Democrat operatives in D.C. are bragging that President Trump is set to be impeached all over again, according to Politico’s Anna Palmer who told NBC’s “Meet the Press” that Democrats are claiming “this is not going to be the last time this President is impeached.”

 O. Kay Henderson, Cornell Belcher, Rich Lowry and Anna Palmer joined NBC’s “Meet the Press” with Chuck Todd on Sunday to discuss the final death throes of the Democrat’s doomed impeachment trial.

Politico’s Anna Palmer told the panel on Sunday that she’s hearing from Democrat operatives on The Hill that the wheels are in motion to impeach President Trump a second time.

The look like a bunch of hooked nose Khazar, with no where to go with the impeachment☺

Not to worry... after the Democrats display of contempt for America and tearing up Trump's speech why he is speaking... was over the top.

It is time for the GOP to use Nancy's display of contempt for America during the address to the Nation... to ask the people not to vote for a Democrat incumbent... It is time to send every sitting Democrat up for election home... permanently.

The Democrats cut their throat... showing up in lockstep and dressed for contempt... Reminded me of Hitler and other dictators and how they operate.

GO, get your GOP, go go go  GOP ....:)

What ever...:)

GOP Too many RINOs. All know the truth and sit on their hands.

Trump's words of accomplishments are exactly the poisons pills the Democrats and MSM don't want their snowflakes and on the dole constituents to know of

Tell me how they will do this?

All and any corrective actions can be done by the POTUS with his pen. It's already been approved he has the power. It's use can be for good and bad.
Senate Report 93-549, written in 1973, says "Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency...Under the powers delegated by these statutes, the president may: seize property;...seize commodities; assign military forces abroad; institute martial law; seize and control all transportation and communication;...restrict travel; and, in a plethora of particular ways, control the lives of all American citizens."

The president can act through Executive Order, Presidential Proclamation, or through his many agencies, which include most of the alphabet agencies.

The framers of the Constitution asserted that Americans have certain inalienable, God-given rights. But under emergency rule, all these rights are declared null and void. The government charges us for these rights by requiring licenses and excessive paperwork, with strings attached, as long as restrictive and ill-defined requirements are met.

G. Washington, A. Lincoln and Roosevelt did it but not necessarily in our favor. Trump was right, he can do what he needs to do without Congress or the Senate. Executive order using the Emergency portion for National Security can have a broad range of uses.

Congress may repeal, remove, or revoke any and all Executive Orders, acts, declarations, etc., ... taken under the Emergency Powers Act or the National Security Act.

It is disingenuous to claim the President has the power to do whatever he wants... Congress can selectively remove or counter his orders through acts of Congress or with the application of political pressure. Congress may also IMPEACH the President if they believe he needs to be removed for violating the Constitution, his oath of office, or the law.

Pres. Trump has been unable to do as he likes ... Political pressure and certain elements of the bureaucracy serve to thwart his use of absolute power... He doesn't have the plenipotentiary power of a King.

Should the President take an action that is so heinous... as to bring about the ire of the public, the democrat party stands ready to leverage such acts... to remove the President. Our system of government abhors dictatorial powers and the people will not put up with such abuse for long.

Congress you really want to know what they can do?....:)

The national Emergencies Act (NEA) (Pub.L. 94–412, 90 Stat. 1255... enacted September 14, 1976, codified at 50 U.S.C. § 1601–1651) is a United States federal law passed to end all previous national emergencies and to formalize the emergency powers of the President.

The current NEA ended all previous national emergencies... that includes the declarations under Pres. Roosevelt and all such declarations of national emergence going all the way back to Pres. Washington... The President's authority under the NEA is not dictatorial. They are subject to review and repeal by Congress and the Courts.

Procedure for declaring emergencies or rescinding emergency declarations...

The Act authorizes the President to activate emergency provisions of law... via an emergency declaration on the condition that the President specifies the provisions so activated and notifies Congress.

Emergency declarations and activation expire annually unless... the President expressly terminates the emergency earlier, or if each House of Congress passes and the President signs a Joint Resolution terminating the Emergency.  Should the President VETO a Joint Resolution terminating the Emergency it would require a 2/3rds vote in each house to override his veto.

Congress has delegated at least 136 distinct statutory emergency powers to the President... each available upon the declaration of an emergency. Only 13 of these emergency powers require a declaration from Congress to be used; the remaining 123 are assumed by an executive declaration with no further Congressional input.

Congressionally authorized emergency presidential powers are sweeping... and dramatic, and range from suspending all laws regulating chemical and biological weapons, including the ban on human testing (50 U.S.C. § 1515, passed 1969); to suspending any Clean Air Act implementation plan or excess emissions penalty upon petition of a state governor (42 U.S.C. (f) § 7410 (f), passed 1977); to authorizing and constructing military construction projects (10 U.S.C. (a) § 2808 (a), passed 1982) using any existing defense appropriations for such military constructions ($10.4 billion in FY2018[18]); to drafting any retired Coast Guard officers (14 U.S.C. § 331, passed 1963) or enlisted members (14 U.S.C. § 359, passed 1949) into active duty regardless of ineligibility for Selective Service.

Since the passage of the National Emergencies Act in 1976... every U.S. President has declared multiple national emergencies: Carter (2); Reagan: (6); H.W. Bush (4); Clinton (17); W. Bush (12); Obama: (13); Trump (4).[

I know this very well your making my point one deceitful action after another just not their words alone.

Is it deceitful to provide emergency relief for the victims of hurricanes,  earthquakes or Californias wildfires?

Obama Lies Again: – Ignores That The Year After Signing The Stimulus More Than (4) Million Jobs Were Lost

Former President Obama, the only President in US history who had his FBI and other Intel agencies spy on the opposition party candidate, claims that he created the great economy that Americans are enjoying today. The only thing Obama created was debt and massive job losses with his horrible economic recovery.

Yesterday the former President tweeted an effort to take credit for President Trump’s successful economy:

Joe Hoft@joehoft

Of course another @BarackObama lie. He can’t open his mouth without lying. 11 years ago the US lost (4.3) million jobs over the next 12 months. Horrible liar.

Barack Obama  @BarackObama

Eleven years ago today, near the bottom of the worst recession in generations, I signed the Recovery Act, paving the way for more than a decade of economic growth and the longest streak of job creation in American history.

President Obama’s policies were a disgrace and a failure. He doubled the national debt in spite of zero interest rates from the Fed. His recovery was the worst in US history.

Also, Obama’s assertion is just plain false. The ‘Stimulus’ was passed in February 2009 right after Obama took over the Presidency. He promised to not pass any bills for at least a week to allow for the bills to be read by the people but lied as soon as he was sworn in. The Stimulus was hundreds and hundreds of pages of government handouts to Democrat districts and it was close to $1 million. This was not what America needed and it led to the Tea Party.

Far-left Wikipedia has this to say about the Stimulus:

Note that in his infinite wisdom, NYT economist Paul Krugman is credited with arguing that “the stimulus was far smaller than the economic crisis warranted”. (He also said the markets would crash and burn if President Trump was elected President.)

The data shows that the 12 months after Obama’s stimulus, the US lost 4.3 million jobs:

In Obama’s first three years he netted a loss of 1.5 million jobs compared to President Trump who has added more than 6.7 million jobs.

When it comes to the economy, the billionaire schools the community organizer every time.
