DHS chief proposes prosecuting parents of children smuggled into U.S.

The memo significantly broadens border patrol and ICE’s ability to deport detained individuals immediately. Currently, expedited removal is permitted only for people who’ve been in the country 14 days or less. Under Kelly’s orders, that period would become two years.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly has issued new orders to agency heads that considerably expand the number of immigrants who can be detained and deported under new executive orders President Donald Trump signed last month.

Under Kelly’s orders, which were contained in two memorandums distributed to agency heads on Friday, hundreds of thousands more immigrants in the United States illegally will be subject to what’s known as expedited removal proceedings to quickly get them out of the country.

The order also would affect thousands of children who arrived in the United States as “unaccompanied minors” and were subsequently reunited with a parent living in the country illegally. Those children would no longer be protected against deportation, and their parents would be subject to criminal prosecution if they had paid human traffickers to bring their children across the border – a common scenario now.

One of the memos said 155,000 unaccompanied children have been detained in the past three years, and that 60 percent of them are later reunited with a parent inside the United States.

“The surge of illegal immigration at the southern border has overwhelmed federal agencies and resources and has created a significant national security vulnerability to the United States,” Kelly said in the memorandums, copies of which were made available to McClatchy Saturday.

Both memorandums bear Kelly’s signature and indicate they were distributed to the heads of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Citizenship and Immigration Services, among others. A DHS spokeswoman declined to confirm the authenticity of the memos, saying DHS does not confirm memos that have not yet been public. But she also did not dispute their authenticity.

The memos implement two of Trump’s executive orders on enforcement of immigration laws inside the United States, but they go farther by wiping away several orders President Barack Obama issued to protect those in the United States who had not committed criminal acts beyond entering the country without permission.

“These memorandums represent a significant attempt to expand the enforcement authority of the administration in areas that have been heavily litigated,” said Leon Fresco, who headed the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Immigration Litigation under Obama.

Fresco predicted quick backlash from immigrant groups in the courts and foresaw a large percentage of Kelly’s orders being enjoined by the courts shortly after they are implemented.

Show your face you dirt bag coward

that mask makes the target easier.............

Bring it on...these people need to be held accountable for their actions

Don't just send them home, anyone picked up and deported should be flaged so that they can NEVER become US citizens.  No do overs.

I agree, these are criminals willing to brake several laws to enter and remain in the US... we don't ever need to readmit them.  There are plenty of law abiding foreigners wanting to immigrate to the US... who are better qualified and prepared to integrate once in America.

Image result for no do overs

What the courts don't get is that immigration into our country is not a right...it is a privilege and therefor they should have no jurisdiction to block any move to remove anyone who has violated our laws.  Judges that do not agree with the 'law' should be removed from the bench for 'cause' which is Congress' right.

Our legal system is Bankrupt... it is filled with lawyers who believe our Constitution is not the supreme law of the land... that it and statutory law have been superseded by Stare Decisis ... and the law of the Court... Judicial fiat has been permitted to subvert our Constitution, statutory law and the administration of government.  This must end and end NOW.

Trump should request that Congress begin a massive reorganization of the Courts... Rewriting the 'Federal Judiciary Act', too remove every sitting Federal Judge, by dissolving every Federal Court, replacing the existing federal judiciary system with New District, Appellate, and SCOTUS, Judiciary... in one fell swoop... Legislatively reorganizing and reauthorizing the Federal Judiciary.

We must also disbar every officer of the court who holds to 'Stare Decisis' and the precept that Judicial supremacy is the paramount agency of government.... That, rule by judicial fiat, is acceptable and constitutional.  We must never letting such men and women practice law in America again...

This would clean out the swamp of unconstitutional liars and frauds.

The swamp clean-out needs to clean out the trash and leave room for three things:

1.  Laws that follows the constitution.

2.  The Constitution

3.  The Declaration of Independence precepts and foundation.

Nothing else should happen, no COS, (CON CON), nothing. Only the above.

Illegals are entitled to due process, fine, get them in court and out of our country. Either come here the legal way or face the consequences. Charge the parents and deport them all.

Illegals are not United States citizens, so they are not entitled to due process, only we are. It seems a lot of Americans are unaware of the fact that The Fourteenth Amendment was meant only for the freed slaves, not invaders who should be immediately turned around and sent home, along with their children born on our side of the border, to their own cesspool countries, which should be made to "take care" of them. We are so strapped we can't even help ourselves now. It's obscene what the idiot politicians are deliberately doing to us. It needs to be stopped NOW.

Obama Lies Again: – Ignores That The Year After Signing The Stimulus More Than (4) Million Jobs Were Lost

Former President Obama, the only President in US history who had his FBI and other Intel agencies spy on the opposition party candidate, claims that he created the great economy that Americans are enjoying today. The only thing Obama created was debt and massive job losses with his horrible economic recovery.

Yesterday the former President tweeted an effort to take credit for President Trump’s successful economy:

Joe Hoft@joehoft

Of course another @BarackObama lie. He can’t open his mouth without lying. 11 years ago the US lost (4.3) million jobs over the next 12 months. Horrible liar. https://twitter.com/barackobama/status/1229432034650722304

Barack Obama  @BarackObama

Eleven years ago today, near the bottom of the worst recession in generations, I signed the Recovery Act, paving the way for more than a decade of economic growth and the longest streak of job creation in American history.

President Obama’s policies were a disgrace and a failure. He doubled the national debt in spite of zero interest rates from the Fed. His recovery was the worst in US history.

Also, Obama’s assertion is just plain false. The ‘Stimulus’ was passed in February 2009 right after Obama took over the Presidency. He promised to not pass any bills for at least a week to allow for the bills to be read by the people but lied as soon as he was sworn in. The Stimulus was hundreds and hundreds of pages of government handouts to Democrat districts and it was close to $1 million. This was not what America needed and it led to the Tea Party.

Far-left Wikipedia has this to say about the Stimulus:

Note that in his infinite wisdom, NYT economist Paul Krugman is credited with arguing that “the stimulus was far smaller than the economic crisis warranted”. (He also said the markets would crash and burn if President Trump was elected President.)

The data shows that the 12 months after Obama’s stimulus, the US lost 4.3 million jobs:

In Obama’s first three years he netted a loss of 1.5 million jobs compared to President Trump who has added more than 6.7 million jobs.

When it comes to the economy, the billionaire schools the community organizer every time.
