What are your human rights?

4064262385?profile=originalThe Magna Carta, or “Great Charter,” was arguably the most significant early influence on the extensive historical process that led to the rule of constitutional law today in the English-speaking world. In 1215, after King John of England violated a number of ancient laws and customs by which England had been governed, his subjects forced him to sign the Magna Carta, which enumerates what later came to be thought of as human rights. Among them was the right of the church to be free from governmental interference, the rights of all free citizens to own and inherit property and to be protected from excessive taxes. It established the right of widows who owned property to choose not to remarry, and established principles of due process and equality before the law. It also contained provisions forbidding bribery and official misconduct. Widely viewed as one of the most important legal documents in the development of modern democracy, the Magna Carta was a crucial turning point in the struggle to establish freedom.

On October 24, 1945, in the aftermath of World War II, the United Nations came into being as an intergovernmental organization, with the purpose of saving future generations from the devastation of international conflict. The Charter of the United Nations established six principal bodies, including the General Assembly, the Security Council, the International Court of Justice, and in relation to human rights, an Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).The UN Charter empowered ECOSOC to establish “commissions in economic and social fields and for the promotion of human rights….” One of these was the United Nations Human Rights Commission, which, under the chairmanship of Eleanor Roosevelt, saw to the creation of theUniversal Declaration of Human RightsThe Declaration was drafted by representatives of all regions of the world and encompassed all legal traditions. Formally adopted by the United Nations on December 10, 1948, it is the most universal human rights document in existence, delineating the thirty fundamental rights that form the basis for a democratic society.Following this historic act, the Assembly called upon all Member Countries to publicize the text of the Declaration and “to cause it to be disseminated, displayed, read and expounded principally in schools and other educational institutions, without distinction based on the political status of countries or territories.”Today, the Declaration is a living document that has been accepted as a contract between a government and its people throughout the world. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, it is the most translated document in the world.

A basic introduction to human rights, this booklet outlines their development through history, up to the present day. Can the truck deliver data faster than high speed Internet? Amazon believe that Yes, if a lot of data. And offered at the annual conference for clients in Las Vegas unusual way of transferring large amounts of data from data centers in the cloud with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
During the presentation in the hall of the Sands Expo & Convention Center there was a huge Hauler with a trailer. The trailer, which the company called Snowmobile, shape and size resembles a cargo container and is a data store 100 petabytes (1 petabyte is 1 million gigabytes).
Amounts of information in databases of companies in recent times are measured not in terabytes, but in petabytes and even exabytes (1 billion gigabytes) and transfer them to cloud storage began to demand more time. Lightning fast speeds however in Amazon is not promised. Ten trucks with Snowmobile will be able to carry one exabyte of data from local to cloud storage in a little less than six months. According to the estimates of the same amount of data with high-speed Internet will be transmitted for approximately 26 years. The possibility of a relatively fast data transfer with Snowmobile and Snowball can attract customers to Amazon's cloud services. However, Jesse recognizes that most companies will many more years to use hybrid mode with cloud storage. So Amazon recently announced a partnership with VMware's customers, the latter will be able to take advantage of AWS services without transferring the data from their data centers.

Erroneous arrogance or just narcissism?

In his annual address to the Federal Assembly President of Russia Vladimir Putin said:
"With Japan and India, we(Russia) will continue to be friends. But as relations with the United States, Vladimir Putin hopes that steps towards a rapprochement should follow from the new administration of the White House of US. The President said the cooperation between Russia and China a good international experience and a role model for the rest of the world."

If Mr. Putin says seriously, and he will adhere to this policy position and will continue to consider the issues of cooperation between the US and Russia in this plane, that is, that the President Trump something someone needs, I am sure that new hope President Trump will not justify. Of course, I can’t speak on behalf of the Trump, but I can only express my point of view, which, in my opinion, is quite obvious. It is quite obvious that the election Trump for President, this change of course on foreign economic policy of the United States, and given the fact that the US is a powerful economy, which affects the whole world, it is changing the vector of development of the world economy. And the sooner Mr. Putin will understand, it better for him, otherwise the relationship between the US and Russia will remain cold. Definitely Trump is a pragmatist and a set of likes or dislikes for him have absolutely no value. All that matters is the economic development of the United States, which will be based on many decisions including tough enough. The economic situation in the United States today is complex and it is influenced not only by internal factors. As ever we continue to face the consequences of the global economic crisis, which in my opinion has long ceased to be economic and has become a systemic crisis. Solutions require not economic but system transformations. And Yes, it is will be tough. It is even recognized Obama when at the opening of the UN Assembly said in plain text that the US not has enough resources to support alone the world economic order. But unlike Democrats and Hilary, Trump and the Republicans have an economic model and sufficient political determination and the necessary stiffness to stay the course. I'm afraid that Mr. Putin has in mind the intoxicating wind of change that ultimately may prove dangerous for him. I think that in light of the upcoming economic transformations, that Mr Putin should do the same first steps to convergence and the timely to take care of the title of a political partner, not Vice versa.
