Trey Gowdy’s Recent Activity Highlights Deep State Action Against Devin Nunes…

Something has become increasingly weird about the DOJ and FBI intransigence at releasing the two-page “Electronic Communication” (“EC”) that was written by CIA Director John Brennan to initiate the July 2016 FBI Counterintelligence operation against the campaign of presidential candidate Donald Trump.

The weird something is: According to CIA Director John Brennan’s May 2017 testimony he personally briefed the Gang of Eight members, including Devin Nunes, “individually” in 2016, on that origination document.  As such, in 2018 Devin Nunes would only be seeking a review of a document he was already briefed on.

Don't be fooled. After years-long violations of the rules about the FBI’s use of 'confidential human resources', i.e.spies, have led to massive investigations across every branch of government, including a multi-volume, 3,528-page congressional investigative report in 2003, a scathing 314-page report from the Department of Justice (DOJ) inspector general in 2005, and an even more scathing 228-page, $102 million ruling against the government in 2007.

Hats off to Sean Davis of The Federalist for most of this material.

GOING DEEP

Evidence that the Chris Steele “Dossier” was actually laundered intelligence information pulled from the U.S. system is exposed by the Cohen-Prague "mistake". They got the wrong Michael Cohen. The FISA search turned up a Michael Cohen traveling to Prague. It was the wrong Michael Cohen. However, that mistaken result was passed on to Chris Steele and it made its way into the dossier. Absent a FISA search, there’s no other way Christopher Steele could identify a mistaken “Michael Cohen” traveling to Prague from the Russian sources he claimed to have used for that specific point.*

“The President has put in place an organization with the kind of database that no one has ever seen before in life. That’s going to be very, very powerful. That database will have information about everything on every individual on ways that it’s never been done before and whoever runs for President on the Democratic ticket has to deal with that. They’re going to go down with that database and the concerns of those people because they can’t get around it. And he’s [President Obama] been very smart. It’s very powerful what he’s leaving in place.” *

What Rep. Waters is talking about is Google turning over ALL of its user databases to the DNC. Once the DNC uses this database to put them back in power, it will be the closet time this Republic will ever come to a fascist state.

For five days now hundreds of Central Americans — children, women and men, most of them from Honduras — have boldly crossed immigration checkpoints, military bases, and police in a desperate, sometimes chaotic march toward the United States. Despite being in Mexico without authorization, no one has made any effort to stop them.*

America First Media Group’s Attorney Ty Clevenger has filed a Federal Lawsuit today against the FBI and the Department of Justice.

Per Attorney Ty Clevenger:

You can read more HERE

“This morning I filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit that asks a federal judge in Brooklyn to order the FBI and Department of Justice to release records concerning the murder of former Democratic National Committee employee Seth Rich.

"As you are probably aware, Mr. Rich’s parents filed a suit this week against Fox News, producer Malia Zimmerman, and frequent guest Ed Butowsky. I think that was a serious tactical error. All of the defendants now have the legal right to subpoena documents and witnesses, and you can be sure they will use that power aggressively.”

Please pass this story on. The murder of Seth Rich demands justice!

Preferential Treatment for Hispanics

4064553998?profile=original

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), a program in the executive branch of the American government, allows the children (who are not American citizens) of illegal aliens to legally reside and work in the United States. According to data provided by the Pew Research Center, Hispanics (from Central and South America) constitute approximately 98% of the participants in DACA. According to a report by "National Review", 72% of them have lived in the U.S. for 10 years.

In other words, while Hispanic illegal aliens helped their children to illegally obtain the privilege of enjoying life for 10 years in the United States, a faceless and nameless child in, say, Vietnam languished in poverty and overall misery for 10 years because his parents respected American laws and waited in line to enter the United States. According to a report by "The Economist", many politicians want to enact a law that gives a path to American citizenship to Hispanic participants in DACA.

Allowing the children of Hispanic illegal aliens to stay in the United States is unfair to Asians (and Europeans). Millions of impoverished people in Vietnam (and Eastern Europe), for example, want to bring their children to the United States but must wait in line for years.

Hispanics cut in front of the immigration line, shoving Asians to the end of the line.

Furthermore, Hispanics receive preferential treatment via affirmative action (AA) in education and employment. According to a report by CNN, an American of Asian ancestry must score roughly 270 points higher than a Hispanic, on the Scholastic Aptitude Test, in order for the admissions committee (of Princeton University) to give the Asian equal consideration with the Hispanic.

Hispanics cut in front of the education line, shoving Asian-Americans to the end of the line.

Hispanics expect, demand, and receive preferential treatment from most politicians. Why are Hispanics so bigoted?

Clinton's E-mail scandal

Here's the real news: The deep-state over at the DOJ has only until Feb. 2, 2018, to indict Hillary Clinton passing classified documents on her E-mail server, due to the statute of limitations.

Golly! You think they will make it? Don't hold your breath, even though the evidence is right before us all

I certainly hope Pres. Trump's tax plan achieves all he wishes, and more, but I see it dimmed just a tad by the Senate's failure to eliminate the "Carried Interest" loophole, and the Child Tax Credit omission, allowing illegal alien parents to receive these benefits.

As I am writing this post, something has just occurred to me. What do these two omissions have in common, something that may well explain why they were left out of conference negotiations? Both can be fixed by a simple phone call from the president!

Sen Rubio and the Gang of 8

I sure hope this so-called: "Child Tax Credit expansion" proposal isn't a ploy to continue allowing illegal aliens to collect the Child Tax credit using their children's TINs rather than their working parent's social security number? If true, this would represent the opening salvo of a new conspiracy by the Gang of 8 to use Pres. Trump's Tax Cut initiative to force incentives for illegal aliens down our throats.*

The FBI is out of control.

“The FBI is out of control. It is stunning that the FBI ‘found’ these Clinton-Lynch tarmac records only after we caught the agency hiding them in another lawsuit,” *stated Judicial Watch Tom Fitton.* “Judicial Watch will continue to press for answers about the FBI’s document games in court. In the meantime, the FBI should stop the stonewall and release these new records immediately.”

A totally new way to watch football

I know this is somewhat off subject, but I want to give a big shout-out to the NFL's fledgling attempt to cover its games in the new 3-D format. It's outrageous! It's as if you are standing right there on the sidelines. Marvelous!
I mean, there is one scene from Week 10 where the Falcon QB (Matt Ryan) fires a pass into the end zone from about the 10 yard line and it seems like the ball is coming straight at you when, all of a sudden, a Falcon receiver (Hardy #14 ) comes across the field of vision from the left and grabs it inches from your face. Incredible! It's a completely new and absorbing way to watch football!

See it in regular mode: https://youtu.be/F388-6yDDpc?t=4m47s But to see it in 3-D, with the camera just beyond the back goal line in the stands, I think, right along the path of Ryan's pass, it's absolutely incredible!

As a strong Trump deplorable, I think I am going to be sick over Trump's support for killing a new rule allowing class-action lawsuits against banks. What is he thinking? His flimsy excuse for supporting this U.S. Chamber of Crypto-Fascist, Crony Commerce sponsored legislation is to avoid litigation costs, which would simply be passed down to consumers. What nonsense! Even if that was true, market competition would deal with this issue, assuming there still is a robust competition within the banking industry -- which I doubt.
My hat's off to the Democrats for finally standing up for middle-class, working Americans. Keep this up and they might win a few more elections.
