Barry Donadio gave remarks on the 2nd Amendment on June 26th to Republican constituents in Salisbury, Maryland. The Wicomico County Republican Club of Maryland hosted his appearance and discussion on the 2nd Amendment. The event was held at the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce located at 144 East Main Street in Salisbury, Maryland.

Donadio said "Our Second Amendment rights are an individual right and not for only those serving in the military." During his talk, Donadio expressed his belief that the Second Amendment is a women's rights issue. He said "Every female U.S. Citizen over the age of 18 and without a serious criminal history should have the unrestricted right to carry a concealed handgun on their person for self defense." Donadio also cited the findings of the Supreme Court ruling "District of Columbia v. Heller", which supports limiting infringements to the Second Amendment.

Donadio told constituents to never give up protecting the rights of the Second Amendment as it is an amendment that safeguards our liberties. Donadio advised the group to legally and safely exercise Second Amendment rights as the U.S. Constitution grants us to.

The presentation was very well received by what appeared to be a Pro-Second Amendment audience. In attendance, were the President of the Wicomico County Republican Club Shawn Bradley, Maryland State Delegate Johnny Mautz, Wicomico Republican Central Committeewoman Julie Brewington, Maryland State Senator Addie Eckardt, Maryland State Circuit Court Judge Matthew A. Maciarello and the first female Police Chief of Salisbury, Barbara Duncan.

Mr. Donadio said; " I appreciate the hospitality of the Wicomico Republican Club President Shawn Bradley."

Barry Donadio led an honorable career in the Volunteer Ambulance Service, Volunteer Fire Department, the Military, Law Enforcement, and the United States Secret Service. He was assigned to the White House during the Bush and Obama Administrations. He also served in multiple Middle Eastern war zones during his career. In 2013, he authored the book " TWA Flight 800 First Responder Witness Account". In 2014, he was elected to the Queen Anne's County Republican Central Committee in Maryland. He currently serves as President of Public Security LLC. He is also a Maryland State Police certified pistol instructor that offered free training for the entire MDGOP. In January 2017, he was appointed the Sergeant At Arms of the Maryland Republican Party. Donadio has publicly taken strong stances on the Second Amendment. He has also supported and endorsed Pro-Second Amendment Republican Politicians and candidates for office in recent years.

When you consider the Oklahoma office worker whose head was hacked off with a knife, the New York cops attacked with an axe, and the Paris assault with a knife, it begins to dawn on one that assault is a behavior and not a weapon. Ever since Cain slew Able, it has been possible to kill people without using an AR15.

I once saw a movie depicting a time and place and place where only police and the military had guns. It was called Schindler’s List. Only the Nazis had guns. One wonders hoe history would have been different had Germany had a Second Amendment and every Stormtrooper knocking on the door at midnight had met a Jew with a gun. ....

The time has come to DEMAND the IMMEDIATE ARREST and PROSECUTION of one BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA upon his willful and ARREST-1A.jpg?width=291arrogant transgression of 18 U.S. Code § 2339A.

I hereby call on all members of the house and the senate to begin impeachment proceeding against Barack Hussein Obama and for Andrew B. “Drew” Willison, the current Senate Seargent at Arms to issue and execute an arrest warrant, taking the president, Barack Hussein Obama into custody.

Barack Hussein Obama is in direct violation of 18 U.S. Code § 2339A – Providing material support to terrorists as a result of the removal of five Taliban GITMO detained terrorists and the transfer OF them to the government of Qatar where they, according to the specified arrangement negotiated BY Obama that they only be keep from traveling for a period of one year.

According TO 18 U.S. Code § 2339A:

18 U.S. Code § 2339A – Providing material support to terrorists

(a)    Offense.— “Whoever provides material support or resources or conceals or disguises the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources, knowing or intending that they are to be used in preparation for, or in carrying out, a violation of section 32, 37, 81, 175, 229, 351, 831, 842 (m) or (n), 844 (f) or (i), 930 (c), 956, 1091, 1114, 1116, 1203, 1361, 1362, 1363, 1366, 1751, 1992, 2155, 2156, 2280, 2281, 2332, 2332a, 2332b, 2332f, 2340A, or 2442 of this title, section 236 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2284), section 46502 or 60123 (b) of title 49, or any offense listed in section 2332b (g)(5)(B) (except for sections 2339A and 2339B) or in preparation for, or in carrying out, the concealment of an escape from the commission of any such violation, or attempts or conspires to do such an act…”

That being the willful and deliberate potential violation of up to some 43 separate sections of a written and standing law.

The unanimous Declaration of the fifty united States of America,When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for the people to reestablish and maintain control of a government whos agenda has infringed upon the people's liberties and the US Constitution and to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
