Ok I have a better understanding of it. One thing I did hear regarding temp agencies. Even though they are required by law to give "health insurance", sometimes their "health insurance" doesn't fit the states criteria for health insurance and you may end up getting fined. Its as if you don't have it at all

Michael I have heard you on Howie Carr several times and support you 200%. This state mandated healthcare has to go. Is the fine a minimum of $90 a month? Is it based on income?
