Georgia's coat of arms is centered on the canton with the words "In God We Trust" below (both in gold). The state coat of arms is also the central design on the obverse [main face] of Georgia's state seal. Circling the coat of arms are thirteen white stars (symbols of Georgia and the other twelve original states that formed the United States of America).

I don't know about that Robbie. I haven't heard that.

Have you contacted your State Representative or your State Senator and asked these questions? I would love to hear what they said.

If you are not sure how to contact your state reps, you can go here: http://www.legis.ga.gov/en-US/default.aspx

The Georgia State Legislature passed legislation last year that prohibited illegals from getting drivers licenses. House Rep Dusty/Dustin Hightower wrote it and I believe it was sponsored in the Senate by Senator Michael Dugan I believe. It passed and the Governor signed it. I will find out the number of the bill and post as soon as I can!

  • Hey, does anyone ever post here anymore??????

It is not like we have enough problems here in Ga. , Like in Atlanta , where city politics are as corrupt as in Washington DC.

I can not believe nobody are commenting on the good ole boy politics going on in this state????????????? I guess everyone is happy with the corrupt personal property taxes here in Ga.

    • Not happy in no. ga. Too scared to go to ATL. for anything. Additionally, I'm wondering how high school tax will be this yr.
  • Just wondering if anyone suspects that "early voting",  is one of the primary reasons that M&M (moronic majority) voters play such major roles in key elections.  Years ago, before it was introduced,( I know they always had absentee voting), if the weather was bad, the M&M crowd , had very little turnout. Today, with all the time allowed before voting day, the left groups organize and transport the M&M voters down to the precincts and vote.  This might seem trivial to some, but I'd bet money that if early voting is stopped and only absentee allowed, there would be a big reduction in voting from the M&M crowd. Personally, I'm tired of the deadbeats that vote mindlessly running this country.

    Just a thought.

  • PrecinctPower101.com is seeking to link conservative voters by precincts, a more quantifiable ground game. We are looking for CONTACTS to facilitate the process. This is for every state, county and Precinct. Please contact me through the website if you are interested in being boots on the ground. This initiative is inclusive of all the conservative organizations who believe in a Constitutional Republic.  Our main goal is to be able to identify, in EVERY PRECINCT IN AMERICA, the conservative voters.  We want to form a CHAIN that is quantifiable.  Please consider joining us AND facilitate your own PRECINCT CHAPTER.
  • It's good to see a new member from the military. The Tea Party is full of 'em. The best way right now to help America and Georgia is to write your Congressmen as often as you can and push the issues. We must remain political at the moment but at the same time prepare ourselves for the worst. I do believe that the worst is yet to come. Arm yourselves and prepare to defend your family at all costs.

Other great websites that I have found, where you can sign petitions, are: "Americans For Prosperity", "Rand Paul", "Ron Paul", as well as sites that may be hosted by your representatives.

And be sure to watch on Youtube: "Conspiracy Theory, with Jesse Ventura", "The New World Order", "Rothchild"(the richest man in the world).

There are many different groups in The Tea Party. Check them out. Some may not be listed on this site. But you may try pulling up Savannah Tea Party.

    Good hunting, and Welcome Aboard!

    • I'm a new guy too. Career Air Force. Aim High
  • Fresh out of the U.S. Army. My wife and I decided to make Savannah our home. I am now looking forward to continuing my duty as a civilian to protect and defend the constitution. I can no longer just sit idly by and watch our great country go down the crapper. I guess for me, it's time to put up or shut up.

  • I've been away for ten months.  I hope everyone is getting excited about next year.

WHY CONTINUE TO LIVE IN A BLUE STATE?

Why do y'all true conservatives continue to live in those liberal-run blue states? You are out-voted and are definitely outnumbered when the communists have their way with this country.Come join us in the RED states. Form the stonewall with us. Only in the south can we stand as a united force! More southerners are conservative than yankees. One of my best friends down here in Georgia is a true blue through and through YANKEE from Ohio. Yet he believes in the cause for freedom against socialist…

JUST A FEW QUESTIONS FOR GEORGIANS

Does the Georgia group have a director, chief organiser, or even a political representative? What is our order of leadership here? If there is none, then what can we do about this?  Any ideas? How can we see more action in our state? How do we get the word out and recruit new members?  Any ideas?

What is she THINKING?!?!

Disabled American Veteran's News Release, Friday 1-28-11If Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) wanted to make a name for herself by proposing to cut funding for veterans health care and disability compensation, she has succeeded. "Such an ill-advised proposal is nothing short of heartless," according to Disabled American VeteransWashington Headquarters Executive Director David W. Gorman."It is unconscionable that while our nation is at war someone would even think of forcing our wounded warriors to…

Congressional Term Limits

I see in the document POLE Requirements - Rev 1.pdf a call for term limits for all three branches of the Federal government.  I don't really care that much about the Judiciary, but this country absolutely must establish term limits for the Legislative branch.  I think two terms for both the House and Senate would be equitable to the established limit for the Presidency.  This should virtually eliminate professional politicians and get Congress off the pork-barrel / re-election treadmill.  The…
