I wanted to take the liberty of sharing the following letter that I recently sent to our NM Governor with you regarding the gun control measures currently being proposed by our NM Lawmakers:

January 18, 2019

Honorable Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham:

Congratulations on your recent election as our New Mexico Governor.

I am writing you today because in your opening day speech to New Mexico State Lawmakers you called on them to pass various gun control proposals that you supported on the campaign trail and which have been subsequently filed in the New Mexico Legislature.

You also stated that “hunters, sportsmen and responsible gun owners also recognize the need for New Mexico to take steps toward smart, effective gun violence prevention...”, implying that the gun community supports the restrictive measures outlined below:

House Bill 8, so-called "universal background check" legislation sponsored by Representative Debra Sarinana, would ban all private firearms sales between law-abiding individuals. Gun owners will be forced to pay undetermined fees and obtain government approval before selling firearms to family members, friends, neighbors and co-workers, or fellow hunters, competitive shooters and gun club members. This proposal will have no impact on crime and is unenforceable without gun registration.

House Bill 35, sponsored by Representative Miguel Garcia, would require federal firearm licensed dealers to pay the state $200 annually to establish a system for the Department of Public Safety to run stolen gun checks on any used firearm an FFL purchases.  While FFLs and gun owners support getting stolen firearms off the street, a functional process that allows them to conduct such checks in real time needs to be worked out in advance of any such mandate.  And the state, rather than small business owners, should finance such a public safety initiative.

House Bill 40, sponsored by Representative Miguel Garcia, would require criminal records checks on private firearms sales at gun shows – a perennial target of the gun control crowd, even though studies show that these events are not a source of crime guns.

House Bill 83, extreme risk protection order or "red flag" legislation sponsored by Representative Damon Ely, would authorize the seizure of firearms and ammunition from individuals without due process. Unchallenged statements made by a petitioner before a judge, alleging that someone is a danger to themselves or others in an ex parte proceeding -- prior to any formal court hearing at which the respondent can be represented by counsel and present counter evidence -- would be sufficient for law enforcement to enter that person's home and confiscate their private property.

House Bill 87, sponsored by Representative Deborah Armstrong expands the state’s “prohibited person” firearm law by purportedly incorporating federal firearm disqualifications. The bill would prohibit individuals convicted of certain domestic violence misdemeanor crimes or who are subject to a domestic violence protective order from purchasing or possessing a firearm, with violations being a criminal offense. However, the bill goes beyond the prohibited categories in federal law in several significant ways. The state law definition of “household member” – unlike federal law – specifically includes a person who is or has been a continuing personal relationship, which applies to dating or intimate partners who have never lived together. The bill would include, as firearm-prohibiting offenses, nonviolent misdemeanors with no physical contact between the parties (like harassment by telephone or email, or criminal damage to the property or jointly owned property of a “household member”). Unlike federal law, this bill would require anyone subject to a protective order to surrender any firearms they own, possess, or control to law enforcement within 48 hours of the order. Not only does this bill impose a mandatory surrender, it authorizes law enforcement to seize any guns that are in plain sight or are discovered pursuant to a lawful search. Similar legislation had passed the Legislature in 2017 but was vetoed by Gov. Susana Martinez. Significantly, the 2017 legislation contained other options for affected parties to comply with the firearm surrender requirement, including storing their guns with licensed firearm dealers, or transferring the guns to a qualified third party. These key alternatives are not contained in this bill.

House Bill 130, sponsored by Representative Linda Trujillo, would make gun owners criminally and civilly liable if a child gains unsupervised access to an unsecured firearm.  New Mexico already has a first-degree felony child abuse statute on the books to hold adults accountable for putting children's lives or health at risk in any manner. The tools exist to charge and prosecute parents or guardians in appropriate cases. Education is the key to protecting gun owners and their kids, not a state mandate on how one stores a firearm in his or her home.

While nobody is more adamant about preventing violent crime than gun owners and sportsmen, we know that the way to accomplish this is not through intrusive, ineffective and unenforceable gun control schemes, as revealed and/or documented in the following recent article and/or report, which states in part:

“Earlier this month, the Department of Justice published updated numbers on how guns used and found at the scenes of state and federal crimes were obtained, and the American people will be shocked to know that criminals still don’t like to follow gun laws.

The Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) survey was conducted in 2016 and reported that an estimated 287,400 prisoners possessed a gun in 2016 while they committed the crimes for which they were imprisoned.

Overall, it turns out that the vast majority of them didn’t obtain their firearms from a retail source, and fewer than one percent of them got them at a gun show. And a lot of them got their weapons illegally…..”

New gun crime numbers are bad news for the gun control lobby!-Posted on Conservative Review-By Nate Madden-On January 17, 2019:

Additionally, I am extremely concerned, as should every New Mexico resident, about the disturbing information that was revealed in the following recent article, which states in part:

“The Washington Examiner on Wednesday reported that some ranchers near the southern border in New Mexico say they have discovered Islamic prayer rugs on their property in recent months.

A female rancher, who requested anonymity out of fear of retaliation from criminal cartels, told the Examiner, “There’s a lot of people coming in not just from Mexico.”

“People, the general public, just don’t get the terrorist threats of that,” she added. “That’s what’s really scary. You don’t know what’s coming across. We’ve found prayer rugs out here. It’s unreal. It’s not just Mexican nationals that are coming across.”

The rancher lives in the remote southwestern corner of the state near a tiny town called Animas. The nearest municipality of any size in Hidalgo County is Lordsburg, the county seat where a U.S. Border Patrol station is located, some 95 miles north of the border.

With no local police department in Animas, local residents rely on the County Sheriff’s Office and Border Patrol agents for their law enforcement needs, but given the fact that so few law enforcement resources are available in the area, many residents — including the rancher — have armed themselves and rely on friends and neighbors for support in times of need….”

I hope that you and our New Mexico’s lawmakers take into account the extremely disturbing information revealed in the above recent article as you consider any additional gun control measures and/or laws as a means of preventing violent crimes knowing that the way to accomplish this is not through intrusive, ineffective and unenforceable gun control schemes, as meticulously documented in the above article and/or report.

Looking forward to hearing from your office regarding this extremely concerning issue.

Please feel free to contact me at my email address.

Thank you for your continued honorable service to our State and Country/Republic, not only as a former NM U.S. Representative, but now as our Governor.

God Bless you and your family.

Respectfully,

Jake L. Martinez

House Consumer and Public Affairs Committee Passes Bloomberg Anti-Gun Agenda on a 3-2 Vote!-Posted on NRA-ILA-On January 25, 2019:

On Thursday evening, the House Consumer and Public Affairs Committee voted to sail through multiple bills backed by New York billionaire Michael Bloomberg. The following bills were supported by Representatives Liz Thomson (D-Albuquerque) House District 24, Andrea Romero (D-Santa Fe) House District 46, and Angelica Rubio ( D-Las Cruces) House District 35.

House Bill 8: "Universal" Background Checks - Sponsored by Representative Debra Sarinana, would ban all private firearms sales between law-abiding individuals. Gun owners would be forced to pay undetermined fees and obtain government approval before selling firearms to family members, friends, neighbors and co-workers, or fellow hunters, competitive shooters and gun club members. This proposal will have no impact on crime and is unenforceable without gun registration.

House Bill 40: Background Checks at Gun Shows: Sponsored by Representative Miguel Garcia, would require criminal records checks on private firearms sales at gun shows - a perennial target of the gun control crowd, even though studies show that these events are not a source of crime guns.

House Bill 83: Extreme risk protection order or "red flag" legislation sponsored by Representative Daymon Ely, would authorize the seizure of firearms and ammunition from individuals without due process.

House Bill 87: Domestic Violence & Firearm - by Representative Deborah Armstrong expands the state's "prohibited person" firearm law by purportedly incorporating federal firearm disqualifications. The bill would prohibit individuals convicted of certain domestic violence misdemeanor crimes or who are subject to a domestic violence protective order from purchasing or possessing a firearm, with violations being a criminal offense. However, the bill goes far beyond the categories currently included in federal law, in addition to requiring firearm seizure.

We would like to thank Representative Gregg Schmedes (R-Tijeras) and Representative Candy Ezzell (R-Roswell) for voting against these bills.

Additionally, The Senate Public Affairs Committee voted to pass Senate Bill 8, so called "universal” background checks Sponsored by Senator Richard Martinez (D) and Peter Wirth (D) on a vote of 4-3. Senators Gerald Ortiz y Pino (D), Liz Stefanics (D), Antoinette Lopez (D), and Jeff Steinborn (D) all voted for the bill.

We want to thank Senators Candace Gould (R), Craig Brandt (R), and Stuart Ingle (R) for voting against this bill.

NEXT STEPS: The next stop for the House bills that passed is the House Judiciary Committee. The next stop for Senate Bill 8 is the Senate Judiciary Committee.

New Mexico: Legislature Adjourns from 2019 Legislative Session – Multiple Anti-Gun Bills Defeated!-Posted on NRA-ILA-On March 16, 2019:

Today, the New Mexico Legislature adjourned from its hectic and busy 2019 Legislative session at noon.  While this session saw the passage of extreme gun control legislation, Senate Bill 8, multiple gun control bills were also defeated as the final gavel dropped, Including:

House Bill 83: Extreme risk firearm protection order or "red flag" legislation sponsored by Representative Daymon Ely, sought to authorize the seizure of firearms and ammunition from individuals without due process.

New Mexico already has a first degree felony child abuse statute on the books to hold adults accountable for putting children's lives or health at risk in any manner. The tools exist to charge and prosecute parents or guardians in appropriate cases. Education is the key to protecting gun owners and their kids, not a state mandate on how one stores a firearm in his or her home.

House Bill 35, by Representative Miguel Garcia, sought to require federal firearm licensed dealers to pay the state $200 annually to establish a system for the Department of Public Safety to run stolen gun checks on any used firearm an FFL purchases.  While FFLs and gun owners support getting stolen firearms off the street, a functional process that allows them to conduct such checks in real time needs to be worked out in advance of any such mandate.  And the state, rather than small business owners, should finance such a public safety initiative.

Senate Bill 201: Firearm Transfer Act - Sponsored by Senator Michael Padilla, sought to ban all private firearms sales between law-abiding individuals, including every gift, loan or a simple handing off of a gun to a friend at the range. Gun owners would be forced to pay undetermined fees and obtain government approval before selling or gifting firearms to family members, friends, neighbors and co-workers, or fellow hunters, competitive shooters and gun club members.

Illegal Immigration

Illegal Immigration

Jim Mullen

Assume someone broke into your home and your urgent call to the authorities was met with derision and disinterest. Imagine them telling you, that unless they were physically harming you, authorities had more pressing things to worry about since breaking into your home is only a misdemeanor. And besides, they are just poor people looking for a safe place to live. Furthermore, it’s the civilized, humanitarian thing for you to care for these people and tend to all their needs, and if you do not, you are a racist.

Then envision the scenario of being told that you are also responsible for any and all of their family members wishing to live in your home.

Sound ludicrous? It happens every day in our country.

Our federal government has no greater constitutional responsibility, nor more important function than protecting our home borders. There is also no greater failure than the lack of performance of this duty. Hundreds of thousands of our troops guard borders around the world, while an epidemic of illegal immigration to our country goes unchecked.

Republicans historically have stood against closing our borders to keep the cash pipeline open from businesses to coffers in exchange for cheap labor. Democrats, likewise, refuse all efforts to build a wall or support anything that stems the tide of illegal aliens in the party’s decades-long, successful effort to change the culture, political makeup, and ethnicity of America.

Both parties cry about separating families. American citizens did not separate these families; those coming here illegally separated their families, and reunification awaits their return home.

A country without secure borders cannot protect its citizens, and ceases to exist as a sovereign nation. Where lawlessness is accepted or excused, the lawless reign.

Mexico demands we accept their low-skilled, uneducated workers, and we subserviently oblige. Money is sent to their families in Mexico, and since they pay little or no taxes, taxpayers subsidize them, and the unscrupulous businesses for which they work.

Additionally, the visa program is systemically broken. Those entering legally from around the world with a visa can simply disappear into a bureaucratic fog.

Aside from the obvious issues of security; education, health care and social security systems are in deep financial difficulty due, in large part, to the vast invasion of our nation by foreign armies.

It’s not enough they allow unlawful incursions; politicians warmly embrace hoards of people from terrorist nations who have proven in Europe and nationally to cause upheaval and unnecessary and preventable deaths of thousands of innocent people.

Despite these unmitigated crises, Leftist politicians move to legalize tens of millions of illegals plus millions more that will claim familiar ties. Cries for “Comprehensive immigration legislation,” are codes for amnesty, legalization, and citizenship.  Amnesty always brings more illegal immigration.

President Trump is the first Presidential candidate to address the massive sieges of our borders; and was elected in large part to his stance on building a fence to end the onslaughts; including importation from terrorist countries.

The federal government has given up on, and scores at the state and local levels are uncooperative in, enforcement of immigration laws.  Areas in the West and Southwest, and in metropolitan areas controlled by Democrats, are havens for lawless, drug-infested areas populated with illegal aliens.

Despite repeated cries to government about people breaking into our home, the silence says, ‘live with it.’ Furthermore, politicians demand that we assume responsibility for total support of the intruders by paying for their education, healthcare, and indulging them as if they belong in our homes. Our resistance is met with epithets of racist, xenophobe, or Islamophobe.

A steady stream of demagoguery spews from congress and the establishment bureaucrats. It’s time Americans demand that congress back President Trump’s call for the wall, and except under rare circumstances; immigration must be limited, and tailored toward the needs of our nation.

Anti-American ‘Globalists’ and ‘No-borders’ lunatics are powerful, well organized, and well funded; as is the New Socialist Democrat Party. These George Soros-like leftists are united in their quest to weaken America to the point of collapse. America must stand for strength, independence, and constitutional law. Allowing decades of lawlessness by our government is traitorous, and cannot be tolerated.

The fake news that the Trump administration was “considering” using 100,000 National Guardsmen to round up illegal aliens has been thoroughly debunked by now, except in the minds of those who screech, “But, but, there was a memo!”

Well, the memo, as the Independent Journal Review reported, was a DHS draft memo that was never put forward for serious consideration. Nor did it mention the figure 100,000, The hyperventilating Associated Press put the fake news out that it was an actual plan one smidgeon short of an imminent executive order. President Trump said the report was false. The Pentagon said the report was false. So just who were “considering” it? The janitorial staff after emptying the waste basket it was tossed in?

ICE arrested over 700 illegals in recent operations and reported that they are doing exactly what they did under President  Obama. ICE reports that some 75 percent of these illegals had criminal records. They should be deported to protect American citizens such as Kate Steinle, murdered in the sanctuary city of San Francisco.. President Obama used to tout his record number of deportations. ICE reports that one 2012 operation netted 350 percent more illegals than recent raids In April, 2012, ICE arrested more than 3,100 illegals with criminal records  Problem was Obama’s deportees kept coming back over an unsecured border. An illegal that was deported four or more times was counted as four or more deportations.

Undaunted by the facts, fake news outlets like CNN weave tales of children living in fear that ICE will shatter their dreams with that proverbial midnight knock on the door:

Donald Trump's win shattered the dreams and ignited the fears of hundreds of thousands of undocumented immigrants known as "dreamers."

They are the young people who were brought to the United States by their parents as children.

This population, which the American Immigration Council says is roughly 1.8 million, feels exceptionally vulnerable under a Trump presidency because many came out of the shadows when President Barack Obama offered them temporary legal presence through executive action in 2012. Now, with a president-elect who promised to deport the undocumented, the fear of deportation is more real than ever.

Time was when liberal Democrats like Hillary Clinton shared Donald Trump’s dream of family reunification for illegal alien families on the other side of the border. Hillary should know about deportations, since she was First Lady when presidential hubby William Jefferson Clinton returned a young Elian Gonzalez to his father in Cuba, literally at gunpoint.

As recently as June, 2014, when unaccompanied minor children were being ferried by “coyotes” under contract north on the tops of boxcars in what GOP presidential contender Jeb Bush said was an “act of love”,  Hillary Clinton told CNN  such children should be quickly returned to their foreign parents, to send a message:

“They should be sent back as soon as it can be determined who the responsible adults in their family are because there are concerns about whether all of them can be sent back, but I think all of them that can be should be reunited with their families,” she said, adding that the United States must do more to confront the violence in the region and strengthen border security. “But we have to send a clear message that ‘Just because your child gets across the border, that doesn’t mean your child gets to stay. We don’t want to send a message that is contrary to our laws or encourage more children to make that dangerous journey.”

They should be sent back as soon as possible, she said, which is what Donald Trump is saying. We don’t want to encourage more children to come, which is what Donald Trump is saying. Trump would go farther, building the same type of fence Israel has built and Saudi Arabia is building as well as interpreting the 14th Amendment as it was written, an amendment to guarantee freed slaves, not illegal aliens, their U.S. citizenship.

President Bill Clinton was also for family reunification of minor children with their parents south of U.S. territory as shown by the case of Eliang Gonzalez, the young Cuban boy who as he was nearing his sixth birthday on Thanksgiving 199 when a fisherman off the Florida coast found him hanging on tp an inner tube after his mother, among others fleeing Castro’s Cuba drowned in the attempt.

Elian’s mother was hoping to bring Elian and join the extended family in the U.S. as they fled the poverty and oppression (sound familiar?) of Cuba. Elian’s father, who was separated from his wife at the time, chose to stay behind. As Investor’s Business Daily editorialized:

As Fox News Latino reported, Gonzalez's Miami relatives had refused to surrender him to authorities, leading to the infamous raid on April 22, 2000, on President Bill Clinton's watch, by armed federal agents who seized Elian at gunpoint from a closet where he was hiding at his uncle's home in Little Havana.

He was forcibly returned to Cuba two months later….

It was then-Deputy Attorney General Holder who invented the "legal" cover for federal agents to forcibly enter the home of Elian Gonzalez's legal custodians, American citizens all, so he could be returned to the warm embrace of Castro in communist Cuba.

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals had ruled that once the INS chose a guardian, the guardianship could not be changed. On Dec, 1, 1999, the INS asserted that Miami-based uncle Lazaro Gonzalez was now Elian's legal custodian. Holder then decided on his own that the court ruling and the INS determination were both invalid and that Elian would be returned to his father in Cuba…

Today, if Elian Gonzalez were Honduran and his reunited family likely to vote Democratic down the road, he might get to stay with Holder's blessings under the same rule of lawlessness that once forcibly returned a young Cuban boy to Castro's tyranny.

Aye, there’s the rub, Hispanics were more in political play in 1999 and the Cubans of south Florida were staunchly Republican. Just ask Florida Senator and presidential contender Marco Rubio, himself the son of Cuban immigrants seeking freedom from oppression. Today, “illegal alien” is a term many find synonymous with “undocumented Democrat”.

So it is no surprise that Democrats, who under Bill Clinton, stood silently by as Elian Gonzalez was seized at gunpoint and forcibly removed to the oppression of Castro’s Communist Cuba, now hyperventilate as Donald Trump proposes building a high wall, albeit with a big gate, to protect American sovereignty and the declining value of U.S. citizenship.

We should at least copy what has been called the “Great Wall of Saudi Arabia”. Built to block a potential influx of Islamic State terrorists, it accomplishes what a sovereign state is obligated to do – protect its borders. We too often ignore the fact that among the flood of “oppressed” illegal aliens, gang members like those of MS-13 and terrorists could be hiding, as Marine Corps. Gen. and now DHS Secretary John Kelly once testified before Congress:

"Clearly, criminal networks can move just about anything on these smuggling pipelines," he testified in February to the House Armed Services Committee. "Terrorist organizations could seek to leverage those same smuggling routes to move operatives with intent to cause grave harm to our citizens or even quite easily bring weapons of mass destruction into the United States."

Build Trump’s fence first, and then talk about immigration reform. And while we are having this conversation, liberals, let us remember it was Bill Clinton who pointed a gun at Elian Gonzalez, not Donald Trump.

Once again, Trumps immigration pause to improve vetting of those who may wish to do us harm was shut down by an Obama justice in Hawaii. U.S. District judge Derrik Kahala Watson, a fellow law graduate of Harvard law school with the former President, the judge went one step further, and proclaimed his injunction covered the entire United States. This was based on the judges interpretation giving those who want to come to our country who are not U.S. citizens the right to travel and freedom of association, rights singularly for U.S. Citizens. Using the claim that the temporary pause of immigration from six countries violates the establishment clause on the basis of religion is absurd as 44 countries that are predominantly Muslim are not on the list.

These rights have been solely given to the citizens of this country for the past two hundred years alone. Obama made appoint to ensure that he met with and had dinner with Obama the night before his ruling. A ruling that was 48 pages long and highly detailed. This judge must have worked all night to get it written, typed and proofread. Obamas shadow government must have had to work overtime to get it done.

This rights were extended to an imam by the justice strictly for the purpose of bringing his family over  because he was Muslim. It was a blatant abuse of judicial power, in effect claiming that if someone who is in our country and an immigrant has family he wants to bring over, and if he Islamic, that there must be a special right granted to bring them here, effectively ending any control over the security of the country and the ri9ght of the people. There would be no limitations on who could come here and would end any control over the borders of the country.

In 2016, the Supreme Court ruled that the right of association does not include bringing non vetted immigrants to the country. The President had been given specific power over immigration as far as giving the President the right to ban any alien for any reason for any reason whatsoever. The judge in Hawaii never even mentioned this statute. Nor did he mention any prior decision made by any court that gave him this right to circumvent the Constitution or the rule of law.

It was such a misapplication of the law that five judges dissented from reviewing the original decision that has since been rescinded, and have stated about the Hawaii judges decision that it was in fact

“filled with many, obvious and fundamental errors and went against all precedent”. No matter how we as individuals may feel about the President or the executive order, the President’s decision was well within the powers of the Presidency.”

These same five judges recognize that the President has both constitutional (Article 1 Section 8) and statutory authority (the 1952 Immigration and Nationality Act) to control immigration as applied to national security.8USC182 states in part:

“Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may, by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non immigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem appropriate.”

A Ninth Circuit  former chief Justice Alex Kozinsky stated

“ There was no basis for the prior Ninth Circuit decision. This Hawaii decision goes further that any court has gone before. Hopefully it will be reviewed, but in the interim, the country’s safety is put into jeopardy because one federal judge decided to anoint himself as the one Supreme Court of the country”.

Law professors from Jonathon Turley to Jeffrey Toobin, liberal law professors have also condemned the original decision and the Hawaii overreach.  There have been countless articles written about the courts  losing credibility, and these injunctions, both the original one and the one that Hawaii and Maryland  have delayed have no precedent, and both injunctions have no historical basis in fact.

Calling it a Muslim ban has been thrown around for the past few weeks, but what if Obamas Christian ban. 95% of all immigrants over the past few years have been Muslim, only 5% Christian were allowed to flee the genocide taking place in the Middle East.

There are many areas that this judge got wrong. Used in the injunction was remarks made by President Trump during his campaign, and ignored the language of the executive order. The justification that the Executive Order in the interest of national security and were applied to these six countries  that are state sponsors of terrorism as designated by Obama with no government to assist in the vetting process.

The judiciary aggressiveness towards this President is based on the premise that the President can not be trusted. Judges must be impartial and pay continual respect to the Constitution, legislation and Supreme Court decisions. The interests of the judicial branch as irrelevant, as the competing interests and intent of the other two branches and the decision must be made about the decisions in our republic.

There is no inherent “right” to immigrate to our country. And how far can the entire argument be taken. Will we allow a rogue federal judge to stop any conflict in the future because it may harm Muslims more than others?  And as in a footnote in Hawaii, will the judiciary now being setting refugee limits contrary to established law? Will the activism of the judiciary turn us into a third world country where everyone must be let in.

This must be fought in the halls of Congress and in the courts that continue to follow the Constitution.

Look at the official record.  There are many votes where Rubio may say one thing, yet his official voting record may be the opposite.

This 1st vote shown was before Ted Cruz became a member of the Senate.  October 6, 2011, Vote 157:  Sen. Rubio voted with Sen. Harry Reid’s S. 1619  “Decision of the Chair (Shall the Decision of the Chair Stand as the Judgment of the Senate).  This was Sen. The Real Election Battle Is Between Wall Street Cronies And Non Wall Street Donald Trump

Donald Trumps Wealth Isn't Tied To Or Earned Through Wall Street

The Real Election Battle Is Between Wall Street Cronies And Non Wall Street Donald Trump

Tea Party Main Street | 2-5-2016

So what's the problem with the "Non Wall Street" New Yorker Donald Trump who will only be good for the U.S.? Donald Trump doesn't rely on other peoples money to build his business. Donald Trump takes his own earned income and constantly reinvests it in deals that will double down and earn him more. Donald Trump is great at it and will do it for "All U.S. Citizens". Except for Donald Trumps huge skyscraper towers which he used borrowed bank money to build most of Donald Trumps properties were paid for out of profits through "Buy And Sell" ventures.

The two paragraphs below are just a general outline of the way Wall Street fleeces the public out of money. The public cries about losses when the economy crashes as the wealthy come out on top and the public gets flushed down drain. When the public gets flushed the financial institutions always claim hardship because the money for the financial institutions survival has already been transferred into the 1 percenters pockets and private bank accounts and they won't transfer it back to save their own asses, hence, "Taxpayer Money Gets Used To Save Retirement Accounts" because the financial institutions have paid the politicians to protect them. Politicians are also involved with the financial institutions in their wealth building .

Wall Street cronies grab other peoples money and buy stocks in businesses then stuff the excess profits the business investments make them into their own pockets which translates into billions of dollars. The people that let these greedy crony Wall Streeter's use their money only see a little bitty 3% return if your so lucky. Where's the other 97%? Operational costs? B.S.. The other 97% goes to pay for someone's lavish lifestyle. When you borrow a banks money or use your credit card you can pay anywhere from 18% to 23%. Why are financial institutions that borrow your money for investment purposes only paying you out a measly 3% (compounded daily of coarse). Worst of all you put your money in a bank for safe keeping and the banks loan your money to someone else or invest it without your permission and only pay you 2% or 3% and tell you the other 97% goes to operational costs. The U.S. government regulates fixed priced home loans but if you chose a variable rate loan you can get screwed big time when the economy goes into recession and the banks lose money and the borrower always has to pick up the cost of the banks screw up by paying more on their home loan as their interest rate is increased.

Wall Street invents financial investment products that are on paper only and sells them to everybody who wants to earn pennies on the dollar (compounded daily of coarse). Huge amounts of retirement funds get dumped into these invisible paper financial products and when the stock market crashes people who have dumped their retirement funds into these invisible financial paper products lose it all and it always comes back to the banks and financial institutions as the cause of the stock market crash.
The point of the above paragraphs is to show how Wall Street engages in making the public pay for their bad investment decisions while they make their wealth off of paying out very little and not having to take losses when they mess the economy up. Donald Trump didn't make his wealth engaging in this behavior.

Donald Trump doesn't earn his money this way. Donald Trump buys "Real Property" mostly old buildings, fixes these building up and resells them or rents them. Donald Trump didn't make his fortune off Wall Street or from corporations. Corporations and Wall Street are tied to each other hand in hand. Donald Trump has nothing to do with the "Wall Street & Corporate Crony" relationship. Donald Trump Buys and Sells real estate and sells his name to the highest bidder like these Hollywood actors do which is called branding. If a business wants to use Donald Trumps name to sell stuff Donald Trump charges a fee to the business to do so and this has nothing to do with Wall Street.

Donald Trump's buy and sell business is one of the last "U.S. Owned And Controlled" businesses. Donald Trump may have some stocks and bonds he owns but didn't create his wealth off the stock market. Donald Trump may even have some investors involved in developing his buy and sell properties but the investors are not stock market associated and are reimbursed through legal contract. Donald Trump purchases defunct business properties, gets them started up again and profitable then either keeps them or sells them the old fashion way as car buffs do by taking an old classic car to fix up and resell for profit. Donald Trump makes his money as a baseball card collector does by buying a pack of baseball cards, getting a rare star player trading card then selling that rare trading card for profit. Donald Trump just did it with real estate.

Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio are fully funded and controlled by "Wall Street Money" so if your looking to change the government to the better you won't do it with Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio or any other of the crony Wall Street funded candidates. If I had to pick a candidate other than Donald Trump it would have to be Carly Fiorina now that Rick Santorum got pissed off at voters and decided to get back at voters by endorsing Marco Rubio. Carly Fiorina is Wall Street connected since she worked for Hewitt Packard but if we have to pick turd it may as well be Carly because the stink isn't as bad as the other candidates who will indeed flood the U.S. with immigrants to satisfy Wall Street.

* Politicians and business professionals that buy and sell to make their money, "Alright".

* Politicians and business professionals that make their money off  Wall Street and corporations, "No Way".

* Anyone that makes their money off of government or investing while in government beyond a paycheck should be crapped on.

Vote For Donald Trump Or Be Stuck With Whatever Income The Wall Street Gang Lets You Have After They Pay For Their Cheap Immigrant Labor.

The True Beginning Of The Now "Tea Party"

4064203460?profile=originalThe Real Beginning of the "Tea Party" is Ross Perot's "Reform Party" that was formed back in 1995.

Article: The True Beginning Of The Now "Tea Party"

Back in the 1990's the republican party had no idea the democrats had turned to communism because it was so well covered up. The Reform Party went dormant after 2000 due to them splitting the vote and causing losses for republicans then came to life as the now "Tea Party" in 2008 when Sean Hannity and Lou Dobbs sparked conservative protests commentating about Barack Obama's social communist roots. The Reform Party still exists but is still 3rd party without its supporters who are now active in the republican party base known as the "Tea Party" wing.

Ross Perot's dream political party did in fact become reality after 8 years of laying dormant with no leadership after the leadership of it's beginning fell apart due to Ross Perot not realizing the 3rd party movement was not working and he endorsed Pat Buchanan as the reform party nominee over Donald Trump for the 2000 presidential run then went further by endorsing George W. Bush over the reform party nominee which killed the reform party movement.

Ross Perot's reform party still existed between its fall in 2000 and the rising up of its supporters as the now "Tea Party" in 2008. The leadership of the present day reform party still hangs on to the failed 3rd party ideals while its supporters remain active as the now "Tea Party" in the republican base. The failed 3rd party ideals of leadership that never listen to or follow their supporters will always fail good or bad and only goes to show leadership that sticks to failed ways will always be the leadership of themselves only.

Had Ross Perot endorsed Donald Trump and ran Donald Trump on the republican ticket all the social and economic problems of today would not exist. There would be no Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and libertarian Bush's screwing up our lives and losing us our incomes. The borders would be closed and the economy booming in favor of U.S. citizens. The middle east war would have been ended and U.S. energy supplies would be abundant at a low cost.

Donald Trump's Statement Concerning Vladimir Putin's And U.S. Government Death March

4064191145?profile=original

The Sacrifice Of U.S. Citizens By The U.S. Government

Remember, "Donald Trump Is Not A Trained Politician" with the scripted words that eventually get the trained politicians that are in and have been in control of the U.S. into office we have no desire for. Donald Trump doesn't use teleprompters and just states the unscripted truth as his supporters have come to realize is absolutely truthful. Donald Trump doesn't elaborate and you have to be able to understand reality in order to make sense of Donald Trumps words and what Donald Trump means when he is saying his words.

It's good that Vladimir Putin made some positive comments about Donald Trump after Donald Trump stated he would have a good relationship with the Russian president. This means Donald Trump and Putin are, "Going To Talk" seriously about the middle east and other world affairs. These talks need to happen and if a rosy appearance develops between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin that's not a bad thing at all. "They Will Talk". WWIII between Russia and the United States needs to be avoided. A rosy relationship between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin? I'll take it over WWIII any day. Donald Trump has proven himself to be "Tea Party" over and over again so he will be given the trust of dealing with Putin through "NEGOCIATIONS" that are not the strong point of the other presidential candidates or past presidents that got us into this mess.

Donald Trump stated Putin is the leader of Russian as chosen by the people of Russia after the liberal reporter on MSNBC told Donald Trump Putin murders reporters. Putin in fact does murder reporters and his rivals but Putin is the leader of Russia and the "People Of Russia Will Not Correct The Problem Of Putin" and the killing machine of the Russia government. Donald Trump cannot refuse to talk to Putin or any other world governments that kill their rivals to stay in power. You bet, "If Obama And The Communist U.S. Democrats Stay In Power The Russia Way Of Killing Off Rivals Will Develop In The U.S. Without A Doubt".

As for Donald Trump stating the U.S. government kills people also? "THAT HOLDS TRUE" if you look at all the "Massive Unchecked Immigration" that's being allowed by our failure ridden U.S. government. The 9/11 World Trade Center deaths were caused by U.S. government intent as to being an intent of our corrupt U.S. government putting immigrants in front of the safety of U.S. citizens. U.S. citizens have become not even secondary to the U.S. government but in fact, " A USELESS NUISANCE" so our deaths that are caused by foreigners are just calculated into the overall plan that transforms the U.S. into a communist nation like the military estimates the deaths of soldiers prior to an invasion of a military opponent. "True". Even though an order wasn't directly given by the U.S. government to kill the over 3000 people in the World Trade Center it was known by the U.S. government that U.S. citizens would die due to their plan of flooding the U.S. with massive amounts of legal and illegal immigrants.

Donald Trump Will Temporarily Stop The Bad To Keep U.S. Citizens Safe From Elitist Gain

Donald Trump Will Temporarily Ban The Bad That Keeps The Bad Politicians In Business

Muslims are muslims first over being patriot U.S. citizens. Muslims are patriots to the muslim faith and "Sharia Law" over being patriots to the foreign countries they are living in. The muslims enter the U.S., have children then teach them to be sharia patriots that are anti country they are born in. This is true in the case of hispanics also and has been proven time and time again.

The good will that has grown and has been installed since the beginning of the U.S. by the founding fathers is being abused by the "Rino" establishment republicans and communist democrats to change the U.S. constitution away from the protection of U.S. citizens to meet their ideology of changing the U.S. from a nation of citizens to a nation of their control of U.S. citizens and advancing their warped group ideology over the warped group ideology of their competitors ideology. U.S. citizen advancement and well being doesn't even factor in to their plans of making their history changing move geared towards "Self And Group Self".

The passage written on the Statue of Liberty that reads, "Bring Us Your Tired, Poor And Hungry Masses" is being used as a deception to flood the U.S. with the worlds tired, poor and hungry masses in an attempt to take the rights of U.S. citizens away and make government by the communist democrats and/or business communism pushed by the libertarian establishment republicans the dominate governing entities over U.S. citizens. Our value outlook towards immigrants and human life is being used against U.S. citizens for the personal and political gains of everything that keeps U.S. citizens under the "Control" of the elected communist democrats or libertarian communist business republicans who fight a battle against each other for control over U.S. citizens? Or will U.S. citizens rise up and install Donald Trump as president of the United States who will fight the battle to enrich U.S. citizens over the anti U.S. citizen libertarian GOP communist business power and democratic communist government entities?

The United States needs a leader and not a politician with baggage that preaches the Tea Party message but has done nothing to further Tea Party values other that run their mouths about how much they will get done when they are already in elected offices and have done nothing but run their mouths. Paris – The Final Alarm Has Sounded

By Craig Andresen – The National Patriot and Right Side Patriots

The horrific nature of the events, as they unfolded in Paris a couple of nights ago, havehell-1.jpg?width=202 shed the glaring light of truth on the absurdity under which we live. The real questions are these…at what point will we finally open our eyes and how much of this must be endured before we wake the hell up?

Islamic terrorist attack after Islamic terrorist attack takes place. They take place in our country, in France, in Spain, in England, in Bali and around the globe and for a few, brief moments, we open one eye, decry the acts and then…then we roll over and go back to sleep.

Yes…we have fought wars but it is how we have been forced to fight those wars that raise more questions then they answer.

We have the strongest military on earth but…

Political Correctness and the Criminal Element

By Craig Andresen – The National Patriot and Right Side Patriots

ll-1.jpg?width=229“The Department of Justice is committed to giving justice-involved youth the tools they need to become productive members of society.”
– The Obama regime’s Attorney General Loretta Lynch

Once again, the Obama regime and liberals at large are trying to spare the oh-so-delicate feelings of an element of our society that simply doesn’t give a crap about anything, anyone else and for that matter, themselves.

What Lynch is talking about, what she is calling “justice-involved youth” are punks, thieves, delinquents, thugs, drug users and whatever else today’s youths do to break the law. It seems, to her, the Obama regime and assorted liberals and socialists, all those little criminals need is a new label, a round or 2 of Kumbaya and an atta boy or girl to make them productive members of society.

They aren’t society’s losers…not according to the liberal/socialist agenda anyway…what they are is participants and being called “justice-involved youths” is their trophy…their reward for just showing up.

We can’t damage their complete lack of self-esteem by calling them exactly what they are now can we? No…we must somehow find a way to make them feel more proud of their criminal activity by calling them what they are most certainly not.

Justice-involved?

Trump, Trumpers Trumped by Truth

By Craig Andresen – The National Patriot and Right Side Patriots on cprworldwidemedia.net

trumper-1.jpg?width=280For the past month, and with few signs of letting up…Trumpers, some of them Conservatives…most of them Trump trolls…shills for the liberal/socialist machine…continue to try and sway voters to vote Trump or NOTHING in November 2016.

Trump, they claim, is THE Conservative answer we need.

I will say this much right here at the top of this article…should Trump either secure or purchase the Republican nomination, he will have my vote because I…unlike Trump himself…WILL support whoever the republican nominee happens to be.

However…

Trump is not the answer we, as Conservatives, have been seeking all these years.

As Conservatives, we have held, for years, to a certain set of standards we have wanted in a candidate. We want a solid Conservative. ..someone who has exhibited solid Conservative practices over a considerable time span from which we can see the candidate’s true motives, true agenda and voting record.

Is Donald Trump a fit regarding that standard?

‘Illegal’ immigrants must be required to leave the USA, return to their native nation, and go through the ‘legal’ process; in returning to the USA.

For years, and based on my conversations to many other thousands across America, President Obama, many leaders on Capitol Hill, leaders in the Republican National Committee (RNC), and the ‘Main-stream’ Medias, continue, in their efforts, to force and/or otherwise convince Americans that it is OK for ‘illegal’ immigrants to come into the USA without any questioning.

Not so; regardless of who tries to misrepresent your personal National Security values on this subject.  What Americans are witnessing today is an open ‘Illegal’ immigration with an unauthorized and ‘unlawful’ government that is supporting an out-of-control invasion; all at (y)our costs.

‘Illegal’ immigrants continue to come into the USA; many with  a record of criminality and is costing our taxpayers of food, housing, healthcare, education, etc., not to mention the massive amounts of law-abiding citizens suffering from physical attacks, larceny, illegal drugs, murderers, rapes, and more.

On a regular basis, an overwhelming majority of Americans refuse to accept a ‘left-wing’ government in the White House and/or on Capitol Hill that is allowing ‘illegal’ immigrants to continue living in America as the normal.

Whenever a bank is robbed, the ‘thieves’ are required to return their money back.  The robbing of a citizenship of any individual’s freedoms and values is much more precious than any amount of money stolen from a bank.

All ‘Illegal’ immigrants ‘must’ be required to leave the USA, return to their native nation, and go through the ‘legal’ process; in returning to the USA.

‘Illegal’ immigration in the USA is an invasion.  Their decisions are discarding of services of many who have served their nation, and/or given their own lives for the freedoms and values.

Other hard working tax-paying Americans are being forced to pay more in protecting other ‘Illegal’ immigrants in the USA.

This ‘unlawful’ Washington, DC activity must stop in the White House, on Capitol Hill, and within the RNC!

Illegal immigration is the ‘ISSUE’ of the day.  Today’s legislation, H R 3009; ‘Enforce the Law for Sanctuary Cities Act’, will require cities to honor the Constitution and US Code, or be removed from receiving US Government funding.

Many cities are violating the laws by allowing their cities to supersede our Constitution and by allowing ‘illegal’ and ‘felonious’ criminals to hide in their cities without fear of arrest or, deportations.

Republican Party Speaker, John Boehner has got to go!

75 Capitol Hill Republicans joined Republican Party Speaker, John Boehner in supporting all of the entire US House voting Democrat Party for totally funding President Obama’s Department of Homeland Security for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2015.

All of these 182 Democrat Party ‘YEA’ votes and 75 Republican Party ‘YEA’ votes were in support of President Obama’s ‘illegal’ immigration funding legislation.

While Americans and most Republicans are calling on Capitol Hill to ‘STOP’ President Obama’s ‘illegal’ immigration and to ‘STOP’ the spending, almost all Democrats and many Republicans are ignoring the cry.  All Democrats and 75 Republicans, led by Speaker Boehner, continue to support President Obama and reject ‘We the People’.

The End Justifies The Means

Gone are the days in which we once cherished the delicate balance between government authority and individual liberty.

Our Constitution, that once connected one generation to the next by restraining the excess of the present, is being erased.

The terms and conditions for governing that once held the same meaning under our Constitution in the past no longer applies to the present as both political parties are unwilling to respect or even defend the Constitution.

The President of the United States faces no opposition from either elected party in Congress as he imposes his vision of transforming our Republic. By relinquishing their power to check the President, Congress has thus become an enabler of their end while their constituents are forced to subsidize their own demise.

The President, having a mind disposed to adaptation according to political expedients that serve the contemporary policy agenda of his choosing, is acting akin to Machiavelli’s Prince knowing that the few who dare oppose him have no voice in Congress to address their appeals.

In The Prince, Machiavelli writes “Everybody sees what you appear to be, few feel what you are, and those few will not dare to oppose themselves to the many, who have the majesty of the state to defend them; and in the actions of men, and especially of princes, from which there is no appeal, the end justifies the means“.

The chilling meaning of this, as explained by John Wheeler of the Western Free Press, is that if  “a goal is ‘morally’ important enough , any method of achieving it is acceptable”.

When progressives like Obama say one thing then later, usually in the very next sentence, contradict what they previously said and conservatives sputter in disbelief, it becomes humorous.

Humorous in the notion that you actually believed what they said in the first place as if their expected to be held accountable for their statements.

“They don’t feel bound by what they said because it was just a means to an end and if the end changes or the means to that end changes, that’s just the way it is”, writes Wheeler.

Wheeler further explains that there is “no real ‘moral’ or ‘ethical’ quandary because the end is still the goal, so as long as that is achieved, how they achieve it is not relevant”.

As for Obama, morals, principles and ethics do not exist.

“The issue is never the issue”, writes David Horowitz of Front Page Mag, “the issue is always power – how to wring power out of the democratic process, how to turn the political process into an instrument of control, how to use that control to fundamentally transform the United States of America, which is exactly what Barack Obama has done”.

With the mindset of a prince, the President on Wednesday extolled the “morals” of his majesty while discussing opposition to his executive amnesty at an Immigration town hall meeting in Miami.

First, he issued a threat to Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers if they dare disobey his orders to not deport illegal immigrants he is protecting via his executive actions on amnesty that Andrew Hansen, a Texas Federal Judge, blocked last week.

Judge Hansen held that Obama’s program of Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA) is “actually affirmative action rather than inaction” because the program grants “legal presence to individuals Congress has deemed deportable or removable, as well as the ability to obtain Social Security numbers, work authorization permits, and the ability to travel.”

The Judge further went on to state that the Department of Homeland Security cannot “enact a program whereby it not only ignores the dictates of Congress, but actively acts to thwart them.”

Yet, a week later, responding to a question asked by Telemundo’s Jose Diaz-Balart regarding how the President will ensure his orders are followed, Obama stated “if somebody is working for ICE and there is a policy and they don’t follow the policy, there are going to be consequences to it”.

Obama then went on to dare Republicans to vote on whether or not his executive actions are legal.

“So in the short term, if Mr. McConnell, the leader of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House, John Boehner, want to have a vote on whether what I’m doing is legal or not, they can have that vote. I will veto that vote, because I’m absolutely confident that what we’re doing is the right thing to do.”

Knowing Republicans will not vote because the majority side with Obama’s executive actions on amnesty, the President stood defiant as he threatened “consequences” against officials who obeyed the federal judges’ ruling and the law.

Spoken in true dictatorial fashion, Obama further claimed that “What we’ve done is we’ve expanded my authorities under executive action and prosecutorial discretion”.

In the name of progress, the President concluded to a room full of illegal immigrants that, “We dream about the future. That’s what brings immigrants here, we’re future-oriented, we’re not past-oriented.”

These are the words of a despot, a tyrant, a prince, who flaunts his own expansion of authority unbound by “past-oriented” concepts such as the separation of powers.

The President now believes that he can outright threaten Border Patrol agents for not following his dictates that cynically demand the agents to ignore everything but Obama’s decrees.

To say that the President has come unhinged though, is naive for that solely focuses on the means and neglects to take into account the end. Obama is in control, make no mistake about it, and while critics argue over his means, the President is achieving his end.

In this instance, with regards to immigration, Obama is flooding our nation with illegal aliens in order to take away the power of the American electorate.

Using the means of prosecutorial discretion, executive action, and Presidential memorandum, Obama is slowly reshaping American politics.

By giving Social Security Numbers, work permits, and tens of thousands of dollars in back tax benefits to those who are here illegally, the President re-affirms the Marxist notion “from each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs”.

The end result of this will inevitably lead to socioeconomic class warfare within our country as American citizens are forced to literally subsidize their own demise in order to give illegal immigrants an opportunity at achieving their American Dream.

Today, as noted by Mark Levin, “America is no longer a Constitutional Republic or a Federal Republic” for “we live in an administrative state under a massive 4th branch of government that we have no influence on whatsoever”.

Obama isn’t just re-writing the Constitution, he is supplanting it by rejecting the very principles that led to its creation.

Americas must realize that self-scrutiny is not treason. Self-examination is not disloyalty.

We seek the truth and let the people know. An informed citizenry is vital for the preservation of our democracy. Truth and knowledge diffused among the people are necessary for the preservation of our Democracy, rights, freedom and liberties. http://themoneygps.com/

Demand the teaching of our immigrant’s history in the schools.

http://www.pbs.org/latino-americans/en/mi-historia/

America is our country, the land of immigrants that come in search of economic freedom and liberty to be the best they can be through self-determination; many of us know what is like to be an immigrant and what we went through to gain the acceptance and respect of our community. First generation of immigrants is the ones that paid the price so their sons and daughters can have a better life here in American, no matter where we come from, we suffered discrimination and exploitation. The land of the free to the new immigrants becomes the land of the oppressor and the predator that was determined to destroy the immigrant. The irony of this behavior is that they complete forgot about their pass and what they went through when they come as immigrants and the humiliation they experience by discrimination and exploitation to the point that many immigrants were persecute and killed just for being an immigrant.

Today, we must deal with our present immigration issue, and we must acknowledge that we are the ones that are to be blame for this immigration issue. We are the ones that allowed this to take place, Illegal immigration is the result of our failure to enforce our laws, we turned a blind eyes to this issue by convenience, the illegal immigrants are the source of cheap labor, so we do nothing because we benefit from this cheap labor and the exploitation of these people that come here, like us and the millions of immigrants that come to this country before us.

The truth is that Obama have the opportunity to pass an immigration reform in 2004; he had the support of Democratic control of both houses of the United States Congress; and this issue could be resolve as the first act, by the Obama administration after assuming control in 2004, but he preferred to use this issue as a political tool to get political power in the future as projecting an image that he was working on this issue, he continue using this issue by passing the dream act.  Democrats and Republicans use the issue of immigration reform to gain political points at the expenses of human beings that the only thing they want is to have the opportunity to be part of this country, and we did it and our fathers before us.

Fellow Americans 2015 is the time to deal with this issue of immigration reform; this is a matter of human rights and social justice, the exploitation of the illegal immigrants and the incertitude of their families must end.  We must remember that ones we were the new immigrants and were exploited oppressed, discriminate and treated like second class citizens; we do not want to do this to the new immigrants nor to the illegal immigrants; we must embrace this new source of human capital and do our best to educate them and teach them our history and our contribution we made to make this country great.  We are a Christian nation, we believe in our God given rights to freedom, liberty, self-determination and being our brother’s keeper. This is our land the land of the free build by immigrants.

CANDIDATE FOR STATE (CONGRESS) REPRESENTATIVE

37th DISTRICT

Dear Friends, Neighbors and Fellow Citizens of the Great State of New Jersey.

*****************************************************************

It is the time for [A]LL to come together to petition vigorously our Politicians to become answerable to the people, not only to the affluent and the omnipotent [who gets them elected] but to all . [We the People] who elect them and put our trust and confidence into their capacity as our elected representatives must stand for our welfare and interests . We want Representatives with Accountability and Intelligence, responsive to the needs of the People.  Voters afford their elected officials trust and confidence by electing them to office.  In turn, they must be obligated to do their utmost and foremost best for their constituent's legitimate needs .

The State of New Jersey Faces Numerous Obstacles , TODAY !!!!

1. Education: Conforming the cost of education for the average person, permitting every student the opportunity to pursue their goals in life , coexisting with the American dream.

2. Transportation: Roads and Public Transportation that will enhance the quality of life for all the Citizens of our State. Safekeeping the cost of public transportation to coexist with the general population needs. The commuters that journey everyday to work and add Millions of tax dollars to the State coffers.

3. Air Quality: Hard-and-fast air-water quality control laws [over what the Federal Government requires], and then coming generations will not condemn us for degrading the environment.

4. Taxes: Increase Taxes and [less infrastructure betterment ] that is presently what is flowing from the Government. Our State Government must be more accountable before “raising taxes”, i.e. State, Property, and Sales Tax. Taxation with [False Representation ] seems to be the road that our government has taken.

My Campaign hopefully will provoke all those who are concerned about improving and ameliorating our State Government to better serve the people. Please join me in the struggle to passing Bills and Laws that will serve the needs of all the people.  Representing the Citizens of this District and State will be an honor and privilege , with all the fortitude, spirit and grit that one can muster to bring about affirmative change in the government . And last but not least : Immigration

Immigration: Justice to all people of the world. Believing that Migration Laws must be the same that past generations had to abide with in order to become American Citizens . No less , No more , But equal , the qualifications need to be rightful, in order to insure the quality of life in America for everyone.

When will Capitol Hill Republican Party’s leaders see and/or hear the November 2014 election messages. The first message in the 2014 election season and ignored by the GOP leadership was the defeat by Virginian Republicans to retire one of the top GOP leaders on Capitol Hill.

A few other wins with Conservative TEA Party Republican Party defeats followed; however, many other mainstream Republicans may have been defeated and Conservative TEA Party Republican Party candidates elected had Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and Speaker John Boehner stayed out of the local GOP ‘Primary’ Elections with their own Political Action Committee (PAC) money.

Local Republicans must be allowed to make their own preference selections in ‘primaries’.  Capitol Hill leaders may endorse their choices; however, national leaders should not, otherwise, get involved unless there is a reason involving a candidate embarrassment.

Conservative TEA Party Republican candidates were in full support of ‘repeal ObamaCare, get government out of our lives allowing entrepreneurs to create jobs in the private sector, stop-the-spending, and stop illegal immigration’; issues all supported by a majority of Republicans and Conservative TEA party Republican candidates.

Prior to the November Election, President Obama said, "I am not on the ballot this fall…. But make no mistake: these policies are on the ballot, every single one of them."

GOP ‘wins’ in the November General Elections results were based more on ‘defeating’ President Obama, his political policies, and his out-of-the-stream radicalism rather than based on Capitol Hill mainstream Republicans leadership proposals.

Will Republicans’  leadership listen now or will they take their own course?  The true message in the General Election is clear; ‘Repeal ObamaCare, get governments out of our lives allowing entrepreneurs to create jobs in the private sector, stop-the-spending, and stop illegal immigration’; issues all supported by a majority of Republicans and Conservative TEA party Republican candidates.
