happy (2)

Dear friends, Merry Christmas to all. On Christmas, we celebrate the humble birth of Jesus Christ and his deity; our God being born into the world. This is how God showed his love for us: He sent his one and only son into the world that we might live through him.  Jesus is love and love make us happy.

Dear friends, the key to happiness is within you.  Happiness is a state of mind is the result of loving others, most people are as happy as they make up their minds to be. Loving others is helping others to learn the value to connect with others by love and moral values.  “Teach others how to love and be love by others by establishing trusting relationship”. http://www.wikihow.com/Build-Trust

Whoever connects and commit to love, knows God, for God is love.  Seek happiness by unconditionally loving others and God’s creation.  I believe that our purpose in life is to be happy.  From the moment of birth, every human being wants to be love and does not want suffering.  Neither social conditioning nor education nor political ideology affects this.  From the very core of our being, we simply desire to be love and contentment.   It is very clear that we humans who live on this earth face the task of making a happy life for ourselves.  Therefore, it is important to discover what will bring about the greatest degree of happiness.

From my own limited experience, I have found that the greatest degree of inner tranquility and happiness, comes from the development of love and compassion. The more we care for the happiness of others, the greater our own sense of well-being becomes. Cultivating a close, warm-hearted feeling for others automatically puts the mind at ease. This helps remove whatever fears or insecurities we may have and gives us the strength to cope with any obstacles we encounter; this is the ultimate source of happiness in life, is not money, power or material things, but warm- heartedness relationship with others.
The truth is that as long as we live in this world we are bound to encounter injustice, exploitation and abuse by others, but If at such times, we lose hope and become discouraged, we diminish our ability to fight for justice and correct what is wrong; knowing that many undergo suffering by injustice; this will increase our determination and capacity to overcome human oppression and injustice. Indeed, with this attitude, each new human obstacle can be seen as yet another valuable opportunity to improve our life and be happy.

The love for money, power and control will not make anyone happy.  Happiness is not a possession to be prized; it is an inner quality and a state of mind. If your mind is at peace, you are happy, if you have everything that the world can give you– pleasure, possessions and power – but you lack peace of mind, you can never be happy.

There is one thing in this good world that is positively sure – happiness is for all who strive to be connecting to others by love and trust.  Happiness is fundamentally a state of mind that comes from doing good and those who love humanity and all of God’s creation, are happy; they enjoy life, they are secure and love by others.  We all have a choice to be happy or being preoccupy about everything every day of our lives.  To be Happy is our choice, everybody is eligible – you – me – and others; we only has to learn to love others and do what is right. Knowing that you have done your best will give you peace of mind and that will make you happy. True happiness is to love and be love. We must always remember that God made us a family and family, is what is all about.
