by my fellow citizens.

The oath that I took to defend the Constitution holds no less validity today, for me, than it did all those years ago when I first raised my right hand. Now, I have what could be known as perhaps an even greater opportunity to uphold that oath. Should I entertain running in an election, rest assured that my actions will maintain the noble honor that each of you has sacrificed for. Should I but simply live my life in retired bliss (sounds kind of boring), even then I will honor your sacrifices. “Dear God, if there be trouble, let it be in my time – so that my children may know peace”, is a prayer, for me, which does not end on this day.

I have but one entreaty for you: live your life, do your duty, provide your service, and do all in a manner that will not sully the sacrifices of those who came before. Live your life with honor, compassion, truth, faith, and with the hope that what you do today will be viewed by the generations of tomorrow as noble and worthy.

My fellow patriots, soldiers, citizens, brothers and sisters - I thank you for the time I was able to spend with you in service to our great country. As I go forth, on this first day, I carry with me all that I have mentioned here and humbly thank you for your efforts in ensuring that this nation of the people, for the people and by the people indeed does not perish from the earth.

Your brother in service,

Kenneth J. Robart

Did you know that by writing 5 numbers on a tax return the Internal Revenue Service will pay you $6,600 for doing nothing?  According to the Treasury Inspector General's Office the IRS is defrauded between $14 and $16 billion each tax season.  Nearly 30 million tax filers (not taxpayers) share in a $60 billion dollar pie called Earned Income Credit.  Basically, if you earn between $3,000 and $45,000 and have a dependent child, you qualify for a tax credit between $300 and $7,500.

Here is How the IRS is Defrauded $6,600!

Jane Doe writes on her 1040 Schedule C that she earned $13,720 income from an imaginary cleaning business.  Since Jane doesn't have a business, she doesn’t need to purchase any brooms, dust pans, cleaning supplies or mops.  For Jane’s efforts, she will qualify for federal tax credits of $6,600. Before the US Treasury deposits a tax refund of $4,900 into her bank account, they make a deposit into Jane Doe’s social security retirement account for $1,700.  From start to finish, Jane can complete her phantom tax return using phantom income in 15 minutes

I contacted the FBI and informed them that tax preparation companies would defraud the US Treasury of $3.7 billion during the 2013 tax season.   Unscrupulous tax preparers don't hesitate to file bogus EIC tax returns defrauding the IRS of $6,600 because they slice a $200 prep fee before the money ever reaches the hands of the tax fraud.

I issued a press release entitled "Tax Technology Would Save IRS $3.7 Billion in Next 60 Days".   The article had 881 readers.  This included nearly 75 from the counties of France and Germany.  Why would those countries be so interested in learning about tax fraud technology in the United States?

$5,000 Cash Refund or 10 IED’s

The IRS should consider offering EIC tax frauds the choice of receiving $5,000 cash or 10 IED's.   Terrorists shouldn't have to be burdened with going to the bank and then having to negotiate the purchase of improvised explosive devices.

I estimate terrorists obtained 40,000 fraudulent 2012 EIC tax refunds that paid them $200 million this past March.  According to Wikipedia the avg. cost of an IED is $500.  As a result of the IRS ineptness at preventing tax fraud, the US Treasury may have just funded 400,000 IED's.   Why should American troops potentially suffer?

Last fall Randall Sorensen CPA provided the IRS a solution to prevent massive tax fraud.  The IRS kicked the tires for a month only to come back and say: 1) they didn’t have any money and 2) the idea of testing tax returns in real-time lacked innovation.  Really…..   I guess Pony Express trumps Federal Express in the eyes of the IRS.  In contrast, the cash strapped IRS managed to pay $500 million to software developer Strong Castle.  The company was “friends” with an influential IRS employee.  That is pure fraud.

The IRS doesn’t want American taxpayers to know what a complete sieve they are at preventing tax fraud.  Over the course of 20 years, one unscrupulous taxpayer can defraud the US Treasury as much as $300,000 and never have to pay a dime or work a day in their life.  One final rub, the tax fraud qualifies for a retirement because the IRS withheld Social Security taxes from their phantom job.  Speaking of retirement, I believe it’s time to permanently retire the IRS unless they can demonstrate the ability to prevent massive tax fraud that jeopardizes the safety of our troops.

Merriam-Webster’s definition of EXTORTION

1: the act or practice of extorting especially money or other property; especially: the offense committed by 4063561321?profile=originalan official engaging in such practice

2: something extorted; especially: a gross overcharge

From Chicago to Madison to Sacramento to Washington DC and points in between:

» Do as we say and nobody gets hurt. Get the picture sweetheart?

Those self-imagined, self-appointed “intellectual elites” within the ”progressive” Democratic Party and their tarnished Oval Office idol insist the 2012 election is a fight for the middle class.

» Union members make up only 12.9% of the middle class. If a smart politician wanted to fight for the remaining 87.1%, they would be against forcing those voters to pay more taxes so government sector 4063561351?profile=originalunions can enjoy a job where dismissal for incompetence is virtually impossible, Cadillac benefits (with smaller payroll deductions than the private sector) are the norm, and exorbitant salaries and bloated retirement pensions are business as usual.

Government sector unions offer nothing of value to America. The prevention of workplace violations have long been secured by workplace rights legislation. The only value government sector unions have to offer to anyone is to crooked politicians who promise them cushy, taxpayer funded benefits in exchange for campaign funding and guaranteed election turnout.

Can you say criminal quid pro quo?

» You politicians better give us what we want or you will get no union support. Get the picture chum?

For those who propagate the misrepresentation that union’s “fighting for what they believe in” shows character:

» How can anyone truly believe that threatening small business owners with boycotts shows character? 4063561456?profile=originalSmall business owners are people who are hard-working individuals, who have invested overtime hours without pay for weeks, months and years on end in hopes they will achieve the American dream of success, who simply wish to remain neutral in the government sector union’s battle.  Bullying and intimidating these people displays character?

To paraphrase former U.S. President Bill Clinton: It depends on what your definition of character is.

» Support us whether you want to or not and nobody’s business gets hurt. Defy us and we’ll do everything in our power to make sure your business fails. Get the picture pal o’ mine?

On the other hand, when Conservatives peaceably assemble to petition their Government for a redress of grievances, they are rabid, violent, hateful extremists…

…and of course, RACIST!!

» What is extreme is acting like $16 trillion in national debt should be of no concern.

» What is extreme is painting Conservative budget plans to cut a $3.7 trillion federal budget by $61 billion (less than 1%) as extreme.

» What is extreme is describing plans to freezes an already enacted 25% increase in federal government spending as a serious attempt to cut spending.

» What is extreme is classifying brave, self-sacrificing veterans returning from Afghanistan and Iraq as potential domestic terrorists.

» What is extreme is saying that average, everyday Americans who simply want their government to follow the U.S. Constitution should be considered threats to national security.

» What is extreme is demanding an increase in the U.S. debt limit without restraint ad infinitum.

» What is extreme is a Department of Justice that picks and chooses which laws to enforce based on the White House’s “progressive” political agenda.

» What is extreme is a radical fringe leftist “progressive” Oval Office occupier who truly believes that being anti-Constitutional, anti-free speech, anti-free market, anti-business, anti-traditional energy, anti-religious freedom, anti-gun, pro-illegal immigration, pro-UN treaty restrictions on individual U.S. liberties is somehow in any way shape or form in America’s best interests.

» What is extreme is the empty class warfare rhetoric that “the rich”, those top 5 percent who still pay more than the bottom 95 percent, “don’t pay their fair share” of support to a slothful, bloated, deficit spending, ever expanding, spiraling completely out of control federal bureaucratic nightmare.

» What is extreme is the conscious choice made by big government collectivists to ignore economic realities and force every individual to purchase a commodity that imposes collectivist goals on everyone else.

» What is extreme is the conscious decision made by big government collectivists that the bottom 47 percent who do not pay any income taxes somehow magically qualify to receive an income tax refund.

The United States does not have a revenue problem.  The United States has a spending problem.  A major 4063561478?profile=originalspending problem…  Recklessly continuing America’s massive deficit spending in the name of “social justice” or “economic justice” is suicidal.

The re-election of one current White House occupant ensures that America will be destroyed via the institutionalized “progressive” left’s Cloward-Piven strategy.  By foisting the government sector union failure upon America, what the institutionalized “progressive” left is doing is nothing short of criminal.  It is, by definition, extortion.

Instead of being elected to office, they should be imprisoned.
