EDITOR’S NOTE: This is the second part in a series that will document the misinformation in the newly released e-book “The Benghazi Hoax” by Media Matters for America executives David Brock and Ari Rabin-Ravt.

JERUSALEM – In their new e-book, “The Benghazi Hoax,” Media Matters for America executives David Brock and Ari Rabin-Havt promote as fact the disputed claim that White House talking points on the Benghazi attack were edited to preserve a criminal investigation.

Brock and Rabin-Havt do not cite any evidence for their claim about the talking points editing, and they fail to inform readers of a 46-page House Republican report that purports to have discovered another reason for scrubbing the talking points of references to terrorism.

GOP lawmakers who penned the investigation wrote they were given access to classified emails and other communications that they say prove the talking points were not edited to protect classified information but instead to protect the State Department’s reputation.

Brock and Rabin-Ravt write of the talking points editing scandal:

“Over the next 24 hours, a set of talking points was drafted by the CIA’s Office of Terrorism Analysis, and then altered multiple times through an interagency process involving the State Department, the White House, and others.

“In the end, much of the intelligence agency’s specifics about the suspected perpetrators of the attack were removed in order to preserve the criminal investigation.”

The authors do not provide any reference for their claim or cite proof anywhere in the e-book that the talking points were edited to preserve a criminal investigation.

Their sole argument rests on the involvement of then-CIA director David Petraeus, who reportedly helped to oversee the drafting of the talking-points document.

“Petraeus would have had little to gain from misleading Congress, given both his track record of political independence and the enormous respect that he had from members of both parties,” write Brock and Rabin-Ravt.

However, Petraeus might have had good reason to edit the talking points.

In February 2012, the New York Times described Petraeus as one of the driving forces advocating a plan to arm the Syrian rebels. At the time, the newspaper quoted White House officials stating they rejected the plan, which was also proposed by then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

There has been speculation that arms transfers were being coordinated from Benghazi to rebels in Syria, with confirmed reports of shipments leaving Libyan ports just weeks before the Benghazi attack.

Meanwhile, Brock and Rabin-Ravt leave out the details of the GOP interim Benghazi report and its findings on the talking points.

“Contrary to administration rhetoric, the talking points were not edited to protect classified information,” states the Interim Progress Report for the Members of the House Republican Conference on the Events Surrounding the Sept. 11, 2012 Terrorist Attacks in Benghazi.

“Evidence rebuts administration claims that the talking points were modified to protect classified information or to protect an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI),” the report continues.

We need a real change of the power to prosecute in this country. It needs to be taken from the hands of one person and put in the hands of the right ones "We The People"! We wouldn't be in near the impotent position we find ourselves in now if "We The People" had appointed the person instead of winding up with Holder. We would also have the power to remove them at any point in time.

That very power is available to us, as "we the people".  We must just take the required action, and simply guit being so lazy.  The COMMON LAW GRAND JURIES, ( also known as the fourth branch of government), are still available, and waiting to be activated, by the counties, in the collective states.  They have been ruled, by Justice Scalia, as still being in effect, since they have never been repealed.  to learn more, go to

So, the "intelligence agency" changed the talking points to preserve their investigation?  How is that investigation going.  Any prosuecutions, any indictments, any suspects, anything?  But, of course, it has onl been 13 months and many TV programs interviewing likely participants.  But our crack FBI will be getting right on that, as soon as they finish the IRS investigations, and the ....., and the ......, and the.... - you know, so much to do, so little time!  "If we can only run out the clock, all will be well!"

Joe Biden Vows: Give Taxpayer-Funded Obamacare To All Illegal Aliens In U.S.

Former Vice President and 2020 Democrat presidential primary candidate Joe Biden is vowing to give Obamacare, funded by American taxpayers, to all 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living in the United States.

During an interview with Telemundo’s Jose Diaz-Balart, Biden forgot that Obamacare technically bans illegal aliens from enrolling in healthcare plans — although illegal aliens are still able to obtain subsidized and free healthcare at Americans’ expense — and promised that under his plan, all 11 to 22 million illegal aliens would be able to get Obamacare.

The exchange went as follows:

DIAZ-BALART: When I … NBC moderated that first debate with you, I didn’t … I don’t recall a clear answer, under your plan should … would the 11, 12 million undocumented immigrants that live in the United States, that have been here many for generations, would they have access …

DIAZ-BALART: — to health insurance.

BIDEN: Yes, they … if they can buy into the system like everybody else.

DIAZ-BALART: Because you know, in [Obamacare] they can’t.

BIDEN: Yeah. Yeah, I know. Well they can, that’s my point. They continue to be able to do that.

DIAN-BALART: They cannot under the ObamaCare.

BIDEN: Well and that’s my point, they will though. They will be able to buy into … [illegal aliens] would be able to buy in, just like anyone else could.

Biden joins Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), and South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg — among other 2020 Democrats — in committing to forcing American taxpayers to pay for healthcare for illegal aliens who arrive in the U.S.

Already, due to loopholes, American taxpayers are spending nearly $20 billion every year to provide illegal aliens with subsidized healthcare, emergency room visits, and other health services.

Under the 2020 Democrats’ plan to provide taxpayer-funded healthcare to all illegal aliens living in the U.S., Americans would be billed potentially $660 billion every decade just to cover the costs. Other research has found that the plan would cost Americans at least $23 billion every year.

As Breitbart News has reported, experts have said that giving taxpayer-funded healthcare to effectively all foreign nationals who can make it to America’s borders would drive “strong incentives for people with serious health problems to enter the country or remain longer than their visas allow in order to get government-funded care.”

Despite 2020 Democrats’ continued push for taxpayer-funded healthcare for illegal aliens, American voters are overwhelmingly opposed to the plan. The latest Wall Street Journal/NBC News survey revealed that the healthcare-for-illegal-aliens plan is the least popular policy position, with opposition from 62 percent of U.S. voters.

Similarly, a CNN poll from July discovered that 63 percent of likely swing voters oppose providing healthcare to illegal aliens, along with nearly 6-in-10 of all likely U.S. voters and 61 percent of moderates. A Rasmussen Reports survey also found that likely voters, by a majority of 55 percent, oppose giving healthcare to even the most low-income illegal aliens.
