For reals! There should be no Federal Health Care for them, or wages. It should be from the State they reside in.

They can join the State employee programs and receive the set wages established by their State, not the established by the Feds.

Yes, the Constitution states they will receive wages, but it can be set forth by the States individually as to what it is.
