Establishment Plans Sedition
Is this what the GOP establishment thinks of you? “You are a dumb low information voter having a Neanderthal political IQ being nothing more than a faceless digit swimming in the cesspool of the unwashed masses, understanding nothing, being helpless without the profound and deep guidance uttered from the lips of the wise sages of the political establishment.”
Tea Party response: This is nothing more than political blasphemy spewing forth from the gaping throats of the self-anointed GOP imperial political establishment proclaiming them the ‘Saviors of America’ and you are their subjects.
Astonishing, isn’t it? America was built on a government of ‘for the people and by the people’ as an instrument for ‘We the People’. What this means is the citizens of the United States are self-governing and those who think they can overrule, enslave or quash the will of the people are guilty of sowing seeds of discontent against the people’s government for We the People are the government.
After all, sedition is nothing more than the incitement of discontent or rebellion against the government which includes any action whether in speech or writing promoting insurgence. Sedition is exactly what is happening as the GOP imperial establishment seditiously undermines the will of the people dislodging the people’s choice and implanting their political charlatan who is no more the people’s choice than hell is to a godly saint.
To top it off the conservative movement is angry because their choice of the front runners are being annulled by the GOP imperial establishment’s agenda and their attempt to stop the reestablish of American greatness.
You see, by reestablishing America’s greatness the sages of the GOP imperial establishment would be silenced, their power diminished and all of the socialists and the political hacker’s work for all the past years would crumble in a single Presidential term.
Truth be told, this is a brawl to the death and the GOP imperial establishment will stop at nothing including assassination to preserve their grip on the throats of America and the quashing of the will of the people.
In addition to that, the surreptitious dialogue of brokered conventions, infusing failed and washed up candidates to serve as presidential candidates, backroom deals and cash heavy political favors are only a few of the tools the political hackers are using to jettison the front runners who are, by the way, chosen by the people.
There is no mystery how the GOP imperial establishment got a foothold on the American political landscape. We the People trusted those who pledged to uphold the constitution and protect our beloved nation, but did none of these. They wallowed in their own self-righteousness deceiving the people and the world, until now. The Tea Party and other patriotic organizations exposed the fouled souls of the GOP imperial establishment and vile undertow of their political darkness.
Know this: the GOP imperial establishment never saw it coming! It’s very simple. A few years ago a handful true American patriots gathered and formed a movement which everyone ignored, it was called the Tea Party. The Tea Party reflected the values of the 1773 Boston Tea Party and began to grow as thousands and then millions of silent patriots got off the couch, made signs, marched on the streets and participated with their votes and wallets. At first the GOP imperial establishment thought this was merely a flash in the pan, soon Tea Party candidates were elected while GOP imperial establishment candidates lost to unknown patriots being backed by the Tea Party. Fast Forward to 2016 and now the front runners of the Republican Party are two brave men who are Tea Party loyalists and are accepted by tens of millions of Tea Party members.
Today, the Tea Party revolution has grown to the point they will put their candidate in the White House! GOP imperial establishment and the Liberal Socialists are rabid as they watch their clock count down to their extinction from the political landscape, not to mention frightening the hell out of the once king-maker lapdog dinosaur media.
Is it any wonder why sedition and assassination is on the GOP imperial establishment and the Liberal Socialists menu?
Let’s face it, King George III, King of England was imperial ruler of the colonies when the American people dared to defy his Majesty’s Navy, his Majesty’s Army and his Majesty himself. A war for independence ensued and the United States was born, freedom hard won.
Today will there be such a bloody war to win back freedom, I hope not, but I’m not ruling it out either.
Please understand what is happening. The American people are witnessing the flexing of the muscles of an imperial power secretly residing within plain sight and protected by the walls of money and power. A shadow government ran by a powerful few.
But know this, We the People demand our government back, and by damn we will take it back!

If a 28th as such could be passed quickly without a convention that would be awesome.
The State Legislatures can define a convention as the entire body of it's chambers each State gets one vote and 38+ are needed. so it can be as quick as we the people get our State legislatures to vote on it and then to send it to congress for them to send out for ratification.
Gosh Mangus, this process looks awfully similar to what Oren has been advocating on the forum. Have you to been looking deeply into each others eyes? (tee hee)
But of course the congressionally originated amendment process ('cause its either that way or CoS as Constitutionally defined) would have to start with just that; THEM!
What are the odds..........?
No the entire process can occur in the State Legislatures until it is time for Ratification and then Congress can select by convention or by vote of 3/4 + States to ratify.
Keep in mind that the Constitution is moot on the definition of a convention so we then go to the 1828 Webster dictionary where we will find it is a meeting to discuss business between two or more people.
The Convention method was use in the ratification of the 21st amendment and there are no recorded issues that I could find.
There is no required Convention of States. State legislatures define the structure and methods to be used - congress not the courts have any power over that.
