“Is tolerance a two-way street or not? There’s a lot of talk about tolerance in this country today having to do with people on the left. But here Indiana steps forward to protect the constitutional rights and privileges of freedom of religion for people of faith and families of faith in our state, and this avalanche of intolerance that has been poured on our state is just outrageous.”

Those are the words of Indiana’s Governor, Mike Pence, in the wake of liberal panty wadding over the recent passage and signing of that state’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

Doesn’t Pence realize that the TOLERANCE liberals are always whining about only extends to those who feel as they do…believe as they do and advocate the exact same things as they do?

In fact, there are few groups in this country less tolerant than liberals but to really understand this latest sense of false outrage by the left, one must examine the RFRA.

What we have here is not at all unique. In fact, 19 states have passed just such an Act of their own but that doesn’t even begin to cover it. Another 11 states have RFRA written into their state Constitutions.

After yesterday’s article, “Cruz Makes it Official – The Race is ON!!!” I believe there are more than just a few out there who need a civics lesson.

Ted Cruz, as a matter of LAW and U.S. Codes…IS indeed qualified AND eligible to run for the office of president.

The Constitution, clearly states that to serve as president, one must be 35 years of age, one must have resided in the United States for at least 14 years and that one must be a Natural Born Citizen. Just as clearly, the Constitution never defines Natural Born Citizen nor do any of our founding documents but…later laws and codes DO.

The Supreme Court, which has NEVER entertained a case based on NBC and therefore, never issued any DECISION regarding NBC has, for a very long time, held that a Natural Born Citizen or…NBC…is one who is a Citizen at Birth or…CaB.

Further…the SCOTUS has long held that NBC includes those born in the United States or abroad to parents of a U.S. citizen.

Now don’t go all plural on me here as I will explain this.

We have since made room for many classes of Resident Alien Immigrants and have afforded them most of the rights enjoyed by citizens and yet for some that is still not enough. The crux of the immigration issue today is not as hard core as Roosevelt's position but rather centers around the question of whether or not the entry was legal and have the requirements of the visa been followed. We are still a Republic, a nation of laws, is it so much to ask of those who want to come here and share the bounty to do it legally??

If there is such a thing, and I fully believe there is, as divine providence, clearly it played a most important part in the events surrounding the founding of this nation.

For those who wish to separate Christmas from the politics of the day, I am with you but, one must realize that without connecting the two, we may well not have a nation at all.

When one thinks of Christmas, the true and first Christmas, one thinks of tiny Bethlehem. That’s where it started. Bethlehem.

So too, via divine providence, is Bethlehem a key to our nation’s birth.

Yes, it is a different Bethlehem than the one from the first Christmas but I ask you, is it coincidence? I rather doubt it as I don’t believe in such things either in politics OR divine providence.

Since I’ve seen nobody else bring this up…I will.

Have you noticed? Something’s missing in Ferguson. While the situation in Ferguson is different…something is most definitely…missing.

There are…”protesters”… in Ferguson.

Many of the…”protesters”…in Ferguson are armed. Gun shops have been selling out of ammo and weapons there and we’ve seen videos of armed protesters so we KNOW that many of the…”protesters”…in Ferguson are armed to the teeth.

So far…it appears the same as it was before…before what?

I’ll get to that shortly.

In Ferguson…day after day, night after night since August 9th, the…”protesters” have been in the street…up and down the street…all OVER the street. Hell, in those early days, they were burning and looting businesses…causing mayhem and destruction and to be crystal clear…they are threatening the same now whenever the decision from the Grand Jury is delivered. Whatever that decision is.

What’s missing? Something is  missing but what?

Oh, for God’s sake…

KNOCK IT OFF ALREADY would ya? The wild Ebolas are not going to stampede through your town or neighborhood and get you.

Don’t get me wrong…there are precautions you should take to minimize any chance that you could be blindsided by a marauding Ebola and primarily among them is this carefully guarded bit of advice…

If you’re out and about, running errands or doing your daily business and you happen upon a puddle of someone’s bodily fluids…don’t…and I repeat…DO NOT frolic about in it….especially if it is a fresh puddle as the Ebola virus will only live for a matter of a quarter of a day or so in such conditions.

That, as I said, is the primary precaution one should take to avoid being attacked by a wild Ebola but there is one other very important and necessary precaution one should employ…

DO NOT WALLOW ABOUT IN LIBERAL BULLSHIT as THAT is a definitive carrier of the virus.

Good grief people…get a grip.

You want to worry about an epidemic? Worry about the epidemic of LIBERALISM which has been characterized by some as a MENTAL DISORDER. I however, see it differently. To ME…LIBERALISM is more like a brain eating amoeba and unlike the wild Ebola, liberalism is airborne.

Every time one of the infected opens its mouth, there’s a chance of it spreading and while you may THINK you’re immune to LIBERALISM, even a slight case can be deadly.

Yesterday, a FEDERAL JUDGE…one U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson to be exact…set the fast and furiously approaching date of OCT 1^ST as the date by which Eric WITHHOLDER must…drum roll please…TURN OVER ALL THOSE DOCUMENTS TO DARRELL ISSA AND THE HOUSE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE!!!

Does anyone but me smell an impending hard drive crash in the offing?

Now I KNOW that Holder just told the assembled mob in Ferguson that he TOO was a black man but…I do declare…he looks as white as sheet right now.

What’s the matter Holder? Did you just see the ghost of Brian Terry???

By October 1^st, Holder has been ordered by the judge to turn over all unprivileged documents AND…all PRIVILEGED documents as well and Issa has until Oct 17^th to register any objection regarding any documents that AREN’T turned over.

Welcome to the new normal?

If this be normal, I want no part of it.

We are now but three and a half months from an election that could at best, start to turn the ship around toward calmer waters but it seems some, both elected by the right as well as those who elect the right are bound and determined to scuttle our last chance to slow the decline of what used to be the greatest nation on earth.

What we have today is one party hell bent on defending the dismantling of our nation and the other, content to sit on their hands while it happens.

Shame on the GOP for staunchly backing those who would do nothing in the face of tyranny. Boehner, Ryan, McConnell, Graham, McCain, Rand Paul, King and the list from the right side of the aisle goes on….gutless, spineless wonders all….too comfortable in their cushy seats of power to take a stand…lacking the balls to speak out except against those who adhere to their oaths.

Welcome to the new normal?

Up is down, wrong is right. The more absurd the policy the more vigorously it will be defended by the Kool Aid slurping liberals and the more common sense the solution to the problem, the more it will be decried by the left.

From our stagnant and declining economy to our rapidly rising national debt…from Obama’s betrayal of our Constitution to his treasonous activities abroad…the race is on to see who claims the precious, the ring and all that goes with it first. Will the caliphate solidify before the invaders take America or will it be the other way around?

As many of the readers of this blog know, Diane Sori of The Patriot Factor and I are partners on RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS, our radio show on CPR Worldwide Media  and a few months ago, between our two blogs and our show, we exposed the truth regarding Benghazi.

Since then, RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS and CPR have been targeted by the Obama regime. Repeated attempts have been made to knock of off the air with cyber attacks coming from the east coast to the west coast…the middle of a farm field in Kansas and even from a point 420 miles due west of the coast of Spain in the Atlantic Ocean.

The CEO of CPR has had his tires slashed and his vehicle further vandalized and a note left on it warning our CEO, Michael Collins-Windsor to “stop the investigative reports or next time it won’t just be your tires getting slashed.”

The surveillance tapes from that event were taken from local law enforcement by two FBI agents days later.

The owner of the company that licenses CPR for the ability to legally play music had two FBI agents show up at his HOME at 8:30pm on a Saturday ordering HIM to PULL THE STREAMING LICENSE in an attempt to close CPR down. He was reportedly threatened, told to shut the ‘F’ up and do what he was told or he would lose his business.

That, by the way, was NOT the only time he was told by the FBI to shut CPR down.

It was at that point that both Diane and I were labeled by that particular duo of being “potential threats to national security.”

Two FBI agents then showed up at Collins-Windsor’s bank demanding his records but were turned away as they did NOT have any court order to take those records.

Two men showed up one day at Collins-Windsor’s office where they took photos of the building.

Man oh MAN…Monday’s Supreme Court decision on the Hobby Lobby case has left liberals, already barely hanging on by the last threads of one screw, completely unhinged.

Not at all surprisingly, the decision went 5-4 but liberals and their ideology that ALL of us should pay for what a FEW want, was struck down and more to the point, it was struck down because of Obamacare and Obama himself were not allowed to force ‘freedom FROM religion’ down We the People’s throats.

Five of the nine Justices agreed that a corporation, owned by those with deeply held religious beliefs could not be forced, upon mandate of government, to abandon those beliefs once they walked outside their doors or the doors of their chosen church.

For once, the Founders and Framers were smiling.

As the Founders and Framers set up our Constitution and specifically, the Bill of Rights, the 1^st Amendment guarantees every American Freedom OF Religion. “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;” and this has today’s liberals all tied up in knots.

 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Free All Speech Act of 2014”.

SEC. 2.  Application of laws that restrict the political speech of American citizens to media corporations.

(a) In general.—Any law that restricts the political speech of American citizens shall apply with equal force to media corporations, such as the New York Times, the American Broadcasting Company (ABC), the National Broadcasting Company (NBC), and the CBS Television Network.

(b) No application to American citizens if application to media corporations found unconstitutional.—To the extent that the application of a law to a media corporation under subsection (a) is found unconstitutional, such law shall have no force or effect with respect to American citizens.

The IRS is not the major obstacle to the 1st Amendment in America. Stories of IRS oppression swat at a gnat and swallow the proverbial camel.

Hint: Lois Lerner previously worked at the Federal Election Commission an entity dedicated to abridging citizens and groups rights to participate in American politics.

After Watergate, campaign laws were passed:

• But media corporations were exempted creating a State approved press. Is it any wonder news media are among the biggest promoters of campaign law?
• Regulations limited citizen’s donations to politicians. This made it unlikely challengers, who would benefit more from large sums from a few, can defeat incumbents.
• Lawyers have gotten rich defending clients against infractions of myriad, incomprehensible and unconstitutional laws.
• Many non-profits are more concerned with raising donations to defend their tax exemption than restoring 1st Amendment rights to the electorate.

However, freedoms of speech, press and assembly are inalienable rights not privileges. The 1st Amendment does not say unless you assemble as for-profit, non-profit, church, political party, media Corporation or unincorporated group. The 1st Amendment does not limit how much you can spend as an individual or like minded group or require reporting donations and expenditures to the Federal government. The 1st Amendment does not say candidates give up the right to associate with or coordinate with like minded citizens or groups.

A free press is the right to use a printing press without a license from government.

Other than who pays for it, there is no difference between an editorial, slanted news story and a political ad? The poor can make their voices heard by assembling and combining their donations to buy space in newspapers and time on broadcast networks.

Remember the good ol’ days of the Obama regime?

Me either but there WERE days when things were not as they are today. Mainly because they were the earliest days of the regime and the Dictator hadn’t the time yet to extend his special brand of Muslim and socialist corruption far and wide.

Before he was even elected back in 2008, there were those of us who were wondering exactly who this guy was?

Barack Hussein Obama…there were plenty of indications back THEN that he wasn’t who he said he was…an American citizen. Old book jackets said he was born in Kenya. The Kenyan GOVERNMENT said he was born in Kenya.

There were no college records we were allowed to see…no thesis we were allowed to read…nobody knew who financed his upper class education, and where-oh-where was his BIRTH CERTIFICATE???

Well…he cleared it all up by RELEASING his birth certificate didn’t he? You know…the one that was proven to be a fake by people who understood exactly how to fake that sort of thing and then by a law enforcement investigation that also proved his social security number is fraudulent and so is his selective service registration but…those were the good ol’ days of the regime.

What followed has been nothing short of a cascade of corruption flowing down from what was purported to be the “most transparent administration in history.”

Yesterday, in part 1 of this 2 part series, I clearly defined Obama as a Muslim and the meaning of his coded message, “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”

Currently, we are aghast at what is transpiring in Iraq as ISIS, runs with brutal barbarism through a country that 4500 members of our military died to liberate and thousands more were wounded in as Obama raises money for the DNC and plays rounds of golf in California and while aghast, we should not be at all surprised.

What we are witnessing is what I have called before…the Obama doctrine and make no mistake; his true legacy will not be compiled in the annals of America rather, in the annals of Islam.

ISIS is the ‘Islamic State of Iraq and Syria’ and they wouldn’t be in any position today to expand their barbaric reach from their roots in Turkey were it not for their AAI…’AMERICAN AGENT of ISLAM’…Barack Hussein Obama and his six year doctrine.

From the time Obama set up shop in our white house, he has categorically aided this caliphate scenario and to hold any hope of change in “fundamentally transforming the United States of America”  as I outlined yesterday, he MUST have a caliphate in place in the Middle East.

Obama told our enemies from his first days in office exactly when he would remove all traces of the United States military from Iraq.

He has done the exact same for our enemies in Afghanistan.

He said Qaddafi must go from Libya and to aid that occurrence, Obama supplied al-Qaeda terrorist “rebels” with weapons.

Obama said Mubarak must go from Egypt and backed the Arab Spring to see that it happened. Once gone from power, Obama backed the Muslim Brotherhood and as their defacto agent…AAI (American Agent of Islam) placed THEM into power.

Obama has said that Assad must go from Syria and to help that take place, he has been arming al-Qaeda “rebels” there.

The Obama doctrine has a singular purpose on the world stage…

Under the ‘leadership from behind’ of Barack Hussein Obama, the world is going to hell in a handbag. The decline is staggering and we’re witnessing the downfall on both a global and national scale.

Given the dire state of things now and the even MORE dire consequences to come, I am amazed at what some from both sides of the political aisle believe to be our greatest threats.

Our founders and framers entrusted to us, their future generations, the greatest nation ever created and I believe they would be aghast at what it’s become…at what WE’VE become and how even we Conservatives plan to fix this damned mess.

Domestically…as a nation we are approaching $18 TRILLION dollars in the hole. $18 TRILLION dollars in debt and while our founders and framers knew we would need to borrow money from time to time, they also understood the need to pay off our national debt. That is one of the key reasons they set up our government to be a small, LIMITED government so as to leave as much money in the pockets of the people as possible and not burden them with the debts incurred by government.

Right now, as things stand, our great, great grandchildren wouldn’t be able to pay back today’s national debt if we quit our deficit spending here and now and we most clearly can’t depend on our economy to save us. Not now. Not under Obama’s ideology of entitlements being traded for votes.

It seems God and Country have been splintered by progressive interpretation of our Founding Documents.

The State was to stay out of the church's business NOT the Church staying out of the State's business.

God and country has been moved to a place much like the "mice" of most of those under the thumb of Hitler's regime.  Without the exemplary demonstrable courageous faith of our Founding Fathers, there would be no USA.

When we scrutinize the role of the Church in Germany during the Nazi era.  It is clear that the disconnect between the ideals the Church had always set for itself and the way it responded to the brutality of the German government under Adolf Hitler was nothing short of cowardice.  Dietrich Bonhoeffer was one of the few church leaders who stood in courageous opposition to the Fuehrer and his policies. For his principles, he gave his life.

If American believers/Christ-followers are not willing to lay down their lives for liberty, the precious inalienable, God-given rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness will be as wasted tissue in a commode of corruption known as American Party Politics.

We MUST attend to the "Fierce Urgency of Our Day".  Once again God and Country Americans must stand up and be counted.  The result of our failure will likely be another 1000 years of darkness, which will eclipse the dark ages of centuries past, spell the end of America, and perhaps civilization as we know it.

Two hundred and fifty years ago, American colonists who criticized King George III would find themselves arrested and thrown into prison.  Sometimes they lost their businesses, homes and families because of their sedition to the crown.  The colonists had no freedom of speech to criticize the king, parliament or even a British citizen.

When James Madison and George Mason penned the Bill of Rights, there was a reason why they made the freedom of speech part of the First Amendment.  It was the right to speak freely and openly criticize the government that was a right they fought for.  They knew that in order to have a republic, not a democracy, the freedom of speech was a vital importance to its success.  (In a democracy, people don’t need the right for free speech as the people elect their own dictators.)

Over recent years, we have seen our freedom of speech being challenged and diminished by the whining’s of a liberal minority.  Now, we are on the verge of losing our First Amendment right to freedom of speech.

Massachusetts Senator Edward Markey (D) and New York Representative Hakeem Jeffries (D) have introduced the Hate Crime Reporting Act of 2014.  The opening of the bill reads:

“To require the National Telecommunications and Information Administration to update a report on the role of telecommunications, including the Internet, in the commission of hate crimes.”

“The report required under subsection (a) shall— “

‘‘(1) analyze information on the use of telecommunications, including the Internet, broadcast  television and radio, cable television, public access television, commercial mobile services, and other electronic media, to advocate and encourage violent acts and the commission of crimes of hate, as de-scribed in the Hate Crime Statistics Act (28 U.S.C. 534 note);”

Congressman Issa,

Greetings Sir! I greatly respect your diligence investigating this travesty of government we currently have, yet I would like to make a couple of statements I feel pertinent at this juncture.

Late last week Mr. Holder made a statement the "Department of (in)Justice" was going to begin monitoring social media websites, and anyone found posting or writing (I quote) "inflammatory" comments concerning muslims/islam would be arrested on federal charges of violating muslims/islam civil rights....

Sir, first of all, it seems to me that anyone who adheres to a "religion" that openly promotes killing Christians, pedophilia and world domination - and commits these crimes here on U.S. soil as well as overseas... a "religion" that claims that anyone who "insults" their "prophet" must be killed.... has not earned any respect at all - and indeed, the act of Mr. Holder making this statement in the first place directly violates the 1st Amendment of our Constitution.

Sir, a common citizen of this Nation would long ago be behind bars for the things Mr. Holder has already done - and the key thrown away to boot.

This act of attempting to overthrow 1st Amendment rights by fiat adds insult to injury.

Congressman Issa, I submit Mr. Holder has not only committed perjury before Congress - he has committed treason in attempting to legislate/regulate by fiat the Constitutional rights of all free citizens of this Nation.

I understand Congress must always have it's ducks in a row before acting - but how much longer must citizens wait before Justice is done? How many more citizens must suffer under this administration before Congress acts?

Bottom line Sir, and something I'm uncertain may have crossed your mind; Mr Obama is playing in a house of cards.... if those cards start falling down, their respective individual pieces arrested and jailed.... I firmly believe you won't be able to stop them talking....

I believe you will quickly discover all of the missing information you (and we) desire, uncovering all of the crimes, corruption, treason - because I do not believe any of them are going to be willing to take a bullet for Mr. Obama and suffer in silence.

Just some thoughts Sir. Please keep up the good work, Americans respect your diligence - but we do want action, not just words. We want these criminals arrested and behind bars - as this is exactly what would happen to any of us if we had done the same (or actually lesser) crimes....

I am referring to the recent news release quoting the Department of Defense (DOD) stating they are going to begin Courts Martial actions on all Military members who are Christians and proselytize.

I might add at this point, from the terms and words used in the release (actual words from Mr. Mikey Weinstein) this act will likely result in immediate Criminal prosecution on treason and sedition charges against all members of the Chaplain Corps in all services - as well as the same for every Christian Military member who simply attends a Christian service on post, in the field or while in Uniform!

The normal act of Christian services on Sunday - in a Church or in the field - will cease. Hundreds of thousands of Military members will be falsely imprisoned, charged with treason and or sedition simply for being a Christian. Every Military members records (201 file) tell the reader what their religious affiliation is - and the Military member has no control over their records.

Please note Gentlemen; these actions criminalize Religion with Federal Felony Criminal charges of treason and sedition. They are a blatant and direct violation of the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America!

Gentlemen - this act is unconscionable.  And the action by DOD of engaging an anti-Christian atheist extremist to develop this plan..... monstrous.

There were news releases in the past that Mr. Obama was filtering Military Leadership, terminating (firing, forcing to retire) those in Military Leadership who choose not to follow his plans - I now strongly suspect those reports were true - as we now have a situation previously unheard of and unthinkable to a Soldier, Marine, Sailor or Airman.

A situation previously unheard of in the history of our Nation.

I cannot fathom how this has occurred nor what the implications to morale will be - but I do not hold hope the morale will be high... I expect this will take morale of all our Military to the toilet.

Christianity is what our Nation was founded upon. Freedom of religion is what our Nation was founded upon!

This Nation, the leadership of the Nation and Congress have failed our Military.

Those who have sacrificed so much, some with their lives... sacrificed on the altar of Mr. Obama's politics.... and for what??????????????????????????

Honorable Sir's, all of Congress, even yourselves, have been guilty of REACTING instead of being PROACTIVE in addressing immediate issues we as a Nation have faced. If you look in retrospect at the past four years you will see this fact for yourself. I strongly believe it is time Congress realized this error and changed the way it does business - regardless of party.

All of you, as well as every member in Congress, have been deluged with snail-mail, e-mail, faxes and phone calls. I surmise that the telephone system at Congress crashing on a daily basis and your overwhelmed staff's should give you an idea just how serious constituents believe every issue is....

Many constituents who have contacted you have used the phrase "connect the dots"... and I believe Congress - as a whole - has failed to understand this concept and "connect the dots".

For Congress to become PROACTIVE - you have to learn to "connect the dots" and realize that everything Mr. Obama has done in the past four years was according to some plan he has - and from our viewpoint... we don't like where the obvious road that "plan" leads.

We expected you to "connect the dots"

If you follow the news to any degree - you will know there is a Federal Court case in progress in the Supreme Court of Alabama under the Honorably Judge Moore on the eligibility of Mr. Obama to hold the office of President of the United States of America.

In discovery in this case, the Democratic National Party has submitted an amicus brief in support of Mr. Obama.... there is one small but important fact with this brief.

Within the contents of the brief the Democrats submitted another copy of an alleged "long form birth certificate" for Mr. Obama - and it differs substantially from the long form birth certificate Mr. Obama posted on the White House website.

There now exist three (3) different "birth certificates" alleged to be valid and original - all substantially different from one another.

It appears Congress refusal to hear or consider Sheriff Arpaio's (Maricopa County, AZ) evidence that the birth certificate Mr. Obama presented on the White House website is a forged computer generated fraud was a very serious mistake.

Perhaps it is time for you to rectify your mistake and hear Sheriff Arpaio's evidence.......  

Gentlemen, we have had a "Constitutional Crisis" for almost five (5) years now because Congress has refused to hear evidence Mr. Obama was an usurper. Our Nation has been in decline, our National credit rating has been reduced our National debt has increased - more than the deficit of all past Presidents combined in the history of this Nation!

We have endured several attempts at shredding the Constitution of the United States by this administration, we have witnessed this administration building hundreds of high security prisons at taxpayer expense calling them "FEMA Relocation Camps"... We have witnessed this administration throwing billions of taxpayer dollars at countries labeled by domestic and foreign intelligence agencies as having ties to terrorist organizations, we have witnessed this administration gunrunning to the Mexican Cartel - then claiming executive privilege and denying Congress the evidence it seeks, we have witnessed this administration allowing a U.S. Ambassador to be murdered and potentially an international gun running scheme in Benghazi - all stonewalled by this administration when Citizens demanded investigation and Congress attempted said investigation...

We have witnessed this administration's "Department of Homeland Security" arming itself with billions of rounds of ammunition, equipping itself with up-armored Combat vehicles on U.S. soil....

We have witnessed Mr. Obama addressing a Planned Parenthood conference here in Texas asking "god" to "bless" the abortion and murder of the unborn... Please re-read what the Bible has to say on abortion.....

Now we have DOD attempting to criminalize the 1st Amendment rights of every member of the U.S. Military, their freedom of Religion and right to Worship GOD.

Don't you think it's time you and the rest of Congress learned to connect the dots?

My personal opinion is; ALL of Congress should "Clear the Deck", immediately stop everything they are currently working on and investigate the possibility in extreme depth of the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama.

My personal opinion and the opinion of millions of Americans is; We are facing the greatest National Security threat in the history of our Nation!

We are not "fringe" nor are we "extremist" - we are extremely concerned Americans.

We expect our Congress to "connect the dots" and act.

In case you missed it, our government perpetrated a crime against its citizenry recently by scooping up an American off the street and holding him indefinitely without charge for exercising his right to free speech.  This is truly frightening and clearly illustrates just how close to that edge of despotism we are currently teetering.  Glenn Beck refered to this act as a "shark bump".  A shark bump is what a shark does to potential prey to gauge its vulnerability before deciding to strike.

After posting a Facebook comment labeled “The Truth”, where Brandon J. Raub listed grievances against the American ruling establishment, the FBI involuntarily detained him for psychiatric evaluation.  All Raub did was to expresses his belief that the American principles of limited government and personal liberty are being ignored and that corporations and international bankers run the state, not the people.  Raub has directly called for the arrest of bankers and politicians who consistently defy their oath to the United States Constitution.  He is a combat veteran who served in both Iraq and Afghanistan who was openly anti-war and a 9-11 Truther.  His personal opinions DO NOT CHANGE THE CRIME THAT WAS COMMITTED, no matter how stupid or crazy you think they may be.

Brandon Raub did not have a history of violence and had no record of mental instability.  He was contained after refusing to a warrantless search of his home.  Again, he was detained without charge, without Miranda rights, with no signs of a psychotic disorder and actually forced to undergo psychological evaluations against his will - this goes against every constitutional principle this country was founded upon.  FBI, Secret Service agents and police in Virginia's Chesterfield County questioned him about what they said were ominous posts talking about a coming revolution, pointing out the quote "Sharpen my axe; I'm here to sever heads."(which turned out to by a lyric from a Canadian hip-hop group)  Police – acting under an obscure state statute that allows emergency, temporary psychiatric commitments [for 30 days] upon the recommendation of a mental health professional – took Raub to the John Randolph Medical Center in Hopewell, VA without charging him with any crime.

It is significant to point out that one of the 1963 long-term goals of the Communist party in their quest to communize America was to "Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals."  Classifying dissidents as mentally ill is a timeless art.  In the former Soviet Union, millions were condemned to “psikhushkas,” or psychiatric prisons, in order to  isolate, discredit and destroy dissent and activism.  Even in our country, President Woodrow Wilson unsucessfully sought to silence suffragette Alice Paul through legal declarations of insanity.

Authorities have used the recent mass shootings to justify their actions in this case.  Dee Rybiski, a FBI spokeswoman in Richmond said, "We received quite a few complaints about what we're perceived as threatening posts, given the circumstances with the things that have gone on in the country with some of these mass shootings, it would be horrible for law enforcement not to pay attention to complaints."  The big concern here is that government officials are monitoring citizens' private Facebook pages and detaining people with whom they disagree.  This is where the hypocrisy really is.  The Obama administration uses a double standard when determining right or wrong and even truth and lies and the cooperate mainstream media goes along with it.  Watch the video showing Liberal hate speech that maybe should be getting some media coverage and investigated before the next libertarian or tea party group. Under the Obama administration's NDAA, it is reasonable to assume that if Raub (or any other dissident) can be deemed a “terrorist”, even before manifesting intent to act, federal authorities could skip the entire judicial process and imprison him at the pleasure of the President.  Very few civilized nations allow unchecked power of this magnitude in the 21st century.  Further, the language of the NDAA is so vague that Raub’s entire family, friends  or anyone who “substantially supported” him or “associated forces” could also be  indefinitely detained without trial.

This is a scary new chapter in this nation’s history.  It is an unspoken understanding of the politically aware that the federal government monitors social media accounts of American citizens to mine for political opinions.  The extent of the snooping is classified, but a Freedom of Information Act release revealed that General Dynamics was awarded the $11.3 million dollar tax-payer funded contract to spy on social media.  Keyword-generated status reports “capturing public reaction” and opinions that “reflect adversely” on the federal government were produced weekly for the Department of Homeland Security.  Senior officials insist the government can be trusted and that citizens are not tracked by their political views at this time, but Ginger McCall, director  of the EPIC’s open government program points out, “The language in the documents  makes it quite clear that they are looking for media reports that are critical  of the agency and the U.S. government more broadly.  This [monitoring] could have a substantial chilling effect on legitimate dissent and freedom of speech.”

A comment from an on-line article on the case is interesting, “After the recent shootings and the Virginia Tech massacre, can the authorities really ignore threats that seem immediate?  Their job is to protect us."  Surely, it must have been from a liberal idiot, but it should remind you of another famous quote.  Benjamin Franklin once said, "They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety."
