I am iitiating the March Across America. This is not a march in the typical sense. Instead it is a concerted effort to cease in the doing any business with any business owned, operated or that employees illegal aliens. I invite all Tea Party members…

Every morning when I awake, I can can hardly wait to get to the news to find out if we are still the United States of America or if we have totally given our country away to Mexico or the moslem nations. As an american citizen, I just don't…

  • I am glad to hear from you via Tea Party Nation. Please accept this gift as an appreciation for your service to America. I look forward to knowing you better. Good luck with your bid for President.
  • Pleased to meet you, Wayne -- and Happy New Year!
  • Wayne, forgive me for not responding right awy.
Thank You, from the bottom of my heart. It's good to know that my some of my veiws are being shared by others.
    God Bless, you!
  • This I know.

Thank you, though I do not really need it, for the reassurance.

I just wanted to be sure you didn't think I was trying to steal some thunder I didn't own.

    Be well and Merry Chridtmas

  • I believe it. A friend of mine, from high school, did something similarly and was active in Desert Storm.

Obviously, I just followed a different path.

I respect and honor our Military Personnel and will never claim to have been one, nor will I say "if only"....

But, as I said earlier, there are still times that I question the wisdom of my decision at the time.

  • I appreciate the sentiment. Thank you for becoming a friend.

After that last rant, well done, by the way, I wanted to communicate with you semi-privately.

First, I laud and thank you for your service to this Nation and myself as one of its citizens.

Now a small confession. I never served.

I did go to Military school through 8th grade. Yeah, I know that compares like a soft ball to a howitzer.

My number was 23 or 26 during the Nam era when the draft died.

I had been pre-inducted by the U.S. Army and was pre-enlisted with the U.S. Navy to go for CB's. But when the draft died, I admit, I was just relieved and went on with life. Some of my friends never had that opportunity.

Sometimes I a still question the wisdom of my decision at the time.

Anyway. There it is. I share the mindset, but not the experience.

  • Nice to make your aquaintance Wayne!!

    Stay Strong!
