Herman Cain and Killing Babies

4063408328?profile=originalHerman Cain has a bulls-eye on his back. In the center is a red circle that reads "I am for limited government." The innermost ring says, "I am a black Conservative Republican." And the outermost ring, the biggest, most visible, and most irritating to the Left says, "I am pro-life." Yes, Herman Cain is targeted for destruction because he opposes the wanton killing of unborn babies.

It has been within the last month that Herman Cain made a number of statements clarifying his stance on abortion. He didn't waffle or dance towards the middle. He was clear in his unapologetic pro-life positions. He is a champion for the unborn, a champion for life. The bulls-eye on Cain's back is made even larger by the fact that he is a devout and practicing Christian. It must have irked the Left to the core when he sang "Amazing Grace" at the National Press Club.

The attack on Cain from his enemies, who are numerous, is to be expected. The GOP establishment dislikes limited-government Tea Party Conservatives. Liberals fear Black Conservatives. But today, when Gloria Allred reared her pro-abortion advocate head, the true mastermind behind the unsubstantiated accusations of sexual harassment against Cain was betrayed. Gloria Allred has made her career defending Liberal, pro-abortion women. She arrives on the scene predictably when "reproductive rights," aka killing babies, is at issue, or if there is a Conservative, pro-life politically or culturally significant individual that must be destroyed in the name of protecting the Left's Holy Scripture, Roe vs. Wade. Gloria Allred is the point man in the campaign to eliminate the threat of Herman Cain. The pro-abortion Left hates Herman Cain more deeply, more savagely, than any other group in American politics. And they hate him precisely because he opposes their darling cause; abortion on demand.

Abortion on demand, and a Black, Christian, Pro-life POTUS, are simply incompatible in the pea brains of Liberals. Herman Cain defies all of the stereotypes contained in the Liberal fantasy that says they support the interests of the Black Community. They purport to value Black families and pretend to want the best for the children. The truth is that, while Blacks in America make up less than 13% of the overall population, 30% of all abortions are performed on Black mothers. Thanks to the Left, unborn Black babies are killed at a rate 3 times that of the rest of the population. Herman Cain is not just a threat to their agenda and stereotypes, he is a threat to their most beloved and defended issue; abortion for any reason, at any time a woman may deem appropriate. And as a Black man, he has a personal interest advocating for life.

Herman Cain must be defended against the relentless and brutal attacks on his record, his character, and his basic goodness. What is more effective and irrefutable than to destroy an individual through rumor and hearsay? Even when no evidence exists, an onslaught of defamation, if it goes on and on, will harm the image of an individual in the eyes of the public. This is their plan. It is vicious, it is based on a lie, and it has been devised by those who fear Herman Cain because of he is Black, Christian, Conservative, and opposed to killing babies for any reason at any time Gloria Allred may deem appropriate.

We need to support Herman Cain. The future of this decent man, and the future of the Republic hangs on our ability to stand against the evil forces that want him out of the picture of American politics.

Rasmussen Polls Show Virtually Unchanged

Political Viewpoints over Last 40 Months

Social-conservatives in the next few months will have to decide if they want to solve the problems that matter in this country and govern the United States of America and make her great again or if they'd prefer to feel themselves "right" within their own tiny-twisted minds and leave the power, control and tax money all in the hands of President Obama and his neo-Marxists.  They can be "right" or they can find peace knowing they've saved the country . . . they absolutely canNOT do both!  That is the point of this blog . . . .

America was moved to a point of absolute crisis this week. Today the Obama administration made an “endrun" around Congress (and changed the Constitution’s rules on Naturalization without amending the Constition) by making legal aliens of illegals and proposing the use of regulatory means within the Department of Homeland Security “on a case-by-case basis” to allow amnesty for illegal aliens deemed NOT to be a threat (no criminal record). Meanwhile President Obama is on vacation considering a “bold new jobs initiative” including a brand new round of federal stimulus.  More insidiously, for the last eight months the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has been moving (also by fiat regulatory powers) to covertly enforce the Cap and Trade bill that failed to pass Congress in 2009 and 2010 and has begun by closing down coal mines and restricting oil drilling.  In a nutshell, these examples well illustrate what’s wrong with the nation today and why fiscal- and Constitutional conservativism as demanded by the TEA (“Taxed Enough Already” or “Taken Enough Abuse”) Party is the only route to saving our country.

Few clear-thinkers among us would deny that America stands at a crucial point in her history: most all obvious signs point to decline and potential ruin, but opportunity to realign with our greater earlier history also beckons us toward the future. If ever there was a time for a true statesman or stateswoman to emerge, now is such a time. What do we mean by a “statesman?” How might we recognize him? We will explore the “pros and cons” of this question in the paragraphs that follow . . . .

Political work in many ways is like being a combination mechanic and back-slapper. Yes, the final “work” gets done by others who must be encouraged to do vast legwork -- but first of all there is a need for the ‘mechanic’s eye for reality’ so that real problems get dealt with in realistic fashion. For example the reality is that 95% of our present problems have fiscal and bureaucratic over-reach as part of their central cause. That truth must be honored, but then again it’s also clearly a people-business. So let’s talk today about the reality of the problems and more importantly about the reality of the people-perspective necessary for a new true statesman to emerge and to lead us out of these stagnant and dangerous 2011 waters . . . .

Although a good 30% of Democrats deny that the country is facing any fiscal problems (that is, no problems at all with respect to National Debt; Debt Ceiling; Bond Downgrade; Excess Government Spending; Ongoing Deficits; UNfunded Liabilities in Major Entitlement Programs) or troubles with the size and scope of government . . . the vast majority of Americans know better. Poll after poll shows that roughly 72% of the total populace agrees that these two areas are the source of the nation’s problems.   Voters showed their recognition of these truths in the 2010 elections when they voted overwhelmingly for candidates favoring fiscal- and Constitutional-conservativism. So what tools does the statesman have at his disposal in facing these problems? And what approaches should be avoided?

The good people at Rasmussen Reports (which has been the most accurate among pollsters for the last dozen years) periodically runs a poll concerning the make-up of the voting populace. That poll consistently confirms what has been reputedly true over the last forty years . . . the nation is “center-right” politically. And yet, you correctly observe, tax-and-spend progressive politicians have dominated the country since Calvin Coolidge left office. The eight years of Ronald Reagan mark the only true conservativism within the Oval Office during that 82.5 year span. Why?

The problem is that while fiscal- and Constitutional conservativism are ultra-popular stances . . . social-moderation combined with social-liberalism dominates the American scene. Live and let live socially (that phraseology is sure to upset the anti-abortion folk, no?) is the predominant political stance in America. Reagan with his affability, his great sense of humor and his capacity for succinctly nailing the opposition to the wall with their own outrageous behavior and beliefs (“Tear down this Wall, Mr. Gorbachev!” “Government is NOT the solution to our problems, government IS the problem.” “Concentrated power has always been liberty’s greatest enemy.”) was precisely what American needed in 1980 and has needed for the last 82.5 years and indeed throughout the total 234 years of the nation’s existence.  And Reagan stayed out of people’s churches and bedrooms.  He was a no-nonsense fiscal- and Constitutional-conservative with an appealing and practical ability to work with people of almost any political stripe. What was Reagan’s secret weapon allowing him to appeal to voters while so many conservatives thoroughly “turn-off” the vast majority of voters? Tolerance!

Reagan began as a New Deal Democrat, a huge fan of the person and policies of Franklin Delano Roosevelt.  He served as the President of the very liberal Screen Actors’ Guild for several years . . . he only slowly came to conservativism. He realized that (within limits) there was a need for both “loading the cart” by (after national defense was taken care of) encouraging free markets and business and “unloading the cart” by taking care of infra-structure and people. What’s the correct proportion of the balance between loading and unloading? Perhaps a 90-10 split with government spending 10% of the nation’s resources (GDP)?  Reagan’s own numbers showed an 81.5% to 18.5% balance.  In any case rather than being an ideologue, Reagan was open to discussion on the issues and postulated an 80-20 rule when it comes to calling another politician “friend.” “If a man votes with me 80% of the time, I consider him my friend, my ally.” So he was big on getting consensus rather than running roughshod over other people’s positions.

Let us look at what Rasmussen polling tells us of what we can expect when we find a new Reagan. Only two political descriptions are rated as more positive than negative by the voters: “conservative” and “moderate.” 42% of voters regard it as positive if a candidate is labeled as “politically conservative.” For a comparison:  only 24% of the electorate regards “progressive” (the current euphemism for “liberal”) as positive. Both “liberal” and “progressive” are regarded as far more negative than positive terms. So again the conservative viewpoint is affirmed but the country doesn’t elect conservatives with any consistency . . . 60% of the nation calls itself either “moderate” or “liberal” on social issues . . . and that 60% finds an awful lot to hate in social-conservativism . . . an awful lot to vote against and be turned off by.

So we return to our clear and obvious thesis: while fiscal-progressives (a.k.a. liberals) and Constitutional-progressives (a.k.a. neo-Marxists) are killing the country with their socialistic policies . . . our own social-conservativism is sharpening the knife and putting it into their hands.  How? By polarizing the voting populace into social-conservatives vs. everyone else and watering down all respect for fiscal- and Constitutional-conservativism. The reason the TEA Party was so effective in getting results in 2010, when they stayed out of politics and nominating and instead played kingmakers and idea salesmen, was that fiscal- and Constitutional-conservativism was served and issues like absolute anti-abortionism, prayer in public school, evolution in the biology classrooms of public schools, etc. are not discussed.

When the TEA Party went too far and got into running for office, however, candidates perceived as “extreme” and “weirdo” (such as Sharon Angle, Christine O’Donnell and Ken Buck in Nevada, Delaware and Colorado respectively) emerged and totally turned off the voters and cost the Republicans a share of the Senate which would have made a huge difference in the last four key votes in Congress (debt-limit; Bush Tax Break Extension and budget for 2011 finally; finally passing a 2012 budget; and Cut-Cap and Balance legislation). All of these issues resulted in unsatisfactory legislation when a far more satisfactory result would have been possible if the G.O.P. controlled Congress. How important is this?

Consider this, once Paul Ryan’s budget proposal was submitted and passed in the House, the Obama budget proposal was introduced into the Senate where Obama’s Democrats had controlling numbers. What was the result? Mr. Obama’s proposal was defeated in the Democrat-controlled Senate by a 0-97 vote. Even Obama’s Democrats understood the writing on the wall. Conservative thinking is ruling the day, but the public still strongly resents holier-than-thou social-conservativism and insistence by conservatives on their perceived-right to enter people’s religious or sexual sanctuaries will not be tolerated by the electorate. For a final proof of this: remember that 59% of the populace is 100% opposed to the ultra-social-conservative stance of ZERO abortions in cases of incest, rape, extremely young mothers, or a threat to the life or health of the mother while 76% of Americans believe there are far too many abortions in America.

We saw Rick Perry this week giving us a great example of why strict adherence to fiscal-conservativism and Constitutional-conservativism is the only reasonable approach.   Serving as an extremely bad example, Perry preceded his recent entering the presidential fray with a big-spectacle event a “prayer-fest.” This played well in Iowa; it will NOT win him votes in the vast majority of states. Perry then goes to New Hampshire and cannot answer a simple schoolchild’s question about the age of the earth (4.5 billion years roughly) and, after tut-tutting to the kid that “there are gaps in the Theory of Evolution” (yes, there are, but nothing like the obvious contradictions and shortfalls of the sacred books of ALL our religions) tells the schoolboy that in Texas they teach both Creationism and Evolution in school.

Mr. Perry, in short, is a fool proposing foolish things. Literal 7-Day Creationism is a religious tenet that should be confined to private schools funded by private and/or religious resources and NOT taught in public schools funded by the taxes of Jews, Buddhists, Muslims, Hindus, agnostics, atheists,  Shintos and Rastafarians as well as Christians. Mr. Perry, is proving himself unable to keep his eye on the twin balls of fiscal- and Constitutional-conservativism . . . indeed by advocating literal 7-Day Creationism be taught in public schools he is violating the tenets of the 1st Amendment. I don’t know about you, but Rajjpuut’s “God is way too large to fit into Mr. Perry’s tiny church.”** And that is exactly why, expect for Ronald Reagan, Conservativism has been such a failure over the last eight decades.

If conservatives learn nothing from the TEA Party’s successes and failures . . . they need to learn this: there are no areas of an individual’s life more private or more sensitive than religion and the bedroom and any effort to tell that person how to believe or what to do in either the church or the bedroom will only foster the grossest of enmities.

Rajjpuut believes that the TEA Party, when it sticks to its ten listed principles in the Contract from America@@, is the strongest force for political good in the nation. When it abandons them a la Angle, Buck and O’Donnell only bad things are possible. There is no document greater and none more ignored at this time in America’s history than the Contract from America. This is the truth as Almighty God has allowed me to see it, ignore this truth at risk of ruin to our great nation.

Ya’all live long, strong and ornery,

Rajjpuut

** These are the very words Rajjpuut’s father spoke as he “ex-communicated” himself from church a long time ago after a priest avowed that Gandhi “would burn in hell along with all those other heathens because he didn’t welcome Christ into his soul” and then refused to “recant” under my father’s withering interrogation. When it comes to religion, the best advice of all is “Judge not, lest ye be judged.” Rajjpuut suspects that Christ would welcome Gandhi into his soul in any case.  As to their relevance today, we (you and I) didn't rule on the abortion issue in Roe vs. Wade in 1973, but we should also not be so stupid as to deny that it's the present law of the land and has been for almost 40 years now and is unlikely to change . . . mostly because of the stance of absolutists among the anti-abortion people.  Refusing abortions in case of rape, incest, for very, very young mothers and in cases where the mother's life or health are at risk deeply angers 60% of the American public.

The Contract from America

We, the undersigned, call upon those seeking to represent us in public office to sign the Contract from America and by doing so commit to support each of its agenda items, work to bring each agenda item to a vote during the first year, and pledge to advocate on behalf of individual liberty, limited government, and economic freedom.

Individual Liberty

Our moral, political, and economic liberties are inherent, not granted by our government. It is essential to the practice of these liberties that we be free from restriction over our peaceful political expression and free from excessive control over our economic choices.

Limited Government

The purpose of our government is to exercise only those limited powers that have been relinquished to it by the people, chief among these being the protection of our liberties by administering justice and ensuring our safety from threats arising inside or outside our country’s sovereign borders. When our government ventures beyond these functions and attempts to increase its power over the marketplace and the economic decisions of individuals, our liberties are diminished and the probability of corruption, internal strife, economic depression, and poverty increases.

Economic Freedom

The most powerful, proven instrument of material and social progress is the free market. The market economy, driven by the accumulated expressions of individual economic choices, is the only economic system that preserves and enhances individual liberty. Any other economic system, regardless of its intended pragmatic benefits, undermines our fundamental rights as free people.

Note: The percentages shown mark what percentage of the public respondents who thought this particular item belonged in the final “contract’ from among the 28 originally named principles created by the TEA Party . . . Hence the title Contract from America.

1. Protect the Constitution

Require each bill to identify the specific provision of the Constitution that gives Congress the power to do what the bill does. (82.03%)

2. Reject Cap & Trade

Stop costly new regulations that would increase unemployment, raise consumer prices, and weaken the nation’s global competitiveness with virtually no impact on global temperatures. (72.20%)

3. Demand a Balanced Budget

Begin the Constitutional amendment process to require a balanced budget with a two-thirds majority needed for any tax hike. (69.69%)

4. Enact Fundamental Tax Reform

Adopt a simple and fair single-rate tax system by scrapping the internal revenue code and replacing it with one that is no longer than 4,543 words—the length of the original Constitution. (64.90%)

5. Restore Fiscal Responsibility & Constitutionally Limited Government in Washington

Create a Blue Ribbon taskforce that engages in a complete audit of federal agencies and programs, assessing their Constitutionality, and identifying duplication, waste, ineffectiveness, and agencies and programs better left for the states or local authorities, or ripe for wholesale reform or elimination due to our efforts to restore limited government consistent with the US Constitution’s meaning. (63.37%)

6. End Runaway Government Spending

Impose a statutory cap limiting the annual growth in total federal spending to the sum of the inflation rate plus the percentage of population growth. (56.57%)

7. Defund, Repeal, & Replace Government-run Health Care

Defund, repeal and replace the recently passed government-run health care with a system that actually makes health care and insurance more affordable by enabling a competitive, open, and transparent free-market health care and health insurance system that isn’t restricted by state boundaries. (56.39%)

8. Pass an ‘All-of-the-Above” Energy Policy

Authorize the exploration of proven energy reserves to reduce our dependence on foreign energy sources from unstable countries and reduce regulatory barriers to all other forms of energy creation, lowering prices and creating competition and jobs. (55.51%)

9. Stop the Pork

Place a moratorium on all earmarks until the budget is balanced, and then require a 2/3 majority to pass any earmark. (55.47%)

10. Stop the Tax Hikes

Permanently repeal all tax hikes, including those to the income, capital gains, and death taxes, currently scheduled to begin in 2011. (53.38%)

From the office of Congressional Candidate Eric Maloney

Candidate for U.S. Congress for South Central Pennsylvania, York, Adams and Cumberland Counties.

Today January 25th 2011 we are returning to our daily activity following an event many across the country missed.

The annual march for life in Washington D.C. coincided with the horrific news of a Philadelphia Doctors practice of butchering babies at his abortionarium. The horrific accounts speak to the practice of using scissors to decapitate babies as late as the 9th month. Women who changed their minds were beaten, tied to the table, and had their babies murdered while they watched in horror. As one raised, educated and practicing Conservative Roman Catholicism, I am appalled to say the least and promise that when I am elected in November of 2012 to make it my one of my first priorities to bring an end to this ruthless industry once and for all.

As we are all aware his travesty has occurred because just as in the case of Mr. Platts, we have begged and pleaded with him to keep his promise, only to be rebuffed with the statement that nothing can be done to stop it.

Actions really do speak louder than words!

Republican (R.I.N.O.) Congressman Todd Platts Pa-19th stated that he had an epiphany and is now pro-life, however as I said, actions speak louder than words.

Before Todd Platts became pro-life (only to get conservative votes), he was an ardent pro-abortion supporter, some even say an abortion activist!

Todd Platts has the highest rating of any republican and even some Democrats from the abortion industry.

But worst of all Todd Platts enjoyed the addition to his household income, and campaign coffers derived from the slaughter of innocent children through his wife's employment with Planned Parenthood of Central Pennsylvania.

What this really shows us is that he's just another liberal ensuring abortion mills keep up their gruesome work.

The business Mr. Platts recieved money from (Planned Parenthood) was started by Margret Sanger who was a devotee of racial/ethnic cleansing A.K.A. Eugenics.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg stated the position of those who support this genocide;

"Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about  population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don't want to have too many of"

Planned Parenthood targets what insiders in the abortion industry call "The Dirty Races" (Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, Indians and yes even the Irish) by placing the majority of its abortionariums in the inner city. To work for Planned Parenthood one must advocate abortion at every stage of pregnancy to include a period of time after the child is born naturally.

Planned Parenthood makes most of its money through federal and state funding.

You would think that he would have done something positive! however during Mr. Platts tenure, he has done nothing to interfere with or frustrate Planned Parenthood receiving tax payer dollars even though we have told him to stop. On the contrary, Todd Platts has made even more money available to Planned Parenthood through increases in federal spending.

So Mr. Platts really hasn't turned over a new leaf, and just like during the second world war - he's looked the other way when millions children considered by some as "Dirty" have been murdered.

I contend that a person just cant go from being in favor of murdering babies, to being pro-life in the blink of an eye while still taking blood money from the industry that butchers children.

Mr. Platts the blood of those children are on your hands!

I forward the following challenge to Mr. Platts. If in fact you have turned over a new leaf then calculate how much money your family earned from the abortion industry, and out of your own pocket donate an equal sum divided equally between  "Sanctity of Life Ministries" www.sjy.org/life, and Rachel's Vineyard Ministries www.rvpamd@gmail.com. Rachel's Vineyard serves those who are suffering the emotional and spiritual effects of an abortion.

Sincerely

Eric Maloney

Inelegant END-RUNS Rule the Day
Obama and Obamacare Officials SPIT

Cheerfully on U.S. Constitution AGAIN!

To progressives, liberals, socialists, Marxists and other Obama fans, this is literally “less than nothing.” To living, breathing, feeling, thinking patriotic Americans the latest two outrages against our constitution and common decency enacted by the Obama administration are the final insults and a declaration of war against America and decent Americans . . . before we get to the latest desecration of the American Way of Life, let’s look at the serious Constitutional principles involved . . . .

Any intelligent American knows that the system of checks and balances written into the Constitution by the Founding Fathers and the separation of the branches of government by giving us independent judiciary, house, senate and executive branches was done to protect our freedoms and allow the nation’s business to be conducted in a sensible and orderly fashion. Laws are not supposed to be created from the bench; or from the Oval office . . . that is the province of the house and senate.

ITEM: When any judge can decide to tell the military how to run their business (for example: when a Riverside, California judge can order an injunction on Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policies which will take action in 60 days) over-ruling congress without even a high-level appellate court getting involved and, by the way, unenthusiastically opposed in court by the Obama Department of Justice, that is an outrage.

ITEM: When failing to pass Cap and Trade legislation in early 2009; the Obama administration can order its Mean Greenies (willing to sabotage jobs and other human good for their distorted reading of ecological “necessity”) in the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to issue a new regulatory standard on emissions declaring “Carbon dioxide is a toxic emission . . .” thus bypassing the congress and defiling the EPA’s own charter that is an outrage. When a legal challenge reminded EPA officials that they were required to do a study on their own and not allowed to rely on outside “research” before making such a move . . . and the EPA backed off and now . . . ten months later, not having done any legitimate study the EPA is once again calling CO2 (which plants need to live and to use to provide us with oxygen) a dangerous emission . . . that is a horrific outrage.

ITEM: When the EPA can make another such edict and stop farmers in Central California from irrigating their vegetable fuels (thus putting lots of people out of work and driving the cost of foodstuffs higher) citing danger to a 2” long fish (the delta smelt) rather than coming up with a cheap and efficient and effective way to stop the danger (EPA could surely come up with a smelt-danger pheromone, for example) to keep the dumb fish from getting near the irrigation intake, no? Why is it the farmer’s problem?) and thus putting much of the area around Fresno, California into 40% unemployment, that is a disgustingly short-sighted outrage.

ITEM: When rather than backing up and taking the time to do right by a major piece of legislation, President Obama can flim-flam an idiot like Bart Stupak to swinging the dozen or so so-called anti-abortion Democrats in the house to back Obamacare by giving him a single sheet of paper with the president’s promise that no federal funding of abortion is authorized under Obamacare and four months later we find out that the very earliest covered Obamacare “medical treatments” include federally-funded abortions . . . that is a monstrous outrage.

ITEM: When Obama promised that control over health issues by you and your doctor was inviolate and would be preserved by Obamacare that was the ultimate lie as you’ll see . . . .

ITEM: When for the first time in a lame-duck session a nuclear arms-reduction treaty is passed based upon President Obama’s promise (oral, this time) that the treaty will not affect U.S. missile defense that is an utterly dangerous outrage.

ITEM: When the Democratic dominated congress does not fulfill its most basic function and pass a budget while driving the country deeply into debt and Unfunded liabilities by passing outrageous spending bills and huge government boondoggles (like Obamacare); and passes several thousand page bills which have not seen the light of day in committees; are not even read or posted; and never offered up for meaningful debate or amendment; and told we can’t find out what’s in them until after they’re passed . . . that is Constitutional outrage of the highest order.

What do all these outrages have in common? Every one of them is a refutation of Obama’s word on bi-partisanship; openness; transparency; and meaningful change; as well as a deliberate spitting upon the Constitution of the United States. And now we see a couple more acts in the continuing drama Barack Obama Uses the Founding Documents for Toilet Paper . . .  in a series of end runs, Obama shows us once again his total contempt for our Constitution and all great things American . . . .

Among Obama’s other lies about Obamacare (not one dime added to the debt; no abortion funding; you can keep your present insurance; etc.) was the promise that no “death panels” were created by the bill. “Death Panels” also called “review boards,” mean government-conducted oversight of potential treatment to the elderly; the very young; the very sick; and severely injured people; and government-decision making allowing operations and treatment under these circumstances or denying circumstances . . . thus the name “death panel” is fitting. The death panel’s encouragement and authorization of “end of life consultations” (“Do you want to pull the plug?” “How about now, should we pull the plug?” “Have you thought this over real carefully, shouldn’t we just go ahead and pull that nasty old plug?” “Are you there yet --- ready to pull the plug?” “Are you there yet . . . ?) enraged the public so the provisions for it were removed in the Obamacare law that was passed.

Now, however, these hideous laws are back with a vengeance courtesy of the Obama administration and its bureaucratic fiats from Medicare officials. Representative Earl Blumenauer and Senator Jay Rockefeller who led the Democrats’ effort in Congress to pass Section 1233 of pending Medicare legislation, which would have paid doctors to include "end of life" counseling in their patients' physical checkups, the Congress as a whole voted to delete that provision from the original bill so Obamacare would have some hope of passing. Now that an even worse regulation has been created and added to the health care processes of the nation . . . Blumenauer has sent out an e-mail asking his supporters “not to say anything, as his office on the one hand praised the Medicare bureaucratic action but warned: "While we are very happy with the result, we won't be shouting it from the rooftops because we are not out of the woods yet." If this new regulation is so wonderful, why NOT shout it from the rooftops and alert the citizenry? Here’s why . . . .
Speaker of the House designate, John Boehner, objected mightily to this provision in 2009, saying: "This provision may start us down a treacherous path toward government-encouraged euthanasia."  Now as Boehner feared we have not only “gone down the treacherous path toward government-sponsored and government-rewarded euthanasia” . . . we have done so by virtue of the actions of a lowly bureaucrat, someone we’ve never elected!!!

The great columnist Thomas Sowell put it this way, “Whatever the merits or demerits of the proposed provision in Medicare legislation, the Constitution of the United States makes the elected representatives of "we the people" the ones authorized to make such decisions. But when proposals explicitly rejected by a vote in Congress are resurrected and stealthily made the law of the land by bureaucratic fiat, there has been an end run around both the people and the Constitution.”

While the START Treaty vote can potentially get us blown to heaven or hell; there is no doubt that the Death Panels and the Death-Encouragement Education are the first step in Obama and Science Czar John Holdren’s master plan to kill off citizens whose lives prove to be too inconvenient to be continued . . . and clearly the chances for opponents of the administration to fit into that undesirable category are multiplied a hundredfold. Brave New World of HOPE AND CHANGE.
Can you remember Obama insulting conservative America as if he'd won 95% of the popular and electoral vote in 2008 . . . he said, "Elections have consequences" and went on to totally ignore all conservative voice and to ram his socialist agenda down our craws.   And once again he was lying, elections only have consequences when they go Obama's way.  He has zero intention of getting the message the 2010 election sent his way, ZERO!  "What's the big commotion?"  Can't you just hear the progressive Obama fans, to them this is literally “no big deal" moving toward adding "euthanasia by omission of treatment" as a prerogative of BIG GOVERNMENT.  This  continuous desecration, these outrages, these deliberate affronts to living, breathing, feeling, thinking patriotic Americans and common decency enacted by the Obama administration are the final insults and a declaration of war against America and decent Americans . . .

Rajjpuut

Presidential Seal Abandons Obama,

Moves to Vancouver, Canada

In what’s seen as another serious blow to public perception of the Obama administration’s competence, the presidential seal told reporter Payne Hertz, standing in for Rajjpuut, she was leaving her long time post in Washington, D. C. due to “irreconcilable differences” with President Barack Obama, top administration officials, the Obama czars and First Lady Michelle Obama. The seal, who doesn’t speak human languages vocally and is only semi-fluent in English, had to tap out her Spanish language answers in Morse code on a bongo drum in exchange for sardines turning a short interview into a long, drawn out beat-bop session. Our 96-year old veteran of the journalistic wars claims that he constantly found himself interrupting “the music” to get back to the thread of the interview . . . . “Rather like a really extended Greenwich Village poetry session,” according to Hertz. The video-recorded bongo serenade translates to this:

Hertz: Hola, Como esta` usted? (Hello, Wasap?)

PSL: Estoy harto de Obama hasta aqui (raises flipper above head and says, “I’m fed with Obama at least this much”)

Hertz: OK. How long have you served as the presidential seal?

PSL: Actually, I was the presidential sea lion, most of you humans don’t appreciate the difference . . . .

Hertz: Oh, yeah, I can see your tiny ears. And your flippers are really long; do you have any underfur at all?

PSL: Just a little, of course we sea lions can actually walk on all four flippers and are much more intelligent than those damn seals (sneers). That’s part of the problem. Obama gave me four promises and he’s reneged on all of them.

Hertz: Before we get into that, isn’t it true that Vice President Biden has accused you of “racism?” And . . . .

PSL: Oh, that again. I accuse the veep of stupidity, just as I accuse seals of stupidity. It’s not racism to say that a snail is slow, a skunk stinks or a seal is stupid. Take it up with National Geographic and Discover magazines. They’ve both done testing and seals average 70% lower IQs than we sea lions do and they come out only a point or two above Mr. Biden and Michelle Obama.

Hertz: You’re calling the First Lady unintelligent?

PSL: Look who she married. When it comes to capitalism and the spirit of the U.S. Constitution he’s an illiterate and an ignoramus. On economics, if you can show me a less intelligent fellow . . . .

Hertz: Hold it, you can’t just go around calling down the President of the United States . . . .

PSL: Listen, he made four promises to me and he didn’t keep one of them that’s batting .000 in my book and except for being a pretty-boy and making an occasional four-foot putt or three-point shot, there isn’t much there.

Hertz: Yeah, ah . . . . What were the promises?

PSL: For #1 He would introduce me within three days after the inauguration and explain to the American public the differences between seals and sea lions. He said it would be an excellent “teachable moment.” Instead he’s had the EPA undergo a “spread the intelligence” campaign to call us all “pinnipeds.” It’s like lumping human civilization in with monkey tribes and lemurs and calling you all “primates” to “spread the IQ wealth.”

Hertz: And?

PSL: #2 He said he’d provide me with my favorite snack after every televised appearance with him. #3 He’d allow me input into the Economic Recovery Board. #4 He refrain from any actions against gold traders . . . .

Hertz: Obama promised to allow a seal . . . .

PSL: Sea lion, damnit . . . .

Hertz: Excuse me, Obama promised to allow a sea lion to help make administration policy?

PSL: What? You think I could do worse?

Hertz: OK, OK, tell me more about the promises . . . .

PSL: Well, the most disappointing was about the “teachable moment” and then the snacks . . . .

Hertz: Skip those two . . . just promises #3 and #4.

PSL: Well, he tried to whip it past me, but while he was putting funded abortions in Obamacare, he also snuck in a bunch of onerous control over gold traders . . . I think it was on page 752 . . . I’ve got a cousin near Portland’s really going to be ill-affected by that one. As for the Economic Recovery Board people: they’re only a slightly paler shade of pink then Mr. “Jobs President” himself . . . they’re all experts at killing jobs.

Hertz: You’re claiming the president is a Marxist?

PSL: I swim in the water and hang out with sea lions; he populates his inner circle with commies . . . you get known by the company you keep . . . .

Hertz: That’s hardly conclusive . . . .

PSL: You don’t read much do you, fella?

Hertz: Excuse me?

PSL: You’re a liberal, huh? Dreams from My Father, well, youngster, his father’s dreams included 100% taxes.

Hertz: Well, you’re just a sea lion. Sorry, that was uncalled for, ‘er tell me about the problem with the snacks.

PSL: Pardon me too, I shouldn’t have referred to your age . . . . just get so damned mad, you can’t imagine what it’s like being surrounded by anti-American pinheads 24/7. It was right there in my contract, “four north Pacific herring” after every televised appearance with the two of us . . . and instead he pays me off with three of the tiniest, most tasteless . . . .

Hertz: I see, well it doesn’t sound like you got along very well . . . .

PSL: . . . dried out Delta Smelt, like eating french-fried cockroaches . . . .

Hertz: Did you say, Delta Smelt?

PSL: You’ve eaten ‘em, eh? So you catch my drift?

Hertz: But Delta Smelt are on the endangered species list. They’re stopping irrigation in California’s Central Valley because of the danger to Delta Smelt from being sucked into the piping systems . . . .

PSL: The fewer the Delta Smelt, the more environmental votes they get . . . .

Hertz: I can’t believe . . . .

PSL: Now, maybe you understand why I jumped off his lectern the other day . . . it was all just too much . . . .

Hertz: Well, there must have been something good about the experience . . . ?
PSL: Oh yeah, getting to sit in on sessions with Reid, Pelosi, Frank and Hoyer really made my day! Damn Keystone Cops . . . .

Hertz: (At this point the video-tape’s audio recording reveals only the snoring of a 96-year old man for the next twelve minutes. Hertz takes his afternoon siesta precisely at 2:45 every day . . . .)

Ya’all live long, strong and ornery,

Hateful Abortion Rhetoric Dooms
Buck’s Candidacy as Tea Party Opts
for Historic Losing Third-Party Role
Told you so, told you so, told you so. And now Ken Buck is proving it in spades. Cheer up, Ken, you can always serve as the perfect "RUBE," the quintessential "Radically Ugly Bad Example." Buck who's hijacked the good TEA Party name for the purpose of expressing his old-fashioned ultra-right-wing narrow-mindedness has given the progressive Dems all the ammunition needed to say not only, "Ken Buck, too extreme for Colorado" in their political ads . . . but to use him as the national poster boy for political incompetence. Nice job, idiot!

Oh, how the principled have fallen . . . . Back in early March, 2009, this thing, this entity, this apparently blessed concept of the TEA Party came around and Rajjpuut was jumping in ecstasy. At last, something sensible conservatives could get behind! Something that once understood, the whole universe of logical people in the whole country could love and could use to put the country back on the right track, back in line with the Founding Fathers' noblest dreams -- a true haven for conservative Republicans, Democrats, Independents and Libertarians (like Rajjpuut himself). Then again the TEA (Taxed Enough Already or is it Taken Enough Abuse?) Party came up with this most marvellous of documents the “Contract from America” and 7th Heaven was in view. Since its inception, Rajjpuut at Townhall and later at TEA Party sites has praised the good and great and warned about the utterly depraved potential of the TEA Party. It now appears thanks to “great candidates” like Ken Buck right here in Rajjpuut’s Colorado, that the TEA Party in 2010 is preparing to make the most radical and dangerous progressive Democrats in history and the Communist administration of Barack Obama look desirable to the American people out of sheer unmitigated stupidity. OUCH, OUCH, OUCH, OUCHity, OUCH!
For God sake’s, the mission is "save America" through fiscal conservativism, constitutional conservativism, just plain common sense, and high ideals. The mission is not to become just another losing third party asterick in history, split the conservative vote and doom the country to an Obama "dictatorship" as a result. Let’s look at the latest TEA Party idiot, Ken Buck . . . makes me shiver he’s so wrong. And let’s look at candidate Angle in Nevada, who has resurrected her candidacy but still faces an uphill battle. In an earlier blog, Rajjpuut lambasted Angle . . . .
About six weeks back Sharon Angle became the TEA Party backed candidate against the most hated and evil congressman in America (Pelosi gets the congresswoman honors), Harry Reid. It’s still NOT been settled whether the TEA Party Express who nominated her wasn’t a Harry Reid front aiming to select the worst possible candidate for Republican candidate so that Reid could almost NOT lose, but since that smacks of conspiracy theory and doesn’t help the discussion along, let’s forget that notion for now. Angle made enough mistakes that as soon as she was nominated in the primary she went from an 8% lead over Harry Reid to a 5% underdog. Rajjpuut’s earlier blog documented her amazing ability to “snatch defeat from the jaws of easy victory.” (In fairness to Angle, she's since adopted Rajjpuut's suggestions about 99% and is making a comeback, but what a waste of effort and money and the easy victory possibilities are gone.) And now comes Ken Buck right here in Colorado. If Angle proved stupid right after winning the primary, Buck is proving ultra-stupid and very hateful . . . Buck makes me sick that I’m a TEA Party member.
The TEA Party’s natural role is that of the overseer; as a group with unquestionable integrity standing up for real fiscal conservative and constitutional conservative values rather than becoming just another political party. Let’s review Angle’s and Buck’s shared mistakes before we get to the Ken Buck brilliancies that makes him, and by reflection, the TEA Party look like buffoons, nincompoops and hate mongers . . . . in the earlier blog on Angle
http://rajjpuutsfolly.blogtownhall.com/2010/08/02/angle’s,_tea_party_express’_stupidity_save_harry_reid’s_butt.thtml
Rajjpuut said that Angle did everything wrong, everything third-partyish that is destined to make Obama and the Democrats praise Allah for the creation of the TEA Party. To wit, the TEA Party getting heavily involved in the nominating process is a losing strategy. We have two parties, both have failed us, the TEA Party’s effective role is as Kingmakers as they proved in the November, 2009, special elections. In the early stages, since it is the Dems that have failed us the most that will about 90% of the time mean that the TEA Party will be benefitting Republican Candidates, but remember this . . . Republican in their own way failed the country more because knowing the wiser path, (fiscal and constitutional conservativism) the G.O.P. joined the Dems to become “Progressive Lite.”
If you’ll remember back to November, 2009, the TEA Party backed^^ the most fiscally and constitutionally conservative candidate in the four races, winning three and narrowly losing the fourth in an almost miraculous battle. That was the height of the TEA Party movement, and except for the Contract from America, it’s been largely downhill## since then.
So now Buck like Angle is more a TEA Party candidate than a G.O.P. one. Successful and honest candidacies require immense amounts of money and a lot of political expertise and experience, successful candidacies also require the candidate to get himself dirty, it’s the nature of the beast. Rather than getting dirty, the preferrred TEA Party role is to sit back and decide which candidate shows 1) fiscal conservativism 2) constitutional conservativism 3) common sense and 4) maintains the most integrity and high ideals in the heat of battle . . . the TEA Party’s natural and preferred WINNING role is, in short, not as a political party but as Kingmakers, WATCHDOGs and as a “party of ideas and ideals.”
Besides basically generating into a loutish third-party-like candidate, Buck like Angle early on has been shooting his mouth off and giving his opponent all the most satisfying sound bite opportunities imaginable. Understand this regardless of ideals, WINNING is a matter of practical politics, it appears that with testosterone added to Angle’s highball, Buck is out to prove himself the stupidest possible candidate. Ken Buck aside, even if your ideas are the noblest and wisest governing ideas -- IF it, however, takes (unfortunately) a lot of effort to explain them -- they are NOT good candidate ideas because it gives the opposition strong sound bites which are easily distorted, why in heaven would a sensible person do such a thing (give his enemy ammunition and load his gun)??? It is, however, highly debatable that Ken Buck’s idea are noble and wise, the man seems to be an utter fool. You want sound bites, you idiot? You have been provided with sound bites . . . the greatest possible sound bites imaginable . . . the ten principles of the Contract from America. Shut your fool jaybird mouth (overloaded by your alligator and jacka_s brain) and speak only from the script (the Contract) and even you might still have a chance. Rajjpuut repeats: regardless of ideals, WINNING is a matter of practical politics.
Again, Rajjpuut will say it clear . . . here’s the virtually failproof strategy for Conservative candidates supported by the TEA Party who’ve already proven themselves politically viable (they won their party’s nomination in the primary without TEA Party money and without TEA Party help) 1. Politics is a strategy game. You win strategy games by pounding away in areas where you have great advantage (Contract from America) and managing your problem areas (your big mouth and the tendency to talk out of turn, or about ‘outside areas’). You make your strengths into the most important issues in the battle. You win strategy games by making your opponents’ weaknesses the most important things about them (alignment with Obama, Pelosi and Reid and their own personal voting record that shows them as far from fiscal and constitutionally conservative) and you ignore your opponents’ strengths altogether. Politics is not about ego when done rightly, but about your ideals connecting with what’s best and smartest in the voters.
Buck, as mentioned, has proven himself an incompetent and flawed politician rather than a man of ideals. Let’s talk about his abortion rant. For almost 40 years, this country has been a country where the high court of the land allowed abortion. The Democrats have succeeded in making it a country where in the average election 56% of the women vote for them because the Republican Party does NOT recognize abortion as the law of the land; and because the Republican Party has chosen to tell people how to live the most intimate areas of their life. Rajjpuut is NOT a pro-abortion or pro-choice per se supporter, but neither does Rajjpuut elect to enter into a woman's brain, spirit and body and tell her how to live her life. Rajjpuut does NOT believe in abortion of demand. She and God will have to figure the proper course out for her. So now, thanks to the right-wing Republican's holier than thou stand, we have made de facto abortion on demand in the country pretty much the going standard. What a wonderful thing we've done because of the Republican's stupid stance. Rajjpuut is a father. You’re telling him that if his little girl is a victim of rape that she can’t decide for herself, talking to God in her own way, what to do next, that she doesn’t have this right? What gives anybody BUT her and God that right?
By squandering their anti-abortion effort on untenable and uncompassionate stances against rape and incest victims and the very young and against women whose very lives were in danger . . . the ultra-right wing (they are not conservatives, they are devilish busy-bodies) of the Republican Party has made the Progressive Democrats by default “virtuous” and desirable to a lot of women, and men. Rajjpuut has said to mention abortion at all is a stupid strategy. What does Ken Buck do? He says, “I’m not only against abortion, I’m against abortion in cases of rape or incest or where the mother’s life is in danger.” Such a fool. Sure like to see him gangraped in an alley and then by a miracle, becoming pregnant . . . . any man who enters the abortion debate is a hideous and utter fool, that’s a matter for women and individual women to deal with between them and God.
The single most important issue is what Buck and Angle didn’t choose to do. Here is the most nearly perfect little document ever created for this moment in history, the Contract from America, and Buck and Angle prefer to talk about abortion (a losing and unnecessary strategy) rather than pounding away at the fiscally and constitutionally conservative planks from the Contract. Now they have given the most depraved progressive congress in the history of America all the soundbites necessary to win and win easily. If I’m the Democratic National Committee what do I do? I run against TEA Party sound bites and nothing else. Featuring 50% Ken Buck, 35% Sharon Angle and 15% Rand** Paul’s unnecessary and foolish sound bite that makes him look like he’s anti-integration. I run on “Republican and TEA Party candidates are racists and dangerous demagogues” and I run on almost nothing else. Thanks Buck, thanks Angle . . . you’ve distorted the noble idea of the TEA Party into just another loony American third party.
What can every thinking principled America agree upon? Fiscal conservativism, Constitutional Conservativism, common sense and high ideals. Help unite people behind these four principles and comparatively without money, you control the political life in this country and save this country from 100+ years of PROGRESSIVE incremental Marxism. What could be more important? What could be more noble? What could be more practical? And why is no one using the Contract from America? Is throwing the Contract and the Declaration and the Constitution down the toilet and flushing them away . . . the logical and high-principled road to victory?
Ya’ll live long, strong and ornery,
Rajjpuut
## Among other things, it is morally repugnant to win a Republican primary running as a TEA Party candidate and then expect the G.O.P. to finance you because you won the Republican Primary, etc. If TEA Party "candidates" must run, they need to run as Republicans or Democrats period; and run with the TEA Party's Contract from America providing the strategic resources and touchstone but never saying the words "TEA Party" but rather showing with actions and words that the Contract from America lives inside of them. Any other path is disingenuous . . . running as a TEA Party candidate per se is expensive and unnecessary and doesn't serve the country well. Running as a TEA Party Republican means you're stealing their money. The only proper road is to win as a Republican because your ideals shine through; refer to those TEA Party ideals early and often, but run as a Republican (Or Democrat, or conservative, etc., whatever). Because if you take their money like Crist did in Florida, by God you need to represent them unequivocably and to put yourself forward with utter integrity. Crist has proven himself a lowlife and that's exactly what TEA Party Republicans, etc. do if they accept Republican money that way. The TEA Party is a set of ideals to emit from every pore of your body, not a label useful to help win a primary race in someone else's party. ^^ The winning strategy was shown and has been largely ignored since November, 2009. Back the most fiscally and Constutionally conservative candidate presented. In your ads for that candidate, show your principles (now we’ve got the Contract from America). The TEA Party got three victories and three turn-things-around winners. But the real lesson is what happened in the House election we lost. Here’s the situation. The idiot Republican Party gives $1 million in campaign money to a lady who makes Barack Obama look conservative. The Tea Party steps in and the far more conservative Democratic candidate wins easily with the lady Republican withdrawing a week before the election. In fact a very pleasant but “utterly-unshiny and otherwise unpolished” TEA Party candidate running under the banner of the Conservative Party nearly won the election. Why? How? He didn’t shoot off his mouth about losing issues and relatively unimportant issues but stayed tightly-glued to fiscal and Constitutional conservativism.
**Unlike Buck and Angle, Rand Paul is NOT stupid, quite the contrary . . . but his gaffe on the Civil Rights Law was very stupid and unnecessary. It allowed the progressives to paint him and other candidates and the TEA Party as racists. It would behoove, TEA Party candidates running as Republicans to learn from Rand Paul’s candidacy both good and bad. Avoid soundbite material at all costs. Crist has proven himself a lowlife and that's exactly what TEA Party Republicans, etc. do if they accept Republican money that way. The TEA Party is a set of ideals to emit from every pore of your body, not a label useful to help win a primary race.

The British National Health Care System has calculated that a human life is worth $45,000 . . . Obama recess-appointee Donald Berwick calls himself, ". . . in love with the British system . . . "

Even Gold Taxation Part of Obamacare

Infamously, the Squeaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi told us “we’ll have to pass it, so you can find out what’s in it . . . .” and then she promised us, “. . . but, you’ll like it.” Clearly she was lying again. Obamacare (though it was only one bill) created almost 390 brand new U.S. government agencies (almost ten times as much as FDR created in 12+ years in office):

http://www.commercialappeal.com/news/2010/jul/26/letters-to-the-editor-monday/?partner=yahoo_feeds

Item: The link above shows you that the Brits value a human life at $45,000. And Donald Berwick has said, "I am in love with the British system." Why exactly is that important? Consider this, Lee Iacocca before he went to Chrysler to bankrupt them and earn them their 1979 bailout, worked at Ford and is most infamous for designing the Pinto with its exploding gas tanks. As early as 1972 (38 years ago) Iacocca had put such stringent limits on Pinto design as far as costs, weight, passenger compartment maximum volume, trunk minimum volume, etc. that when he and his toadies were presented with evidence of the potential for catastrophic failure of the Pinto, he refused to add a $9.95 fix that would have made the Pinto a perfectly safe automobile. The reason? At that time the cost of a human life was reckoned by insurance anlaysis at precisely $200,000 and cost-benefit analysis said the Pinto would be more profitable without the $9.95 per car safety improvement. It was literally "all about 'trunk^^ space' " according to insider testimony. Well, in the case of Donald Berwick, Barack Obama and Obamacare, it's all about coffin space.

Item: As the Republicans told you, there are NO provisions for controlling costs or improving health, not one.

Item: The elderly will definitely now pay for a much, much larger percentage of their own healthcare costs . . . soon with their fixed incomes ravaged by inflation (more on that later).

Item: Unlike what Bart Stupak said Obama promised him, federally funded elective abortions are now the law of the land. Remember that fellow that yelled out “You liar!” when Obama was addressing the congress and the president said that abortion would NOT be covered, well he was correct but will NOT be getting apologies any time soon, now will he? The very first two institutions to set up shop for Obamacare in New Mexico and Pennsylvania began by immediately providing for abortion coverage. Regardless of your particular stance on abortion, one thing 78% of Americans agree upon is that the U.S. government should NOT pay for elective non-health threatening surgeries with abortion #1 on their "don't pay list."

Item: we now know beyond a doubt, the deficits and national debt will surge rather than shrink because of Obamacare. The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has dramatically ratcheted up its evaluation of Obamacare costs and of course they didn't even consider the separate "doctor-fix" that congress just passed.

Item: You will be able to keep your same health care insuror and same doctor only if you’re lucky. Most likely if you’re part of a small- or medium-sized business, your employer will be forced by the economics of the issue (expense!) to abandon providing health care for his/her employees and pay a less expensive fine for not doing so. You’ll then have to provide your own health insurance, sorry 'bout that.

Item: As Obama’s new healthcare head (recess-appointee of a yet another communist, not just socialist, on the sly) Donald Berwick has informed us, this socialized medicine approach known as Obamacare WILL indeed be “rationing healthcare” and must "by definition, to be just" indeed “be redistributional.” Berwick is a real winner. He describes himself as a "fan of socialized medicine but everything about him revealed in his published works goes light years beyond mere socialism. He believes that intelligent planning by people like him is best for you, especially in health care. He is also essentially a phony: the Washington Times reported that two Harvard professor positions claimed for Dr. Berwick were essentially "honorary" posts with minor teaching and administrative duties. He has described himself as "in love with the British National Health Care System," which has 1.6 times the percentage of cancer deaths as we do here in America. A system where long waits have repeatedly and constantly been written up in the English press as causes of tragedies where people in their emergency rooms die of dehydration and bleed to death or asphyxiate while waiting to be seen..

http://blogs.washingtontimes.com/news/2010/jul/7/recess-move-draws-bipartisan-fire/

http://eyeblast.tv/public/video.aspx?v=XdZukUuz2G

Item: What Obamacare definitely does do is: in time wipe out the health insurance industry; create 390 new government bureaucracies; extend government control over Americans to life and death matters (sorry, Grandma, but it’s just too expensive, the government won’t pay for it); create long waiting lines for services; provide for abortions funded by the government (you can bet they won’t be rationed!); and add to the mountains of debt. The appointment of Donald Berwick will make the American health care system a device for population control by medical rationing. Read debt, death, long lines, poor quality care as well.

Item: There are many surprises, but here’s an example of just how invasive the bill is into every day life. If, you like Rajjpuut, see the government’s invasion into every aspect of our daily lives as certain to prompt inflation, than runaway inflation and ultimately*** hyper-inflation – you may have considered putting some money into gold. One of the Obamacare provisions will now tax gold coin and bullion transactions (nothing wrong with taxing profits, but taxing every single transaction amounts to a federal sales tax which is, at the moment unconstitutional). That tax itself and the amount of paperwork required will make gold transactions much more expensive. So much for trying to look out for yourself because the government was inflating the currency . . . .

Ya’all live long, strong and ornery,

Rajjpuut

^^ Figuratively "all about trunk space" means that putting every single item, including human life, into a dollar and cents evaluation of cost versus benefit was the corporate mindset of Iacocca's Pinto division when they made their decisions; and the fault was NOT all with them. Apparently every one of their studies and those of their competitors literally showed that car buyers were about Eight times more likely to reject an automobile based upon trunk space than its safety features or lack of them. Stupid on both ends, eh?

*** because the Federal Reserve Bank printed 14 times as many dollars in 2009 as were circulating in 2008, technically each 2010 dollar is now worth about 6.6 cents in 2008 money. 14 + 1 = 15 times as much money in circulation so with 100 pennies in each dollar 100/15 = 6.6 cents

Kenya's Answer Again, "Butt out, Barack!"

For the second time in five years, Barack Obama has sought to influence the future of Kenya. For the second time in five years, Kenyans have said, “Butt out, Barack!” But, of course, Barack still continues along the path of evil . . . alas, alas.

Your tax dollars from Uncle Sam have recently been proposed by one BHO, Jr. for the august purpose of bringing abortion to Kenya despite the fact that Kenyans, men and women, are virulently opposed. $23 million American dollars have been spent on the “Kenya Constitution Vote.” In Nairobi, the country’s capital, the constitution referendum, requiring among other things the legalization of abortion in the country, has received funds from the U.S. taxpayer for this constitutional election while promising much more money IF the referendum passes . . . in effect this is an effort to bribe Kenya to pass a new constitution whose main change is the inclusion of abortion.

Rep. Chris Smith of New Jersey cited a U.S. Agency for International Development, or USAID, report estimating over $23 million in U.S. funds have been spent on the referendum, and overtly support the abortion law. The problem? Two American laws have been violated.

1) It’s against U.S. law for taxpayer funds in any fashion to be used to influence foreign elections.
“Under no circumstances should the U.S. government take sides,” said Smith at a news conference earlier. “But, that is precisely what the Obama administration has done.” Smith and other lawmakers accuse the Obama administration of offering incentives to Kenya to approve the controversial new constitution, promising that passage would “allow money to flow” into the nation's coffers.

2) Another federal law known as the Siljander Amendment makes it spefically illegal for the U.S. government to lobby on abortion in other countries. While the U.S. clearly should not be interfering and definitely NOT backing either the ‘yea’ or the ‘nay’ factions; and (by the Siljander Amendment) clearly never should be backing abortion in Kenya or any other country . . . the Obama administration has taken to openly backing the pro-abortionists.

Obama, in 2007, went to Kenya to back communist Raila Odinga’s failed attempt to become president. Odinga, educated in East Berlin well before the fall of the Berlin Wall, is not only a communist but was supported primarily by Muslims and more importantly by Muslim terrorists. Odinga promised Muslims in a secret document that Shariah Law would be imposed upon the country (Islam would become the official Kenyan religion and rules akin to those brought to Afghanistan by the Taliban would be imposed on all its citizens) despite the fact that Christianity (47%) is the single largest religious belief in Kenya and Islam only covers about 11% of the populace. While Odinga's chances of election were always slim, they dropped precipitously when the secret Muslim accord document was made public. Odinga then signed another accord with the Muslims with watered-down provisions while claiming that the first document had never occurred and was fraudulent.

Mr. Obama, while campaigning about ten days for Odinga, is supposed to have spoken twice to purely Muslim crowds and at least one picture of the president in Muslim attire while in Kenya has been circulating the internet for almost three years. Much controversy arose including supposedly valid e-mails discovered immediately after the election purportedly from Obama to Odinga advising that if he lost the election to claim voting fraud and then to resort to violence and extort a position in the government . . . which is precisely what happened. Muslim rioters attacked Christians and Christian churches inflicting arson, murder, rape and maiming upon the Christian populace and eventually the re-elected President offered Odinga the newly created “prime minister” position which Odinga now holds.

The “dreams” implicit in Mr. Obama’s first autobiography “Dreams from My Father” can perhaps be represented best by:

in which “scientific socialism” a.k.a. “communism” for Kenya is discussed as well as such enlightening concepts such as “100% taxation,” confiscation of private lands and private businesses, confiscation of foreign businesses, redistribution of wealth now in Kenyan White and Asian hands into Black ones, etc., etc. Apparently, our president not only wants to bring us communism, he aims to do it to Kenya also.

Obamacare’s First Implementations Reveal

Obama Abortion-Betrayal of Promise to Stupak

Regardless of how Americans view abortion, roughly 75% of Americans have agreed on one thing: public funding of “elective abortion” is a very bad idea. Elective surgeries including things like “stapling stomachs, hair implants, cosmetic plastic surgery and elective abortions are all personal choices and are not absolute medical emergencies like, say emergency, therapeutic abortions are.

Based upon his personal history as candidate and president, it was only a matter of time before this most incredible of all Obama lies surfaced. The surprise is that it came on the very first publicly announced implementation of Obamacare, the very first. Barack Obama who accused his accusers of “bearing false witness” against him at the final moments of passage of Obamacare, has been proven to be the ultimate bearer of false witness in the most dishonorably possible way. And remember he said to turn off FOX News because they and the Republican Party were “fabricating things.” And of course charges that Obamacare was 1) going to cost far more than advertised and 2) would raise the deficits of the nation were “fabrications” also.

The very first implementations of Obamacare today are setting up state coverage for “elective abortion” at 80% in New Mexico, Pennsylvania and reportedly two other states. Doesn’t Bart Stupak look like a complete idiot now. If the poor cretin blew his brains out, would anyone blame him . . . how humiliating, he made a stand supposedly on principle and then took the word of the president of the United States that no federal coverage of abortion would occur . . . and now it’s obvious Stupak was an A-1 Sucker! Remember Bart Stupak telling the country, with that signed paper in his hand, that “Republican claims that federally funded abortions were part of Obamacare were "disingenuous?"

There are a few good things about Barack Obama:

A) He’s made the nation aware of the evil of progressive administrations like FDR’s and Woodrow Wilson's. For example, a large percentage of Americans now understand for the first time that FDR, rather than ending the Great Depression (only World War II did that) actually extended it at least another eight years.

B) He’s been unable to keep his communism under wraps (55% of Americans now believe Obama’s a socialist according to a poll released today by James Carville a liberal survey group) Americans are becoming aware of his communism, slowly but surely. Remember he wrote an autobiography called “Dreams from My Father,” (meaning his Kenyan birth father), the man who wrote this masterpiece calling for 100% taxation among about six other atrocities upon Kenya’s people:

C) Some, like Rajjpuut’s wonderful readers have learned about Cloward-Piven Strategy . . . how C-P Strategy deliberately bankrupted New York City via the NWRO creating a welfare crisis; how Cloward and Piven suggested to radical followers that housing and voting were the next areas to implement (abuse) and how the Motor Voter Act has been abused by ACORN and how an Obama political appointee to the Department of Justice has now ordered the DOJ NOT to enforce even the weakened Motor Voter Act against dead people, felons, duplicate entries and fraudulent entries on the voter rolls. Oh, and for those who suggest Rajjpuut is

"paranoid" rather than just revealing the news, remember this: 32 ACORN voter registration officials have already been convicted; and in the Black Panther voter intimidation case, the biggest victim was a Black poll watcher the Panthers called an "Oreo" and an "Uncle Tom" and threatened that if he came outside he'd get the "sh__ kicked out of him," so the real "racism" comes always from the left while they accuse everyone else.

D) Some, like Rajjpuut’s wonderful readers have learned about how based upon C-P Strategy, ACORN took advantage of Jimmy Carter’s ’77 CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) and expansions in ’92; twice in ’95 and the steroid version of mortgage guarantee laws in ’98 to force home lenders to make loans to people without jobs; people without rental references; people without homes; people without I.D.s; and even illegal aliens. Thank you, thank you, ACORN; and thank you, too, progressives.

E) Many people have come to believe that global warming and the cap and trade legislation that Obama’s been pushing to respond to “global warming’s dangers” is 100% a lie, as the ultra-liberal London Times admitted back on Nov. 29, 2009:

http://climaterealists.com/index.php?id=4500

F) It appears that virtually the only TANGIBLE job creation by the Obama stimulus and recovery act are a series of huge green and white signs commissioned for Democratic sign-makers saying "This project (the sign itself?) brought to you courtesy of the Stimulus and Recovery Act" at $10,000 a sign.

G)
And on top of the great news today about the Gulf Oil Spill being at least tentatively capped, Barack Obama has shown his true colors with the Oil Drilling Moratorium he’s called for. Here are the facts, if he's allowed to pull that off, he himself has most likely caused more ill-effects to the Gulf economy than the spill itself . . . ah, inhumanity!

That’s the good news, but while Barack Obama moves us every day ever closer to calling him Chairman Big Brother, it’s a mighty, mighty thin soup . . . .

The possibility of Obama ‘vetoing’ his Obamacare legislation because of recent discoveries from the Congressional Budget Office that it violated two of his campaign pledges about overall costs and reducing the deficit . . . now seems to be on the back-burner. Apparently the sensible notion was released as a trial balloon and was just a “tease” designed to confuse conservatives. No change is now expected. This is a perfect time to see how well President Obama came through on the fifteen most crucial promises he made about “reforming” health care in this country.

  • 1. Health care will cost less for the individual and the government. That was why the "vetoing" of Obamacare actually made sense. It has now been revealed by the CBO that it will cost much more and will not help reduce the deficit.
  • 2. Better care would result. Not according to the Congressional Budget Office and American physicians. Worse care and longer waits are the future for American patients.
  • 3. Deficits would be reduced and Obamacare would help the nation meet the challenges of the future. Sorry, the CBO shows that Obamacare will NOT pay for itself even using ten years of taxes to cover the first six years of the program's operation. It will increase deficits and the National Debt.
  • 4. It was part of his promise there would be “no new taxes on the middle-class.” However, Obamacare will begin collecting taxes on virtually everyone including the middle-class right away to pay for the program’s start in 2014.
  • 5. Abortions will NOT be paid for with Obamacare and your tax dollars. The reason that Bart Stupak and eleven other “pro-life” Democrats held out till the last 24 hours was that they could see there was no provision in the law forbidding abortion funding. Then President Obama gave Stupak a promise there would be no funding of Abortions – a promise that has no legal power. Abortion funding is still NOT prohibited in the law as passed.
  • 6. Not one dime over $900 Billion to fund it. The CBO now shows it coming in at over $1 TRillion which is what’s causing the deficit increases it will bring.
  • 7. Health Care unconscionable profits for Insurance agencies will be reduced dramatically. First of all health insurance profit margins were 3.2% last year one of the lowest profit margins of any profitable industry. Secondly, thanks to Obamacare their absolute profits wil rise at least for the foreseeable future as 30 million new customers are added to their client rolls.
  • 8. This is NOT socialized medicine. Ahem, FDR implemented 39 key agencies as part of the “New Deal" . . . but Obamacare creates almost 400 new agencies in just one monster law . . . medicine will become much more complicated and less user-friendly and, yes, it is obviously a government program now incorporating all the old agencies and 392 new ones . . . .
  • 9. We will seek bi-partisan input and support. The only thing bi-partisan was that 34 House Democrats joined the Republicans in voting against Obamacare. Obama held a shuck-and-jive bi-partisan meeting where Republican input was totally ignored though it obviously made the most sense. Democrats talked for a bit longer than Republicans but Obama talked and harrangued for longer than both together. In the end not one of about ten great Republican ideas made it into the bill.
  • 10. We’ll put this on C-Span; the creation of this new law will be open, transparent and a non-political process. BARF!
  • 11. You’ll till be able to keep your current doctor and current health care insurance if you want to. Sorry, but a lot of doctors will not be a part of this program; and a lot of insurors will no longer be insuring the same employers because of the debilitating effect of Obamacare on employer finances.
  • 12. There will be NO rationing of health care. Were you born yesterday? Longer lines? Fewer doctors? More regulations between you and your doctor? Attempts to call a great deal of the most expensive medical possibilities “optional” for the elderly – rationed care is the ONLY way that Obamacare could hope to work, sort of.
  • 13. We’ll not go down that road (reconciliation) to pass the bill. That’s how they did pass it.
  • 14. We’ll make sure there’s a five-day period for public comment before the bill is signed into law. Never happened.
  • 15. We will “reform” the health care industry. They have enlarged the government and the health care bureaucracy and thrown a lot of money at the “problem.” The word “reform,” however, means to “improve” or “make better.” They clearly have NOT reformed the health care system.

Hillary Clinton back in Newsweek in 1994 or 1995 said “Abortion is wrong.” Now she’s not only shifted her stance, but she’s gotten downright impolite about it . . . going to one of our biggest allies and taken to telling them how to run their country, ugh! Understanding that the Canucks were aiming to make maternal health the showpiece of Canada’s initiative at the next G-8 summit, Hillary, attacking that plan by Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper, said “You cannot have maternal health without reproductive health and reproductive health includes contraception and family planning and access to legal, safe abortion.” Talk about bad manners!

So now Hillary is telling the Canadians they must have abortion-on-demand and is willing to scold Canadians in Canada about that, but also she is indicating just how invalid the little Obama piece of paper promising Bart Stupak his anti-federally funded abortion dreams is going to work out to be. Dumb, Bart, really, really stupid! Now the normal province of the Secretary of State is clearly NOT publically pushing abortion for other nations . . . so where did this come from? Answer: Obama is trying to connect to his abortion-loving progressive-wing and remind them, “When I said that to Bart Stupak, I was only funnin’, only funnin’" . . . So Obamacare is NOT funding abortions, has been proven to be just another lie. Ah well, it was just a matter of time till the matter was taken to the Supreme Court and Stupak’s idiocy was ascertained for good. Now you know . . . your taxes will fund elective abortions. Just another Obama lie.
