A Judge’s View of Judging Is on the Record  (source: NY Times)

WASHINGTON — In 2001, Sonia Sotomayor, an appeals court judge, gave a speech declaring that the ethnicity and sex of a judge “may and will make a difference in our judging.”

In her speech, Judge Sotomayor questioned the famous notion — often invoked by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and her retired Supreme Court colleague, Sandra Day O’Connor — that a wise old man and a wise old woman would reach the same conclusion when deciding cases.

“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life,” said Judge Sotomayor, who is now considered to be near the top of President Obama’s list of potential Supreme Court nominees.

Socialism vs. Racism

 A young black kid asks his mother, "Mama, what is Socialism and what is Racism?"

 "Well, Child ... Socialism is when white folks work every day so we can get all our stuff free like free cell phones for each family member, rent subsidy, food stamps, EBT, WIC, free school lunch, free healthcare, utility subsidy, and on and on, ... you know.  That's Socialism ".

 "But mama, don't the white people get pissed off about that?

 "Sure they do honey and that's called Racism."

Since Obama and Holder only enforce the laws they agree with then why shouldn't we abide by the ones we agree with.

The war in America against the Caucasian Heterosexual Male, that works, pays taxes, supports his family, is God fearing, Law abiding, is a positive contributor to society, and has carried the burden of government on his back has been under attack by Gays, Blacks, Hispanics and women of both races for years now. And now the Obama Islamic administration has declared war on anyone that has been successful in America especially the MAN.

The Pledge of Allegiance

Only 31 words -- Think about it!
Isn't life strange? I never met one Veteran
Who enlisted to fight for Socialism!

If Muslims can pray on Madison Avenue, and the subway areas in Toronto, why are Christians banned from praying in public and from erecting religious displays on their holy  days?

 What happened to our National Day of Prayer?
Muslims are allowed to block off Madison Ave., in N.Y.C., and pray in the middle of the street! And, it's a monthly ritual!

 Tell me, again,  whose country is this?  Ours or the Muslims?

 It is said that 86% of Americans & Canadians believe in God.

 Therefore, I have a very hard time understanding why there is such a problem in the U.S. having 'In God! We Trust' on their money, and having 'God' in their Pledge of Allegiance, or the Lord's prayer said in our schools or public meetings. The reason could be that we have elected atheist, communist, democrats and Muslims to our governmental offices and allowed them to change our country while we sleep! Wake up America while we still have a little of our once great country left.

 I believe it's time we stand up for what we  believe!
