{ dailycaller.com } ~ Drip by drip, details have emerged over the past several months showing the Department of State under the liar-nObama administration played a larger role... at key junctures in the Trump-Russia probe than previously known. State Department officials obtained and reviewed parts of the infamous Steele dossier by mid-July 2016, well before FBI headquarters had access to the document. The U.S. embassy in London was also an early recipient of information about former Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos that the FBI would use to justify opening its counterintelligence investigation in late July 2016. And in a little-noticed Senate hearing on Wednesday, it was revealed that dossier author Christopher Steele briefed State Department officials at Foggy Bottom in October 2016. The briefing suggests closer contacts between Steele and the State Department than the agency has acknowledged. Three diplomats — Victoria Nuland, Jonathan Winer and Elizabeth Dibble — appear to be key to the State Department’s role in handling Trump-related Russia information. First Round Victory Against Islam Course in School

{ clarionproject.org } ~ A New Jersey mother who is suing officials and teachers in her son’s middle school for subjecting them to Islamist propaganda... and explicit calls to convert to Islam won her first round in court. The school district sought to have the charges dismissed, however, U.S. District Court Judge Kevin McNulty ruled that the case, which claims the school violates the Constitution’s Establishment Clause, should be heard. The suit was filed by the Thomas Moore Law Center on behalf of Mrs. Libby Hilsenrath. It charges that seventh-grade students at the Chatham Middle School were forced to watch a disturbing set of videos in their World Cultures and Geography class which seeks to convert its viewers to Islam. Off Podesta Is Unlikely To Face Legal Consequences

{ dailycaller.com } ~ Former Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik is unlikely to face any legal consequences for tipping off liar-Clinton campaign manager John Podesta... to a release of liar-Hillary’s emails, experts tell the Daily Caller. Kadzik’s conduct in the DOJ was described by Michael Horowitz’s IG report as constituting “poor judgment.” According to last week’s IG report, Peter Kadzik was trying to get his son hired by the liar-Hillary Clinton campaign while Kadzik himself was part of the investigation into liar-Clinton’s private server. He also emailed liar- Clinton’s 2016 campaign chair, John Podesta, with a “heads up” on when the some of her emails would be released publicly. Jerry Brown’s desk puts tens of millions of dollars into programs that could help undocumented immigrants fight federal efforts to deport them,”... the Sacramento Bee reports, “including opening up $10 million to hire lawyers for unaccompanied minors trying to stay in the U.S.” For that crowd, the Democrats’ $200 billion budget has even more to give. The budget “expands funding for immigration legal services offered through the Department of Social Services and public colleges,” and “includes $1.6 million to build a team of eight attorneys and investigators in the Labor Commissioner's office at the Department of Industrial Relations.” This team will enforce AB 430, “a state law that requires businesses to tell their employees when they’re contacted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.” As the report notes, “employers face penalties of $2,000 to $10,000 if they fe.ail to notify their workers of a pending immigration action.” Last year’s budget “put $45 million into providing legal services to immigrants,” which the Department of Social Services deploys to “hire nonprofit organizations that will work on immigration cases.” The new funding “steers some of that money directly to colleges. It gives $10 million to community colleges for immigration legal services, $7 million to the California State University system and $4 million to the University of California.” Still, it’s not done...A waste of money, why not help fix your tent cities in your state.

NAC Objects to Census Citizenship Question 

by Political Editors:  “If the truth offends, then avoid asking for it.” In preparation for the coming 2020 U.S. census, the Census Bureau finds itself wrestling with a group of leftist community organizers and academics otherwise known as the National Advisory Committee on Racial, Ethnic and Other Populations (NAC). On the first day of the recent spring 2018 meeting of the afore mentioned advisory committee, complaints were quickly leveled over the Trump administration’s decision to include a certain question in the census. And what was this “controversial” question that raised leftist ire? It was, “Are you an American or not?” A basic citizenship question, which any government of a sovereign nation should rightly be entitled to know.

             Why were the members of NAC so incensed by the citizenship question, especially when the committee is highly supportive of including more questions designed to further delineate various racial and ethnic groups? Is not the designation of “American citizen” arguably the most important identifier of the census? Critics claim that citizenship questions deter noncitizens from engaging in the census survey, but other smaller surveys of American households that include the citizenship question do not suffer this problem.
               Could the actual reason that leftists like NAC oppose the citizenship question have more to do with their globalist open-borders ideology rather than any genuine fears of discouraging noncitizens? Maybe the better question is why the Census Bureau believes it needs the help of leftist committees like NAC to conduct the census?   ~The Patriot Post
