I think telling these HOA's where to shove it would be a good beginning to taking our personal freedom BACK. This is YOUR HOUSE, YOU pay the mortgage and upkeep. I see no absolute legal right for anyone to tell you how to live on your own property, unless you are endangering others or create an eyesore. FIGHT! Check into some law firms that specialize in contracts. Tell these nimrod busybodies to stick it where the sun never shines.

Ask them if it would be okay with them if you burned an American flag in your front yard. I'm sure that would be no problem.
