Hi Robert!
I'm still signing all the petitions, and I'm getting ready. Someone posted a comment about getting in the face of our state legislators. I'm wondering if we could maybe get our local Tea Parties to organize an "education day" of sorts at our state capitols, notify the press and do presentations on the constitution, ie-the first amendment and the obvious proofs that our forefathers meant for our law to be based on God's laws (proof abounds!) and also what was meant by the 2nd amendment, etc. If we could get the word out, maybe we could have some effect, instead of just complaining to each other? I'm not sure how this would get organized, but I'd be willing to do my part in my state-(Michigan). At least we'd feel like we were taking some positive steps. I keep reading comments about starting a revolution, but someone has to step up to the plate and commence!

I'm having some problems with my keyboard (new laptop coming for Christmas, thank God! So-if my last comment to you accidentally got sent before I was finished, sorry! Here's what I wanted to say: There was an article about this yesterday on this site and the comments show we were all non-plussed by it. No-I don't think that it is possible for the muslims to successfully infiltrate the Tea Party-there are too many disparate groups. There has been a lot of discussion in the last week about what sort of leadership we need if we are to be successful in continuing our mission to restore this country to its constitutional greatness. Some one might have tried to infiltrate one group, but it would be impossible to infiltrate the Tea Party as a whole. We are all independent thinking people, or we wouldn't be here! There was one muslim "infiltrator" here recently but he was ousted very quickly when it became obvious what his intentions were, so to answer your question, I'd have to say-YES-we would do something to stop anyone who attempted to corrupt us!
