The Tea Party Needs You NOW!

If not us, then who? If not now, then when? These are reasonable questions for everyone who has eyes to see the state of our country. We have a chance to do something here that has not been done for nearly two hundred years and no one has to fight and die, or even shed one drop of blood. Even though our "Tree of Liberty" does indeed thirst, we are the logical choice for change in Washington and if we don't make that change, we have no reason to shout fowl play, or ever again say we are fed up with the same old, same old in Washington. Oh sure, we can sit on our laurels and allow a do nothing congress continue to reek havoc with our Rights and our Liberty, but if we continue to do so we have no one to blame but ourselves. And in the end ask yourself this one question: After all is said and done in this and future Novembers, if I had picked up the phone and made just one or two phone calls, could this have made the difference? Could I have spoken to my friends about helping to make a change? And when we look way off into the future and see where America is, believing you are safe in your bed at night, and you will be for a time, until you hear the thugs coming to drag you away because you dared to speak against the government. Then look between this time and that, with your Rights gone and your Liberty no more and repeat the words "If not us, who? If not now, when?" and ask yourself if it is possible to change the course of history in these United States? Then look to your children and grand-children and ask yourself if the "American Dream" is theirs to know and love as it was when you could have helped to make a difference and didn't.

As I sit and watch the different news broadcast and hear them call the members of the Tea Party all sorts of names like racist, bigots and extremists, knowing full well that these hurtful words are spoken at the behest of the congressmen and women who are afraid of losing their jobs, I have to say that we must be doing something right. When we, a grassroots movement, can put fear in the most powerful body politic in the world, can influence the outcome of elections, then we do indeed have a chance to make change that really does count for real change in Washington. And so what if we don't get it right the first go-around? Just keep in mind that we have national elections every two years and eventually we will send people to congress that has the will of the people in their minds and that we will be watching them. So lets rally the troops, talk to people, make phone calls, get people registered to vote and make sure they have a ride to the polls if need be. If not us, who? If not now, when? Remember, ONE VOTE AT A TIME MAKES CHANGE HAPPEN!!!

Standing

For those of us who take a stand,
and I know theres only a few,
We do what all of our brothers did,
for the glory of the red, white and blue.
You may be asked to take a stand,
to see if your honor is true,
and wave old glory high and proud,
for the Republic could be calling you.
The road looks bleak and old glory looks worn,
and patriots are looked at with scorn,
but have no fear for our stand is dear,
and our Republic will ever endure!

FREEDOM

When we are born we are blissfully unaware of the circumstances that will dictate the course of our lives. As we grow into adulthood and become more aware of our surroundings, to some an appalling realization becomes evident. In the social structure that exists today in these United States, there are those who claim for themselves the right to control the people who by right of their birth are born free. These so-called rulers who today govern the free have equated the words "to govern" as "to rule." These "rulers" of the free believe it is Divine Providence, handed down from father/mother to son/daughter, that they rule by divine right. Even in "our" governing body there are those who have ruled for 20, 30 and 40 years and their reason has become so blinded to the will of the people, that their acts are less the voice of the people and more the dictates of the totalitarian.

When the Founding Fathers began the "great experiment" and called it America, the very meaning of the word government took on an entirely new meaning. In the founding documents, the preamble begins with the words "We The People," and continues to now and forever declare the duty of the government is for the protection and defense of the natural, God given rights of the people. In this one document it declares that the People have the Right to live their Life; to live in the state of Liberty; and the Right to own Property and pursue that which makes them happy.

Over these past two hundred and thirty some years things have changed substantially. We are no longer the America called the Land of the Free, with Liberty and Justice for all. Today the government controls/rules the education of our children; the law abiding Citizen must carry State issued identification papers or be subject to arrest, fine or jail. To be engaged in a private business one must obtain permission from the State and pay the State fee and tax in order to enjoy the fruits of their labor. The normal Citezen must pay up to one half of their earnings to the Internal Revenue and the Social Security Administration.

The "Land of the Free" and "The Home of the Brave" no longer exists as it did when our Founders first had the "Dream of Liberty" called America. But there is a spark beginning to ignite once again, and soon, with the chance for the "Flame of Liberty" to once again burn bright, the patriots who are "We The People" can and must stand up for the one word that sets us apart from the oppression and control of the rulers of a tyrannical government and that word is...FREEDOM!

"In the beginning of a change the patriot is a scarce man and brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot." Mark Twain

Slavery Among Us!!!

For the first question on this post: (Q:) Can anyone tell me/us what the first Tea Party was about..The Boston Tea Party? (A:) Taxation without representation. Okay then: What if I were to tell you that if we pay the first cent in taxation without the proper repersentation the United States Supreme Court has held that it is the very definition of peonage, or involuntary servitude? Okay now lets go one step further: The same Court has also held that if a person is served a tax for their labor the same peonage and/or involuntary servitude is in effect. Too, the Court has held that a persons labor is their private property and a tax cannot be imposed upon it. But of course we all know this, right? So when we go to work and sell our labor for an agreed upon price there cannot be any form of taxation on this because if it were it would be taxation without representation and a form of involuntary servitude, or in other words, slave labor. But what about the income tax? Well, its fairly simple, the money a person receives for the sell, or trade, of their labor (their private property) is NOT income. AND, if the united states government, or any part of it, levies a tax of any kind on the money you receive from your labor it is taxation without representation because the United States Constitution plainly states that a persons labor is their own private property and a tax cannot be levied on private property unless its done properly and within the bounds of the Constitution. AND, dear patriots, no matter what some bureaucrat or I.R.S. agent might tell you, the 16th Amendment does not give the government the authority to tax the money you receive from an everyday job, unless of course you work for the government. But a plumber, carpenter, bookkeeper, farmer, doctor, or shoe salesman (or any of the like kind) cannot be taxed for thier labor and if they are this is TAXATION WITHOUT REPERSENTATION. So heads up Tea Party, where is Washington getting the money to pay $165,000 each year to our so-called congressmen? These do nothing men and women are stealing your hard earned money right out of your pockets and laughing all the way to the bank, and they are doing this without you even raising the proverbial eyebrow! TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION was the first Tea Party's cry, let it be the same NOW!!! Wake up Patriots, you have the will and the power to stop Washington. Its your money, use it NOW.

Government Jurisdiction

About the UN, or even our own government, saying the first word to Arizona about their new, old, or planned legisation and its new immigration law. Doesn't anyone read or know the Constitution? Just so you'll know, read Article I, Section 8, Clause 17. As far as I remember, Arizona is a Sovereign State in these United States. Show me anywhere in the Constitution where it says that the federal government, or the UN, has either the authority or the jurisdiction to tell The Sovereign State of Arizona which laws they can pass, or how to run its own government. Stop and think about this fact, Phoenix is the number two (2) kidnapping city in the world...in the world people! If the federal government doesn't secure the border, then Arizona and its own people have not only the right, but also the duty to enforce the law. God bless the legislature of Arizona for its righteous stand. May It endure forever!
